We literally had a view watching all the people come up and down the street going to Sergeant Pepper’s and the cavern club across the street. The food was amazing. Grace gave us fabulous service and great advice on the menu items and drink items. I would highly recommend.

You need an enormous appetite to eat of the main menu. On second visit we ate off the children's menu which was just right.

I took the time to share my concerns with the team, and that’s when everything changed. Azad, the restaurant manager, responded to my message with genuine concern and professionalism. From his very first reply, I could tell he truly cared about making things right. He personally invited me back to the restaurant and offered a discount as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. When I returned, Azad went above and beyond to ensure this visit was unforgettable. He greeted us warmly, took the time to personally apologise again in person, and made sure we had the best possible experience from start to finish. His attention to detail and the way he made us feel welcomed was something you don’t often find—he genuinely cared. The food was absolutely amazing, and this time, so was the service. Everything was flawless. It’s clear that Azad and his team are passionate about what they do and are committed to giving their customers a great experience. What could have been just a bad memory has turned into one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, all thanks to Azad’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Server Caleb was lovely. 2 food items sold out so had to study the menu again. Steaks quite fatty and not the hottest (2 rump ones) took half home for the dog. It’s was very cold in the restaurant. We often come for a drink but not any more due it being so cold.
