We had a great first-time experience at Istanbul Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The service by the waiters Bismillah and Bahadir was excellent; both were very kind, friendly, and attentive to us. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We will definitely be coming back😍

As returning customers we always have a great experience at Istanbul. The food and the service is really good. Our favorite server Negar always makes sure that we are welcomed and she takes care of our table every time. Very friendly lady. Overall one of our favorite places for Turkish dinning experience.

The food was nice but it was too pricey.

Vibes and food are nice. The waitresses and waiters are also great, very attentive and hospitable. The manager/owner however is a bit of a tool in my opinion. Wanted to squeeze a family of 11 people onto 2 small tables, we had a pram too. Got moody when we asked for another table to be attached. Place wasnt even busy. Lucky for him the food was amazing and his staff made up for his attitude.

We tried the lamb kebab , chicken shish kebab platter with rice , and the chefs special dish served with rice. Its amazing and tasty. 9/10 They give you complementary bread with mezze of chilli, garlic yogurt dip , olives and salads. Also tried their knafeh, which is a bit too sweet but really good, easily shareable among 3 people . And chocolate fudge cake is also good . Food is top notch , definitely recommend. Ambience is great.

Good food- order a platter which was enough for 5 people

Everything was perfect from stepping through the door to saying goodbye! On arrival we were given a warm welcome and given a table with 5 minutes, without having pre-booked! This wasn't because it was quiet, every table was filled and the atmosphere was smiles all round! We were served by our lovely waitress Nergar, who was very prompt! Our food and drinks were on the table within no time, we didn't have to wait considering it was so busy. Food was amazing and at a great price! We had the sharing platter and couldn't fault it. We look forward to coming back again soon!

I highly recommend Istanbul restaurant! From the moment you walk in, the staff treat you with incredible hospitality, making every dining experience enjoyable. The food is always delicious with superb quality and generous portions, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's a great family-friendly spot with plenty of space and a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant is also very clean, and they even offer a complimentary starter of bread and sauce, plus Turkish tea at the end at no extra cost. Special mention to Sara, one of the waitresses, who was exceptionally sweet and attentive to our table. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome!

A beautiful, large and clean Turkish restaurant

Served by waitress "NIGAR" we have to give her 5 * * * * * As she give us very good services. Food was very delicious 😋 Prices are little higher then the market.

The restaurant was great and so was the food and the person who served us, Negar, showed us great hospitality and a very joyful and kind attitude.

The restaurant vibes are top notch and the food was undescribable, and Negar our waiter was very sweet mouthed and in overall gave us great service.

I love it! The food was the best of the best, the lamb chops melted in my mouth and it tasted superb, and the amazing service from negar, she was awesome and provided great service. 10/10

We visited on the 1st of September for the first time and the food was amazing! So was the staff. We visited again on the 7th of September and the food was amazing again. In this occasion we were served by Niegar and Mariyam who were brilliant with both our young children!

The dinning here with family was an amazing experience. Such delicious food, looks all fresh and perfect. Most importantly the staff was very respectful and caring specifically with kids,,, waow. The lady I think Sarah was amazing in her service and building great connection with kids. My son dnt eat but she help him to find the best option for him and he really enjoyed. We went in on Saturday evening the service was amazing Sara sat us down immediately without a wait we got served some complimentary warm bread. There wasn’t a long wait for food at all- and the food was delish. We decided to have desserts saki came and showed his proffesional skills at cutting up our baklava it was such a great experience . We will definstley be returning as usual 🫶🏽

The food was delicious, Sara the waitress was a gorgeous and welcoming woman. The atmosphere was amazing and calm.

The place and food is very clean and tasty flavourful. We were severed by Sarah she was so kind and made sure we were okay the whole time. The other waiters were also very good. The food came quick and they gave us turkish tea on the house.

I highly recommend this place, from the second you enter to the second you leave the staff treat you incredibly, I’ve had an amazing experience every time I’ve come to dine at Istanbul. We had the mix grill, the food was delicious and nicely cooked. The service from the waiters was great and very attentive. I found the restaurant to be too full at the time we went. Where I was sat there was not very much room to manoeuvre. Overall would recommend but just be mindful of car parking.

The food was delicious, especially the lamb kebabs and baklava. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Negar. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Put simply the food is amazing lots of variety the staff cannot do enough for you I usually go around 4:30pm as it does get very busy due to how popular it is in the area.

My order included a Feta Salad, Adana Kofte, Hummus, Grilled Halloumi, and Chicken Shish. The food was great! The meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the Turkish Feta Salad was the highlight—absolutely delicious! The condiments provided were really nice, and the accompanying bread was light and fluffy, which complemented the meal well. The only downside was the grilled halloumi, which was unfortunately dry and rubbery. Despite that, I'll certainly order again if I'm in the area! A minor hiccup was that I requested cutlery but didn’t receive any. Not sure if that was the restaurant’s oversight or Uber Eats', but luckily my hotel was able to provide it.

We had food for Iftar. Too much delay. Took them over 20 minutes to get or order. Quantity. No Shawrma. Only kebab and it’s very spicy. Wasn’t good experience. But it’s fine. Price too too high compared with other restaurants and food quality is not good.

Excellent service by Sarah who looked after us, especially with my sister who has a severe severe nut allergy. The desserts were amazing, so so good. The rice was a bit colder than the rest of the food in the mixed platter though but the first time we had it was really good.

We love this place. Amir and the team are great. Amazing fresh food and fabulous service every time we visit. The restaurant has been renovated and is more open which looks great. Our kids love it here too. We just celebrated our youngest daughters 8th birthday and Negar made this special with her excellent service. Great family environment, big open kitchen and delicious food!

Absolutely terrible service, staff have no manners whatsoever also very rude and disrespectful. Disappointing as I came in with 15 people!
