No only did my order take over an hour to arrive but it was stone cold and my sandwiches were rock solid

The food is always Delicious from Subway, I have probably purchased food from them at least 15 times, it is always of the highest quality. Just Eat is Fantastic too an incredible delivery Service.

They didn't toast the sub. Every time I order they do something wrong. They deliver very quickly but I would prefer to wait slightly longer to get what I ordered

Bread is stale on my sons sandwich and bread is hard and he won't eat it we didn't get it toasted so no other reason to why it's hard except it being stale

the delivery driver has left my order outside on the wall and not informed me that it has arrived or called. now all my food is cold and anyone in the hotel could have taken it

I paid £14 to bring home to baguettes short changed on fillings not satisfied and will not be going there again

Subways are my favourite place to go to eat but this was horrendous my sub was freezing hash browns were stale it was just horrible

Would not recommend, went in Tuesday 11th at approx 7 pm, store was very unclean, the member of staff on made very inappropriate smalltalk. Normally I don't want to be asked if I'm having "a lonely evening alone" when I'm ordering my dinner. Gloves were not changed after putting both hands in pocket, felt ill watching. Would advise going to the subway on northgate Street if desperate as this one is consistently appalling.

Second time ordering can’t seem to follow order came cold again when ordered it to be toasted ???

Ordered 2 salad boxes and the size of the salad was ridiculous did not even fill half the tub. At £7.50 a salad you’d think that they’d fill the box, i mean its salad it hardly costs much so why scrimp on the quantity. Subway foregate street do better, you’d think it was coming out your wage if you gave a proper salad!

I stopped off here today for lunch, got the offer whereas any Sub footlong for £5 and I'm glad I did! A) Got the Steak Big Cheese like a panini and it was incredible! B) The guy who served me was nice guy and gave good customer service, doesn't say his name on receipt but I was served by No.#03 so thanks 03! The guy who forgot his glasses 🤓 and had the huge fold phone 🤳🏻

Great food as always at subway, 5 stars. But the manager (I think as he was wearing a black shirt) was very rude. He made my sandwich and moved straight onto the next customer with no interaction with me or to ask about anything else which is just common courtesy in retail/hospitality. He had an awful attitude and rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a side too. He was very grumpy and there’s just no need. I’m absolutely disgusted that a grown man rolled his eyes at a young girl ordering food at a restaurant 🤨

The delivery time kept getting later every 10 minutes, even when it was out for delivery, it kept increasing. The food was very cold.

Stopped here today for lunch, the older lady serving us could do with some training in customer services., rude and made me feel uncomfortable while i was explaining what i wanted.She did not make eye contact during my order and I would have had more interaction with a brick wall. Food thrown together and fell apart at table.

Hey brainiacs! How about not putting the COLD drinks squashed onto the HOT sandwiches on my delivery? The end result is a lukewarm, soggy sandwich, soggy cookie and a lukewarm drink This was an Ubereats delivery but the pack was packed by Subway employees. Can you at least put the cold and hot items separately? I’m put off from ordering the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream cream with any future order (very unlikely) as your staff appear to have no common sense. Maybe some additional training would be useful? Really Disappointed and have been going to the Subway Foregate street for over 20 years.

I Had a employee called Tyler this afternoon serve me. His attitude was amazing and understood my complex order really well. He was very efficient and did a amazing job.

I have been on the phone for over an hour in total to a worker from subway foregate street Chester called Tyler this evening as my whole order came freezing cold and this is now the second time it’s happened, the first time was Monday and this can be seen in yesterdays receipt to subway. I spoke to Tyler today about another cold order TODAY and he advised me to do a refund on just eat.

I got the subway melt (Mozzarella, marinara sauce, peppers, pesto) very little filling. Very underwhelmed

Food was absolutely foul. Called restaurant staff didn’t know what to do apart from take it back, completely defeating the object of ordering for delivery. No one to speak to in order to sort problem food sat until next morning when supposed to speak with manager. Shocking service

Half of the items out of stock, and mot only that, I can understand working a customer focused role can be a drain now and then. But some of the interactions with customers isn't great. Replying like the customer is just a pain in the A**e and looking at them like "wow I haven't got all day hurry up" is not really a great attitude to have.

The store was busy when I visited bit the staff dealt with it well all polite and good attitude food was nice and service was quick
