Domino's Pizza - Chester - Central in Cheshire West and Chester

Food is perfect and the Korean BBQ wings are my favorite now ,, but need to getting parking closer to the place is very difficult

Food was great, woman behind the till took ages to take my name - she was messing around with the PDQ machine and didn't acknowledge me at all otherwise it would been 5*

The pizza was the worst pizza i have ever ate in dominos. I suppose the food was made carelessly. The toppings were Only on a few slices on both entire large pizzas. Really bad. And the guy in the back was staring at me not in a good way and was talking in their language. Really bad.

Called in for a lunchtime pizza and what am amazing surprise. This place really knows how to make a pizza, I've never enjoyed a pizza as much. I will definitely be returning

Went for the first time, myself and friend had stomach complaints the next day. A little expensive for their quality of food too.

Tried calling the restaurant over 10 times with no answer, and no upgrades on my order. Had to wait for 2 hours, still no pizza

I have ordered before from Domino's and it has been a pleasure. But this time I have ordered through their app on Meal Deals and the Cheese Dough balls didn't have enough cheese, half of them were without cheese. Garlic Bread didn't taste as good as before, they are just big chunks of Crust on each slice. Didn't expect this from Domino's. Is it just because I went for Meal Deal or what?

I can cook a pizza in 15 minutes it takes a minimum of 25 minutes minimum to stand and whate for one if they are fast I don't think so what a joke for a Friday night never again don't reackamand them at all especially for the price we pay 😡😡😡😡

Ordered from in here and the staff were so rude and unprofessional, practically fighting with each other. The food was very average, as if it was cooked under a heat lamp. Would steer clear of this particular and take the extra journey to Liverpool instead

Had to call twice as we did not receive our order. We left a note which was not acknowledged, food is now cold and we are missing a bottle. We had to wait for 25 minutes for another driver to deliver another order near here.

Ordered a pizza at 10:00pm didn’t turn up even though the driver said it had been delivered, his name was “the unstoppable” well that was a complete pisstake considering he was a no show… what a waste of £45

We had been let down by another delivery company and headed into this Domino's as it was close by. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we didn't have a clue what we were doing (have never ordered from Domino's and I think we were both so tired we weren't making much sense, LOL). Got exactly the pizza we asked for in super quick time. Nice. Also the pizza base is thick enough to be filling but not TOO filling and there's loads of topping. But I guess everyone who's actually been to Domino's before already knows this.

Placed a delivery order with this store at 9:20pm and waited outside in the cold for till 11:00pm only for the order not to arrive and the store to say that the next driver would be available in 30 minutes and that they had tried to call me 6 times (When no call had come through). I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and the customer service was not hospitable. Will not be using delivery or in store orders again.

Ordered a delivery and my 13.5" Half & Half pizza was barely warm...considering its only 10 minutes walk to my nearest Domino's. Even though their pizzas are delicious, they are quite expensive for a single pizza. Any deals on offer, seem to only apply to groups of people, rather than individuals. I will continue to order again, but only on a very rare occasion. Come on, Domino's...you can do better than this!

Pizza good but completely messed up order and ended up waiting over 20mins after app said it was ready

Really bad service, the app wouldn’t allow me to change the delivery address when I phoned the store the girl answered and said she doesn’t actually order from dominoes so couldn’t help me and there was nobody there to help and they don’t accept telephone orders.

Worst experience with dominos. Had ordered a midweek deal, tracking on app showed delivered when I haven’t received the pizza yet worst of all is the response from the staff when I tried to call them regarding the issue. In the end what I received was a storm cold pizza and nachos which were no more edible. Haven’t expected this from dominos. I usually look upto dominos for pizza and now not going to keep it in my list for pizzas. Sorry to say this but I felt I have spent 20 pounds for nothing.

Normally I'm a pizza hut guy I have to admit domino's have stepped up there game and is actually much nicer (and cheaper) definetly recommend

Worst and slowest customer service me and the girl ordering next to me have ever experienced! The staff pay no attention and might have no clue what they are actually doing….. not to mention answering the phone and touching the till then making the pizzas without cleaning their hands…. Then you just have 2 other staff members in plain sight playing on their phones and while people are waiting to order… they need a 0 star rating!!

I ordered for Vegi Volcano with olives, onions jalapeños. Order number 435659824, but received entirely different Pizza. Very disappointed.

The food is good but a bit expensive.

After not recieving my food i tried to get a refund when told that was not possible because the driver “attempted” to deliver it i was quite took back when Natalie the shift manager told me that even though the driver didnt ring me or Was anywhere near the location(evidence by lack of delivery man on camera’s) i was not allowed a refund, i then spoke to nancy the store manager who insulted me and interrupted me numerous amount off times, this is clearly wrong. I recommend not to get a delivery from this domino’s as if the driver doesnt want to deliver your food he wont and instead there keep your food and money, after the horrifically poor customer service from 3 people, Natalie the shift manager, Nancy the store manager that was not working on saturday according to Natalie and luke the driver, im waiting on the domino’s helpline to resolve my issue as they have been very helpful, however i will still be contacting Trading standards, this Domino’s will rob you blind and Lie about it, unprofessional, uneducated, rude and to be honest criminal

Found the one in Saltney better than most others

We ordered 2x Pizza and Garlic bread at 8pm Thursday 23rd September for £25. At 10pm our pizza finally arrived just as we were about to go to bed. The delivery man said if I wasnt happy with how long its taken he could take the pizza away. By this point I was ready to eat just about anything. The order they sent was wrong. They sent us a small crispy thin pizza that was cold. We then spoke to the store and the member of staff said he wasnt sending our order out and hung up the telephone on my wife. So we now have a cold, mini pizza at 10.15pm that we are warming up in the oven. We understand that mistakes happen but please either rectify it or compensate us by giving us a refund and our order as paid for. Customer service zero when it could have been easily fixed.

This used to be my go to place for pizza. Times have changed... two orders in the past month both arrived over an hour late, cold and skimpy on the toppings. Our order obviously sat at the store or in someone's car for a long time. Needless to say, they have lost a long standing customer.

My go to Dominos in the area! They make good quality pizzas that are actually worth the money. You can tell that the staff work hard and don’t mess about. I have recently ordered from here and they take hygiene and infection control very seriously. My order has always been right. I have never had a reason to complain about dominos central Chester. Store is clean at the store front and back. They don’t accept cash at the moment which is a real bummer however you can go into store (as of 22/12/20) and pay by card or order online and pay by card. You can’t order online for delivery to pay by cash (understandable). Usually you can get a parking space outside dominos or there abouts especially in the evening from Sunday to Thursday as Fridays and Saturdays can be a tad bit busier with taxis, pubs and clubs.

The pizza was not well baked , it was very unbaked and I had and have pain in my stomach. This is second time it happens to me. I will never will buy pizza from Dominos.

A bit expensive as it is in the city. Parking is a complete gamble which is annoying as collection is a lot cheaper. The pizza and food itself is great though.

So far brilliant! I moved to this dominos as the other dominos in Chester North was absolutely terrible. Chester North thought it was acceptable that a 17.99 pizza should have barely any cheese on the pizza and you'd get home and realise they got your order wrong, BUT here, they are really good at making your pizza in that it looks just like the advertised photos and they always get your order right. I have been many times and have always been really happy with the service, quality and presentation of food as well as hygiene and covid measures.

After having numerous bad experiences with Dominos North near Chester Zoo, I moved to Dominos Central and I've never regretted it. They get your order right every time and the food is made to a high quality. I just wish the service was a little more cheerful. Sometimes it's like someone died in there.

Standard dominos nothing stands out from this one compared to the rest. Nice but expensive pizzas.

3 stars given because Dominos Pizza in Upton (Dominos Chester North) have never got my order right, quality is poor as hell and the management are a joke. It's like mate, there's no cheese on that £18 pizza and the little teenage manager tries to convince me (35 years old) that I need to purchase extra cheese!!! It should have cheese on in the first place and the most worrying thing is, he was convinced that the pizza with barely any cheese on was completely acceptable. Dominos Central on Foregate Street is fantastic!! Never got my order wrong and the quality of food is worth the money! Friendly service from actual adults too! In summary: AVOID dominos Chester North GO to Dominos Central on Foregate Street instead!

I went to order a veg pizza in the shop in Chester town centre and I saw one employee handling meat in a prior pizza and straight away started preparing mine. I tried to speak to the manager about this since I am vegetarian and this was a cross contamination issue. For my surprise the manager said that they did not have to wash their hands to make a veg pizza.very disappointed and specially surprised

After a conformation text that the pizza was on its way, the app even agreeing it would only be 7 minutes away. The wait had been over an hour. After calling the store they blamed it on the weather. But as the store is only 0.7 miles away it’s hard to believe it’s still stuck in traffic after an hour and especially now the rain/hail has stopped.

Always good service and the best pizza!

Initially iiwas trying to give no stars .Ordered meal....didn't arrive...phoned up said on way...delivered, ( needed to run after the driver as he drove up and down the street)......wrong order.....phoned up, new meal delivered ehicj to be fair was lovely and hot with a 2nd delivery driver being very apologetic..drivers unable to meet the demands of the orders....maybe if they were paid more, there would be more recruitment

Disgusting service and management/owner. Very reasonable request to change an order from collection to delivery telling him I would pay for the inconvenience, he said no purely on the fact it was put through as collection only. Now I am left without a pizza, hungry and time wasted. And they are left with a pizza that will go in the bin and out of pocket from what I would have paid them for the delivery. Will not be ordering from this branch again.

Poor customer service, after 2 hours of waiting they finally delivered COLD pizza.Drivers taking few orders same time wich they shouldn't do and that's what happens,at least get free pizza after long conversation with 3 emplyees.

Last night we ordered a pizza each for the kids as a treat and one of them suggested Dominio’s. The website enabled us to create really individual pizzas, even to the point of the one who appears to have similar tastes to Dr Who. Being from the old century I still managed to make a mistake and had to phone the restaurant. The lovely lady who answered knew our order immediately and amended it free of charge, even though I appeared to have lost the power of speech, a shame considering we were communicating via the electric telephone. Impressed and grateful I went back to bathing the dogs. Just a regular Friday night. Not long after my phone rang and the gentleman delivering our pizzas said he’d tried knocking and had to move his car but should he come back? He was so nice about it, checked our house number and said see you in a minute. Except I’d put the wrong house number because I’m a lunatic. I even agreed this invented house number when he called. I may never know why but in my defence I’m a dyslexic liability. The thing is even with all these issues, which started to look like I was either one of those secret restaurant critics or else 🦇💩 crazy, only moments later our boys were happily munching two of the finest pizzas they have ever had so a massive thank you to the patient, kind and professional team at Chester Domino’s and the highest of recommendations to other, hopefully less challenged, families. Thank 🦆 this review is anonymous.

Good quality pizza, fast delivery

BURNT RANG UP THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND ANOTHER. NOT GOOD ENOUGH WHO IS DOING THE QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE IT IS SENT OUT.

This is the worst domino's you will ever eat. They always get the order completely wrong and when you ring and complain the '' manager" who can't understand a word you say shouts and tell you they are busy and it's not there fault. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have paid over £32.00 for two large custom pizzas which are half missing there toppings and look like they have been half eaten. They are incapable of processing a correct order and there social skills are the same as a 2 year old child. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered a pizza, it took 55 minutes to arrive. Once it did turn up it was the wrong size, we tried repeatedly to phone them for 25 minutes and they did not pick up the phone. Don't waste your time or money. Much better pizza takeaways in chester.

Delicious, they got my order wrong on one pizza but when I phoned them, they quickly made up for it with a free pizza.

Pizza took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive, was cold on arrival, along with the rest of the sides. Order was correct however the quality and delay was unacceptable, espescially when they charge 2x the price of a local establishment which on the experience of last night usually deliver considerably better quality products.

One of the better of the franchise, deliver when they say they will, be warned on race days for example that may mean a 90 minute wait for your pizza but at least they tell you when you call
