The chicken was stale and looked like it had been sitting somewhere for a long time, then warmed and served to us. I’ve had that chicken in other restaurants and definitely wasn’t the same.

It’s a shame i’m doing this. I love a good nando’s , but today’s experience was shameful burnt garlic bread not eatable I love it abit burnt but eatable. But it was mad burnt , I explained I can’t eat that he just picks up my plate and takes it he then takes it over brings it back I eat my food then my chicken is pink not a great experience. I dont like complaining nor leaving a bad review on any company and its not just because I love a nando’s it’s simply because it wasn’t good enough. the pink chicken just made me feel so sick.

Absolute rip off!! Visited Nandos 3rd December for the first time. I Ordered two glasses red wine came to £8 it was dreadful, like paint stripper. I complained to the barmaid she couldn't care less had no intentions of changing it. The food was very basic to say the least, chips were like fries, got a small portion of tasteless rice and a piece of chicken and it totalled to £15 😬 absolute rip off!! Had to queue outside for twenty minutes then inside for another twenty minutes to be seated then had to stand in a queue to order the food, there was no table service.. Awful. Will I ever return?....Never in a million years! Like a DIY shop, do everything yourself.

Considering how busy it was our food came out perfect and pretty fast. We had one mistake on our order and it was quickly fixed by one of the lovely members of staff. I will remember names next time to highlight here. Very pleasant experience.

We were there two evenings in a row. Amazing service, food is without a doubt the best chicken I've ever eaten. This was really worth the wait. And this is my point of criticism. There was always a line of waiting customers, always. Felt always as if I have to hurry eating. Ruined a lil bit the ambiente, but I can understand that the people love it. I have to give credit to our waitress on sunday. This is the prime example of going the extra mile for your job. I will always come back again when I am in Liverpool again.

Fantastic experience! Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated quickly by our lovely waitress Katie who catered to our every need. She provided such friendly service making our experience a 10/10. The food came out so fast and the mac and cheese was to die for! The refillable soft drinks are such a bargain. Couldn't recommend this Nandos more!!

It was really busy on the 28th when I went but our server Agata went above and beyond to ensure that my girlfriend and I had an amazing experience. Food was fresh and delicious, thankfully Agata had also listened to our allergenic needs and made notes for the kitchen staff. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at Nando’s Liverpool One. My first visit was so disappointing that the customer service team offered me a £40 voucher as compensation. I decided to use that voucher on October 12, 2024, for an anniversary dinner with my wife, hoping for an improved experience. However, to my surprise, things only got worse. The compensation code they provided turned out to be invalid both at the counter and on the app. After multiple attempts, the restaurant staff, including the general manager, tried to help, but ultimately didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I was asked to pay for the meal out of my own pocket, leaving me in a frustrating and embarrassing situation in front of other customers. I contacted customer service again, and their only response was that the code “now works” and that there was a “technical glitch” on the day of my visit. What a coincidence, right? Apparently, the code worked just fine the day before and the day after, but on my anniversary, it just happened to fail. Truly remarkable timing. This explanation is far from satisfactory, especially considering this was a second chance for Nando’s to make things right, and instead, I was left with yet another negative experience. The lack of proper compensation and the dismissive response from customer service have left me thoroughly disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant after two frustrating experiences and such an evasive response.

Visited 08-10-24 we was seated very quick (within 5 minutes) ordering at the till was quick and easy. Again good arrived quick and portion size was good and tasted lovely. The only let down was dirty female toilets. Toilet roll all over the cubicle floors. One toilet had no toilet roll available as it was stuck in the despenser. One toilet had unflushed poo (not the nicest of things to see before you eat. Regular checks on the toilets needed.

On a day trip to Liverpool with three friends we decided to try nando for lunch,bad choice. Two ladies received their lunch to find they had no holders for their corn on the cob,they had to ask for some, another lady had corn on the cob badly burned which I asked to be replaced,which they did,and my meal never came,when I asked about it they came back with the wrong order,so again they had to go back and get the correct one,when it finally came it was Luke warm,by this time I'd had enough, so I ate what I could and left. Needless to say I won't be visiting again,the service was terrible. Badly trained staff,who didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I usually like nando’s and this is the first time i’ve been to this specific branch. It was terrible. The manager or whoever she was, was not very nice at all. I went with my grandad and we ordered on the app. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our food and noticed other people that came afterward we were seated had their food. My grandad went up to speak to this woman behind the till and she said we needed to reorder and pay again at the till. Mind you the money had been taken out of his account! She was rude and condescending to my grandad and did not acknowledge or listen to what he was trying to say. She was speaking to him like he was stupid. Won’t be coming back here.

Mains took 40 minutes to come out normally out in 20. Other tables that were sat after us were given their food first not sure why. When we were given our mains we got through the full meal without being asked if everything was okay, disappointed as I wanted to ask for sauce since the server who gave us our food just put the plates down and walked away without asking if we needed anything else. Good job the food was amazing can’t fault the actual food just let down by service.

Waited more than half hour for the food when it was nearly empty. Some of our order sat on the counter for a full 10 minutes before being served when we chased our order. The manager Will was rude and petulant when we asked to speak to the manager (we were not rude or loud at any point) then he stormed off without even apologising. I rarely complain but I've never seen anything like his behaviour, it literally left us bemused and stunned. However I do have to mention the server Leon who was helpful, polite and capable, he would be a much better manager! If Leon had been our only contact with staff we would definitely have been happy to return but Will has ensured that neither we nor our guests will ever return to Nandos in Liverpool One.

Very nice place to eat if you want affordable food in 10 to 20 pounds under meal deal option. Also they asked about allergies so if u do have allergies, you might find this good. The food was nice and you have options of lots of different sauces. You also have refillable drinks once you have bought one drink. Nice place to go with friends and family. Will recommend. It does get busy near late afternoon like 2 to 3 so come earlier if you want less rush.

Shocking I know but this was our first Nandos vist! Staff were really lovely and explained how it all works. Food was really tasty. I had the spicy rice salad with chicken and hubby had a hot sauce chicken burger with nando spiced chips and peas. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a Saturday and very busy but we were seated within a 5 minute wait. We have joined the Nando fan club.

Got seated pretty quickly, longest wait I’ve ever had for Nando’s food dining in, but was only around 30 minutes and they were busy so this was acceptable. However, both of us order medium spice level - one was much hotter than normal, and the other tasted incredibly plain, and also quite dry, which was disappointing. When staff came round to check on our meals they seemed shocked by this, and unsure what to do. I’ll be fair to them, they did offer to replace my meal which was kind, and I chose to decline. By this time we’d waited 30 minutes already, the other diner was already halfway through their meal and we had plans for the rest of the evening. Not the best Nando’s I’ve ever had, but wouldn’t put me off returning just yet as it’s normally a great meal. Just sadly lacked spice on this occasion

I was appalled by the waiting times in this restaurant. Me and my friend were severely dehydrated and it took HALF AN HOUR to get us some simple glasses in which we had to fill up ourselves. I got my food before my water and my friend didn’t get her food at all until a lovely man helped us out. No hate on him, but everything else was rubbish. She had four drinks refilled until she got her food (an hour later) and she had to result to eating ice cubes. Very disappointing. In addition, cleanliness is off putting and disgusting. Sort it out Nando’s.

standard Nando’s but I think for some reason the waiters are being judged based on personalised reviews from customers? personally when I go to eat my peri peri chicken I don’t really want to rate and review a person post meal. This is a very weird choice for Nando’s, which is virtually a self service restaurant - waiters basically only bring out your food to you from the kitchen and you fetch your cutlery and condiments yourself! I like this system a lot, but obviously there is hardly any grounds for me to review my waiter on if all they do is bring me my plate! I hope the waiters tips don’t depend on these reviews as I bet people will only do reviews when they have something to complain about, and this is hardly reflective of the waiters performance!

Not often moved to write reviews about chain restaurants, but what a dump this place is. Table dirty when we were seated, food residue on the menus, litter on the floor and toilet bins overflowing with rubbish (including used nappies). This was for an early lunch visit (11:30am), so not even the excuse that it was busy and it was at the end of a long shift.

Visited Nando’s Liverpool one on 20/02/2024. at arrival I asked a member of staff if I could be seated in a quieter area of the restaurant. due to my friend having a disability we had to be seated somewhere suitable. this particular section was closed off for the evening. the manager allowed us to be seated in this area. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I ordered the chicken wrap ( double ) with peri tamer and a slice of cheese. I opted for one side and decided on spicy rice. while waiting for the meal to arrive I noticed the table beside me hadn’t been cleared. given the circumstances of the sitting area being closed. I understood this. I went to the toilet and noticed toilet paper on the floor in both cubicles. see attached pictures. I noticed multiple tables that had not been cleared. these tables were outside of the closed area. this was at 840PM the restaurant is open until 10PM. When I spoke with the manager he blamed the fact members of the public are able to access the toilets with the location being L1 he is unable to stop members of the public from using the toilets. and in regards to the uncleared tables his response was the tables will be cleared when the restaurant is closed in just over an hours time. the state of Nando’s Liverpool One during this visit was surprising as I have visited many times previously and have never experienced it like this. Disappointing on this occasion

Standard Nandos only waited a few minutes for a table. Quick service staff provided a bowl of the garlic sauce as there were no bottles around, which was nice. Food came quickly and was well presented. The restaurant was generally clean and well laid out.

Gorgeous venue, poor hot chocolate. For £3.80 you would expect more than the Cadburys powder you buy at Tesco (or equally meh). The milk also wasn’t barista silky, the texture was more like what you get when you heat in the microwave. For a good hot chocolate on Lark Lane you’d be best going to Press Bros or Minna. If we’re scoring vibes alone though they’re easily a 5, it is a lovely venue with their mock stained glass windows, exposed brick, mood lighting and plants galore.

Visited Yea Rah Liverpool one on Sunday 1st. Firstly walked in to a not very smiling staff. ordered our food me and my stepson ordered full rack of ribs to which they didn’t have so had to settle in n half a rack each. When it arrived presentation was good but av seen more meat on a butchers pencil I was spitting out bone and fat disgusting. My wife ordered chicken jalfrezi which was very dry and served on a hot plate very unusual. My other stepson ordered chicken melt which was cold and had Edam cheese not even melted and wouldn’t feed a pigeon never mind a growing 6’4 Lad so he wasn’t impressed.. my stepdaughter ordered peri peri chicken and it come as a whole chicken cut in half she wasn’t impressed either. I visited the toilets and looked like it hadn’t been checked for a while maybe 3 hours disgusting 🤮… so over all we will not be visiting this place ever again oh and a price tag of £105

I am a regular customer at the Titanic hotel. It’s a fantastic environment however the cost of an evening meal is very low.compared with other competitors on the the Liverpool water front. £18 .50p is not a lot of money for fish and chips. Some times the meal is exceptional some times it is very poor. John Riley Regular customer.
