Best food and customer service was top notch

We visited this restaurant with very high expectations. The food was decent enough. We tried the Samar - a cold appetizer which is Vine leaves stuffed with rice and nuts, Lamb Kofte and Chicken Shish. The Salgam was their local drink made from Turnips. Overall the food was good but I didn't find that wow factor.

It's a big restaurant with large dining halls both upstairs and downstairs. It's all the usual Turkish grill menu with cold meze stsrters. The prices are reasonable. The food was good except the bread and drinks. The service was less than satisfactory, or we hit a busy day when the halls were full. The halls had visible smoke. There is no dedicated parking.

Excellent food and good value. But very big plates! Could not finish my main course. Great for large parties.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the extremely rude and impolite behavior of the manager. Despite enjoying the food, I was shocked when the manager approached our table and asked us to leave after we had finished our meal immediately.with very rude and inappropriate behaviour in front of my kids .And the excuse that the restaurant is busy and they need the table in 5 minutes .Such treatment is unacceptable and tarnishes the dining experience. Hospitality and respect for customers should be paramount in any establishment, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack respect at the restaurant , I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving customer relations in the future.

It was really awful experience.. The food was burnt and the salad was dull. The waiter doesn’t know how to serve as if they were not well trained. I’ll never come back again.

When I took the table they placed the salad on my table, after placing order they removed the salad from the table without telling me anything, probably because they did not like my order enough for the salad :) well, that was annoying, I won't go there anymore, sorry people, you should be more respectful!

Had a great Aftar dinner at this busy restaurant. Negar was the person who looked after us. She is such a great person and very caring and attentive. She made sure our visit is enjoyable. She refused to accept the tip for herself and asked us to put in the sharing pot.

Food is excellent! Service is very good. May struggle with parking but at most, a 1-2 min walk. Platter is affordable and you'll probably struggle to finish it cos portions are humongous. It was a good visit

Damn I love this place but... I received not fresh, hard to eat fries and chicken wrap looked so poor... I ordered without red cabbage and onion, however then you should give more chicken and salad as wrap is not cheap...

If the restaurant has an advantage, it is its huge space. Other than that, nothing is worth mentioning. The taste is not bad, but it is tasteless. There are many workers in the restaurant, but they are useless. No service is provided or a dish is removed from the table unless you request it. It is not worth visiting again.

A otherwise great meal took a bizarre turn. A member of staff told us in so many words that if we wanted dessert we were expected to order quickly as we were only allowed 1.5 hours in the restaurant, the ingratitude of this took us quite by surprise as we hadn't been there an hour and it wasn't even 7pm yet. Having soured our dining experience thoroughly, we decided not to spend anymore money there and cut our visit short. When you spend almost £150 in a restaurant and still be prepared to spend more money, only to be told essentially, don't get comfortable we expect you to "eat, pay and get out as quickly as possible !" , It doesn't leave a good impression about your hospitality. Apparently this is a standard practice in this restaurant as in other reviews there are other people who have had similar experiences. A little advice don't tell paying customers, be quick! It comes across as rude, insulting, exceptionally ungrateful and extremely inhospitable, and more importantly, generally doesn't induce generosity in people.

One of my favourite restaurant in Manchester..

Very busy place on a Saturday night, however, good was excellent, group of 10 ordered lamb chops, large mixed platter and pideh and it is more than enough as portions are huge. Very tasty food, excellent customer service, shame was so busy tucking into the food no pics taken.

I will say this honestly, if you are a meat lover - this is a place to go to. The food is absolutely amazing and super tasty. Service is super good. I have asked for traditional Turkish tea and before it was served I was told if I don’t like it, it will be taken off the bill. You might think it is a small detail, but I appreciate it a lot. Now I understand why this place is soooo busy!

Great atmosphere, lamb chop little chewy, chicken wings really nicely cooked.

We booked for a birthday party and they gave us the whole upstairs to ourselves! We played music through the speakers too - it was great! The staff were so helpful and welcoming and food was nice too! Thank you so much, will be coming here again!

Nice restaurant, Delicious food and staff are so kind and responsive, food is Halal and the meet is a good quality, despite it’s very busy they can find you a place.

Restaurant is nice however it isn't authentic Turkish food. Staff wasn't understanding of certain dishes or how they should be made. staff are however polite and welcoming the manager come over to assist us better with our order and sorted things quickly lovely gentleman. Overall the Restaurant is a nice place food is cooked well and fresh. If you want or understanding of authentic Turkish food don't expect to much but its definitely worth a evening out.

We were three people and ordered the mixed grill. I was really shocked when the platter arrived; it was really better for the larger expectation of meat plate for such a large order. The meat portions were so big on the plate that I had difficulty finding ther meat . I had to ask for extra Bread und mezze. Charge me for breads extra £2 I paid £74 for ther plate Wher have to be ther bread, including und £9 for jack of Ayran I suggest that the restaurant's team provide larger plates for better presentation. When dining at a restaurant like Istanbul, attention to presentation is important as it enhances the dining experience. Overall, while the food was decent, improvements are needed in portion size and presentation."never again

Delicious food with generous portions, and the staff, especially Negar, were friendly and attentive. We tried the Lamb Iskender, while not exactly like the traditional Turkish version, it was delicious, and I highly recommend it!

Turkish pide was deliveried to holiday inn hotel just now. We havent eaten such a delicious pide even in istanbul. Perfect. High recommended. Congratulations.

The staff, the atmosphere and most importantly the food was 5/5. And it was good portions which was value for money.

We were greeted by Amir, who is the floor manager, Amir provided an excellent service throughout with tea and deserts on the house. The atmosphere was excellent and the staff were great, I really recommend it for a family dining experience.

Excellent venue for amazing food. We got the Adana kebab and vegetarian pide both were fresh and tasted amazing. The complimentary bread and sauces was also perfect. Will be back again
