The best restaurants in Chester City Cheshire West and Chester North West

Fantastic bar/restaurant in great location ..in Chester town centre. I thought this bar was brilliant... great staff plus good food. A must to visit if your in Chester at all

Never seen salad served in a zip seal bag, tandoori meats mostly dried up and no flavour. Next day wasn’t fun

Me and my other half was staying in a hotel near here and I came across this place as we were both hungry. I ordered a large donner kebab and my husband went for the battered sausage and chips. My kebab was worthy to be the worst thing I have tasted, the meat was rubbery and dry and the pita bread felt and tasted like it had been sat on for a couple of days. My husbands sausage was no where near large enough for my liking. The chips were also cooked the night before. The portion sizes were laughable as we both got near to nothing. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

A bit spit and sawdust but plesent enough to pop in for a cheap drink or two while shopping in town 😄

AMAZING food and great atmosphere. We ordered large mixed grill which was cooked perfectly. BIG shout out to Lisa (who cooked it!). You are a credit to the company. Thanks for making my birthday!!!

The food is fine quality you'd expect from dominos however the customer service is terrible. They will not accommodate allergies if a mistake is made despite immediate attempts to contact the store.

Food was lovely. Nice and hot. My only gripe was the kebab box and fries was small especially for the price of it. It was lovely just a small portion.

Noodles WAY overcooked, giving a delightful sludgy consistency, 1 piece of beef, 1 of chicken, that I could identify, 2 pieces broccoli (no other identifiable veg bar 4-5 sad and lonely beansprouts, and one piece of flaccid spring onion), spongy egg throughout and a number of small, rather sour, peculiar pieces of 'mystery meat'. Way below even average, if this was a primary school project, it would have red pen all over it, and 'MUST TRY HARDER, SEE ME.' at the bottom. Just don't bother, frankly. There are places doing better food for under a tenner a stones throw away.

Called in after a meal elsewhere. The selections on offer are extensive. Greeted with a smile by both the staff working and they didn't rush us. Made the custard up fresh whilst we were there and boxed the desserts up nicely for us to take and eat at the hotel. Large selection of ice cream. Everything we had was spot on.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best Costa. Led by Amy this shop is amazing, it's clean, warm, friendly. The staff are all great and so welcoming. The latte and hot chocolate are wonderful and the cheese and Wiltshire ham toastie is to die for. We are always made welcome. Well done Amy keep up the good work.

Mi esposa, yo y dos de nuestros amigos vinimos aquí a tomar un café y una torta, después de caminar por Chester. Está bastante bien fuera de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena el paseo adicional lejos del centro de la ciudad. Todo a un precio razonable y de buena calidad. El personal era muy amable y hizo que nuestra visita fuera muy agradable. Fue muy agradable sentarse en los sofás de cuero y relajarse mientras tomaba una copa.

No lift .. which is impossible if you have a newborn in a pram or a wheelchair …. And the response from an assistant was ‘use the escalator’ what !!!! Have you not got a health and safety policy …. For goodness sake a Saturday with no lift …. If you want people to shop then get the facilities l.. mend the lift !!!
