Would give minus stars if I could, service is awful restaurant was dead when we went in but got told it was a 45 minute wait when there was atleast 15 tables free, staff are rude and incompetent, manager very rude and can’t be bothered so turns people way to she doesn’t have to clean up after them also a couple that are from the coloured race got told they couldn’t get food and then a white couple comes in and gets seated????? Then the food was disgusting could tell it was freezer food just cooked in a oven especially the pizza tasted like one from Iceland and extremely over priced spent over £60 for soemrhing I could of got from dominoes for about £30

Food was okay. Too busy. Not enough servers and very slow. Music too loud and very overstimulating. Had a reservation at half 1, only got the table at 1:55. Expensive too.

Staff amazing. Buffet had a good variety, really liked the pepperoni with the cheesy crust. Couldn’t resist ordering a cookie dough which didn’t disappoint. Will definitely be back

Fabulous evening after watching movie at the odeon, girls and I fancied pizza and everything else pizza hut has to offer.

Absolute shocking service. Ordered at 18.50 and it was ready for 19.33 but the drivers kept cancelling the orders. I phoned the restaurant after over 2 hours wait and the manager had to come and meet me with it! That service is a joke from just eat!!

We eat here every so often when we’re visiting the city although like everywhere it costs a little to eat out these days, we like to eat here as its a nice little treat especially before heading to the cinema or even just a nice place to get out of the hustle and bustle and enjoy some great food with very friendly and attentive staff, nothing is to much trouble and the food always comes out fresh and hot, special thanks to Oscar and Georgia for always making us feel welcome, keep up the great work. 👍 :)

The pizza was cold and very small for£23

The manager was amazing so helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much to ask. She went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. She’s a credit to Pizza Hut

Food was ok. Staff not welcoming or inviting at all. One of the staff members were very passive aggressive. I helped pass a plate when she was clearing the table and she slammed it down in a very aggressive manner. Would not visit again. I spent a lot of money to feed the family and the staff ruined the occasion. There are lots of other restaurants around the area that for the same amount of money can provide a much better service.

Georgia served us on Tuesday 17th September in the evening at around 9.15pm and she was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly, just such a nice person to deal with and she absolutely radiated kindness. She’s an asset to Pizza Hut and we hope she serves us next time we come! We went with our 1 year old kid yesterday and the staff and service were very attentive and helpful. They had games for kids and the kids meal was a plus for us.

Zuzanna was a good waitress, food was lovely and all round just had a great time with my mates 👍

Garlic bread was cold. Pizza was only just warm.

Went a few years ago and service was bad. Thought I'd give it a go, didn't think it could be worse. The restaurant was not only dead, but the service was abysmal. Staff couldn't be bothered cracking a smile. Have to order everything yourself and pay, no option to have your order taken by a member of staff. Had hoped they'd have improved their service. They should just do a delivery service, not restaurant, I may as well have been sat at home. Definitely not worth the price you pay for pizza.

My order was delivered late and I got the wrong order can I please get a refund

Went in and were given menus , but if you go on app it’s a totally different menu and price I ordered a set menu wit a large pizza which I was told it’s not part off the set menu and asked why as it’s not stated on there the staff were not very helpful so I just walked out , also there were only bout 5 in so it shows how it runs , popped over to pizza express where it was that busy we were lucky to get a table

Great food, quick and kid friendly service, clean toilets... but the tables are so small. It was difficult to put 2 sharing pizzas, 2 sides, salad bowls, drinks, and ice cream bowls on the table, but that was a meal deal for 4. This is the only aspect that needs a second thought. The rest is exactly what we expect from Pizza Hut - perfection.

I had to leave my chips as they had a spicy flavour to them. I did not order spicy fries I thought I was ordering normal fries.

I mean, the food was good, but I think is too expensive only for 2 slices

Ordered my food online waited for 2 hours it arrived stone cold, tasteless and messy all pizzas were upside down and scattered all over the box. Never again and DO NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing place, went in for the buffet. It's great. Near salad counter with all you can eat nachos and toppings, ice-cream and toppings, unlimited drink and the best pizzas. The friendly staff help us around and make sure we are comfortable. Worth my time and money 😉

It's a family restaurant and not just really nice. Excellent pizza, even if the prices were a little high, and quick service with very kind and helpful waiters. Drop by!

Ease of ordering at the table Salad bar food availability was good apart from the lettuce being frozen at the bottom.

I used to love it here, I went with my mum on Friday the 19th, it was horrendous, I got the buffet lunch my usual, pizzas were terrible very doughy and undercooked , toppings were not fresh, the salad bar was not good either , also the women that served us was unwelcoming and not helpful quite rude actually, will not be returning, and I have been coming here since it pretty much opened around 13 years , really dissapointed

Had a pizza it was quite nice as were the fries, the addition of the salad bar makes for a very filling meal. The unlimited refills are very nice, although I wish they had options that weren't fizzy on the drink machine similar to other food places in the UK, as I can only drink so much pop.

Pizza was soggy and waited over 15 mins. Chips weren’t cooked properly

Oscar greeted us on our arrival with a warm friendly smile. He explained various methods of ordering along with all dining options. He checked back during our meal to ensure our food was tasty. We ordered two new Handcrafted pizzas which were amazing. Salad bar was fresh and tasty, restaurant clean and organised.

Took our grandchildren here yesterday complicated ordering on the large counter screen and it asks what percentage would you like to tip in percentages I don't mind tipping and usually do but I ordered on the screen with a bit of help from one of my grandchildren and obviously haven't received any service so how do I know what I am going to tip if anything depending on service received Also my wife cut into one of my granddaughters chicken balls unfortunately it wasn't cooked we were offered a replacement of the same children's meal and an ice cream but we took a refund for the chicken balls from the lady manager My granddaughter was upset as she thought she was going to be ill but luckily she wasn't Uncooked chicken can make you seriously ill as everyone knows Meals overpriced £24.99 for a 14 inch pizza is expensive by anyone's standards Disappointing

Me and my boyfriend shared a date here thinking it would be lovely, however, the staff couldn’t even force a smile on their faces! They asked if out food was okay in the most annoyed and lazy tone, my dessert was sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes and I ordered the brownie and by the time the girl brought it over it was rock solid, me and my boyfriend tried to say Thankyou and bye to the staff and we got ignored and stared at like they didn’t want us there in the first place, completely unprofessional and no customer service skills

Pizza all over the place in box folded bent broken freezing cold x2 items ice cream not with deserts missing. All food cold and hard Terrible for the price

To be honest I think it's gone down hill now. No longer can you get 2-4-1 with meerkat code and the service is a bit lacking as you are advised to order online via QR code at table. 25% off now with meerkat code.. Once upon a time you could get a large pizza 🍕 now it's a personal size 🤨 which is same price but smaller..

The food and services added value to the money. We ordered me-meal with a salad, bottomless drinks, hot meat feast pizza and chocolate brownie. It was sumptuous. Each and every staff pleasant and approachable.

We were seated quickly and food was nice though they got my daughters order wrong so she had to wait longer than the rest of us for her food

restaurant had the food ready at 19.10 and said just eat drivers kept arriving and cancelling the order. Eventually the order was delivered at 21.15 with some items such as a pizza all thrown around the box as if someone shook the box. All the food was cold and the ice cream completely melted. We were not even able to collect the food from the restaurant as then the restaurant wouldn't be paid by just eat, leaving us waiting 2hours+

If you plan to go to (any) pizza hut, wear a big jumper and coat. Always like the fridge section of a supermarket. Everyone's sat wearing coats eating pizza.

Overpriced for what you get, £16 for a small individual pizza. Salad bar is terrible. Coleslaw and potato salad were so vinegary they were inedible, and the tortilla chips and croutons were stale. Tango from the soda machine was flat. I do not recommend this place at all.

It's a Pizza Hut, but not like in United States. It's a full dine-in unlike most back in the US. Food is similar but definitely not the same. A pan pizza from Pizza Hut in the US is better, but at the same time, the pan pizza here in Liverpool wasn't bad. Service was friendly and quick. Good selection. I would recommend the GOAT Pizza.

What I prefer is not what I got and the pizza was abysmal

visited Pizza Hut Liverpool Paradise Street, on 19/02/2024 at 18.50. Amelia was welcoming friendly and allowed me to choose a seating area of my choice. I ordered the meat feast ( sharing ) on a barbecue base with chicken instead of spicy pork. the price for this pizza is £29.99. the price includes the salad bar for three people. the pizza was filling for myself and a friend but could be enough for three people especially if the group is having salad and pasta as a starter at no additional cost. Meerkat offer 25% off. which reduced my bill from £29.99 to £22.50. £11.25 each based on two dining. I think that’s good value for money. the pizza arrived hot n fresh and loaded with my favourite toppings. you have to place your order online when seated or at the ordering machine. three ordering systems are placed in front of the bar and easy to navigate and place order. staff are on standby if help is needed. despite no longer having waiters to take your order at Pizza Hut Paradise Street I still found the customer service extremely good. Oscar from the management team brought the pizza to us and asked if we needed anything else. Amelia followed up to make sure everything was good with the pizza. the staff couldn’t have done anything more to insure we had a pleasant experience. the staff are amazing but do bear in mind because of the ordering systems in this pizza hut branch. less staff are working. please be patient during busy hours. I will return to this Pizza Hut no doubt. but not as soon as I would like. simply because of the price increases - it’s now considered as a treat once in a while. Courier was rude to me unnecessarily when I collected the food

How ye getting on? Mother of Christ. Went here for a bit of chuck after a howler in McCooleys the night previous. All was well and good but your wan with glasses with the personality of a pigeon was serving us. Very rude if I’m honest. Got a to a point where I was about to start throwing the sliced cucumber across the room. Awful carry on there and my boy Clarence wasn’t too happy about it. He’d like an apology from her via Viber.

£3.99 for a refill drink - do yourself a favor and share one - the staff didn’t mind. We were here because we had a gift card and I would not have been happy if I had paid £40 for what we had which was 2 pizzas and one drink. The pizzas came with unlimited salad which included jalapeños- do not order extra on your pizza as you can pop some on from the salad bar. The chicken bbq pizza did not have enough bbq sauce and wasn’t as tasty as I hoped. The deep dish one was doughy as if it was undercooked. 🍕

Staffs were too reluctant. The Menu is not very easy to understand. Menu option not at a very affordable price for a single individual. Pizza wasn't that bad taste-wise. Chicken wings wasn't the best in my opinion.

Expensive, but you know that going in and no one makes you go in. An issue was the toilet cleanliness which wasn't the best. Our party was sat near to the toilets, there is a door with a window in that goes to the corridor with the toilets off. Saw a member of staff going to carry put the hourly checks on them but all they did is sign to say they had done it, but we saw that they didn't go in to check them at all which we thought was lazy and disgusting.

Generic pizza co, very little atmosphere. Now it's all QR codes there. There doesn't seem much point having waiting staff. You take your own order on a fiddly app, it's difficult to customise, the food comes then you have to go make yourself your drink. It's all faff and I don't see why you pay through the teeth for this experience.

I recently enjoyed a delightful experience at your restaurant, particularly savoring the delicious pizza. However, I would like to express my concern about a practice that detracted from the overall dining atmosphere. The staff's habit of approaching tables to clap and sing happy birthday for customers proved to be disruptive and somewhat compromised the dignity of their work. While I appreciate the intention behind such gestures, it appeared to be an imposition on both the staff members' self-respect and the comfort of other patrons. I suggest reconsidering this practice to maintain a more serene and respectful environment for all customers.

Bad order for ice cold pizza, delivery two hours late

It was a good atmosphere inside, the service was great and the manager helped me out with my order. The food was delicious and everyone in my group had a great time. We really enjoyed the unlimited salad and bottomless drink options! Will definitely come again!

The staff were very helpful. The manager helped me order and add my meerkat meal. They made tine to go and check the nutritional value on some ingredients for me. The salad was fresh but a bit more variety would have been nice. But the price for what yhe food wad was expensive.

1hr 30 mins. Late, pizza and chicken wings was freezing, watching the driver go from one end of town to another. The cheese was all curled and toppings were hard and dry, unacceptable, will never order again from you guys, I demand a refund for this, absolutely disgusting for what I paid

I walked in my local pizza hut the other night. Collected my pepperoni pizza and wanted to eat inside because I don’t have a car and it was raining. They refused to let me sit in and threatened to phone the police, I walked out and saw a flock of birds chasing after a old man because he a chip stuck in his old gray beard. Dropped the pizza to help him, Kung fu kicked the chip out and ate it. He thanked me and gave me a fiver quite good but expected more. But the time I got back my pizza was eaten by the bouncer across the road. I begged him to buy me a new one but I forgot I had the fiver and bought a new one.

This is one of the no interaction places where you order via the app or on screens. The food is great and the people that brought the food out I could not fault. I couldn't see this working for older people, they want help to place their order. There were staff who said they would assist with orders but for the elderly I don't see it working.

Asked for no sweetcorn on the pizza due to an allergy and it was on the pizza, both sides where wrong and food was cold

The usual standard good service and food. A little hard to find if looking for it on Google maps as there's various street levels around Liverpool one - head for the cinema and it's just opposite.

The relaxed help yourself style of eating, fun for the kids. Service was excellent. Staff really friendly , accommodating and helpful

We love Pizza Hut and this one, in Central Liverpool, was no exception. My only gripe is that since we last came to one of these restaurants the prices seem to have doubled which was a little surprising. We also thought the toppings were a little less generous than we remembered. The salad bar is now free but paying £17.49 for a 9inch pizza at a Hut seemed a little steep to us. On the plus side the young serving team were polite, helpful and efficient.
