Orient Express in Liverpool

It can be hectic, and queuing can be difficult as there's little space to accommodate a large queue during a rush period. It is a bit cramped and not suitable for wheelchair or disabled guests as the door to enter, and exit is very heavy, and there is limited space inside that would accommodate mobility aids. The toilets are difficult to access and have limited space for manoeuvrability. Standard "chain coffee shop" quality of food and drinks and service. Comparable to most other companies. But there is little to no up-selling, which is pleasantly refreshing.

Kas our waiter was 10/10. Cannot praise him enough for such impeccable service. Being in hospitality myself I struggle sometimes when I receive poor service but Kas was exceptional. Big up Kas

Great little venue with a good sound.

Didn't remember food being served, but it's good to see a Community based Pub With affable staff, a good Disc Jockey playing good music 🎶 there is also Bingo and I must say I had a friend with me from Arkansas, USA she loved it. Many thanks also for the Welcome.
