Chicken Station in Cheshire West and Chester

Nearly 2 hours for delivery on a Wednesday evening is just a joke. Told 3 times that my order was out for delivery and would be 10 minutes. It arrived 40 minutes after the first call saying it's out with the driver. There's always been long waits for delivery from here but last night took the mick and the food was average at best. Mini fillet bugers literally had one measly chicken strip on it and the 'large sides' were in fact small! The flavour was nice but the coating was so soggy with grease it was literally sliding off 🤢won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered food .was told 45 minute delivery,still waiting another 1 hour 30 mins ,rang after an hour to be told it was out on delivery.arrived 30 mins after conversion on phone .food cold. Will not be ordering again . delivery guy was very apologetic.

I had an exceptional take away last night. The food was lovely . The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be using this take away again

Items missing! The chips were cold and stale, and £5 for chips and cheese and a tiny, tiny pot of beans!!! Not ordered for along.time.but we won't be ordering again! P.s the delivery driver was rudley on the phone whilst he dropped the food off 🥲

Can’t fault the staff or the building but the chicken wrap i had was disgusting. Chicken was chewy, wrap was soggy and the portion was much smaller than anticipated. Couldn’t eat it even after 6 pints. For a places called chicken station i’d expect better 🤣

1.5 hours to make two kebabs. Food stone cold on arrival. They submit its out for deliver on just eat so they don’t get penalised and when you call to ask where the order is an hour later they come up with some intelligible excuse. Not ordering from here again. Our town is full of hard working honest people.

Good food but please tell your delivery drivers not to hold pizzas vertically while delivering

Ordered here last night 5:42 and I had to ring up an hour later to find out they not even started the order yet then a further 45 mins later food eventually arrived for it to be the wrong order completely so call up again to get it delivered properly another 30 mins for the food to be rather dry safe to say won't be ordering again

Ordered tonight arrived well before time stated driver was friendly. Food was warm and was great thank you ! Will order again when in area

Absolutely amazing burgers and fries from here, we order regularly and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended if you are yet to try food from here. Well done guys

Absolutely the worst service in the Northern Hemisphere. HM Prison Service could learn their customer service ethic from this place.

So order tonight, and we can't complain about the deliver however the food we received was under cooked chicken tikka kebab which was chewy, revolting boneless chicken which didn't taste right at all. The chicken was pink inside through the middle after that experience We would not be ordering there again after the meal we received.

Just had the coldest, oldest, chewiest chicken I've had in my life 🤢. The council need to go in there more regularly I think. When I started using Chicken Station years ago it was fantastic, I wouldn't use anywhere else. Now the chicken has gone smaller its ALWAYS cold and just absolutely disgusting to be honest, such a shame but that's me done with them 👋

The place is filthy! Not a glove or hair net in sight. They never stick to stated delivery times on Uber and when you ring up, the so called manager tries lie about calling me and knocking on my door.. it’s happened twice now, shame on me for going back! The food isn’t even decent, they put burning hot chips straight in to polystyrene containers sort of thing… the only decent thing is the waffles but as I say delivery is a nightmare as it’s “handled” by them,m.. mind you the ingredients aren’t always the freshest. They also can’t follow basic instructions like yes cream, no sauce… basic stuff let’s them down they are terrible.

The best pizza! The best mixed kebab! The best chicken wraps! Literally everything we have ordered from This place has been delicious. It’s delivered -on time, hot and every member of staff is happy, polite and a credit to you. When we look on Just eat for places that deliver and then look at reviews it’s just not worth going somewhere else and risk having a bad tasteless take out! So we always come back to the best takeout in Northwich. To be fair not many places can be good at everything! But this place is different and try to Disappoint. If you haven’t already! Get your orders in this weekend. You won’t regret!

This place wouldn't get any stars if there was an option. Ordered twice from here both times order has been incomplete, 😡both times guy on phone said will send missing items, Never turned up. They take your money but don't complete the order. The meal we received last night was okish... chicken was cold as we're chips so they went in the bin. Hubbie had pizza he said his was OK. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Food arrived on time last weekend; mixed kebab and chicken burger meal. Both were hot and very tasty; chicken and doner meat great quality, will definitely order again!

Chicken wrap with no sauce, salad, or taste. £14 for two wraps and 2 cans of pop...never again mate 😕

Ordered 3 pizzas ..the 16 inch spicy 1 was bland absolutely no taste and the extra toppings we ordered never came ..i know there busy but quality over quantity ..wont be ordering again
