The wrap i ordered had salad in it which i hated asked them to replace it with one without salad, took ages then gave the same thing with salad!

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at Nando’s Liverpool One. My first visit was so disappointing that the customer service team offered me a £40 voucher as compensation. I decided to use that voucher on October 12, 2024, for an anniversary dinner with my wife, hoping for an improved experience. However, to my surprise, things only got worse. The compensation code they provided turned out to be invalid both at the counter and on the app. After multiple attempts, the restaurant staff, including the general manager, tried to help, but ultimately didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I was asked to pay for the meal out of my own pocket, leaving me in a frustrating and embarrassing situation in front of other customers. I contacted customer service again, and their only response was that the code “now works” and that there was a “technical glitch” on the day of my visit. What a coincidence, right? Apparently, the code worked just fine the day before and the day after, but on my anniversary, it just happened to fail. Truly remarkable timing. This explanation is far from satisfactory, especially considering this was a second chance for Nando’s to make things right, and instead, I was left with yet another negative experience. The lack of proper compensation and the dismissive response from customer service have left me thoroughly disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant after two frustrating experiences and such an evasive response.

Nandos. Everybody loves Nandos and the Liverpool One branch really is at the top of their game. Fast, efficient staff and THOSE spices on tender juicy chicken makes it a no brainer.

Ordered on deliveroo and got the complete wrong order. Had our order receipt on the bag, but only got sent 1 burger and it wasn’t ours

Nando's generally are good, we prefer going there instead of McD or KFC but the food was served cold. However, the waitress who servered us was kind and aplogiesed, made our meal slightly enjoyable.

The place was filthy, wet floors from spilled drinks and food on floor. Tables left uncleared of food and plates, no cutlery available, no salt. Staff seemed not to care. Raised concerns with staff no interest.

Visited 08-10-24 we was seated very quick (within 5 minutes) ordering at the till was quick and easy. Again good arrived quick and portion size was good and tasted lovely. The only let down was dirty female toilets. Toilet roll all over the cubicle floors. One toilet had no toilet roll available as it was stuck in the despenser. One toilet had unflushed poo (not the nicest of things to see before you eat. Regular checks on the toilets needed.

On a day trip to Liverpool with three friends we decided to try nando for lunch,bad choice. Two ladies received their lunch to find they had no holders for their corn on the cob,they had to ask for some, another lady had corn on the cob badly burned which I asked to be replaced,which they did,and my meal never came,when I asked about it they came back with the wrong order,so again they had to go back and get the correct one,when it finally came it was Luke warm,by this time I'd had enough, so I ate what I could and left. Needless to say I won't be visiting again,the service was terrible. Badly trained staff,who didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I usually like nando’s and this is the first time i’ve been to this specific branch. It was terrible. The manager or whoever she was, was not very nice at all. I went with my grandad and we ordered on the app. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our food and noticed other people that came afterward we were seated had their food. My grandad went up to speak to this woman behind the till and she said we needed to reorder and pay again at the till. Mind you the money had been taken out of his account! She was rude and condescending to my grandad and did not acknowledge or listen to what he was trying to say. She was speaking to him like he was stupid. Won’t be coming back here.

A waitress was rude. Food was just acceptable.

Place half full. still had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Small portion 2 chicken thighs and half a breast rice and peas £20. Go to Macdonald's first.

Despite being assured a response within 5 to 7 business days, it has now been over 3 weeks without any resolution. I followed up, only to receive further vague assurances with no concrete actions. As a Google Local Guide and a long-time fan of Nando’s, I expect better communication and customer service. This experience has been frustrating and has significantly tarnished my view of the brand. I hope Nando’s will take this feedback seriously and improve their service standards. Mains took 40 minutes to come out normally out in 20. Other tables that were sat after us were given their food first not sure why. When we were given our mains we got through the full meal without being asked if everything was okay, disappointed as I wanted to ask for sauce since the server who gave us our food just put the plates down and walked away without asking if we needed anything else. Good job the food was amazing can’t fault the actual food just let down by service.

Would like to just give a shout out to Erin who gave outstanding friendly and honest service. She made the experience of ordering so much better and the food as always is wonderful.

Waited more than half hour for the food when it was nearly empty. Some of our order sat on the counter for a full 10 minutes before being served when we chased our order. The manager Will was rude and petulant when we asked to speak to the manager (we were not rude or loud at any point) then he stormed off without even apologising. I rarely complain but I've never seen anything like his behaviour, it literally left us bemused and stunned. However I do have to mention the server Leon who was helpful, polite and capable, he would be a much better manager! If Leon had been our only contact with staff we would definitely have been happy to return but Will has ensured that neither we nor our guests will ever return to Nandos in Liverpool One.

Very nice place to eat if you want affordable food in 10 to 20 pounds under meal deal option. Also they asked about allergies so if u do have allergies, you might find this good. The food was nice and you have options of lots of different sauces. You also have refillable drinks once you have bought one drink. Nice place to go with friends and family. Will recommend. It does get busy near late afternoon like 2 to 3 so come earlier if you want less rush.

Dry, tasteless chicken that didn't have the usual Nandos grilled taste. Slow service, others who arrived after us, served well before. Eventually had to ask the waiter to check our order and it came straight away. Tiniest portion of chips. Led to table where a spillage had just been cleaned up on the floor. Floor still wet, couldn't put shopping bags down, this despite there being other clean tables. Never be back.

Shocking I know but this was our first Nandos vist! Staff were really lovely and explained how it all works. Food was really tasty. I had the spicy rice salad with chicken and hubby had a hot sauce chicken burger with nando spiced chips and peas. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a Saturday and very busy but we were seated within a 5 minute wait. We have joined the Nando fan club.

Got seated pretty quickly, longest wait I’ve ever had for Nando’s food dining in, but was only around 30 minutes and they were busy so this was acceptable. However, both of us order medium spice level - one was much hotter than normal, and the other tasted incredibly plain, and also quite dry, which was disappointing. When staff came round to check on our meals they seemed shocked by this, and unsure what to do. I’ll be fair to them, they did offer to replace my meal which was kind, and I chose to decline. By this time we’d waited 30 minutes already, the other diner was already halfway through their meal and we had plans for the rest of the evening. Not the best Nando’s I’ve ever had, but wouldn’t put me off returning just yet as it’s normally a great meal. Just sadly lacked spice on this occasion

Wait for a table for 15 minutes on a Friday evening which wasn’t an issue. Food came out exceptionally quickly and was good.

The manager in the restaurant was an absolute shambles. Rude , inhospitable and disregarding our issues within the restaurant today. Nando’s have absolutely robbed us blind. My poor friend has now starved without and dinner and is 10 pounds poorer. REFUSING to serve her food and saying that “the order doesn’t exist” who is he to call us a liar. Well I tell u now the order did exist and I will not EVER be returning to Nando’s Liverpool one.

Bru they forgot our food 😭😭😭 we was waiting for 40 minutes before we asked they said it didn’t come through all though 5 ordered at the till and 2 on the app. Then for one of us they still took another extra 20 minutes after the rest finished our food he was still waiting and had to go up and ask again, food was good but service was atrocious

First time visiting this particular nandos. Plenty of choice of different seating areas l,we were sat next to window so great view. Staff friendly amd attentive. Food came out very quickly and everything was correct. Everywhere clean and tidy.

The spices were strong and didn't suit my taste, but the corn was delicious. It was convenient because you could order directly from your cell phone by scanning the QR code at your seat. I didn't know at first, so I called the staff, but they kindly explained it to me.

I was appalled by the waiting times in this restaurant. Me and my friend were severely dehydrated and it took HALF AN HOUR to get us some simple glasses in which we had to fill up ourselves. I got my food before my water and my friend didn’t get her food at all until a lovely man helped us out. No hate on him, but everything else was rubbish. She had four drinks refilled until she got her food (an hour later) and she had to result to eating ice cubes. Very disappointing. In addition, cleanliness is off putting and disgusting. Sort it out Nando’s.

Over a hour wait for food Then when it did come chips and mids meals were freezing they were sent back and there was another wait …. Drinks were flat ice machine broke and the mess under the tables when people left ….. and that’s how it stayed I love Nando’s I eat it all the time but I won’t be gping back to Liverpool 1 Nando’s any time soon

We called in for lunch and eventhough there was a slight issue with our order they offered an alternative and an extra side very quickly. The food, as usual, was all good.

standard Nando’s but I think for some reason the waiters are being judged based on personalised reviews from customers? personally when I go to eat my peri peri chicken I don’t really want to rate and review a person post meal. This is a very weird choice for Nando’s, which is virtually a self service restaurant - waiters basically only bring out your food to you from the kitchen and you fetch your cutlery and condiments yourself! I like this system a lot, but obviously there is hardly any grounds for me to review my waiter on if all they do is bring me my plate! I hope the waiters tips don’t depend on these reviews as I bet people will only do reviews when they have something to complain about, and this is hardly reflective of the waiters performance!

Toilets were dirty you have to keep on top of things like that people all around the world come to England they don't want to see thing dirty it's our job to well come people .nandos in liverpool was really nice place and to see plants in the place was amazing keep up the good job

Absolutely amazing. Superb service from start to finish. Especially James the waitor, nothing was too much trouble. Even took the time to describe a new sauce and brought it to the table for us to try. Every Nandos needs a James.

Visited when there was around a 10 minute wait, after I got seated and ordered through the mobile app. I received my food in around 5-10 mins which I was super happy with that speed. The food itself was standard Nando’s nothing too special. The staff were also very nice and helpful when asked questions.

A wonderful restaurant that contains all types and types of foods

Not often moved to write reviews about chain restaurants, but what a dump this place is. Table dirty when we were seated, food residue on the menus, litter on the floor and toilet bins overflowing with rubbish (including used nappies). This was for an early lunch visit (11:30am), so not even the excuse that it was busy and it was at the end of a long shift.

I tell you, the racism in Liverpool Is wild. Popped into the Nando’s for a bit of late ish food to take away. The zesty ‘gentleman’ greeting, spoke and stared at me in extreme disdain, he didn’t blink, in no way cordial.

The whole family loved the food and experience. Staff were brilliant for my children that have allergies.

Erin and the staff at Nando’s were very welcoming and went out of their way to be courteous when we needed help with our order! Thanks, Erin!!!

Can I give 7 stars? Cause Nando’s is fantastic everywhere! There’s no occasion I’ve found Nando’s less than just fantastic. Absolutely one of my few fav places.

The food was good but I had to wait a long time to get a table. Many people who arrived in the que after my party were seated before us and it took over half an hour to get a table. The service was also slow but the food was good.

Always a great place to have a cheeky nandos. I had a chicken pitta with pineapple and cheese cooked in hot peri peri sauce. The peri peri fries are always great too! Highly recommended

We arrived and placed our orders on app but the drinks arrived no problem but after 45 minutes food had not arrived I asked the waitress where it was to be told that as they have two kitchens our order had gone to the one that they had just closed an hour later our food arrived thankfully that was ok. Offered free dessert s and round of drinks. Ordered another round of drinks only to be told that's too much so had to settle for a bottle of wine between 8

Too expensive. The quantity shown in the menu vs what you get is totally different. So choose wise and order for 30 pounds for each of you.

Half chicken 🐓 was tasty was bit of a wait

Visited Nando’s Liverpool one on 20/02/2024. at arrival I asked a member of staff if I could be seated in a quieter area of the restaurant. due to my friend having a disability we had to be seated somewhere suitable. this particular section was closed off for the evening. the manager allowed us to be seated in this area. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I ordered the chicken wrap ( double ) with peri tamer and a slice of cheese. I opted for one side and decided on spicy rice. while waiting for the meal to arrive I noticed the table beside me hadn’t been cleared. given the circumstances of the sitting area being closed. I understood this. I went to the toilet and noticed toilet paper on the floor in both cubicles. see attached pictures. I noticed multiple tables that had not been cleared. these tables were outside of the closed area. this was at 840PM the restaurant is open until 10PM. When I spoke with the manager he blamed the fact members of the public are able to access the toilets with the location being L1 he is unable to stop members of the public from using the toilets. and in regards to the uncleared tables his response was the tables will be cleared when the restaurant is closed in just over an hours time. the state of Nando’s Liverpool One during this visit was surprising as I have visited many times previously and have never experienced it like this. Disappointing on this occasion

Great place for all the family. Really liked the wings and the kids loved the macaroni and cheese.

Standard Nandos only waited a few minutes for a table. Quick service staff provided a bowl of the garlic sauce as there were no bottles around, which was nice. Food came quickly and was well presented. The restaurant was generally clean and well laid out.

Thank you so much to the member of staff for going above and beyond for my daughter. I asked to be seated in a corner as she cannot tolerate noise with her autism. They not only sat us in an area that wasn't open but then said they would turn the music down. It made her visit enjoyable for both of us as she wasn't on edge. Thank you for understanding. Will definitely be visiting again 😁

Very busy on a weekend but we were seated quickly. Disappointing that they don't offer blue light discount as I don't carry my NHS id badge around incase I lose it so didn't get the usual discount. Had to ask for straws. Some staff were nice and friendly, others had a face on. Took a while to order by phone. It's a shame that you can't leave a tip via the web ordering. Maybe that would help with staff satisfaction.

We were on holiday in the UK, so this was our first Nando experience. I like that you can order via your phone - everything went smoothly and the food was quite tasty but not spectacular. There’s different sauces you can choose from, from very hot to a milder one. This place is quite spacious but was still very crowded. Good for a quick bite.

I have a sore knee and back and the young guy taking the names to book a table kindly got me a chair so that I could wait in comfort. The manager was fantastic in looking after me and my allergies and the food was wonderful as always.

Come here quite a lot and haven’t really had issues before, the chicken on my burger was cooked through but cold, they had no wraps which is my usual order and there was another burger on the menu my friend wanted that was unavailable. Girls toilets really need some TLC. Smells like someone has mopped up wee over and over again but not changed the mop it’s quite unpleasant. The toilet roll holder was on the floor and toilet roll was provided on top of the sanitary bin which is disgusting. However, the service was amazing and friendly, a girl called Erin who works there was very attentive at our table and so polite :)

Incredible service from Jayant!! Arrived with no reservation and Jayant was really welcoming, assuring us that he would make sure we would have a table soon. He personally cleared the table and was super friendly, making us feel more welcome than ever before. He was friendly and really kind, offering excellent customer service and making sure we really felt looked after. I have visited this Nando's a few times and always have had a good experience but I have never felt so personally valued as I have this time - thank you Jayant! The small gestures really make a huge difference.
