Absolutely disgusting……. Blocked the road with his van and wouldn’t let me through knowing I had a child in the car. He said “ you can fit through or you wait 20 minutes” now I wasn’t going to listen to his advice as his van was extremely damaged 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m applaud to see how such men have such disgusting behaviour. Non mannered and very disrespectful. Now I can’t say much for the food I would never eat from such low classed takeaways. Food hygiene was Generally satisfactory so not that great then. Moving forward I have reported this so it shouldn’t happen again as public road does not belong to the takeaway so you have no authority.

Chicken shawarma kebabs are HUGE. Lots of chicken and salad. Very impressive!

Gave me food poisoning. Never vomitted like I have done today in my entire life. Not sure about the other menu items but the chicken shawarma was stale and dry along with the naan, granted it was a delivery order but to top it off i projectile vomitted 4 hours later. Not eating shawarma for a while after this😂 horrible experience

Excellent food especially their Kobeda kebabs and pulao. They were short staffed when we visited on Xmas day but the food made up for any inefficiencies of service. Visited from London. The food definitely lived up to the hype. Ample family seating upstairs.

Food was average, kobedas can do with a mlbit more care and cooking inside rather than just out. Naan overdone to become mega crisps. Some rather odd things like seating crammed in upstairs and no tap water. Could be great with a few tweaks

Got food from them on my trip to engeland. I ordered a chicken shawarma. Meat was dry and tasteless. Only thing that made the food taste was the sauce they gave and the spicy sauce. I dont reccomend it.

After moving out of Longsight a few years back, I ordered chicken tikka and kobeda mix kebab on naan. The food arrived quickly and it was hot. The food tasted amazing. Once I finished my food, I had to call the kebab house to tell them how much I enjoyed it. Top marks.

Kobeda 10/10 been going here for years since a kid. Spicy sauce and the raita go well with the salad, naan and Kobeda. The price has although more than doubled in the last 5 years. Plenty of seating. Since it is a busy road, parking can be an issue, however there is a car park nearby with Paid parking.

I have ordered 2 kabli palau and when i came home to see they have charged £23 for 2 kabli palau for the food which only contained rice with bone and fat and when i phoned about it. they were very rude and the food didnt have any taste. Id prefer the tase of shinwari any day.

The kobedah with rice is really nice. Juicy tasty succulent kobeda from this place with consistancy. I used to get it with the nan, then once tried it with rice & that was me converted. Kobeda + rice combo is a winner. Is very expensive now

Ordered 2 double kebedas kebabs with Nan, they were taste less overcooked and very poor value I will never order or recommend this horrible place and never ever again please avoid

Delivered quickly very hot and cooked fresh. This dish was chicken tikka on the bone. Came with a separate salad tray, and separate chilli and mint yoghurt. No separate payments for salad/sauce only additional payment was either rice or naan. I preferred rice. Love the rice from here. Fabulous for quick easy delivery when you are hungry. Always returning here for a very large menu selection. Enjoy!

I use to eat their kabuli before but now it doesn't have any test and the rice were old. It smells. Did not like it. For sure ur qabuli used to be fresh. But unfortunately not this time.!!!!!!! And it went straight into food bin!!!!

Horrible food, burnt kobida and disgusting burnt dry naan with big holes in it, reheated burnt chips, called up but manager said he can’t do anything about it just throw the food in the bin, DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED, rubbish food and even worst service

Been going here for 20 years and always ordered the chicken tikka kebab. The price has always been more than local shops but was offset by the huge size of the chicken pieces. Went twice recently and got a tiny portion of chicken for £8.60! They don't even charge that price in London and I can get a bigger kebab from across the road now for a cheaper price. If management see this review, very disappointed and won't be coming again. Appreciate food costs have gone up but you can't not justify such a small portion for £8.60.

This place is aWful will never go again. StAff got our order wrong then started shouting at us saying we cannot change our mind (which we did not) he didn't pay attention to our order we ended up paying for 5 meals for 3 adults and one child. The staff wasn't happy that he was rude at the counter but he came over to where we were sat and started again. The lamb burger we got was deep fried our son refused to eat it as it made him feel sick. The chicken shawrma was dry and yellow in colour. Kabeda and naan was nice. Over all it was rubbish

Ordered 2-3 portions of kabuli rice and double kebab for dine-in. Most of it left over, asked at counter for it to be packed to take home, waited a few minutes, nothing happening, when we asked staff, they were looking at each other cluelessly. They realised food was thrown away. Just said it’s been thrown away, not even an apology, we just left. They did us a favour because the food gave all three of us an upset stomach. Avoid.

Threw away our to-take-home food and ignored us when confronted. Upset stomach too. That’s the last time I take any family or friends to this one.

Extremely bad food and customer service. We ordered eat in and also take away but food was awful with bad smell on complaining the manager said "I don't care". He kept food and refused to give refund. Any one going there go on your own risk.

Prices have shot up like crazy. Wouldn’t mind the price if the quality was still really high but it’s not anymore the Kobeda kebab taste completely bland. Only reason it’s not 1 stat is because of the tandoori naan which was decent.

We called in today the food was lovely, Kobeda and chicken shawarma on naan, the naan was the nicest softest naan I’ve ever eaten, slightly expensive and the man taking the order wasn’t the friendliest though and not very welcoming, I wouldn’t eat in again, food was very good though.

Nice place to have a meal. Quick service from ordering your meal to eating. Shop was reasonably clean. Lots of kobeda on the menu to choose from. They do a few burgers too and a traditional rice and meat dish. It was a little expensive compared to what I'm used to paying for a meal, however after finishing you definitely feel you've been fed your moneys worth at this place. The 5 minute walk back to the car helped to relieve the bloat. I paid £11.99 for a lamb kobeda and chicken tikka which was served on a huge naan bread along with salad and sauces on a side. A drink wasn't part of the meal and had to be purchased separately. The pink sauce out of the two was really good, it had a nice spicy kick to it but not hot enough to cause discomfort whilst eating. Seems like a good place for families if they enjoy kobeda/charcoal grill.

These guys do one of the best Kobeda Kebab in England. Must try. Service is ok. Bit pricey though however one should expect to have quality food. Riata they give with Kobeda kebeb has too much Gram flour (beesun). Parking is an issue and they don't expect Card. Pay by cash only.

Absolutely remarkable kobeda and rice is also very much packed with flavour. Drink choices are a bit limited though. Also, the decor of the place is quite sub par. Definitely would go again.

Disappointed Long time customer, always get kebab and 2 pizzas from here. Got two veggie pizzas and asked for spicy / extra halpenos. They covered the pizza in pickled pepper/jalepeno; made it uneatable. The kebab last time i tried was also worse. Dont waste your time here many other good food places nearby.

Initial impressions the deco and speed of service was ok. Food was served in good time. The prices though seemed quite expensive, I can get kobeda kebabs for £4 so for £7 I was expecting something special. When food was served I was disappointed at the appearance. No spoon given for the sauces, forgot to give my drink and had to ask. The kobeda looked small and was overcooked, quite charry outside and hot but inside was cooler... not so hot. The salad was minimal just lots of onions. The sauces were nice. The naan itself was overcooked and burnt on one side, there were small patches of solid black burnt crisp section which I could not eat. Overall taste wasn't too bad, spicy and good texture of kebab meat. But to be honest I've had much better kobeda's elsewhere.

Too busy to behave well. For a collection I asked about the portion so that I can order the right amount, the person taking order on the phone said come inside and hang up. Wow....

Ordered for the whole family, they are not customer friendly in explaining, and kinda want you to rush decide things otherwise your at their mercy if their busy with grills. Very understaffed. Staff have no customer communication skills. Food was below average, and cost more than the food was worth. I ate it to fill myself thats all. They were generous with sauces and salad which was very good. Very upset though when they added something to my order, i didnt ask for it and only realised when i got home, meaning £10 on the bill. Summary: Staff don't care for new customers, food isnt worth going to eat, costs alot more than value, mistakes on orders. Go to Mazaa across the street, they are amazing in every way.

The food is good but they keep putting up prices. Mix grill which used to cost £8-£9 now cost £11+ with drink. Which is insane, I may not use them again and look for a cheaper grill place.
