Amazing experience with really nice food

A good place . Very nice working staff !

Very low quality- im very surprised it has 4.3 on google. Meat is greasy and tasteless. Not cut in front of you, just reheated. Sauce is super heavy and tastes artificial. I've ordered separate salad and the box was full of water, and veggies were dry like it was prepared the day before. The only good thing about this meal was the bread.

This has nothing to do with a kebab!!! Even the rancid kebab around the corner in Germany is miles better.

As a father, I was very happy with the reasonable price and the quantity. The taste is just an ordinary kebab shop. Even for my son, 3 pounds was very cheap, but for him it was just too much flavor. He was happy that there was ice cream. The restaurant was clean and the quality of the staff was high.

H food was cold coming from the kitchen to our table, 10 feet away. Got a remade order…. Was still cold. Got a refund. Terrible they can’t cook and serve hot food 10 feet away.

Katie was very understanding when I approached her about my daughter having chilli on her kebab, she replaced the full item with no hesitation. Disappointed the vegetarian meat kebab is no longer an item available. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience and will definitely return soon.

I love this place. The service always outstanding, the food always fresh, hot and served quickly. You can tell the staff care, they go out to chat and check with their customers, very professional approach, even when rushed off their feet. The new tenders though 😍

The food in this place was absolutely awfull i spent £15 for a box that had frozen wings that jad no flavour and 2 burgers that were smaller than my pinky i definitely do not recommend this place

This may have been some of the worst food i have ever tasted. Wasted £18 of my own money and the employees were all dirty and ugly and the food tasted like it was microvaved

Very tasty food, well condimented, fast table service. Monday lunch time almost no customers, the shopping centre was so quiet, we enjoyed that. First time in Arndale shopping centre and Doner Shack, we enjoyed the food. The doner/bread nice and crunchy on the outside, fair portion, but when we got the fries kebab that was like a 2 people portion, huge and very tasty.

Used to love it here until they got rid of almost all of the vegan menu. The few items left aren't good at all. Won't be returning

Frozen chicken that comes with the crumbling frozen bread….. The Nutella milkshake does not contain real Nutella, probably powdered chocolate mixed with milk and topped with a low-quality chocolate sauce that is overly sweet….The price you pay for this food is very high considering the quality of ingredients used . If the ingredients, especially the bread, were fresh not frozen , it would have tasted much better.

One of the best things I've ever eaten. The shawarma is very tasty, the seasoned fries are also amazing. The Oreo milkshake is delicious. I loved everything! I highly recommend it!

Went on the spur of the moment because I was hungry and couldn’t make it to greggs. Don’t regret it. Food was quality. Meat and sauces excellent. The pita nice and crispy and the chips awesome. Left feeling plenty full. My family Joined me later and also enjoyed what they had. Will definitely be going again.

Today visited the donor shack in Manchester arndale centre, really disappointed, I ordered 2 teller meals which didnt come with a drink had to purchase separately, when it came the donor was very dry, and considering what they charge free sauces on table should be offered as food was very bland and dry,wont be coming again and sorry guys wouldn't recommend 😔👎

It was a failed experiment. The chicken pieces that were advertised as looking like chicken nuggets were cold from the freezer and tasted untasty. When we asked for sauce, they said we didn't have it.... We ordered a chicken shawarma meal. The potatoes were not fried well, and the shawarma had more salad and sauce than the untasty chicken pieces. We paid for these two meals, 27 pounds. It is considered expensive... compared to other restaurants... a failed experience and I do not recommend eating there

Food is tasty but it has gone downhill since last year. I was served by Courtney today who was quite rude and passive aggressive when I asked her to repeat what she said as I didnt hear her well. Other staff are lovely and polite

Any visit to Arndale or the food court isn't complete without a stop here. Friendly staff, you can sit right out... I always go back for seconds. Try the kebab or the chicken wrap.. lovely!!!!

Genuinely one of the nicest fast food experiences we've ever had. Service was great, Rupee was lovely and very attentive. Food was alright, vibe and service were fab.

There are two individuals, one slender that looks like Mr.Burns from the Simpsons and the other overweight, who resembles the character "Hunchback of Notre-Dame." They consistently exhibit impolite, disrespectful, and racially biased behavior, which consistently ruins my experience at this place.

This spot is definitely a good alternative to real native German Döner! As a German native who has been living here for 9 years I have never been able to get a true authenticate Döner Kebab. Definitely recommend this spot 👌🏾

I was very sceptical after reading reviews. but I guess most of the bad reviews are from made up accounts with an axe to grind. so I went in with an open mind and an empty stomach. I was greeted on the till by a very pleasant young lady with long blonde hair (didn't catch her name) food was quick to arrive and smelt amazing I can say hands down it was the bestest meal I've had out for a fair while.. the meat was tender and very tasty and very hot I visit Manchester often and think I've found my new dinner spot. thankyou dòner shack for an unforgettable time

Came by couple days ago with my mum the young lady rupee who handled us during our visit was very friendly and welcoming recommended me a shawarma box with fries and salad was really enjoyable will be back again

Had the Haloumi wrap with extra feta. It was very tasty and the staff were very friendly. Great service. Would recommend.

Pretty decent lunch option. The meat could be nicer though, it was quite dry. Some places along curry mile do incredible shawarma and it's hard to compare with that. The sodas from the machine were quite flat too.

Had a doner wrap, full service was spot on, all the staff was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Even when a customer was rude to the staff member on the till, it was handled with such professionalism all deserve a bonus there. Will go back again.

Food is very good. Tasty , delicious. I was in this store many times . But this will me my last time. The way how person who was on till speak with me and how she deal when i ask for some tissue make me crying…..is not ok. This is a liability case . I can understand sometimes people have bad day but not put this into your customer…

An alle Europäer: Nicht den Refill-Becher nehmen. Schmeckt fürchterlich nach Chlor und stinkt auch sehr. Ich würde euch raten lieber auf die angebotenen geschlossenen Getränke zuzugreifen. (Bei uns war's Fritzcola usw.) Wegen den Refill-Getränke habe ich nach drei schlücken einen Schweißausbruch und fast erbrechen gesorgt. Ich habe gleich danach die Fritzcolas gekauft. Ansonsten, Döner hat mir geschmeckt, anscheinend ist das Wrap hier nicht zu genießen. Dönerteller sah auch sehr gut aus. Kidsbox war cool, der kleine Hat.

there was a lovely cashier called court and honestly from what i could see they were doing most of the work and keeping things in check i personally believe they should get a pay rise for how well they did and the food was amazing loved it and would definitely recommend
