The best restaurants in Bromley London

I ordered take away from what appeared to be their website (I later found out this is outsourced to third parties). Delivery was meant to take 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later, 4 calls to both the VC restaurant itself AND the third party website operator), my food finally arrived. What made me most angry was that the restaurant kept promising it was just a few minutes away. In the end I had to make dinner for my kids because it was past their bedtime. The website operator finally 'promised' me a refund (surprise! They didn't in the end) and my food suddenly appeared 10 minutes later. The food was average...all curries basically the same flavour with more or less chilli. I won't be returning.

Despite arriving one hour early for our previous booking we were accommodated and the food and service were excellent. In fact this establishment is a favourite of ours.⁰

Such a gem of a place! Came for breakfast, got very busy around 11am. The ladies serving were lovely. Food was great and reasonably priced. We loved watching the planes take off.

Food is bang average at best been to loads of good Chinese restaurants and this is not one of the better ones very very average and I won’t be rushing back

I recently dined at Raj Moni Indian Restaurant, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The waiter was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the menu with expertise and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food itself was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and authenticity. The restaurant's spacious layout provided a comfortable dining atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling crowded. What impressed me the most was the timely manner in which the food was served; each dish arrived hot and fresh to our table, enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit to Raj Moni and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional Indian cuisine.

This isn’t a good Morley’s unfortunately - I ordered tenders and they were terrible, not crispy or fried properly. Half of the tender wasn’t coated. Also both of our meals were £4.99 and we were charged £10. Obviously that’s only 2p but I disagree that they are rounding up payments to make more money which is pretty unethical.

I asked if the burgers were homemade reassured they were. The burgers were certainly not home made, very synthetic hard, tasteless, the bacon was hardly cooked. I will not be visiting the Five Bells again, which is a shame as the current owners have made such a wonderful transformation.

I can’t remember the last time I went to a pizza express but I can tell you this time was unforgettable, so I decided to leave a review. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, and friendly faces. They were very attentive bc they kept coming to check on us, whether we were ready to order, drinks or needed anything else. The food was delicious! When I told the manager that is was my sons bday he kindly brought him a little cake with a candle, malign this an unforgettable experience. I’m definitely coming back! Thank you for making my son feel special!

My cousins had organised my Auntie's wake here. It's a nice pub with a lovely garden, but the service was very slow. They appeared to be understaffed, bearing in mind they had a pre-booked event for approx 40 people. Waiting staff seemed to be rushing around serving lunches to customers rather than providing coffee and tea needed for the wake. It seemed they had very much underestimated how much would be required from 1230. It also wasn't great that the staff seemed to need to push through our reserved area in order to take food to customers in the garden. The buffet was good though, very nice sandwiches and a selection of warm snacks.

Easily the worst sushi I’ve ever eaten in my life. The rice was grossly overcooked, the soy sauce was thin and tasteless, the tuna was brown. At least it only cost £82 for three of us.

Came here today with family and it was the perfect spot for a bite to eat and a chill in the pub garden. It’s perfect for entertaining the little ones as it has play area too. Food was onpoint! We shared a load of starters and each one was delicious! Definitely will be returning with friends.
