Nice food, friendly staff in a good location next to cinema.

One of the nicer and more delicious Nandos branches we’ve experience, staff were great and the chicken was especially tender and soft!

We had always wanted to try Nando’s for a long time. We had a long wait before we were seated but that’s to be expected in this establishment I’m led to believe. The menu options are limited to be honest and the food portions are also a little meagre, but the flavour of the food is really good. It’s not what we expected but overall we enjoyed our visit due to the very helpful staff.

We are staying at the titanic liverpool hotel from Manchester so we have no access to anything or know where anything is& just ordered on the nandos app- #2663. I realised we have nothing so rang the store to ask for sauces & the lady that answered the phone was the best! Wish I got her name. She made sure we had cutlery extra sauces and even butter. Thankyou so so much. Wish I got your name!! But hopefully your team will know it was you 💓!

Poor restaurant, poor service , poor food.

Went to Liverpool one nandos Saturday 8th March with my granddaughter 19 ad friend 19 .the chicken butterfly was dry.not the 1st time. The chips were all bits like the end of the bag.not nice meal at all. Spent £56 not happy

Now ive always had a hesitation on goin to have food in NANDO'S because the advertising for it shows it HOT HOT HOT and i can't stomach hot spicey food so never tryed.... But on a day out and me daughter booked the restaurant low and behold its NANDO'S First thourt was shit but she said have you ever tasted it NO I HAVENT... AND TO MY SURPRISE NANDO'S ISN'T HOT Im sorry but your ad dont do the justice my wife got lemon and herb and i had medium not to go to mad first bite not that bad so added a few drops of hot sauce still nothin FALSE ADVERTISING NANDO'S HAVING PEOPLE EATING THE EXTRA HOT SITTIN THERE SWEATIN THE ARSES OFF WOW LOVELY STAFF,PLACE AND FOOD OUTA THIS WORLD AND NO RING STING LOL

Came in and got seated for 15:19, watched 5 tables come in and get served before us. When we asked about the food the server wasn’t bothered at all and cut us off. Then when we got the food, we was missing garlic bread and found a hair in the food.

The best thing about our visit to was the lady who greeted and served us. She was friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the service the only highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the food was nothing like I remember. Nando’s has definitely gone downhill. The portions were small, and the worst part was that the food was cold. The chicken breast was very dry, and the chips were no better than a bag of frozen supermarket chips; nothing special at all. Apart from the bottled Nando’s sauces, the flavours were disappointing and lacked the taste I used to link with Nando’s. I don’t know how they can justify serving lukewarm to cold food, but it was very disappointing. I will not be going back.

Very good service and good with allergies making sure that the food didn't have item in that I couldn't have. I will be coming again

Another good Nandos in UK doing things right. Happy with everything we had. I'd recommend making a booking as this one gets busy.

Had to wait a long time for food and when it arrived it was cold I did return it but only burger had been warm up chips was still cold , no one asked if our food was ok and the restaurant was dirty won't be returning terrible experience

Awful. It took more than 40 minutes to get our food. It was sitting on the counter for ages, while the staff were standing around and talking. When we got our food, it was cold. Have you tried to feed a toddler cold, dry food when it’s supposed to be warm? Not good, and will never go there again.

Had lunch there on Boxing day,I must say,although the place was rammed full,the food and service were fine. I like their chicken ceaser salad,and it was as good as any previous,where it was not as busy,so very well done to all staff! Sadly,toilets were a disaster,I had to use the disabled,wich was overflowing with dirty nappies,and stunk! As I said,it was really busy,but toilets have to be maintained.

Amazing service from masoom. Me and my girlfriend came in today for bite before drinks and masoom was always checking in to see if we needed anything and if things were satisfactory. She was very kind and attentive which made our meal far more enjoyable. Would definitely come again.

It was a quick lunch, as I am gluten intolerant they did my chicken seperate & it was lovely! They offer a variety of foods on their menu, sauces, sides, drinks etc.

Had a great meal and our server, Agata, went above and beyond to make it a perfect experience. As they were running low on forks in the cutlery area, she took the time to go find some for us and was such a friendly member of staff.

Somehow they had no chicken and was advised it would take at least half an hour to get some(no idea from where)almost an hour we waited and when we got it it was cold and nasty and stringy and grey and weirdly dry as a regular user of nandos I can't recall ever getting such a bad one as this.though staff was helpful and we were Offord free starters.

The chicken was stale and looked like it had been sitting somewhere for a long time, then warmed and served to us. I’ve had that chicken in other restaurants and definitely wasn’t the same.

It’s a shame i’m doing this. I love a good nando’s , but today’s experience was shameful burnt garlic bread not eatable I love it abit burnt but eatable. But it was mad burnt , I explained I can’t eat that he just picks up my plate and takes it he then takes it over brings it back I eat my food then my chicken is pink not a great experience. I dont like complaining nor leaving a bad review on any company and its not just because I love a nando’s it’s simply because it wasn’t good enough. the pink chicken just made me feel so sick.

Absolute rip off!! Visited Nandos 3rd December for the first time. I Ordered two glasses red wine came to £8 it was dreadful, like paint stripper. I complained to the barmaid she couldn't care less had no intentions of changing it. The food was very basic to say the least, chips were like fries, got a small portion of tasteless rice and a piece of chicken and it totalled to £15 😬 absolute rip off!! Had to queue outside for twenty minutes then inside for another twenty minutes to be seated then had to stand in a queue to order the food, there was no table service.. Awful. Will I ever return?....Never in a million years! Like a DIY shop, do everything yourself.

Love a nando's but this one felt tired. Lack of selection on the menu with many sides not available, dirty cutlery and filthy floors. They need more staff

Considering how busy it was our food came out perfect and pretty fast. We had one mistake on our order and it was quickly fixed by one of the lovely members of staff. I will remember names next time to highlight here. Very pleasant experience.

A friendly greeting and only a 5 min wait for a table, you order everything from your phone, so NO table service. Chicken was good. The ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting. Not what you need to see before eating!!

Staff were standing free, but didn't bother to attend the customers who are waiting, and when we ordered food they didn't even bothered to give us glasses for the drinks, we waited for a while and asked them and picked the glasses by myself, food was good but staff aren't that great.

Well, I came with my cousin and her fella, and I'll tell you right now, I had a fkn magical experience, you want to know why? I'll tell you know..... ERIN and the American fella DOMINIC if that's how you spell it, she was the most lovelist person ever, had a little joke about the 131 and 137 table Loooool, if ye know ye know, Dominic is as so polite and lovely too, I only had a wine but it felt like Christmas Day, I might be slight drunk but this review was needed! We were seated and welcomed fast by Erin where I then ordered on the till where Katie helped me put in my order. All staff very friendly.

We were there two evenings in a row. Amazing service, food is without a doubt the best chicken I've ever eaten. This was really worth the wait. And this is my point of criticism. There was always a line of waiting customers, always. Felt always as if I have to hurry eating. Ruined a lil bit the ambiente, but I can understand that the people love it. I have to give credit to our waitress on sunday. This is the prime example of going the extra mile for your job. I will always come back again when I am in Liverpool again.

Brilliant experience at Nando’s! Girl who served us was brilliant, she had blonde hair in a braid. Wrap was perfect and stuffed with chicken, deffo my moneys worth!

Fantastic experience! Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated quickly by our lovely waitress Katie who catered to our every need. She provided such friendly service making our experience a 10/10. The food came out so fast and the mac and cheese was to die for! The refillable soft drinks are such a bargain. Couldn't recommend this Nandos more!!

The wrap i ordered had salad in it which i hated asked them to replace it with one without salad, took ages then gave the same thing with salad!

Good foods and the nice location .

It was really busy on the 28th when I went but our server Agata went above and beyond to ensure that my girlfriend and I had an amazing experience. Food was fresh and delicious, thankfully Agata had also listened to our allergenic needs and made notes for the kitchen staff. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at Nando’s Liverpool One. My first visit was so disappointing that the customer service team offered me a £40 voucher as compensation. I decided to use that voucher on October 12, 2024, for an anniversary dinner with my wife, hoping for an improved experience. However, to my surprise, things only got worse. The compensation code they provided turned out to be invalid both at the counter and on the app. After multiple attempts, the restaurant staff, including the general manager, tried to help, but ultimately didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I was asked to pay for the meal out of my own pocket, leaving me in a frustrating and embarrassing situation in front of other customers. I contacted customer service again, and their only response was that the code “now works” and that there was a “technical glitch” on the day of my visit. What a coincidence, right? Apparently, the code worked just fine the day before and the day after, but on my anniversary, it just happened to fail. Truly remarkable timing. This explanation is far from satisfactory, especially considering this was a second chance for Nando’s to make things right, and instead, I was left with yet another negative experience. The lack of proper compensation and the dismissive response from customer service have left me thoroughly disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant after two frustrating experiences and such an evasive response.

Nandos. Everybody loves Nandos and the Liverpool One branch really is at the top of their game. Fast, efficient staff and THOSE spices on tender juicy chicken makes it a no brainer.

Ordered on deliveroo and got the complete wrong order. Had our order receipt on the bag, but only got sent 1 burger and it wasn’t ours

Nando's generally are good, we prefer going there instead of McD or KFC but the food was served cold. However, the waitress who servered us was kind and aplogiesed, made our meal slightly enjoyable.

The place was filthy, wet floors from spilled drinks and food on floor. Tables left uncleared of food and plates, no cutlery available, no salt. Staff seemed not to care. Raised concerns with staff no interest.

Visited 08-10-24 we was seated very quick (within 5 minutes) ordering at the till was quick and easy. Again good arrived quick and portion size was good and tasted lovely. The only let down was dirty female toilets. Toilet roll all over the cubicle floors. One toilet had no toilet roll available as it was stuck in the despenser. One toilet had unflushed poo (not the nicest of things to see before you eat. Regular checks on the toilets needed.

On a day trip to Liverpool with three friends we decided to try nando for lunch,bad choice. Two ladies received their lunch to find they had no holders for their corn on the cob,they had to ask for some, another lady had corn on the cob badly burned which I asked to be replaced,which they did,and my meal never came,when I asked about it they came back with the wrong order,so again they had to go back and get the correct one,when it finally came it was Luke warm,by this time I'd had enough, so I ate what I could and left. Needless to say I won't be visiting again,the service was terrible. Badly trained staff,who didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I usually like nando’s and this is the first time i’ve been to this specific branch. It was terrible. The manager or whoever she was, was not very nice at all. I went with my grandad and we ordered on the app. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our food and noticed other people that came afterward we were seated had their food. My grandad went up to speak to this woman behind the till and she said we needed to reorder and pay again at the till. Mind you the money had been taken out of his account! She was rude and condescending to my grandad and did not acknowledge or listen to what he was trying to say. She was speaking to him like he was stupid. Won’t be coming back here.

Mains took 40 minutes to come out normally out in 20. Other tables that were sat after us were given their food first not sure why. When we were given our mains we got through the full meal without being asked if everything was okay, disappointed as I wanted to ask for sauce since the server who gave us our food just put the plates down and walked away without asking if we needed anything else. Good job the food was amazing can’t fault the actual food just let down by service.

Would like to just give a shout out to Erin who gave outstanding friendly and honest service. She made the experience of ordering so much better and the food as always is wonderful.

Waited more than half hour for the food when it was nearly empty. Some of our order sat on the counter for a full 10 minutes before being served when we chased our order. The manager Will was rude and petulant when we asked to speak to the manager (we were not rude or loud at any point) then he stormed off without even apologising. I rarely complain but I've never seen anything like his behaviour, it literally left us bemused and stunned. However I do have to mention the server Leon who was helpful, polite and capable, he would be a much better manager! If Leon had been our only contact with staff we would definitely have been happy to return but Will has ensured that neither we nor our guests will ever return to Nandos in Liverpool One.

Very nice place to eat if you want affordable food in 10 to 20 pounds under meal deal option. Also they asked about allergies so if u do have allergies, you might find this good. The food was nice and you have options of lots of different sauces. You also have refillable drinks once you have bought one drink. Nice place to go with friends and family. Will recommend. It does get busy near late afternoon like 2 to 3 so come earlier if you want less rush.

Dry, tasteless chicken that didn't have the usual Nandos grilled taste. Slow service, others who arrived after us, served well before. Eventually had to ask the waiter to check our order and it came straight away. Tiniest portion of chips. Led to table where a spillage had just been cleaned up on the floor. Floor still wet, couldn't put shopping bags down, this despite there being other clean tables. Never be back.

Shocking I know but this was our first Nandos vist! Staff were really lovely and explained how it all works. Food was really tasty. I had the spicy rice salad with chicken and hubby had a hot sauce chicken burger with nando spiced chips and peas. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a Saturday and very busy but we were seated within a 5 minute wait. We have joined the Nando fan club.

Got seated pretty quickly, longest wait I’ve ever had for Nando’s food dining in, but was only around 30 minutes and they were busy so this was acceptable. However, both of us order medium spice level - one was much hotter than normal, and the other tasted incredibly plain, and also quite dry, which was disappointing. When staff came round to check on our meals they seemed shocked by this, and unsure what to do. I’ll be fair to them, they did offer to replace my meal which was kind, and I chose to decline. By this time we’d waited 30 minutes already, the other diner was already halfway through their meal and we had plans for the rest of the evening. Not the best Nando’s I’ve ever had, but wouldn’t put me off returning just yet as it’s normally a great meal. Just sadly lacked spice on this occasion

Wait for a table for 15 minutes on a Friday evening which wasn’t an issue. Food came out exceptionally quickly and was good.

The manager in the restaurant was an absolute shambles. Rude , inhospitable and disregarding our issues within the restaurant today. Nando’s have absolutely robbed us blind. My poor friend has now starved without and dinner and is 10 pounds poorer. REFUSING to serve her food and saying that “the order doesn’t exist” who is he to call us a liar. Well I tell u now the order did exist and I will not EVER be returning to Nando’s Liverpool one.

Bru they forgot our food 😭😭😭 we was waiting for 40 minutes before we asked they said it didn’t come through all though 5 ordered at the till and 2 on the app. Then for one of us they still took another extra 20 minutes after the rest finished our food he was still waiting and had to go up and ask again, food was good but service was atrocious

First time visiting this particular nandos. Plenty of choice of different seating areas l,we were sat next to window so great view. Staff friendly amd attentive. Food came out very quickly and everything was correct. Everywhere clean and tidy.

The spices were strong and didn't suit my taste, but the corn was delicious. It was convenient because you could order directly from your cell phone by scanning the QR code at your seat. I didn't know at first, so I called the staff, but they kindly explained it to me.

I was appalled by the waiting times in this restaurant. Me and my friend were severely dehydrated and it took HALF AN HOUR to get us some simple glasses in which we had to fill up ourselves. I got my food before my water and my friend didn’t get her food at all until a lovely man helped us out. No hate on him, but everything else was rubbish. She had four drinks refilled until she got her food (an hour later) and she had to result to eating ice cubes. Very disappointing. In addition, cleanliness is off putting and disgusting. Sort it out Nando’s.

Over a hour wait for food Then when it did come chips and mids meals were freezing they were sent back and there was another wait …. Drinks were flat ice machine broke and the mess under the tables when people left ….. and that’s how it stayed I love Nando’s I eat it all the time but I won’t be gping back to Liverpool 1 Nando’s any time soon

We called in for lunch and eventhough there was a slight issue with our order they offered an alternative and an extra side very quickly. The food, as usual, was all good.

Horrible food, the chicken wings were all burnt and tasted terrible. Staff didn’t think there is a problem.

Really lovely experience. I've been to a few nando's and this has to be by far my favourite one, haha. It felt like I got plenty of chips which was definitely nice! Our waitress was extremely lovely as well.
