Staff were helpful and efficient but the company should be ashamed of themselves. The smallest portion of chips for £4.99 small chicken strips that work out at more than £1.20 each. The pizzas have changed for the worse.

Ordered pizza from here and they were all small pizzas when we ordered large. Very unfortunate as this Pizza Hut is usually really good. I understand they must have been busy since it was the Euro final, but we paid for large pizzas and when I called the store they completley dismissed me and refused to do anything to amend the situation.

Ordered 3 large pizzas, pizzas were obviously medium - photos clearly show pizzas are tiny. I’ve had plenty of large pizzas from Pizza Hut - these were tiny. Guy on phone was not helpful in slightest - opting to gaslight me into saying the pizzas were in fact large. Order here for bad service. Awful for 50 quid

Garlic seasoning was all over everything and really ruined the taste, ordered hot honey chicken strips (and payed £3 extra) and got plain chicken strips instead. Disappointing quality.

Best pizza place around, there’s 5 closer to me but I always choose this one to pick up a Friday treat on my way home from work. My pizza is always perfect and the customer service is always great, especially the manager Ammad who now knows me by name and greets me as I arrive with a big smile, great guy who runs everything exceptionally

Very poor indeed. I would not recommend this franchisee. No understanding of what good customer service entails. Did a walk in order recently, the man at the counter allowed me to order a more expensive 'deal' then after having taken my money, smugly explained a different deal would have saved me money. These new owners just don't understand fair play and the local culture of fairness and customer service... It is more a case of let"s screw every penny out of the client base and pat themselves on the back for being 'smart' business men.

Crooks and charlatans. Order didn't contain the dips ordered or the side. Asked the driver on the doorstep who just shrugged and showed me an empty bag. Phoned restaurant who got super defensive and blamed the driver "I'm the manager I supervised packing the order myself"...was so unhelpful and incredibly rude snd wrong, why else would i have received the right number of the wrong dips?. Could have avoided the review by sending the food I'd paid for, but no...had to blame everyone else, the driver or uber or anyone but him. I'll get my money back but that doesn't feed my visitors does it?

This Pizza Hut has been taken over by new owners and we have purchased food from here 3 times now. The food has been amazing every time. Piping hot food whether collected or delivered. Customer service has been amazing on all occasions. We will DEFINITELY be purchasing more pizzas from here

Every time we order from these guys there is something wrong, or they forget something. Wrong sauce base, forgotten the drink etc. Small things, but its every time. This time the pizza was late, and they gave us a 'complimentary' pizza with no explanation. That we couldnt eat, because we're vegetarian. So we thought the whole order was wrong, had to call them, by that time the whole order was cold. Every time it happens, we let it go, but we wont be ordering from them again.

This Pizza Hut (West Wickham) branch is absolutely amazing. We ordered 2 pizzas and sides at 10 pm and the food was ready in 10 minutes which is crazily fast. Upon receiving the sides we accidentally received the wrong side instead of wedges. When going back to tell the staff they were extremely sorry and tried their very best to correct the mistake and provided us with the correct side and 2 additional drinks to apologise. I honestly have never received such good customer service in any Pizza Hut and it has made me really want to visit again and again over other pizza delivery restaurants. The food was also delicious, it was piping hot when we collected and was ready straight away in the time frame. This Pizza Hut never disappoints and if you go to another pizza restaurant you are sincerely missing out. It is also so easy to park right outside with lots of free spaces and has a convenient convenience shop next door so if you are wanting another sweet treat then it is very well placed. Highly recommend. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Haven’t ordered in a while - was around 17 minutes late - pizza was cold. The pizza, was bland it lacked a base - went for the BBQ option was just pizza dough with toppings. Chicken Strippers were good, always a trust worthy option.

I’ve said late but so far it hasn’t arrived, called restaurant, said it was on its way, that was 15 minutes ago for a five minute journey. Absolutely abysmal service. I want a full refund

Ordered and told would be 15 mins. I'm a walk in customer. Food ready 45 mins later. No apologies or updates after asking twice. However food was lovely and hot, and we got what we ordered. CS and inform people of rough wait time correctly. just needs a bit of tweaking.

Just Eat menu is showing menu items that Pizza Hut don’t have. Pizza Hut called me and said that no Pizza Hut has Beyond Meat pizzas as they can’t get the supplies so why is Just Eat not up to date? I ended up having a pizza that was cheaper and not really what I wanted because Just Eat don’t show the correct menus. Pizza Hut were polite and sent free garlic bread but Just Eat, you have one job …

I am beyond annoyed after dealing with the West Wickham branch this evening. I spent about £50 ordering a deal of two pizzas, two sides, a dessert and a drink. I honestly think the bottle of Pepsi max was the only thing they got right! I paid £4.99 extra per pizza to upgrade to large and stuffed crust. One pizza arrived without stuffed crust, and the other was the entirely wrong pizza. My dessert was missing, and the sides were cold. I called the branch to request replacements and they said there's nothing they can do. He told me I was recalling my own order wrong and that there was nowhere else to go with my complaint. He then said he'd speak to his manager... he came away from the phone and I heard him say 'Hey X, there's a little girl on the phone upset with her pizza!' He then laughed with the manager, came back to the phone and said 'Yeah my manager said there's nothing we can do'. It was only when I said I'd be coming to the store to show them my receipt and the incorrect pizza that he said he'd be cooking replacements which would he ready for collection in 10 minutes. I go to the store, show them my receipt and the incorrect order, and he then says the driver has mixed up part of my order with someone else... even though the Uber app tells you when there's stops before you, and there was nobody before me? I queried about the dessert I didn't receive and he said there's nothing he can do even though I paid for it, because there's none left. I said I should get something of equal value if I cannot get a refund which he argued against but eventually did give me. I then got home, to find the pizza was still incorrect. At this point I was too tired and frustrated to contact them again. The crusts were tough and the food was not worth the hassle. Overall I paid a £5 delivery fee for sub-par food, shocking service, and to be called a little girl while laughing.

Great pizza everytime. The only disappointing thing is that I have to collect despite them being only 2 miles away… happy to give 5 stars once they deliver to my area.

Ordered on Wednesday night. The pizza was mediocre and the crust dry. Toppings were bad as I asked for more pineapple but there were only 2 chunks of pineapple? The cookies were raw dough still. Such a bad experience with Pizza Hut. I rather buy the frozen pizza for £3 at Iceland

Ordered Monday madness large half supreme half Hawaiian. Dough soggy as if only just cooked. Tasted stale also. Had cheese and garlic tear and share for side, soggy again, undercooked and quite disgusting. Will not be ordering from here again. No wonder they do so bad on Google reviews. Will be using Papa John's or Mama's in future. Only gave one star because I had to give a rating to be able to write this review. DISGUSTING

Wrong sauce, pizza was well done and garlic bread was very poor

Wedges with cheese and pepperoni were burnt to a crisp unenjoyable the pepperonis were black. Pizza tasted stale and weird the slices were cut shockingly 3 tiny slices alongside 2 giant slices. Garlic bread was stone cold and dry. Unacceptable tbh. Don’t order from here

Delivery never updated and no communication

Accidentally forgot to specify food preferences on my Uber eats order so I called up and spoke to some called Hammad, I think his name was, and he was absolutely lovely and assured my order would be corrected for me. Especially since I ordered towards closing time I was shocked he was so kind and helpful, normally people get quite annoyed when u make last minute orders. Absolutely lovely guy, Thankyou!

Pizza tasted terrible received wrong order . Never ever ordering again

waited of over an hour. Called the branch and they said it had left earlier and we are less than 1 mile away. When it arrived, driver said he other delivery to do fist in Croydon (4 miles away) and ours was now getting cold and pizza boxes were all showing dark cardboard where pizzas etc had started to soak through. I have photos which I can send.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. My food was freezing and dry I called to talk about it and instead of apoligising the “manager” stated “I’m not listening to you you aren’t my customer take it up with Deliveroo” if you want a belly ache order from here the service is disgusting .

Second time I’m buying pizza from them. Extremely satisfied. Ordered food home due to covid. The pizzas were absolutely delicious and it was prepared and delivered very quickly! I also called the restaurant to ask if one side could be made spicy and they followed instructions perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I travel from Biggin Hill to pick this up, as it is so much nicer than Dominoes. Always hot, very tasty and friendly service. £5 for a medium pizza - you can't go wrong.

Chewy cold flat pizza NOT fresh

Ordered one large chicken and one large beef pizza, order arrived only to find both were devoid of any substantial amount of meat, just two rounds of dough with some sauce, cheese and some scraps of veg. I did eventually find some semblance of meat but the amount on both combined would just about half fill an egg cup! First and last time I will be using this business.

My neice enjoyed her pizza and other food, it was ready slightly quicker than 1st estimate and was cooked well and all tasted good.
