Coffee and a scone with jam and cream... lovely!!!

Staff are lovely and doing their best, but service is very slow because there’s only one person in the kitchen and one person at the front making all the hot drinks one by one. It was a 20 minute wait to be served at the till and there were only two people in front of me. Unfortunately every time I’ve been tables have had trays of finished crockery and cups and crumbs everywhere, so you have to move it and wipe it yourself before sitting down. I don’t mind doing that to help the staff, but it’s really doesn’t create a nice feeling to clear your own table. It would also be helpful if they had a surface or trolley where you could take the finished trays and crockery. Maybe there is and I missed it. To summarise, staff are lovely but one extra member of staff at the front would be a game changer!

There is a good amount of seating although it can get a little busy, particularly near the end of the breakfast offer. Other food offers such as afternoon tea are also available and it's a good stopping place for a snack or light lunch. Food is of a decent standard and there is the usual variety of hot and cold drinks

Staff are lovely, but they always seem to be down a person, with one poor lady doing everything! Toasties are nice, but jacket potatoes are a bit overdone and tuna mayo is sloppy.

Don't go at lunch if restricted for time. Only 1 person on.

Terrible, wouldn't let me buy a toastie, ridiculous, absolutely beyond ridiculous.

We visited the Crewe store and had our lunch there . The food was excellent,great value . Service was friendly and a lovely calm atmosphere

We visited the new cafe at dunelm mill, Straiton today. It was bright, clean and offered a great selection of food and drinks at good prices. The staff were very friendly and customer focused too.

Having just spent 10 minutes in the queue in the store to pay for my items, I thought I would have a coffee. Guess what? Waited 15 minutes in the queue for the "barista" to serve 3 customers only for my card to be declined by the machine. Will not be visiting again in a hurry!

Had a go at the quess the value in the trolley . Mega, I'm just waiting for the phone call now to go and collect

Aimee was very helpful & polite. Asked if we want anything else. The Fully Loaded Bun 😋. We had a Great Brunch.

A most pleasant surprise. Have been struggling to find a good place for a casual snack lunch with friends, so tried here. Fresh food, friendly staff, good service and good coffee.

Served insipid filter coffee instead of the usual high standard Americano, no explanation. Love to know where the staff get their one magic blue glove from! Both staff had one on one hand only, but seem to think it was so magical they could serve cakes, clean tables, take payment with no cross contamination! Think I'll be giving it s miss from now on! ☹️

Great friendly staff. Always a smile and a chat. Could do with a manager only role. Always a pleasure to go on a regular basis.
