Ordered tonkatsu ramen & teriyaki fries with Uber eats, was absolutely gorgeous, arrived piping hot, delivery man was polite and friendly too. Thank you!

I ordered a mushroom and Tofu Bao bun, came with only a bit of Tofu two slices of cucumber and sweet and soursauce not worth thw 7 pounds at all

I didn’t collect it so I’ve no idea who did but it wasn’t me I’m livid

Dish was good however there was kimchi missing which I wanted the most. Also it could has more sauce.

The food as not arrived yet it said its delivered and upon calling the restaurant they offered no assistance, an absolute disgraceful level of customer service, avoid at all costs

Food was disgusting. Rice seemed to be days old and tasted disgusting. Udon were very greasy and tasteless. Appalling food. £40 badly spent. Never again.

Food was tasteless and bland with barely any sauce. £23 for a bowl of rice and chopped boiled veg. Very disappointing.

i ordered miso kimchi ramen as takeaway through deliveroo, the taste isn’t the best but not terrible either, quite bland and messy. wish there was more broth and that it’d come seperate. i wouldn’t buy it again, definitely needs some improvement as of now.

We ordered the Panko prawns and at £7.70 they were very expensive as we only got 5 tiny prawns and no dipping sauce! The Chicken Ramen was bland and tasteless and the only saving grace was the egg. TheTaki Udon with chicken was probably the best dish but we would much prefer a wok & go if we were to choose.. Shame but we wouldn't re-order..

Order delivered was completely wrong. Never ordering again. If I could score zero I would!

Awful. Got a call after 30 minutes saying they’d ‘lost’ the order and they’d ring back. They never rang back and changed the delivery time to 30 minutes later. 2 and a half hours later and still no food. At one point the food was ‘on its way’ it was saying this for a good 30 minutes when the restaurant is 2 minutes away from where I live. I then got an email saying to rate my order, hadn’t even arrived so nothing to review. Couldn’t ring the restaurant as there is no number available anywhere for them. Absolutely disgusting, over 2 hours and a half being messed around only to end up with no food. Will never order from here again, hoping to receive a full refund as I had spent £45 to receive nothing.

My order was incomplete - the ice cream was not included. When I rang and got a central switchboard number after 10 minutes, with my food going cold, I was told if I ordered again I would have a discount. I would like my money back for the incomplete order because I shan't be using Just Eat again.

Great taste. Soup of the Ramen is proper japanese taste.

Ordered the katsu chicken from here. How they have audacity to sell this let alone call it katsu chicken curry is beyond me. Brown tasteless stodge on top of some rice. Absolutely terrible

Ordered ramen, katsu, bau buns and teriyaki fries via Uber eats. Order came pretty much as pictured in really good time, nothing not as expected. The Teriyaki fries are particularly delicious!

Glad I decided to give these guys another shot. Really enjoyed my ramen and the edemame beans were awesome. Delivery was prompt and friendly. Will be ordering again

This food came in shocking very bitter and cold all round poor quality. I had to order elsewhere. I spent £45 on my order and could not even eat it. I would like a refund. This is unacceptable

The delivery was on time I would not suggest the ramen at all. The noodles were fine but the soup tasted like dish water and all the vegetables were so hard it was obvious they had been thrown in. The buns were nice but I would pay full price

Right, placed order at 4pm, called the restaurant after 30min as I didn’t receive any confirmation and the girl on the phone told me the order was automatically cancels and due for refund as their machine was broken, 15 minutes after that call I receive the confirmation ( while I was about to order from somewhere else) at around 5:20pm I get this delivered, gyoza and 2 Fanta missing, bao bun stone cold and “ramen” oh lord, egg was brown in color, broth as bland as tepid water off the tap, horrible horrible horrible, worst place ever in Chester!

I was sent the food late and non of the order was correct! The restaurant won’t take responsibility for it and so I’ve paid nearly £30 for food I’ve not had ! Shocking customer service from both the restaurant and JustEat who are both passing the blame

The ramen was bland and the noodles was overcooked but the duck buns and donburi was exalent

Nice but noodles felt like spaghetti pasta rather than noodles! Also need to say there is 2 buns per bao order as it says "bun" suggesting 1 not 2!

The sprite we ordered was not included although we paid for it.

Well the delivery boy let the bag split so I had to carry piping hot bowls back into the house. Not even an apology. Disgusting.

Both chicken and tofu Donburi mains lacked flavour, some of the rice was dry and inedible. The Ebi Katsu side was good, but we won’t be ordering from here again.

Broth does need a lot more seasoning, as it was quite bland, you will be surprised how even the humble salt and pepper can go a long way in improving the taste of food. Starter tasted great though and cannot fault it.
