Food excellent but service lacking unfortunately, think they may have had a rush on just before we arrived (but quiet when we arrived). We went for a special occasion and ordered the glasses of champagne for £10 each on arrival. We felt forgotten for at least the first 15 mins, which is a long time to wait without even a drink, this put a dampener on the rest of the meal unfortunately. We felt that we were a little inconvenient and left out.

Afternoon tea was lovely. Live singer to make the atmosphere amazing. Loved the booths outside. Very relaxing. Staff really friendly and helpful

2 times wronge order avoid if possible ordered 4 chicken pieces then told him don’t eat wings or drums just chicken pieces I’ve been there numerous times and explained chicken breasts white meat with no bones but again tonight I went back to pick up my order and he said there’s two drumsticks and two wings then I told him I don’t eat those just four pieces of white meat got home drumsticks rang him upHe said you never specified what you wanted. What an absolute joke. He said you never specified what you wanted. What an absolute joke if I was you I would avoid this place like the plague.

The Boathouse seems to have got everything right, just quirky enough to stand out without being over the top, perfect location, beautiful relaxing restaurant where you can watch life on the river. Could have sat watching the ducks for hours. Rooms were newly refurbished, clean and had everything you could need. Free parking. Really made special by lovely welcoming staff from our early arrival to breakfast. Thanks, would definitely recommend.

Ordered a standard hotbox, with the prawn side. was nice enough, the beef was a bit chewy, but woke up the next day with awful food poisoning (bad diarrhoea and vomiting) , didnt eat anything else that day so was definitely that, would not recommend

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best Costa. Led by Amy this shop is amazing, it's clean, warm, friendly. The staff are all great and so welcoming. The latte and hot chocolate are wonderful and the cheese and Wiltshire ham toastie is to die for. We are always made welcome. Well done Amy keep up the good work.

I LOVE the nachos at Lola’s, expanded my visit today with the halloumi burrito bowl and it was fantastic. Really nice size portion for the price and lovely Avocado as an extra. Tried the house fries tonight too which I added the house dipping sauce - delicious !! Will be coming back for as long as your serving !!

Pizza is alright tbf the staff are always lovely whenever I call up. Sometimes it can take a while but that's understandable due to the volume of people ordering.
