Saturday night was a bit rowdy, but all in fun. Staff were excellent. Rooms were quaint and really comfy. Will return if I'm ever in Chester again

Last orders called at 7:30pm on a Thursday. After enquiring trading hours are until 7.30pm Monday to Thuursday, since the pandemic!!!! Contradicting the hours on Google. But they quote "haven't had chance to update them" Apparently, they do stay open for regulars after the revised closing time. So, move to a Chester postcode if you wish to frequent during the week. Unbelievable

Stayed here in July 2023. Room was fine. My main beef is that I asked for a VAT receipt when I paid on arrival, but was told that only the manager could provide this. Various attempts both during my stay and afterwards to extract a receipt went unacknowledged and seemingly ignored, and so I have now given up. Lesson: don't stay here if you are on business.

It's quirky, well decorated and clean with a comfortable bed. It's above a pub and noisy until 11 but the listing makes that clear (good band playing though) The bathroom was almost spotless. Unfortunately let down by the shower which was totally useless.

Good atmosphere. Most of the staff are great and friendly. Most of the regulars are friendly too. Entertainment generally centred around the pool table but they do have weekend singers and karaoke on.

Bar 15 was brilliant staff were friendly and helpful 👍👍👍 no not changed still a gud bar 👍👍

Seems to be the cheap prices are for a select few. Local drinking in there was paying a pound a pint less than me. My round, same drinks, went up £1.00 in twenty minutes!!

Keg only pub so no real ale offered. Horseracing shown on TV's and winners are enthusiastically cheered past the winning post by the locals. Good, friendly locals pub which also welcomes tourists. Nice!

Called in here after a day at the races, good atmosphere, friendly service,pleasant interior good selection of drinks, sport on the tv. Although we pooped in 'just for the the one' it was enjoyable and we ended staying for longer. A definate when next I return to Chester.

Great bar to visit on the weekend if your in Chester for the weekend or a night out Closes at 8pm during the week . Plenty of choices of beer cocktails and spirits 😀 😊 😉 👌 . Great place to watch the football ⚽️ loads of TVs . Great sound aswell . Daff are helpful and friendly. There's also karaoke on Saturday night which makes a difference to the atmosphere after the football finishes. I loved it I sang 4 songs and had 2 duets with another table aswell. All in all a very welcoming place and pleasant crowd to mix with. Oh and I forgot to mention that they have amazing rooms to stay in aswell. Boutique rooms . Call to ask availability. They are room only . But there are many places for breakfast. Within 2 minutes

Located down Foregate Street is Number Fifteen ,a bar I occasionally drop into in if I'm over in Chester. The bar has a nice interior,dark wood features abound throughout this bar,a solid wood serving bar ,pubby decor and furnishings ,tv's to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Foregate Street. We were here on a Wednesday night,bar was busy ,atmosphere was good ,we ordered Strongbow cider,these were served iced cold and sparkling,we luckily managed to get a table were we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in. Cider served here was good,a crisp,sparkling cider that certainly cut through the thirst ,it was just so good being in such a lively bar enjoying an iced cold cider. We really enjoyed our ciders in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Number Fifteen is easy to locate along Foregate Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday,10am till 11pm. Friday & Saturday,10am till midnight. Sunday,midday till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Came in for the advertised karaoke night and was charged 4 different prices for strongbow dark fruits, when I first arrived it was £4, second trip to the bar it was £3.50 and after that it was £5 then £4 50, are the staff unaware of the prices? It honestly put me off so I left

Great atmosphere here, we stayed above for one night. Querkie room and amenities where great. No parking out the front as it's a main high street but the management gave me locations of free parking around the area. Thank you for our stay.

Local pub, good for a drop in pint

Good location, reasonably priced drinks and plenty of televisions for the football. Staff were very friendly, especially the little scouse one. Pool table was a bonus too. Definitely be back

Incredibly rude barmaid, we asked for 2 vodka DIET cokes, she got it wrong and then when we corrected her she literally slammed the drinks down and repeatedly told us we said different. Honestly who do you think you are?

Popped in for a quick drink and ordered Diet Coke as I can’t have sugar. The barmaid server full fat Coke and when we asked her to change she was extremely rude and argued with us, then slammed our drinks down. Horrible experience will not return.

First time in chester since lockdown booked a few places and didn't really need 2 called in fifteen on way back to station hoping we would be able to get in and we did and wot a joy it was to be back in there great social distancing and great staff cant wait to go back

Don't book this hotel!!! I booked 3 weeks in advance and their doors were closed and no-one answered! I was left stranded and had to book a new hotel on the night, paying a huge price. DO NOT BOOK HERE

There are quite a few pubs,bars,cafes and restaurants along Foregate Street and Number Fifteen is a bar I tend to visit on any trip to Chester I take. The bar looks superb,a pubby look ,great decor and furnishings including a cool looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Foregate Street, a cool bar to unwind in. We were here on a Wednesday afternoon, we ordered a beer each,we luckily managed to get a table were we just kicked back,chilled out and took in the great bar we were in. My beer was good,a crisp,light and hoppy lager style beer bursting with taste,very easy to drink and a beer style I really enjoy. We really enjoyed our beers in here and although we only stayed for the one beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Number Fifteen is easy to locate along Foregate Street, a street and area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants . Well worth checking out if your in the area.

Visited for Revolver Rock Karaoke night. Great fun, lots of song choice and djs both super friendly. Bar staff attentive and had a good offer on drinks. Enjoyed it ☺️👍

Every time we come to Chester we always call here for a few beers, Hannah the barmaid is lovely & even asked us to bring in some food if we wanted..lovely pub for sport & the locals are brilliant as well..

We call here once a month for our Saturday get together, beer prices are not to bad , place is big and plenty off space, Always good to call in there

Called for drinks only and that was what we had. The bar was very busy but the locals made a space for us to get served which was appreciated. Thankfully there was a a quiet spot at the back of the pub where we could have a quiet chat. On the way out a ball flew off the games table and nearly hit the wife. We all had a good laugh.

Best sports bar in Chester....cheaper than the rest but alas no food, hence only 4 star.

Needed to watch United v Everton game so popped in here on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet busy, but got served swiftly and politely by the young barman. There are lots of tv’s so didn’t miss any action. A clean, tidy and presentable pub which has good beer.

This was a saturday night but I had a very disturbed night till 4am due to other residents banging doors ..When I left I noted the front door of the hotel area had been forced .I have e mailed fifteens and notified staff at the bar below hotel but no response to date .

Quirky room, very comfy twin beds.

Stayed here this weekend, lovely quirky little place.They kindly let us put our bags in the private area until our room was ready so we could go out, and again the next day until our train was due. The rooms are colourful and bright with art work and beautiful mirrors, not your average clinical premier, and the price was fantastic, would highly recommend

Fui allí para tomar un par de copas con mi esposa y sé que es un pub, pero se supone que también es para parejas. Entramos y dijimos por la ventana detrás de nosotros que algunos hombres mayores que veían las carreras en la televisión estaban bien para los muchachos mayores que deberían saber mejor que el lenguaje era desagradable, especialmente porque podían ver que yo estaba con mi esposa y si eso no era lo suficientemente malo Luego subieron el volumen en la televisión, que era tan ruidoso que definía a jombres que juraban en los pubs, pero vamos, era la tarde y lo siento, pero no quiero escuchar el lenguaje de la cal que cuando estoy con mi La esposa y el personal del bar no dijeron nada. Dije informar al chico detrás de la barra justo antes de irnos. ¿No volverás, así que si te apetece un trago con tu esposa en un pub sin insultar por la tarde ve a otro lugar?
