My friend booked for us both to attend today as she has previously been, we may of well had been invisible today had to ask after approximately 15 minutes of being there for our first drink, which became reoccurring throughout the 90 minutes a total of 4 drinks, around us the drinks were flowing for all when I had to ask again and the server came over her attitude brought an atmosphere I understand everyone works hard in there but we are all paying customers! Plus points great music and atmosphere and hot food! Ps the the aperol spritz was spot on !!

Would not recommend and encourage others to avoid booking this restaurant. We attended Neighbourhood on Saturday 12th April at 11.30am for my hen do (there were 13 people), when the bill came it equated to an additional £111 in addition to the payments we had made prior to the booking, this was made up of £55 service charge, £2.50 for the poke bowl and £4.50 for a coffee. We queried what the additional £50 related to as this was unexpected as we paid a deposit and remaining balance upfront. The waitress was not able to advise what this addition was for and asked what price we had paid, a member of the table incorrectly advised that we had paid the £45 menu as she was going off what the menu stated on the table at the time. The waitress took the bill back and came back with an updated bill of £147.62 based on the incorrect information but refused to provide the previous bill so we could look at this retrospectively. As a result and with no explanation of the additional amounts or breakdown of the bill we paid as we had to get on to another booking we had. It should be the restaurants responsibility to know what each table has paid in advance (and what cover they have advertised and advised to the person who booked) and be able to explain this in detail if requested. As a result we have had to go back through the updated bill provided and the payment/communications that were competed prior to the booking to understand what has happened. We paid a £260 deposit on the 6th February and additional £243.25 on the 8th April, this equates to £38.71 per person - which doesn’t make sense as their website advertises £35 for bookings before 12pm on a Saturday. Based off the updated bill it appears to be we have been charged £45 per head, and at the time had limited information on our original query of the additional amount owed on the original bill or enough information on the updated bill. We were very disappointed with this experience and felt as if the bill was rushed and we were being rushed into paying/out of the building to stop us querying it further. I am awaiting a response from Neighbourhood Liverpool.

I'm a frequent visitor to Neighbourhood. With friends over the weekend, and I have to say, I'm far from disappointed. There were so many staff on the floor not doing anything. Trying to get the attention of them was another story. We ordered steaks medium rare, they came out burnt to a crisp, fries came out freezing cold, along with a stone cold peppercorn sauce. We asked for gravy, they had none and offered us the stone cold peppercorn sauce. We raised this to them after trying to get their attention for 10 minutes. The staff on this shift looked at you like you never existed. There was a manager on the floor who looked like her was doing everything, but hardly any delegation around the team, which was concerning. You had to literally beg for drinks. The team knew a while into service that we were not having the best time, so they sent a bottle of cava over. We ended the bottomless brunch early because it turned out shambolic, embarrassing for both us and the restaurant. We got asked two times if everything ok, the first time when we raised our concerns, we got told, we are really sorry we will pass it on to the kitchen staff. Then, the second time a manager came over and asked us if everything ok! They wanted to charge us the full price. We questioned the bill and explained that we surely can't be charged for the poor quality of food, watered down drinks, just juice! And the waiting on staff doing absolutely nothing. There was 1 manager doing everything. We loved it here and have nothing but excellent things to say about it. But our dining experience left a lot to be desired for. As we left, we heard other guests complaining about the standard of food. An off day? Maybe! But awful food and drinks.

I booked neighbourhood for my sisters hen and to say I was amazed is an understatement! The staff were so attentive, food was absolutely Devine, music was so good and completely fitted the atmosphere! I couldn’t recommend this place more for a hen or even a girls night out. I was so pleased with how this turned out, they have an amazing set up here and I really applaud the staff they were truly amazing 💕

Few of us went to celebrate and we were not disappointed. We had bottomless dining, which was great. Drinks were topped up before we had to ask and we were given a bottle of prosecco. Food was enough for what we wanted, you don't expect fine dining with a bottomless brunch. The drinks were lovely though.

Came here for a bottomless brunch on a hen do. We made a booking and were given a big table at the top. The food was tasty and they were good with the drinks, apart from they never confirmed to us about the cocktails included in the premium package which we had to ask for confirm. This was nice the only problem is the music was way too loud so could not hear anyone around us talk or even the staff

Travelled all the way from Bristol to be disappointed! Waited 15 minutes for our table which then cut into our bottomless dinner time. Within the first hour I’d only recieved 1 vodka Diet Coke yet all of the other drinks at the table had arrived. Very dismissive staff, not a friendly environment. Only positive was the food, but not the brunch to book if you are looking for speedy service. If you cannot keep up with demand don’t offer such a wide variety of drinks or ensure there’s enough staff for demand on busy days.

we arrived 5 minutes early to our reservation and was only sat down 15 minutes later. We had only had 3 drinks each 50 minutes into the 90 minute bottemless experience, ridiculous considering there was only two of us. when trying to get the staffs attention, it was as if we werent there, our personal table waitress came up the stairs sat down and had a minute to herself whilst we had already finished and waited to order more drinks at this point for 15 minutes already, it got to the point where another waitress came over and apologised to us about our server, we appreciated this alot. my girlfriend ordered the flat iron which was barely warm, and i ordered the mac and cheese which honestly tasted like pure nail polish remover, my girfriend tried it before me and said the exact same thing. no one came over to us to check if we liked the food so we felt we had no choice but to act like nothing happened. on top of this we had to pay £10 service charge and £20 tax. this was not made aware to us prior to booking the table or upon arrival. this further disappointed us as we had to pay an extra £30 and for what?

My partner and I are visiting for the weekend and booked this place for Valentines Day. Our booking was for 9.45pm, which we’d paid a £40 deposit for, and when we arrived we were told there would be a 20/25 minute wait as they were running behind which we didn’t mind as these things happen. We got a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. We weren’t seated until 10.30pm, 45 minutes after our original booking time, after seeing people who had come in after us be seated before us. Once we were seated we had to flag down a member of staff and ask if someone could take our order as we’d been sitting for 20 minutes without anyone coming over to us. My partner had paid for 2 glasses of champagne on arrival which he had to ask 2 different members of staff for before we received it. We weren’t actually eating until 11.15pm, an hour and a half after our reservation time. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and all seemed very confused any time we asked about ordering food, drinks etc. Food was average and lukewarm at best. Really disappointing as we were looking forward to this, definitely would not recommend.

We were booked in for 4 o’clock. Had to wait till 4.20 before we were seated. Not an issue as they were busy, problem was they still finished our brunch at 5.30. So definitely not value for money as we didn’t even get a drink until 4.30. Found it difficult to get the attention of any of the staff, this is obviously why we only got served 4 drinks the whole time we were there. Plus the food was not of a good standard, very dry and tasteless. Would definitely not recommend

Cocktail was nice but they charged us more than should when we asked them they said it was service charge.1 there is nothing saying you get charged 2 we got the drinks ourselves from the bar. We challenged about the fee we got bad attitude from the staff that claimed they can take it off the next drink but will also be charged service charge on that drink . We, as a company, had our Christmas night out here. Nearly 30 of us chose to have the 3 course menu with welcome drink (which none of us received) Our tables were not ready on time so we were all stood, squashed at the bar. Service was slow with only 2 bar staff on one of the busiest weekends of the year. When we were finally seated and ordered drinks from the table service this took even longer, with some not arriving at all. The lad serving us did his best, he was on his own dealing with 26 people but was overwhelmed and also had other tables to service. Our food was booked for 8.30 yet no one received a starter until 10pm. The mains were then delayed, some were cold, the roast dinners came out without the sides which appeared half an hour after by which time most people had either eaten what they had, or it had gone cold. Some people didn't receive a meal, one person had to leave at 11pm and hadn't yet received any food. We had two members of our party who are gluten free, this was well documented on our pre order however they were both served burgers with ordinary buns. These had to be sent back and took some time to be bought back out, you would assume that this was whilst they cooked new dishes but looking at the state of the burgers, it would appear not! It was midnight by the time there was talk of the desserts coming out, at this point a lot of us had given up, some had gone home early. We told the staff that we didn't want the desserts as it was too late, people needed to leave and we had plans elsewhere to get to...we then watched the kitchen staff tuck into what desserts had been prepared (better than wasting them I suppose) We had paid the best part of £3000 for this night out and it was ruined. Since checking the itemised bill we were charged for desserts (that 1. should have been included in the 3 courses and 2. we didn't receive) and charged for shots we didn't get. Complained on the night and was told to contact the manager, who had gone home. Was promised some free shot towers by way of apology, they didn't arrive either. Contacted the manager on the Tuesday who put us in touch with someone else, received an initial reply and a phone call. But heard nothing to our follow up emails. Wont be returning, shame as the venue itself is lovely but the service was the worst we have received.

Didn’t have food so can’t comment but we ordered and paid at the bar for two cocktails and took them to our own table yet we noticed on our own digital banking bill was charged extra £1.75 when we asked a staff member he said well I’ll have to get the person who served you with his cheeses off attitude when guy came over and explained your charged £1.75 per transaction we argued calmly that we did not get served to table or drinks brought to us or met at door and shown to a table he said you can ask for it be refunded on your next drink but then your next drink will still carry a service charge he the bar tender just stood their pulling a face so we said do you know what keep your service charge and won’t be ordering anymore just down to his attitude would not recommend does not state on menu board or anywhere there’s a service charge ,if it did then there’s no argument or attitude is there be warned and looking at other reviews by people this place seems to have staff attitude across all areas of service shocking use at your own risk

We booked Neighbourhood bottomless dining last night after visiting the place last year for drinks and felt it was a great atmosphere so we was really looking forward to it! When we arrived we were seated at our table which was located upstairs, out of sight of the entertainment, so didn't feel the great atmosphere. The bottomless drinks were not flowing, it took about 20 minutes for our first drink to arrive and we were sometimes sat without a drink. At one point we ordered drinks and the waiter brought the drinks over and forgot a member of our party, so she was then sat even longer waiting for her drink. The food was OK and was probably the best thing about the whole thing but let's be honest, when booking a bottomless brunch the food isn't the main event! When our time was up the bill was dumped on the table and we was told we needed to leave straight away as they needed the table. We paid cash and our change was chucked on the table in a puddle of water! First time I've ever left a bottomless brunch feeling sober 🥴 Very disappointed, not worth the money and won't be returning in the future!

Food was ok, there was some vegetarian choice. I didn't drink the alcohol. I paid a £20 deposit beforehand then paid an additional £32.80 (we were a very large group). I should have only paid £12. I tried to talk to the waiter but they were very rude and they said they didn't understand sign language. I'm still confused with the receipt. I feel ripped off so won't be going again. Couldn't hear anything nor my friends, so ended up people watching and it was full of very young girls and elder men trying to get a cop in 🤢 Not my vibe or scene and felt very rushed. We got told to leave the table but nobody else then used it. It was lovely to spend time with my friends and try something new. The saxophonist played for around 5 minutes intervals every 40 minutes.

Came on Friday for bottomless brunch, we didn’t get served for 20/30 minutes after sitting for our food/drinks but we’re still told to leave our table 90 minutes after seating so we didn’t get the full experience I usually have had. It’s been busier before n I have still got plenty of drinks in that time, but not on this occasion. We told the waiter and they said we would get another drink for the delay at the start, we never got it. I payed for a birthday plate when booking weeks prior, when the bill came, I was charged the birthday plate again without even getting it, so had to send it back, the women who served us brought us back another bill without the plate, so I had to then send that back as I had already payed for the plate but never got it. Once they brought us the plate, we payed and then left. I was very disappointed, I’ve been so many times here and never experienced it this way.

We booked for bottomless dining. The night started off fine. We had our order taken pretty quickly. Although it wasn’t explained how the bottomless dining worked. After our mains arrived we waited around 40 mins for a drink order to be taken. Staff were walking past glancing at the table but not coming over. A waitress then brought the bill over. And I asked for service charge to be removed due to the poor service we received the first waitress agreed with this and also offered us to stay a little longer for a few more drinks. We declined this as we were fed up, then a different waitress then came back with the new bill rushing us of the table saying she needed it back but we still hadn’t received the last drinks we ordered. She was very rude about this and we felt like we were being rushed although the other waitress said we could stay if we wanted. She then brought the drinks over and slammed them on the table with a bad attitude. The food was nice but I wouldn’t recommend the place due to lack of service. Also the bottomless dining isn’t very good value for the amount of drinks you actually receive.

We booked in for regular dining, however when we arrived, staff did not know what we were booked in for, and proceeded to push tables together to accommodate us last minute, despite the booking being placed on weeks in advance. We were then asked three times whether we were doing bottomless, to which we replied no, however bottomless menus only were placed on our table. When we finally gave in and tried to go for the bottomless menu, as this was the only menu given to us, the waitress then took our orders. We waited 50 minutes for burgers, which were lovely!! Which I was extremely happy about. However we then waited, and nobody came to collect our plates and we had to ask at the bar for the bill half an hour later. When the bill came, our £100 deposit we paid weeks in advance to dine had not been knocked off. Me and my friend then had to seek out a member of staff to tell them about this. The member of staff didn’t even apologise, and just said ‘’how much deposit did you pay’’. He then abruptly gave us a new receipt and a card reader with the new amount on. I was devastated by this, as I was just trying to book a restaurant in Liverpool for a first time meal with my bridesmaids. I was gutted when I walked into a nightclub with tables in, really poor service and an extremely loud atmosphere.

literally the worst bottomless brunch experience ever!! booked for my cousins birthday and will never be booking again. waited 40 minutes to be seated at our table and then no one explained the bottomless brunch policies to us or asked about dietary restrictions (my mum is deathly allergic to nuts which we put on the booking but they made no efforts to ask about this or accommodate). no one was taking our order so we asked a waitress after 20 minutes if we could order, drinks came in warm glasses with no ice. we were told singles only and i asked if it was an empty drink policy to which the waitress said ‘i don’t know’. absolutely crazy to me that staff working don’t know how to deal with allergies and don’t even know the policy of a service you are offering. then a different waiter came to take our food order, he didn’t write it down and attempted to just remember it to which i turned to my cousin and said there’s no way he remembers this. he had to keep coming back and asking what our order was and kept getting it wrong which was just incredibly frustrating like just write it down? generally very inattentive service we saw waitresses standing around the till vaping and on their phones very clearly in our view. ordered a bottle of champagne which came with wine glasses instead of flutes, then another bottle of prosecco which came with flutes this time but they were boiling hot obviously just been washed !! who wants a cold drink in a boiling glass? a place this big offering this service should be prepared with clean glasses or at least run it under a cold tap before sending it out !! staff were just incredibly rude and booted us off our table early but at this point we were just over it and didn’t even want our full time slot so we let them. left this place sober and disappointed what a waste of £42 !!!! also put a birthday sparkler on the booking which never came. ruined my cousins 20th.

I booked Neighbourhood for my sisters hen party as I’d been here previously and had a good experience. Due to there being a big group of us I was asked to pay £20pp deposit on booking and then the full amount of the brunch to be paid 1 week before our booking, which I did. When our slot time was coming to an end the waitress (who was extremely rude) came over with a bill which had a total of £127.50. I informed the waitress that we had already paid in full for the brunch and that there must be a mistake. Her response was ‘well it needs to be paid and you’ll have to pay it.’ I’d then asked if she could double check with a manager, she did. The waitress then came over with another bill but this time with a total of £12.50, I asked why I needed to pay £12.50 as it wasn’t actually stated on the receipt. I was again met with an attitude from the waitress stating ‘you’ll have to speak with the manager if you’re not happy about paying.’ I asked if she could ask the manager to come over, the manager did come over to our table and was pretty attentive and informed me that the reason for the extra charge was because they’d decided to increase the brunch prices however, nothing was changed on their website or menus in the restaurant. The manager did say they would honour the ‘old price’ and we didn’t have to pay anything extra in the end. My worry is that if we were any drunker and weren’t aware of what we’d already paid that they would have ripped us off which is disgusting. Food was nice, some of the waitresses were nice however one in particular was really rude and seemed to have an attitude problem. The place itself had a good atmosphere and music was good but I don’t think I’ll be returning due to the experience we had.

We went for a hen night and whilst the food was fine the bottomless drinks was a joke. Those on the Prosecco were fine as a bottle was put on the table but those of us who were on spirits were struggling firstly to get a waiter/waitress then the drinks took ages to come. We only had 2 drinks the whole time we were there so it made it a very costly dining experience. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend the bottomless option as it works out really expensive when there is no drinks flowing quickly.

Arrived yesterday for my mums 60th first time trying I thought was good but i really don’t get the receipt of being charged loads n adding things on I was charged for 2 bday plates when I got one. The service of the food 3 got their food n myself n auntie waited ages for ares by time we got ares the others finished.. apart from that the entrainment and food was lovely once I received it like. We came for a bottomless brunch for my birthday. I am not being funny but it is 100% not worth the money. When we arrived the only thing I will say they did really well was ask of we had any allergies. They didn’t explain how they do their bottomless brunch, we waited like 10 mins before drinks order was taken. After, our first order they didn’t ask us what drinks we wanted. For the full time we were there we got served 4 drinks, which is having a laugh to be fair. Food, we had steaks, one was dry and my friend said it was like eating charcoal, the others were cold and fatty. When we finally got to request drinks they missed one of the drinks, so my friend had to go without. The waitress was a bit rude about this. The bill came, and this confused us, as they separated certain prices, with a £20 service charge- that we felt disrespectful taking off. The totally bill came to £200, which we paid a £20 deposit, so all together it was a £50 each which for what we got it would be cheaper to go to a place and get it separately. We was finishing out last drink number 4 out of 4, and got asked to move the the bar which was packed, at this point we just left the ‘fruit shoots’ (barely no alcohol in our drinks), and went somewhere else. If I’m going to a bottomless brunch I at least want to be tipsy, we was all sober, that has to say something. It wasn’t even like the place was super busy, we understand if a place is busy and in a high stress situation, but if super busy you need more staff on, however, like i said it was not too busy with people bottomless brunching. If I’m being honest 100% wouldn’t recommend.

I went to Neighbourhood's bottomless brunch as a group of 4. Upon arriving we were seated and asked about any allergies, following from this we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for our first drink order. After receiving our drink order we again had to wait at least 15 minutes for our next round of drinks, however nobody came to the table to ask us what we would like to drink - they had sent us another round of the same exact drinks. This was not stated as one of their terms of the bottomless brunch and later we found out through another customer that they had to ask the staff members to serve them their drinks and was in fact able to order different drinks. As a group we had ordered 3 steak meals and 1 burger, when the food arrived 2 of the meals were cold and 1 was dry and hard to eat. We are not the type of people to complain about service however I do feel as though the service could have been better. We were served our final drinks just before our time had ended, not even 5 minutes later we were asked to move off the table to the crowded bar area with nowhere to stand. Within the 1 hour 30 mins we had only been served 4 drinks and was charged a total of £198, £18 being a service charge. I don't recommend the bottomless brunch as it definitely isn't worth the money.

Attended on Saturday for bottomless dining on a hen party. First issue - our booking was for 6pm and our table wasn’t ready until 6:45 When we got to the table the seating was extremely cramped but also 3 table settings short - when I alerted the staff to the issue I was told they were fully booked and that I’d have to speak to the manager if I had an issue with the seating. Eventually we got two extra chairs on the end and a very tight squeeze allowed all the guests in so I was happy to overlook this as the restaurant is very busy. When we ordered our first drink which took 45 minutes to arrive. The brides mother spoke to the staff about this and one staff member asked us to write down our order to facilitate the large group. However when we gave up our written order the other staff seemed obviously annoyed by this. It felt at times as though they were “winging it” with our drinks order as 2 of the girls who had ordered cranberry juice and pineapple juice as mixer never received a drink for 3 orders in a row despite the issue being raised on several occasions. The food was relatively nice when it arrived! Unfortunately several meals never arrived and this wasn’t rectified for over an hour despite multiple staff being alerted to the problem. The brides mother ended up being served her dinner at 8:30 after we arrived at 6pm for our booking so she was starving! The manager did come to the table to speak to me which I appreciate however she promised to come back to me with her contact information so we could resolve the issue on Monday outside of the busy restaurant setting - but she didn’t come back to me. On one occasion a waitress accidentally smashed a glass on our table (easily done no issue with it happening!) however she didn’t clean it properly leaving smashed glass on the table. The staff seemed to be stressed which I appreciate when working in such a busy environment but at times some staff members did seem to have a bad attitude. On the bright side - It’s a nice setting and the music was good! Unfortunately for my group and I the standards fell short of the £105 service fee we paid with our pre booking. I would be unlikely to attend the venue in future and would also advise others against booking.

I have never written a review before however Always go to neighbourhood because I think the music, the vibe and the food is lovely however we visited for bottomless dining 5-7pm for my 21st birthday with my sisters, cousins, my mum and my auntie and spent a total of nearly £400, however when they needed the table back at 7pm for another booking (completely understandable) they told us to go stand at the bar area which was absolutely packed and no where for us all to stand together (also one woman being pregnant so needed to be careful) so we stood where there was space in a “staff area” and rested our drinks on an reserved table that no one was sat at for the meantime while we finished our drinks. (We would of moved if somebody was actually sat on the table) I completely understand you need the tables back after the 2 hour period but I really think there needs to be bigger bar area/ or less walk inns so that there is more space in the bar area for when peoples time is up on their tables there is somewhere to go because it seems like they just want your money for the 2 hours and then they want you out because they are too busy/ take too many bookings. We were asked to move from the area where we actually could all fit and my mum said (not in a rude manner) there is no where for us to go, the waiter then had went to report us for being “rude” when she was just being honest and then we were then approached by a very very very aggressive door man who was very unprofessional and very heavy handed on my sixty year old mum and auntie he actually started manually removing drinks out there hand and speaking to them in an aggressive way calling us a “gang of c****” - at first he also didn’t even know the reason we had been asked to leave so straightaway obviously we had our backs up because it wasn’t explained to us why we was being asked to leave. Absolutely disgusting this could have been handed in a much calmer way if we were asked to move nicely by him or the manager herself came down first and explained to us properly. Door man are supposed to diffuse situations not create them. Such a shame because we all love neighbourhood and come a lot and spend a lot of money in there and bystanders watching by even stopped us to say how disgusting it was as they were witnessing it. Can understand why fights/ arguments happen in Liverpool when bouncers who think they have the authority to speak to people/ bully people like that. He really seemed so unhappy in his job because there was no other reason for the aggression as the other bouncer was polite and calm and trying to diffuse the situation. His manner genuinely was so angry and this was around 7:30pm so I can only imagine how aggressive he would be towards other people later on in the night. 1* overall for the rude door men however 5* for service by our lovely waiter who served us all night and 5* for the food and atmosphere of the Dj and sax man.

Absolutely brilliant! Had a great time! Staff very friendly & nothing too much trouble - Also catered for gluten free which was great! Dj very good, Sax man fab! Food was nice & you got enough! Unlimited Drinks for 90 minutes definately got money's worth! Could dance & enjoy, take pictures etc! Well worth the money £42.50! The only thing if I had to say anything to look at was as soon as couple of hours were up - you was asked to leave your table so could move downstairs! But well worth going x

Staff were so so friendly, food was lovely, especially the fries. Drink orders were taken every 5 mins or so and bottles left on the table. Entertainment was fun too!! Would definitely go again. This was a good brunch for a hendo or weekender, it offered plenty of choice, the food was nice although the steak was cold. The servers tried their best to be quick but due to the business of a Saturday night they couldn’t keep up so we were waiting on drinks but they did notice. The saxophonist was a nice touch I think they should of had more entertainment for a Saturday night it’s not cheap as £60 for 8 shots to be bought out with sparklers. It’s like any bottomless brunch once you’ve paid any level of service goes out the door they literally kicked us off the table, we were leaving anyway. There was a nice standing bar to take our drinks to. It was a nice place just it could have done more. We had to remind them about the birthday cake we had booked, once your times up that’s it your done

I hate to write negative reviews but myself and my fiance visited last night for bottomless dining and were less than impressed. The first issue was in how slow the service of drinks were, having to wait at least 10-15 minutes between drinks being ordered. The second being the sneaky discretionary charge they put on the bill. Depending on the type of person you are; myself and my partner are polite and quite timid so this made it very impossible to ask for this to be removed, despite the expense this added. For this reason I would not return as I have not experienced this at other bottomless brunches.

Went there with friends for Saturday afternoon bottomless brunch. It was a steamy summer day. The restaurant was broiling but the staff did as best as they could with getting us close to A window. The music was dead. The saxophonist came out around when we were about to leave. But he turned the vibes around and got people dancing. The food... no complaints. Cocktails were a little watered but again our waitress was to the rescue like a gem. And she kept the prosecco flowing.

I received no reply to my response and then when I rung them they said they no longer have availability. After explaining that they didn't reply to my email for the booking the woman on the phone said she'll ring me back in 15 minutes, of course she didn't bother. Thank you 👍.

Came here for brunch for a friends birthday. Had to wait 20 minutes for our table, 15 minutes to even order a drink, 20 minutes on top of that for the drink to arrive and had to ask to order food. Rude young male server when asked if we could order more drinks said ‘Another one? Really? I only just brought you one’, despite myself and my friend paying extra for a cocktail drinks package. A server refilling the fridge saw us fanning ourselves with menu’s as it was boiling and there were fans but not pointed in our direction, only facing large empty table and young male server refused to move them in our direction. Emailed to complain and received a passive aggressive response claiming there’s a 6 drink average per person for brunch? That’s a new one, maybe change the name from bottomless if that’s the case. Shocking customer service, don’t waste your time or money.

Always love the Everyman theatre. Staff are always polite and willing to help. Lots of toilets but would recommend going way before the start of whatever you're seeing as the queues are very long on intermission and just before the show. Quite busy, always queues for the bar, so would recommend getting there ahead of time if you want drinks/snacks before your show. There are lifts available and staff are very willing to sign post them and give you information for which floor is needed for your tickets etc. There was always a member of staff within eyesight at all times for any questions.
