Food was absolutely beautiful. I have never tasted steak so good, it just fell apart, very tender and juicy. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Was really excited to try Gordon Ramsays restaurant... But meal was on the dissapointing side! Burger was nice but not worth the price tag, and the butter chicken curry had the same taste as a microwave meal!!! Would save your money and go to annouther restaurant close by for better value and bester tasting food.

Excellent food as you would expect from one of Ramseys establishments and reasonably priced. Service was great and with a smile. Would definitely visit again.

Celebrated my daughter’s 11th at this resturant, staff & service was great food was delicious and fresh however we struggled to pay the bill cos the was an issue on their side and we ended up staying longer because of that. The kids menu wasn’t appealing either neither was the bowls they used. My son had meatballs and pasta which he only had a bite.

Absolute rubbish, went in for pizza was greeted and told be back in a minute to take order. Waiter chatted to a lady several times, cleared a few tables, chatted to another couple, chatted to a family, chatted to previous lady. Totally ignored us so after 25 minutes we left

I don't want to give this restaurant 2 stars. I dined at the one in Edinburgh and enjoyed it. The Liverpool one though... We came here for dinner on a Monday. Two of us had the butter chicken. Without a doubt it was the blandest, most insipid butter chicken I've ever had - worse than even the cheapest, dodgiest food court Indian. I can only assume that we had bad luck and the chefs had run out of their entire supply of spices that evening, as I can't imagine why Gordon would let his name be associated with the place otherwise. Service was fine but too absent, we eventually flagged someone down to order despite there only being a couple of tables of guests (Monday night). Two stars because the dessert was nice and the restaurant fitout is lux.

1st time visiting a Gordon Ramsey restaurant - had a great time, lovely food and brilliant service from all staff.

As part of his 60th birthday celebrations, I booked lunch for my husband and myself. We were seated quickly and sat outside as the weather wasn't too bad. When we arrived, it wasn't that busy and we ordered our food without having to wait too long. We chose from the set menu as it seemed good value for money. Our starters arrived after 20 minutes, and we both had the cod bites. I was underwhelmed as they were quite bland and a little greasy. The mains came 15 minutes later. I had the chickpea and aubergine tikka masala, which was ok, nothing to shout about. My husband had the sea bream, which he said was nice. Both portions were relatively small. It took another 15 minutes before the server came to clear the plates away after we had finished and ask if we wanted to see the dessert menu. We thought we would go with the 3 course deal, but unfortunately, after waiting another 15 minutes for him to return, we decided not to bother 🙄 we got up to pay the bill, but even this seemed too much as it wasn't our bill! Safe to say, we were disappointed with our first visit to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.

"Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is a television programme featuring British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay first broadcast on Channel 4 in 2004. In each episode, Ramsay visits a failing restaurant and acts as a troubleshooter to help improve the establishment in just one week." - Well Gordon, you might want to give your own establishment a visit pronto because this was very poor. Greeted by a moody waiter and shown to our table inside, no build up of rapport, how has your day been etc... Poor first impression. Chairs cheap (fake) leather so you be sticking to them in no time. We opted for the "Summer Set Menu"... Starters were alright, Gazpacho and Truffle Wings. This is when you start looking around.... 4x burgers remained under the heated pass for 20 mins, the music didn't fit the venue whatsoever, the waiters seemed overall not happy to be there, apart from one young girl who actually made an effort. Then the mains came out.... Where to start with this ultimate shambles.... Chef needs to go back to training as a medium rare Flat iron steak was rare and definitely not Flat Iron. Chips that came with it undercooked. The Lamb Ribs on a flatbread were worse though. it was a small half flatbread with less that a teaspoon of some nondescript yoghurt sauce a few pomegranate seeds and 3x tiniest of ribs, of which one was all fat so inedible. When asked if everything was OK and we mentioned our concerns, the waiter couldn't care less, said sorry and walked off. Needless to say we left most of the mains and opted out of any dessert. Bill was requested and what I can only assume was a manager, came to take payment and asked how it was, to which we raised again our feedback. This chap then decided to defend the chef and insulting our intelligence by explaining that each steak is different and make up more nonsense along the way instead of making any attempt to remediate the situation. I've cooked all kinds of steaks for three decades at least, this was not medium rare and not a flat iron either. We paid and left, never to come back. Don't waste your money here. Ramsay needs to take a leaf out of his own book and get the place in shape.

What can I say? My friend and I were extremely disappointed with our visit. We were seated and our drink order taken these took forty minutes to arrive. The food arrived after half an hour it was tepid in temperature and they missed a side dish which was brought as we had almost finished. The service seemed chaotic and the food was average.

Just stopped in while at port from a cruise. Lovely surprise to see a Gordon Ramsay restaurant without needing a reservation to sit down. We of course had the “Idiot Sandwich”! I just wish we were hungrier so we could have gotten the beef Wellington. Maybe next time

I've reviewed many of Gordon Ramsay's establishments across the UK and given them all 5* reviews. BSK in Liverpool does not fall short either. Fantastic look when you walk in and nice to have Street Burger and Pizza located in the same facility. Came here with my fiancée for her birthday and the staff upon arrival were amazing. Very kind and attentive. The food is on the pricer end so is a great place to come if you're impressing people or coming for a special occasion. Price is worth the quality. Ordered the beef Wellington and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly. The sides (fries, Mac and cheese and creamed broccoli), cocktails and wine were spot on. Highly recommend this restaurant and I will be returning soon to try all the other dishes! Well done!

This was our first visit to this lovely restaurant. We pre booked for Saturday lunch and were given a lovely warm welcome by all the staff. A lovely choice of drinks. The menu has lots of choices, and as a vegetarian it would have been nice to see a v next to the vegetarian options. The food and service was first class. We will definitely recommend and return.

Really enjoyed our Beef Wellington Experience. We were given a voucher and although I wanted to go to London to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant we didn’t have time so we went local. We were unsure what this would be like as we had been past many times but never felt drawn in. The staff are excellent very attentive and welcoming. The food was also excellent especially the beef it was cooked to perfection and the portion size was spot on. The starter sharing plate was really good chicken wings best we’ve had tuna tartar was equally good. The desert sharing plate was yummy really enjoyed it all. The only reason I gave four stars was down to the sides of veg. The meal doesn’t come with veg and we are big on veggies so watery spinach and soggy broccoli didn’t hit the spot. Please try to improve with some fresh veggies they don’t need to be complicated or covered in sauce or oil. This would be a perfect meal if it included a small bowl of mixed veg. We would definately return. Thankyou

Outstanding service from Osvardo , he made us very welcome and nothing was a trouble ,very happy and bubbly personality which created a lovely atmosphere, also the food was exceptional, we only had pizza and burgers but the quality and taste was exactly what I was expecting from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and it delivered Exceptional staff and exceptional chef think he was called Tom Thanks for a lovely evening 🤩

Ramsey's kitchen nightmare. Lasagne was so burned onto the dish that half of it was inedible. Apparently it's "cooked in an oven" so we should expect that! Kids pizzas turned up 5 mins after our mains. Not impressed.

First time in Gordon’s visiting from Ireland

I came to dine with some friends. What we appreciated the most were the wonderful cocktails prepared by the bartender Danilo. He was very courteous and skilled, managing to craft excellent cocktails that perfectly complemented the food we ordered.

We celebrated my daughter and niece's 16th birthdays at Bread Street, Liverpool where we were treated to exceptional service by Arturo. We enjoyed the beef Wellington and porterhouse, both of which surpassed our expectations. To top it off, they surprised us with a delicious cheesecake adorned with "Happy Sweet 16th Birthday" for the girls.

I came the other day with my boyfriend for a date, it was one of the best dining experiences i’ve ever had!! The bartender Adam made our night, he was chatty and kind and gave the most amazing recommendations, he never failed!! The food is 10/10 as well. We sat with Alex the bartender. She made our dinner an experience. Her drink suggestions were wonderful. Watching her work behind the bar and yet still be so attentive to us sitting at the bar was a delight to be a part of. She was full of cheer and bright conversation. I had the ribs and my wife had the burger. Both were stellar. The ribs had a bit of spice to them and they were fall off the bone. The whole meal was a wonderfully casual, yet Alex, the manager, and the chefs made sure the food and service were that of a fine dinning experience. Some might say the experience was to die for, but being from Rhode Island, I would say it was Killah.

We visited on a Sunday for dinner whilst shopping and we were greeted by Aruto the head waiter who was fantastic throughout the whole of the dinner service. (Gordon you’d be proud of him) He talked us through the menu and explained how certain dishes were cooked and he even arranged for a sample sauce to be bought to the table to ensure the red curry wasn’t too spicy for one of the children. I had the beef wellington and it was delicious needless to say when we revisit I’ll have in a heart beat! If you’ve not eaten here yet then I highly recommend a visit, Bread street you get a five star from me and the family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻😍

The best hamburger in Liverpool for me and my girlfriend and Danilo the Barman raccomand is a very nice drink served with food. We certainly come back here again

Fantastic cocktail making class with Alex. Had such a lovely time learning the basics of cocktail-making and from behind the bar! We made 2 cocktails each, which were either selected from the menu or our own choice. We also had a drink to begin with that Alex made and a sharing platter to end the experience. Alex was attentive and friendly, giving us enough time to enjoy our drinks inbetween cocktail-making.

Travelled here (2 hours and booked a hotel) especially to visit this restaurant as we were taking 6 guests as part of a charity auction bid that we had won. 'The chef's table' - I expected us to be able to see the cooking but it was just a table near the counter and not the experience I was expecting :( Service was excellent by all of the staff, however we were all so disappointed with the main courses. Beef wellington was tasteless and the accompanying mash was dry and also no taste (I thought it was supposed to be truffle or brie? maybe I'm wrong but it reminded me of being a kid again - SMASH.) No greenery on the plate - the presentation looked 'basic'. One guest had fish and chips. The batter was undercooked. Atmosphere lacking as it was VERY quiet which was unexpected for a Saturday lunchtime. The sharing desserts were good, however I would not visit again and would also not recommend. So disappointed with this 'experience'.

My daughter took me to Bread street kitchen in Liverpool for Father’s Day, 2024. We chose Bread street in order to use a voucher we have been given for an appalling family Christmas meal we had on Christmas Day. So we went for Father’s Day. Starters were ok but given it was Sunday and father’s day we opted for the Sunday roast beef. It soon became clear that whoever is attempting to cook a roast is incapable. The meat was fine, sadly that’s were it ended. The roast potatoes, sad, pale,carrots and Yorkshire pudding were frozen. The roast potato’s were actually tough, not crunchy, probably deep fried, the carrots tasteless and the Yorkshire was simply too big.  A lone, small wedge of roast cabbage was the only fresh vegetable on the plate. This mess was accompanied by a very strange sweet, lemon cream dish that I was told was a stuffing. Whatever it was it had no place on a  Sunday roast. There was very little care in the way the plate was presented. The extra Mac and cheese, usually a favourite of my daughter’s, was also lacking in taste and probably had too much milk rather than cheese. Disappointing. I  informed the manager of our disappointment, he said he would inform the kitchen. He did comp the drink we had so there was no balance to pay. £31 for a Sunday roast is at the  top of the range in most places  and matches the Gordon Ramsey reputation. This was yet another hopeless attempt by Bread street kitchen to cook what is essentially a simple meal. I suspect they are more used to flipping burgers and deep frying fish and chips. If they can’t make a decent roast at that price they should remove it from the menu. If you pick up that I’m annoyed as well as disappointed you would be correct. I have complained to the company but been fobbed off with”we are sorry” we have informed management and we look forward to welcoming you back” ! We used to be regulars at bread street, breakfasts, and family celebrations. Christmas 2022 was amazing. I’ve eaten at Savoy grill and Riverside. Stunning. If Ramsey’s restaurants have involvement in Liverpool bread street they need to take serious action to review the menu. We have lost a favourite venue, thanks to dreadful food and pathetic response from guest relations. My advice, avoid unless you fancy expensive burgers.

We walked in today at lunchtime and were greeted immediately and shown to our table. We proceeded to wait approximately 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. We decided to leave and walked out without even one staff member talking not us. I must add, there were only 2 to 3 tables so it wasn’t staff being too busy!

Had a lovely meal. We went for the bottomless pizza deal as we had seen it on you tube and I wanted to see how many slices of pizza I could eat in 90 minutes.... I did 18 slices 😁. Family had the burger and chicken wings... my family like plain food and staff were accommodating and changed a lot of the selections. My son's burger came with cheese which we had asked for it to be plain... they changed it immediately. Good atmosphere and staff friendly.

Lovely food and perfect service

Sadly this experience was one of the worst I have 'suffered'.Most of the menu was unavailable.When the limited choices were made it was horrendous, cold (clearly) pre frozen tasteless mash, cold macaroni which lacked flavour , cheese or sauce.Burger that was dry uncooked at centre, tasteless with a texture of old leather. This was so bad my dog refused it later.The wine wasn't even served at correct temperature. Highly disappointing and one I would not wish to endure again! No meaningful apology, it is as if staff were used to such complaints. Unless you wish to be ill. STAY AWAY

A lackluster experience unfortunately. The menu was really uninspiring for a lunch menu, I settled on a burger, which for me was lacking any seasoning in the meat, tasteless and basic. The fries were very good though. Kids portions were better than expected which is a positive. Wife's pasta was very nice, no need for the bone marrow though as it didn't really go with the dish. Staff were very pleasant. But really a very basic meal, Very underwhelmed.

The Street Pizza upstairs is an absolute rip off. Goto proper pizza places if you want value. £19 for a bland corn & chicken pizza, only 7 thin pieces of frozen chicken on m, absolute joke. £20 for the “IDIOT” pizza - literally mocking as you’re an idiot if you order it. Have a total of 1 rib bone worth of meat on the whole pizza. The service however was very good the young lad was professional and attentive. Shame they mark up the food price so much just because of the name. 2 pizzas and 2 soft drinks cost us £67.

As per usual, absolutely smashed it. My mum was visiting from Lithuania and said that chicken wings were the best she ever ate Haha if she could she would eat whole kilo of them. Stunning, delicious food and lively service. Will be back. Xx

We ordered garlic bread as starters pizzas and a burger. The burger was brought to the table within 2 minutes of ordering. Then pizzas arrived one by one with a gap of 10mins in between each pizza. ( we were told by the waitress that was because the only had one pizza oven, you could see from where we were seated they had 3 pizza ovens) finally when asked where our starter was, we now had our main courses on the table, we were told that we didn't order starters, even though the waitress call back the order to us, she then proceeds to check order and acknowledges that we did order starters. For Gordon Ramsey restaurant it was a shambles from start to finish.

First time eating here. Booked in an hour before, had a lovely lady from Essex serving me polite & chatty, did'nt get her name. Had 2 courses both vegetarian, both were very tasty. Only disadvantage £9 for a glass of rose , I thought a bit expensive but thought food reasonably priced.

The menu was so uninspiring. Food was tasteless. No seasoning in anything. Even my daughter didn’t eat the overcooked pasta with a sprinkle of cheese (Mac and cheese allegedly) from the kids menu. The menu advertises proudly kids eat free all day and then charged us. Service was not great. The first waiter told us there was no gluten free menu, another said to scan QR code for allergy information which turned out be calories information , and then a third turned up to give my husband verbal information in a really ad hoc way. In fact I couldn’t believe it was so bad on so many levels. Won’t be going back.
