I've been there a bunch of times and it's always amazing food and amazing experience for me and my family. I have to mention Sorin who's always in a good mood to help and chat and make the experience all the more fantastic.

We ordered fish and they had run out, only us 2 and 2 other tables in, we payed with a voucher that was a Christmas gift and the staff at the till was very " thanks and goodbye" in fact when she took the payment she just walked off and left us at the till, just watched Gordon on johnathan ross show saying how great his restaurants are but the 1 in Liverpool as shocking

We went here on 16th Feb 2025. The food was absolutely spot on. Very tasty. The service was amazing from staff, very professional. Especially Aleks who served us. She provided a wonderful service.

Went here for Beef Wellington after a Paternity leave marathon of Kitchen Nightmares. Now feel like Gordon is a hypocrite. They didn't have half of the small menu, including the Beef Wellington we went for (at 13:30 on a Monday). Fish had a bone in it, the steak i ordered was rare not medium and the meat was inedible (full of gristle). The waitress was great but the two waiters need to learn how to smile (especially the short one). Chips are great though.

Called in for a burger after theatre the place was empty! My sister and I expected to have really tasty burgers considering the name on the door.However my burger was disappointingly dry and bland.Shame as the place looks so nice.

Fantastic meal, phenomenal price!!! We were seated on time, complimentary cocktail and starter served within 10 minutes, main served at 29 minutes of being seated. Perfection all round, the food as expected was an extremely high standard!

Came here for my birthday meal and from start to finish our experience was amazing! We was served by the lovely Alex (from the bar) who couldn’t do enough for us. I am currently 5 months pregnant she was so attentive and asked the chef many questions that we had regarding how the food was prepared etc. She made conversation and knew it was birthday to which she had the chef write not only happy birthday but my age too with a complementary dessert! We also got the chocolate Sundae dessert which was also an amazing experience in itself. Would highly recommend this restaurant the food was amazing, Could not fault a thing!

After two, I come back for the second try. As you all know, I was not impressed with my visit. This i am seriously delighted to be warmly welcomed by the new manager, well presented and considered about my choices and my taste. His name is Arthur, and that was the start of the 5-star gastronomic experience. We had a warm and crispy, freshly backed bread and accompanied CauliflowerVeloute and for the main Flat iron steak, which was incredibly soft and tender. Melting in the mouth. As my good friend had a tasty and soflry cooked sea bream,. I am delighted to come back and give 5 star wel deserved review. It is always my intention to help promote our local business and fairness, sincererity, and honesty

Popped in for dinner. Service was good and the restaurant was busy with a nice vibe and atmopshere however the food wasn't great. My wife had the burger which she said was nice, as were the chips. I ordered the chicken and leek pie and found it quite bland and the pastry undercooked. It came served on top of mash which, if you took off the pie, was probably a pretty small amount. The gravy was watery and it really needed a few greens to go with it. For £20, I expected more. We had brownies for dessert which were fine but I've had plenty of better ones. Overall, a bit of a let down and we wouldn't return.

Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly with excellent service, and our waitress made the experience very enjoyable. The food arrived in good time and was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while.

All round good experience dining here for a quick lunch stop off, it is January and so it was very quiet which gave a lack of atmosphere which is hard to tackle given the time of year & day. But nonetheless I would highly recommend, service was great also.

11 of us went here for Christmas day and it was fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were all very attentive and friendly..It's the first time we have tried this restaurant and definitely won't be the last. Well done everyone for providing a very enjoyable day. Would also like to say the price was very reasonable.

We went there for a birthday dinner just after Christmas and really enjoyed it! The food was great, there weren't too many people in the restaurant on that day and our waitress Alex did an amazing job! Our favourite food was the burrata as a starter – can recommend and would come again!

Worst burger I've eaten in a while, very bland

I went to the BSK in Liverpool for the Sunday roast. The meal was ok but was very standard (and quite bland) - it was very overpriced for what it was. There was also far too little gravy meaning the roast was very dry

Food was a disappointment. Had the Roasted Cod, fish and chips, pasta, steak, burger and some sides. Roasted corn and the chips was the only items worth saying anything positive about. Leaving now to get some real food. Very disappointing.

Freezing cold and had to us a winther jacket during the eating. A very dry and overcooked hamburger was a big disappointment. Expected a lot more when the owner is one of my favorite chefs. Next time we go to Gino A.

Treated myself and some managers to the Beef Wellington Experience for Christmas. Found the food to be tasteless and extremely overpriced. The Beef was the same quality as a Fray Bentos pie and the potato reminded me of school smash potato. Also found everything to be bland and missing basic seasoning. The service was good just wish the cooking and quality of the ingredients was the same. If you want a quality meal that's cheaper go to Hawksmoor. Never again.

The staff where very pleasant, I'm not the one really for complaining but the food is over priced and the beer. I guess your just paying for the name. My partner did say his fish and chips where spot on. My burger wasn't too bad it was just a bit dry. I had to ask for salt and vinegar. We didn't get asked if we needed any sauces. There isn't much food offers if you are a fussy eater like myself and the steak well the rib eye is £40 odd pound then you have to pay for a side extra and sauce. The steak comes on it's own , that's why I went for the burger. Drink is expensive and there is a service charge. There is a pizza and street food option upstairs like chicken wings etc. We didn't check that out , I can't comment on that option.

We came in and my little boy was in a grumpy mood as he would not buy this huge set. The waiter we had was great, talked to him at his level about life and affordability. Really lovely to see and great support for a tired mama

Really great place, highly recommend you visit here if you're looking for top quality food and service. Our server was Sorin, who was honestly impeccable. Polite, professional, and friendly. Was expecting a wow factor or even just a mini wow factor coming here for the first time. Sadly experienced neither. The very welcoming and helpful staff, including the sticky toffee pudding made the trip a little less disappointing. Steer clear of the fish and chips. Absolutely tasteless. Family enjoyed their curry but you have to pay £4 extras if you want rice and naan (£8 on top) Staff were amazing. Beautifully set out and cosy restaurant. Will try another dish at some point and hope it has some taste.

We had lunch . We don't have prior booking they were nice to accommodate us. The place was not full. The steak Wellington was not soft :( I'm a bit disappointed

I went here because of beef wellington...but it was ok, didn't like I expected. I also ordered prawn cocktail, Spicy Tuna Tartare, 35 days Dry-aged Ribeye steak, Roasted Cod and a couple side dishes. The dark horse was mushroom soup. It was perfect dish with presentation, smell and taste. About my drink was good, reasonable price. One thing I have concerns is the service. I don't know because of we are a group of Asian people? So we all felt that the wait staffs treated us with uncomfortable service. That made us really disappointed. We spend 48 pounds tips as 12.5% for unforgettable service. I don't think I will go back again.

Bland food . I ordered cauliflower soup with truffle oil but couldn’t taste either.For mains I ordered steak with ships with sides of macaroni cheese and a salad. The stake was cooked as I asked for but again lacking flavour, the Mac and cheese also lacked flavour. The waiter asked us if we required anything to drink and we asked for water. He then returned with a bottle of water which we found out later would cost us £6.75. Would I return, No

If I was rating this restaurant on staff friendliness and attentiveness then I would mark them a 3. However when it comes to the food I would mark the restaurant a 2. For a starter I had cauliflower with a drizzle of truffle oil neither of which I could taste being very very bland. For my main I ordered the steak with chips a side of salad and macaroni cheese. Again bland food with the the steak cooked as I asked for but no flavour and the cauliflower barely tasting of cheeses. We were asked if we required anything to drink and we asked for water when the waiter arrived he gave us a bottle of water that cost £6.75 a total rip off and in my opinion he should have given us the option of bottled or tape water which we thought that was what being offered Would I return, that’s and easy one to answer. As a big fan of Gordon Ramsay, I found this lovely place for an outstanding beef wellington experience. I had a lunch to celebrate 7th anniversary with my partner and tried the beef wellington experience menu. Started from appetizer, main course, and then desserts. Everything is just perfect - crispy outside and soft inside chicken wings, rich flavour tuna tartare, beef wellington at perfect temperature, gorgeous dessert platter. Oh and the portions of food is big. We have to skip the dinner after finishing everything on plates! Strongly recommend you have an empty stomach before dining here. I'll definitely revisit in the future!

Was waiting not to write this review.Was waiting to hear from regional management. Came to eat here 27/10 with my kids and mum. My mum ordered chicken pea curry which was nice she said. 👍 I just got unlucky I ordered butter chicken curry I knew when it came out and I poured the rice onto my plate , the rice was all stuck together, either over cooked which I usually do or sat there too long on hot plate, I poured my curry out, seemed hot as a little steam came off it , bit into one piece of chicken and it was Luke warm. Oh ! I tried another from the bottom, stone cold it was Ok! I told the waiter, not a problem sir il order ya another one , Fab Not too much of wait Another one comes out A little steam again off sauce I bit into one piece Luke warm again I bit into another one, stone cold again Shit ! Am paranoid now Is this chicken even cooked I thought Am I Gona get food poisoning Chicken is cold, I told a different waiter this time Oh sorry sir can I get you another one 🤣🤣🤣 This was my second attempt Can I get you anything else Nah love think we are done here, Just the bill Would I recommend this place absolutely not Maybe I got unlucky

Beef wellington for 2 absolutely delicious

¡Un almuerzo muy caro! Todos tuvimos una pequeña hamburguesa que cuesta £ 12 a £ 15 y las patatas fritas eran extra en £ 4. Las hamburguesas de pollo estaban secas pero las de ternera estaban deliciosas. No pidas un batido de fresa a £ 6 ya que no tenía fresas reales, sino esa salsa líquida que los niños tienen encima del helado. El camarero era muy agradable en comparación con el camarero que nos recibió en la puerta. Definitivamente no volveremos a este lugar, ya que hay un montón de otros restaurantes a mitad de precio y no te vas sintiendo todavía hambre.

Mi amigo y yo decidimos probar la pizza callejera y la hamburguesa y déjame decirte que nunca he tenido una hamburguesa que sabía tan increíble en mi vida. El servicio fue de primer nivel de principio a fin y el personal era encantador, especialmente que soy un comedor exigente y me gustan ciertas cosas claras. Recomiendo encarecidamente probarlo y sé que sin duda volveré de nuevo!

Starters truffle wings and beer battered cod was amazing. Main lamb was good and really tender. However flavours were mild. Dessert brownie and salted caramel was amazing. Definitely recommend the restaurant.

Estábamos allí para almorzar yo y mis 5 amigos , estábamos sentados arriba y pedimos las hamburguesas, compartimos 3 lotes de papas fritas ya que las hamburguesas no venían con papas fritas y luego una botella de vino, 2 batidos de leche (que no estaban hechos de fruta real) y una pinta de lager. La cuenta llegó a 170 libras esto incluía una propina de 20 libras. El camarero era muy agradable , pero las hamburguesas no tenían relación calidad-precio, eran bastante pequeñas y además el pollo en la hamburguesa de pollo y aguacate estaba bastante seco. Realmente no puedo entender cómo puede salirse con la suya cobrando estos precios y proporcionando pociones tan pequeñas. Mis amigos y yo estábamos muy decepcionados.

Absolutely awful customer service, we will never visit again! The sheer arrogance and lack of care for their job, customers and even colleagues was appalling by Roberto and his 'macho' colleague. Food was average. You genuinely couldn't pay me to return. For the first time in my adult life I refused to the pay service charge as I had to get our own jug of water after waiting 20 minutes after Roberto had said he would bring us some over. Instead he preferred to hover around some guy on his laptop with his colleagues, laughing and looking at the laptop. If this guy was the area manager or owner, this is even more worrying as he lapped up the attention of servers as customers and the kitchen waited for his staff to finish standing over him. Roberto's arrogant attitude was particularly infuriating when he behaved as if he was doing us a favour by bringing down one menu between 3 of us, as the restaurant upstairs isn't accessible for those unable to walk upstairs. When my daughter ordered, he was patronising and simply said "No, you won't like that" and made her change her order. After being served our average food, there was no check in to see if we were enjoying the food or to see if we would like another drink. Again Roberto spent the majority of his time hanging around Mr Laptop. I had to ask one of his colleagues for our bill as we could no longer abide watching the arrogance of the staff towards the kitchen staff and their lack of care for the customers who are paying their wages. They need to realise that there is a reason why their restaurant was almost empty whilst Brown's and Cote De Bistro on either side of this poor quality restaurant were full and had 45 minute waiting times for a table, which is why we ended up eating here unfortunately. This is our first and most certainly our last visit to this restaurant. We will ensure that we book for Brown's in the future.

Had much nicer food for much more reasonable price, the staff where lovely when we came in but where switched out for more snotty staff by the end. My wife and I will go Paneramic 34 where the staff are nicer and the food was actually good

Gran servicio y comida fabulosa. Generosas porciones en todos los platos y cada plato era delicioso individualmente. Lucharía por elegir un plato favorito entre el propio welly de ternera que se cocinaba perfectamente, fondant de chocolate (muy) rezumante o la burrata... ¡¡Todos ellos eran particularmente sabrosos!! Recomiendo encarecidamente la experiencia y volverá.

Been wanting to try this place for a while and wasn't disappointed,Didn't need to book we just went on the off chance and got seated.Lovely mellow atmosphere and got served pretty quick,misses had the fish and chips which she really enjoyed and I had the burger and fries,fries were lovely burger was really nice,I did think it was a bit overcooked but still tasty.Had the bill and for the 2 of us with a drink each and they charged for water was £63.56 so was a bit expensive but £7.50 was service charge,so payed that then they asked would I like to leave a tip?I thought service charge was the tip?,I thought that was cheeky as in Wales we don't have service charge but I always tip.

Visited the restaurant with my best pal October 4, 2024. Ordered the Tikka Masala with Naan and rice as an add on, totalling 23 pounds. Naan was the equivalent of grocery store pizza crust. Was served half a cup of saffron rice. Curry was a step up from typical jarred sauce, though im pretty sure it also came from a jar. Underwhelming to say the least. My mate ordered the cod and was charged 29.50 pounds when it’s listed as 27.50 on the menu. Staff corrected the error once we pointed this out… But. You are better off at any authentic cuisine. Ramsay’s name is merely plastered on the restaurant, which is no surprise. Still. Thoroughly disappointing and overpriced.

Excellent meal ribs are the best I have ever had!

On the surface.... looks like a great place. But the reality is quite diffetent... We went with som friends on Friday night. The place looks good, in fact not my first time here. For what we got, food was overpriced and I'd say Wetherspoon quality at best. I had a sirloin which was tough enough to have Goodyear printed on it. Very chewy and very little taste. One of us had what was supposed to be crispy duck, but old, over cooked and again like rubber. I felt like all the restrant wanted to do was close up for the night. After dinner I had what I hoped would be a nice brandy, but it was served in a thick glass that you'd put grand dad's false teeth in. Terrible experience I will not be going back!

We had a voucher for Sunday lunch & chose the roast beef with all the trimmings. It was beautifully cooked and very tasty. We asked for, and received, extra gravy - my tip would be to ask for this when ordering, as it took a few minutes to arrive. We chose chocolate fondant for dessert, and our waiter advised it would take 10 minutes. He then came back over to apologise that we would need to wait a little longer, as the chef wasn't happy with how they had turned out. We were offered complimentary drinks while we waited. When the chocolate fondant arrived, it was absolutely incredible. I do realise that getting this excited about a pudding possibly makes me seem slightly deranged, but I don't care. I'm not usually bothered about pudding - this was one of the nicest I have ever tasted. The service was excellent - attentive without being intrusive - absolutely spot on. Thank you - we will be back.
