Had a great time last night, came for a few drinks in the bar and decided to stay for food. The waiter was great, Dan really looked after us. Food was delicious and service seemed quick!
Would go back for the Venison alone!
To start off the service was okay , starter was very nice but main was abit of a let down and the steak or chips had no seasoning or even salt and pepper on the table to do it yourself.
Would recommend going there just ones to say you have been but apart from that I would give it a miss.
Also drinks are extremely overpriced

Our room is on the 7th floor so we have a beautiful view of the river (the room was a little small and old fashioned), but the bed was super comfortable!
Super kudos to the reception that assist with a quiet room. We trully appreciate it :). Regarding the breakfast, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the breakfast was on point (buffet style, with continental and british breakfast options). Thank you, the staff is very friendly and the hotel location is great.
Nearly £18 for what was quite a tasteless burger on its own. Have to side separately at 5.50 for a cup. Completely lacking atmosphere with polite bit lifeless staff. Gone down tye nick since last visit
Free state burger is well better and quite a lot cheaper too.

Updated from 4 star to 1 star. Revisited for a 3rd time and ordered the same chicken sub. This place has seriously gone down hill or I just got seriously unlucky on this visit? The chicken sub had about 3 pieces of chicken that were barely noticable, instead, replaced with a boat load of mayo while the chips had been replaced with fries that were all stuck together. Absolutely dissapointing.

Food: The food was delightful. For a pub meal, it was definitely beyond my expectations. I had the chicken club baguette with some chips. Cannot fault it at all. If there was to be any critasism, I'd say the chips needed something. Maybe a little seasoning.
Staff: On both occassions, the staff have been very friendly and easy to deal with. Great level of customer service. Again, above expectations.
Atmosphere: both visits had been a rather busy experience with the TVs on, playing football. You could hold a regular conversation during your meal which is great
Always love the Everyman theatre. Staff are always polite and willing to help. Lots of toilets but would recommend going way before the start of whatever you're seeing as the queues are very long on intermission and just before the show. Quite busy, always queues for the bar, so would recommend getting there ahead of time if you want drinks/snacks before your show. There are lifts available and staff are very willing to sign post them and give you information for which floor is needed for your tickets etc. There was always a member of staff within eyesight at all times for any questions.
Edificio épico que tiene la grandeza de un banco. La música en vivo era buena y los deportes se mostraban en numerosos televisores. Tiene una sensación de tipo cuchara debido al edificio, pero ofrece mucho más.

Ordered an evening takeaway online for £9.99 to collect, which was about £20 cheaper than dining in. Then walked the short distance (less than two minutes) on the same level of Liverpool One to "The Top" outside area, where we ate with some live music in the background.

I don't know why I asked for a cappuccino but it doesn't test like a cappuccino it's tested like americano or something similar like there are two flavours in the same cup poor coffee and white water mixed
Loved it, mother in laws 75th birthday, met lots of people on hen nights and mothers day weekends, my first time but felt like a regular, staff, the singer just loved it, going back tomorrow lol
