The best restaurants in Upminster Havering London

Not somewhere I would visit again. We went in for a snack and a hot drink as we were early for a funeral. The coffee and the hot chocolate was okay. Two of us had a bacon sandwich, the bacon was so overcooked it was inedible. The tuna sandwich wasnt much better, it looked and tasted very bland. It's a shame as this cafe is situated in a perfect location, but it was just the food that let it down for us.

DONT EAT! They are cooking somewhere they shouldn’t be. My partner has food poisoning from them. I see the shop has letters up and are operating from somewhere illegally

Always good here. Great coffee, and the grill up breakfast is boom. All the goodness of a fry up without the fat. My daughter loves the pancakes, bacon and maple syrup.

I hired this venue for a baby shower today. The service was absolutely fantastic,nothing was too much trouble. From the booking and communication was just Fab! Jess was great so friendly and helpful. I would 💯 recommend for a gathering. Thankyou station Pantry all the the staff involved for making my sisters baby shower a Huge success.

This was the best breakfast ever. I loved this cafe, I was really disappointed to see that they had closed as they were amazing the food was the best quality. I have tried to find a cafe that I like since they have closed but nothing compares!

Guess it was a victim of the pandemic,but in any case Cafe Le Raj is permanently closed. Plenty more Injuns in Upminster but this was definitely one of ,if not the, favourite.

We really enjoy the experience of eating our, both service and the food. Both were excellent here. It was a Saturday night and we were not rushed. We have struggled to find many Indian restaurants locally where spicing is good, but this one hits the spot. Food is outstanding, well cooked and there was nothing to fault. A bonus is it is bring your own alcohol meaning we could enjoy some lovely wine with our dinner. Will we return - absolutely. This is one of two stand out Indian restaurants locally for us. Thanks for a great evening.

One of the best purveyors of Fish n' chips locally. Use 'Just Eat' to order and so far we have never been disappointed in both the delivery or most importantly the food!

First time visit for the 4 of us. Had an early Saturday table booked and when we arrived we were practically the only table there which wasnt a problem and meant we had the attention of the lady server who was very friendly and made us welcome. She guided us with a selection of starters for the table which were lovely. I had the mixed shish (lamb & chicken) - vey tasty. All our mains were great and my wife had the salmon which was superb. A few beers & cocktails and the night was perfect. We'll be back, and certainly for any future special occasions.
