Went to Bromley Yo Sushi for the first time, usually use the Bluewater one (which is great btw). When trying to order the Mon-Thurs from 5pm Osaka menu deal of a main/side and drink for £12.95, we were told by the server that ‘they don’t do that here’, upon questioning why, we were given no real reason and told we could not use that offer. It is adverted both online and on the menu on the tables in the actual restaurant itself. We asked to speak to the manager, who took quite some time to come over to us. When she did, she told us that the original server was a trainee and didn’t know. She took our orders, but had to show us the Osaka menu on her phone as she didn’t have the actual paper menus like other branches. She also seemed unsure about the offer herself and was clearly not familiar with it. Having spoken to friends who have also used this branch, we have discovered that everyone has been told that they do not do this offer here by different servers. Would be interesting to know if Yo Sushi are aware that their Bromley branch are false advertising and not honouring their offers? Other than that the food was tasty! :)

I used to go here often but last few visits were really bad. They gave my food to another table and just left me hanging, I asked about it after 35 minutes, they said it's still being prepared which I knew it was a lie. I asked for them to cancel the order then they bring me a quick made dish I still refused it and asked for it to be taken off the bill. They did this and told me that they make a mistake and gave my food to someone esle. I was upset that they didn't tell me the truth and chose to loe to my face. While I was waiting, I gave the waitress the miso soup to get a refill, that never arrived until the end which I paid for, I left hangry.

This joint? Let's just say it didn't quite hit the spot for me. Seriously, it's so hyped up, but the grub? Meh. And hey, if you're in the food biz, your crew's gotta be on top of their hygiene game. We nearly lost our appetites when a certain staff member unleashed a dragon breath attack on us. Plus, those carousel dishes? Wallet wincers, for sure. Our jaw hit the floor when we saw the bill - a whopping £101 and zero wow factor. Nope, not making a return trip there anytime soon!

The food was nice as usual however I'm not a fan of Yo Sushi taking away the ability to order from your phone. The service was extremely slow and even when we asked to order we got tutted at and sighed. The man also walked off mid order and didn't come back. Not once were we asked if we would like to order anything else or for any drinks. I used to love coming here but this experience has left my partner and I doubtful of returning unfortunately.

Chicken katsu curry is my daughter's go to treat meal. She got an award at school today so treated her to a katsu. It arrived fine but had a ridiculously small amount of katsu sauce. Really disappointed ☹️

This place feels like a total rip off. Totally not worth the money. We paid £6.95 yakisoba noodles and were served like 2 tablespoons of food. One of order was missing and had to wait over 15 mins for that to come through. I can’t think of a superlative of the word overpriced, but I am never going back again considering that I left hungry even after spending £27 on the food there. They are literally serving food in teaspoons.

I waited for 2 hours for my food to arrive after one driver was assigned and he did not go to the restaurant. I then had to contact customer service on a live chat in which I was told to continuously wait 15 more minutes. I had to ask for another driver to be assigned resulting in an even longer wait. The food eventually arrived stone cold, in which I then had to heat it up. This has the been the worst order I’ve experienced with just eat very disappointing!

Have left me with no food tonight when I'm pregnant and exhausted and ordered delivery because I can't get to the shops to be able to get dinner in. On the phone claim there's nothing they can do and this is just a risk you take when ordering delivery. So I'm just writing to warn others in case you also spend a considerable amount of money (which they've kept) and then end up with no food and no customer service. Order and spend your money at the risk of getting nothing.

Awful service. You need to improve how to welcome customers, check back table, order missing on drinks, have to get up and ask for it when the restaurant was completely empty so no busy staff, ask for receipt and never get it, staff rush to kick us out to stop the belt and close down? The website says closing 7 not 6.20pm on Saturday. Not very welcoming environment considering the fact is in middle of the shopping centre. Hope this review will change some attitude there and same point time the old waiter guy which is asking you at the entrance “you know the system and that’s it, not even “hello?” and throw you back to the table. The lady which took our bill was ok but not presenting any vat receipt so couldn’t bother to fight for it even when I ask for. Food was ok to be honest but you not gonna get customers back when service is this way.

The old waiter who was bussing tables was rude , when we were waiting for my husband about barely 5 minutes, he came and asked to leave , said “ can’t wait on the table without ordering”, I’ve just waited few minutes more as my 5 year old daughter didn’t want to leave , very disappointed! Very overpriced, decidedly mediocre sushi. Took a while to be seated and were actively ignored by a couple of staff. Not much choice on the conveyor belt. Drinks didn't arrive until we were leaving. There was a hair in one of the soy sauce dishes. Don't bother.

Ordered sushi this afternoon as too hot to cook and I can't walk far due to a bad leg. It took over an hour delivery time! When I receive my order, it wasn't even my order! It was two lots of chicken! I'm a vegetarian! So il never know what happened to to my sushi. It's a cold dish so why the wait? Very disappointed. Poor poor service

I haven't been to a Yo for a long time and like ones with a belt. It had become very expensive, but I guess that's a reflection of the times. I picked items off the belt but there wasn't a lot of choice, no Aubergine! No one came to take my order, So I didn't get a drink. 20mins after I had finished someone came over and gave me the bill.

Passed this by chance when exiting the mall and stopped by to redeem some in-app vouchers. The staff are super friendly & the meals are tasty. I dined in, and the view/seating is a little less than desirable as it’s right outside in booths, in the main mall. So extra care must be taken of your possessions.

Rating it with a star just coz I have to leave this review. I’ve been a customer and ordered quite frequently. Last time I’ve ordered a chicken katsu and a miso soup. The miso soup was never seen it to me. As I made the order by Uber eats I couldn’t reach them to complain about it so this is the review complain. Not happy, it should not be any items missing as I’ve ordered and paid for the items. Portions are also really small comparing to other places here in the Bromley brunch which is not worth the price. They should shout down the shop if they can do an order. Not a big deal really, just add all items that the customer has ordered is enough. Not buying again. Bad customer service too as is not okay to made fun or clients by sending an incomplete order.

Food was 10 minutes early - not a huge problem, but I had timed it to arrive shortly after I went on lunch, not before. Driver called me before he was even on the right street and asked me to come outside so I ended up standing around like an idiot until he got there. Not a fan of that. The driver is to contact me IF AND ONLY IF there is a specific and immediate need.

Ordered with my friend and the bag came with the ramen we ordered soaking through the bag. The ramen was unpleasant and extremely messy. And the chicken was soggy. As for the sushi. The samon tasted funny as if it was soaked in water and scrubbed of its flavor. All in all im really disappointed in the food. The box also came dented.

The staff here are such wonderful people. I recently was feeling unwell due to low blood glucose and phone battery was also dead so I couldn't get in contact with anyone home. Worst dinning experience ever.as per them kids katsu curry chicken doesn't come with katsu curry sauce becase company has changed it but it is still advertised as katsu curry chicken on the menu. The conveyor belt is not for hot food so they can't put it there and as you are sitting close to their counter they will pass you from behind the counter and you have to turn back to pick it up and they won't bring to your table and when asked what if you drop it the way you passing it to us and the girl serving gives the dirtiest look like its a crime to point them that its not the way to serve. 2 girls who came into contact while serving including manager were like they are not interested to serve you or maybe they are not even interested to be there. Not even once they tried to sort out the issue. AVOID

Went for sushi, menu choices are limited and in terms of fish you only really have tuna or salmon. Quality is ok and you know what your getting but can be expensive. Look at the platters as this is the best option for value for money.

Very unhappy. They always close early on Thursdays even though it is meant to be ‘late night shopping’. They never answer the phone even with sufficient notice, and always suspend collection orders on Thursday nights, extremely poor customer service but the food is delicious which is the disappointing thing.

Not happy at all with my order. The restaurant made a mistake and delivered the wrong order. I’ve been told they’ll reassign a driver and I’ve been waiting for over an hour. On top of that the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone calls anymore. That is really bad!! I’m left with the wrong order which I can’t even eat as I don’t like it!

Ordered food through deliveroo, the restaurant accepted the offer after 40 mins and the food was picked up after another 1 and a half hour. Then the driver came near to our home and updated the status as delivered, without even delivering the food. When we called the restaurant , they were not even trying to listen to us. Really bad service. Would never reccomend this retsaurant.

I suppose I'm reviewing late but really disappointed. Me and my partner ordered through Uber and I'm vegan so I got the ramen that was in the vegan section. When it arrived it said it was egg noodles and they contained egg! So not vegan, really disappointed and didn't get to eat the dinner I paid for that evening

Sad to give a not so good feedback but second time around Yo! Sushi cannot provide ginger for takeaway as they apparently don't have any! Having spend £17 for a takeaway platter is is just not good enough as I do know it just needs a sec to fill up some in a little pot! Has been done for me before but this time the team just could not care less. Sad that there are no sachets any longer.

Poor customer service by the manager who was working at Bromley branch at 12.59pm at 24th October 2021. We asked how big the large katsu is and when it arrived it was a lot smaller than what she explained and was not in the same container it normally is in. We had barely any salad and barely any sauce. We explain the sauce normally comes separately in another container and she explained its never been served like this and that we need to pay more to get sauce separately. Even though I know this is not how we would normally get it few months ago in the same branch. We then asked her for her name so we can this is further but she refused and called me racist and got security to come. The security was very understanding on our side and explain to her we are not doing anything wrong and we have paid for the food and service even know she said we haven't paid, harassing, shouting at her and racist to her even thought this was all false. I am very disappointed that yo sushi can hire managers with this outragious behaviour. I will not be going to yo sushi again if yo sushi allows their employees to acuse us of racism and treat their customers this badly. As you can see in the photo this tiny box was supposed to be a large and is a completely different container that is about 2x smaller than the usual regular size I purchased a few months ago. You can also see there is barely any curry sauce and salad.

I can't get over the rug just inside the door! It must have been there for years!! Sooooo dirty! Anyway, the food and service were ok really, but everything is old, from the glassware, crockery, cutlery, the food warmers old old old. It needs to be cleaned and modernised.
