The bag appeared to have been opened and reseated as the tape was torn and then refastened

Had 3 items missing off my order, absolutely shocking. the food that was delivered has clearly been sat on the shelf for a considerable amount of tome as they were hard and dry. completely put me off ordering from them again!

I ordered a chicken and bacon baguette and when it arrived there was no bacon on it :-(

nice pizza box, the cheese and onion pasty was okay but if Gregg's could learn how to make their pastry crisp it would help?.

Food was completely cold, pizza was freezing

Really hot sausage rolls so I was happy, pizza went down well with the kids 👍

Hot drink spilt in drivers bag,he went away to get another one an never came back,plus left the split drink and it’s bag outside my gate on the floor, the main item I wanted out of the whole of the order was a hot drink as just came out of hospital had no milk and couldn’t walk out of house to go and get some.

Appalling. The order was left on my doorstep without any attempt to ring bell or knock on door to announce the delivery. Therefore it was cold when I found it. Dreadful service. ..

Could of bin a bit more fresh but is what it is

Butter croissants were under cooked, but rest of the order was fab!

Hot drink half full, no idea which drink was which. Everything else was there and okay.

Nicest food ever so fresh tasty bread was lovely so light and fluffy Salad was nice and crunchy 10 outta 10

bacon and omelette roll. bacon was nice and crispy and the omelette was nice and firm. would have enjoyed this more if you hadn't have put tomato sauce under the omelette as I didn't select any sauce, as I generally don't like sauce. so spoilt it for me, that's why I've only gave 4 stars.

Wrong order swapped what I wanted never eat

2 pasties cold,wrong doughnuts came..didnt ask for chocolate 1 and didnt receive my caramel latte ...but order delivered on time and courier was polite .

Delivery driver turned up to the shop, nearly an hour late. Dropped food off and it was stone cold. She was very rude at the front door, which I don’t think is acceptable

Cold food is not nice on a cold morning. Please don't send food out to a driver that doesn't know the lay of the land

Even though they open at 6.30. There is no pastry till after 7.20am. No point opening the doors till you have hot pastry on the counter.

So nice as all ways am drivers was lovely

My delivery took longer than expected as the hot sandwich I'd ordered - they ran out of so I had to choose another. When my order did arrive, it wad missing a bottle of coke. Food was hot when it arrived and tasted nice.

First time ordering Gregg's thru the just eat app, defo do it again.

Lots of stuff was showing as available actually wasn’t available. And my order was rather disappointing. I was told extra doughnuts would l be put in as the caramel doughnuts were not available and being substituted on a phone call. So I’ve paid more as no replacement was provided.

Overall good but instead of getting a chocolate sauce they sent a BBQ dip. Luckily I noticed before dipping my donuts!
