Morley's Orpington in Bromley

This isn’t a good Morley’s unfortunately - I ordered tenders and they were terrible, not crispy or fried properly. Half of the tender wasn’t coated. Also both of our meals were £4.99 and we were charged £10. Obviously that’s only 2p but I disagree that they are rounding up payments to make more money which is pretty unethical.

The chicken strips were so salty they were inedible. The double ringer burger meals were also extremely spicy

Morleys staff followed my request without hesitation food was nice thank u oh and delivery driver was lovely 😍

had the family burger meal. chicken burgers were not cooked properly and someone had clearly added cheese and then scraped it off. burgers were cold. chips weren't bad but still not the best

As always absolutely banging food. Piping hot and early delivery!

Ordered at around 18:30 and said would be 25 - 35 minutes. Ended up getting here at 19:55hrs.

Disappointed with the lack of chicken on the bone, have always enjoyed a Noroeys but this order was more bone than chicken. Chips were good though.

Food was very late and cold, nice flavour but cold

Arrived hot, chips were fresh and crispy, asked for no mayo in one of the burgers and my request was followed :) keep it up with the fresh fries and the ratings should rise, couldn’t fault my order today :)

Absolutely Awful – Avoid at All Costs! Morley’s, what an absolute joke. I ordered wings that were so dry I nearly choked—seriously, are you trying to kill your customers? The BBQ ribs tasted like they’d been sitting in the back for two days, stale and disgusting. And don’t even get me started on the chips—soggy, lifeless, and completely inedible. This place is a disgrace to fast food. If you enjoy eating cardboard and disappointment, by all means, give it a go. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

dead. my ribs were awful, wings were awful, chips were soggy. my daughters wings were dry crusty and very unacceptable, when she bit into the chicken wing i was standing in my double extended kitchen i ran so fast start the heimlich manoeuvre as she started to coughed up dirty oil batter i’m going to sue this despicable establishment .

Please just send a chicken fillet burger now a double hot spicy burger. It’s rank and I can’t eat it so a wasted dinner. I tried to call but no answer

The chips are always cold and not nice. I ordered chicken wing’s meal i got food poisoning i went to hospital last months i didn’t think it was because of this food last week i eat again there next day guess Food poisoning again they ask me where did you eat and took all the details

On two occasions I have ordered food but it hasn't been hot this is a great disappoint because normally it is very good

it was not a classic burger it was a spicy burger my son is allergic to spicy its beyond a joke won't use them again now have to go hospital

I did not receive the food I ordered and what I did receive was cold and undercooked and the restaurant is not answering the phone. Totally unacceptable

ordered 2 combo meals 2 and 3 on the menu and received no chips at all and a wrong order. I tried calling restaurant several times with no luck. shame

tasty but the bbq sauce on the chicken stripes was a bit too salty

The driver got lost and I had to direct them. The order was completely wrong. the restaurant wouldn't answer their phone to enable me to sort it out.

They sent out freezing cold food even though I live 5 minutes away, the food was sat there in the shop

Received my order tonight and there was a extra suprise in one of the bags was a big tin of Heros and a card i was really touched by that act of kindness such a lovely thing to do please pass my thanks on to whoever it was it's made my night xxx

Absolutely trash. The worst morleys I've ever experienced. Waited for my food for over an hour to be told they can't deliver. Garbage and wouldn't spend a penny in this hole.

the chips were not nice it first said my food would be here at like 6:30 they moved it too 7:30

The chips were still frozen in the middle and my chicken wings were missing

the order was accepted about 2.45pm-2.50pm delivery time 3.20-3.35pm watched the delivery time go up to 3.41pm the food arrived cold with no napkins or condiments I'm not happy! had the food been hot the time would not have been an issue.

Stone cold, called for an update no response. Disappointing considering I am a regular customer. Just kept moving the time back. Sneaky because if they truly started prepping the order when they said, it would have been hot on arrival because it arrived 10 mins after the status changed. Ordered at 17:41 delivered 19:15

The driver had opened my food and taken stuff as Morley’s employee told me that they sealed the bags and made sure all was there. I am not happy as I went back out to the driver who opened his bag to show me one other order.

They are the best chicken shop in Orpington. They put KFC in Orpington to shame. Morley’s is better prices, better quantity and quality. And always on time delivery Thank you please don’t ever change.

Eaten from here several times and it’s ok, could really do with a refurbishment, it’s a little run down. Food has always been fine.

I was given the wrong order also I advised them on the app how to get to my flat as your drivers go to the wrong address apparently your sat nav isn't picking up my address so u need to sort it out otherwise things will go wrong

Worse chicken shop ever made an order online for one meal and just eat they ended up sending two and comes out of my bank. They don’t answer the phone and the food is average. Please avoid this place.

My whole order was ruined by coleslaw all broken and spilled out in the bag and over the chips, chicken and wings, the person I was sharing with cannot eat coleslaw so they could not eat any of it.

My weekly chicken ,flavouring ,juicy true chicken well cooked, simply delicious.

This is the second time in a row now I’ve order burger sauce and not received it. Today I ordered 2 burger sauces but no burger sauce came with my food I paid an extra £1.50 for that - no happy boss man- also I think ur delivery driver is dipping his hand in the food
