Half the stuff was missing not very happy will not be returning

Half the order missing, bacon nearly broke my tooth and you could play bouncy ball with the hash browns they were like rubber

food came late and freezing dont bother ordering yum yums they dont put them in drink was empty

Boss food only downside is they forgot my wedges out of my wedge an chicken box

Husband treated me to a Greggs Chicken Salad Roll today. Salad roll would be more appropriate. The roll was filled with lettuce, two slices each of cucumber and tomato, with a thin spread of filling along the cut edge. The sticker said 19% chicken but it looked very much like 9% at most. Never buying rolls from there again.

food was freezing, coffee had no sugar as requested, not marked on which one was which drink either, baguettes had brown sauce on both rolls when I only asked for one and the cut of the baguette was nowhere near the middle. overall, really poor.

Delivery was great and on time, but the quality of the food was disappointing. My autistic teenage son eats mud, but couldn’t tolerate this, the food was garbage. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The brownies and wedges were both so dry and the pizza tasted really weird. The sausage rolls had bits of hard too. The only things that was ok was the bottles of Coke. Won’t be ordering again

Only got 2 items out of the whole order, I did ask the driver is there another bag cause it didn’t seem right and that’s alls he was given just one bag with the 2 items. Poor service from Greggs but the delivery driver was understanding and told me to ask for refund

who ever packed order cannot read doughnuts missing

'hot' sausage rolls were colder than the cold packet ordered and we're really hard not good food at all

I had an issue where wrong food delivered spoke to manager in shop was lovely like but don't think will order again off just eat

All items there nothing missing! Hot cheese and ham baguette was lovely but the chicken roast baguette had a weird taste my friend couldn’t eat it but everything else spot on x

Had 3 items missing off my order, absolutely shocking. the food that was delivered has clearly been sat on the shelf for a considerable amount of tome as they were hard and dry. completely put me off ordering from them again!

nice pizza box, the cheese and onion pasty was okay but if Gregg's could learn how to make their pastry crisp it would help?.

Hot drink spilt in drivers bag,he went away to get another one an never came back,plus left the split drink and it’s bag outside my gate on the floor, the main item I wanted out of the whole of the order was a hot drink as just came out of hospital had no milk and couldn’t walk out of house to go and get some.

Appalling. The order was left on my doorstep without any attempt to ring bell or knock on door to announce the delivery. Therefore it was cold when I found it. Dreadful service. ..

Nicest food ever so fresh tasty bread was lovely so light and fluffy Salad was nice and crunchy 10 outta 10

bacon and omelette roll. bacon was nice and crispy and the omelette was nice and firm. would have enjoyed this more if you hadn't have put tomato sauce under the omelette as I didn't select any sauce, as I generally don't like sauce. so spoilt it for me, that's why I've only gave 4 stars.

Wrong order swapped what I wanted never eat

2 pasties cold,wrong doughnuts came..didnt ask for chocolate 1 and didnt receive my caramel latte ...but order delivered on time and courier was polite .

Even though they open at 6.30. There is no pastry till after 7.20am. No point opening the doors till you have hot pastry on the counter.
