The Slug and Lettuce in Cheshire West and Chester

Very attentive, enjoyed bottomless brunch! Lots of drinks enjoyed ☺️

Had the chow one burger same as last year, amazing ! The service amazing as always out works do wouldn’t be a works do without the slug and lettuce !

Lunch meal deal at £8 for smaller bite plus drink was good, food was tasty but not much if you are looking for something more filling. I enjoyed the poached egg and avocado with addition of bacon and my wife had steak ciabatta with fries - both very nice. Service was friendly, efficient and reasonably quick. Toilets were average. Nice for a change so might go again but also might go elsewhere as plenty of other options.

Tuesday night wasn’t busy but they had a great atmosphere! Bottemless was great with LOADS of drinks and the service was fantastic!

Food was OK, music was very loud. The girls that served us were amazing, certain things during our visit were not great but they were handled everything so well that we still had an amazing time! Ellie and Aishah were fab and also the girl who lives in Sale but goes to uni in Chester who's name I didn't get! They were all so lovely and made up for the shortfalls elsewhere! Thank you x

We went to a bottomless brunch & Alexander was serving us. He made sure we always had drinks, friendly kind & fast service.

Delicious drinks and quick service, even on a very busy night. This is our second time here and we had another good experience. Majority of staff were friendly. Tables cleaned quickly. 2-4-1 is brilliant when with a group. Our cocktails didn’t come without the decorations advertised, even though I saw other people with these. Disappointing however I assume this was due to how busy it was. Bartender didn’t tell us which shots were which, this made it difficult when buying for a group. Overall a good experience, Would definitely return ☺️

By far the best bottomless brunch I have ever been to!! The food was fantastic, and there is a very versatile menu including vegetarian options. Our server Xia was absolutely amazing! Our group was very well looked after, and we are planning on returning again! If you're looking for a place for a quiet but memorable drink, with exceptional service and tasty cocktails, the Slug & Lettuce is the place for you!

Food was lovely, staff were nice. Music was way too loud for me as someone who has ADHD I struggled to understand any conversations that were happening with my friends and after quickly finishing our meals we had to leave as I couldn't cope with the noise.

Absolutely excellent night out! We booked in at slug and lettuce for a big party before heading to the races. I cannot stress enough how much fun we had. Food was delicious and the drinks came thick and fast. All the staff were brilliant ! Special mention to Jack for making sure we had the best night. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic day!! We went for the bottomless brunch for a birthday celebration and the service from start to finish was nothing less than fantastic. Ella our server was the most attentive, friendly and looked after us from start to finish, nothing was too much for her and she deserves recognition for all her hard work especially with it being race day and very busy. The food was lovely and the drink selection was fantastic would highly recommend anyone thinking of going for bottomless brunch, and would definitely do it again. Thanks again for making my friends birthday special and to all the staff that looked after us and a big thank you again to Ella.

Ate here yesterday, good value of money for the food. The only thing I wasn't keen, was I felt the music was a little distracting with the volume.

Food was ok, went for bottomless brunch and the cocktails were good, bad smell of drains throughout the building and it was knocking us a bit sick. We were told the drains had collapsed, just not what you want to smell when eating/drinking.

We had the bottomless brunch, we both had a full English which was really nice. The drinks flowed the whole 2 hours, mainly prosecco and aperol spritzer for us, others available 🥂 Xia was our server and made the whole experience fun, nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be back 😘

Had bottomless brunch on Saturday as a group of 6, our waitress Ellie was fabulous, kept us topped up and was just really friendly and a great vibe. It was very busy but nothing was too much trouble, kept coming to check if we wanted more drinks etc. customer service can really make or break these things and we were really impressed. Food was pretty decent, couple of friends had the croll which looked a bit anaemic, but the filling was nice. Overall was great value for money and a great start to the afternoon, would recommend

Excellent establishment, quite big with a stunning bar. Large reasonably priced menu with an equally large reasonably priced (2 for 1) range of cocktails. Young men on service were very helpful and friendly. Toilets were spotless. Sadly, I probably won't be in Chester again.
