Excellent service with a friendly smile. Food was top notch with high standards. I would recommend it as a best Italian authentic pizza joint.

Poor quality. I decided to try this place thinking they would be better than an average Dominoes. The food was cold, dry and tasteless. The cheesy garlic bread was just edible, although the lack of cheese makes you question how it can be "cheesy". The pizza was bland, dry, cold and unappetising, the crust was burnt and the overall value for money was poor. Recommended you try elsewhere as certainly not cheap and not much difference from your standard chains in price. If I could return the food I would as I only ate it because I was hungry and didn't have anything in the house.

6 stars. I would recommend a calzone, the sauce was dank. The dude working there was so sweet

Never ordering again waited over a hour for two small pizzas and a milkshake that was literally water and the quality was average and then they couldn't find my address and when I give clear instructions they still struggle to understand (the last house on the left) then my niece found a hair I might as have well made cheese on toast

The staff is amazing and the good is clean and delicious.

If I could give a zero rating I would. The collection time was 7.30pm. The pizzas were already cold at 7.30pm. The vegetable toppings were not cooked, the only cooked toppings were the processed chicken and the cheese. The bbq base wasn't even cooked. Very disappointing!!!

Decided to take a trip down to Fireaway to see what all the fuss was about, the food itself was actually quite good. Staff nice & polite not really much use if you decided to eat in it’s more of a stop & go sort of Situation which we didn’t mind but could cause disappointment upon arrival! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely shocking what i got delivered that was meant to be a pizza and when i asked for a refund i was told there was nothing they could do as i ordered through deliveroo, who also told me when i contacted them that they couldn't help me either!! Honestly shocking that they think this is acceptable....

Fix your sign! It's been strobing for weeks!

Despite being a chain and seeing these everywhere this was where I tried them for the first time the prices were slightly expensive but the service I received was exceptional and food was actually pretty decent and was almost authentic to a point

My pizza came to £18.40 (I’m in a wheelchair) I sent my son with £20. The delivery guy said he will go and get change and come back! He did not. I called them and told them this… there response : “so sorry next order we will give you discount “ I told him no thanks I won’t ever be ordering again… and both bases of the pizza was burnt 😡

Near-miss with allergens and wrong items delivered. The pizza was mediocre and the crust dry. Toppings were OK but not great. Ordered two cookies, initially told it had no egg but then the restaurant called back saying that it does. The cookies were raw dough still and cold. The restaurant offered a different dessert but then delivered the wrong flavour of ice cream..

It was ok not the best pizza that I have had got cold quickly and a bit dry

amazing service and very promt, i poped in one evening after work and i was served by one guy i think he is the manager there, i forgot his name. we had a lovely conversation and he helped me decide which pizza to get and showed me better offers they have on site. lovely thin and original pizza thanks !

Recommended by a friend , took my family there yesterday , pizzas were fresh and fast and desserts were lush

I’m giving this place 1 star for the sheer cheek of calling themselves a pizza restaurant. Waited more than an hour for two cheese garlic breads and potato wedges. When the “food” arrived the garlic bread was cold, tasteless, lacking any discernible cheese the wedges were undercooked and again completely tasteless, they were however hot. They gave us some free cannolis presumably as an apology but there was no need. Will never use this place again, nor indeed any of the other branches littering the country- avoid at all costs

We got a phone call to tell us they had run out of potato wedges, but then said if we’d wait it would take about 20 minutes, so we agreed to wait. An hour later the food hadn’t arrived so I called the restaurant who were really unhelpful. One person said the food had just come out of the kitchen, the next person said it had already left the shop 5 minutes before. The delivery guy ignored the note on the order to ring the manual doorbell and rudely banged on window making us jump out of our skins. Then we opened the food. The pizza garlic breads were cold and had the texture of cardboard. The cheese was so sparse they needn’t have bothered. The potatoes were piping hot but had no flavour. It feels like they had already cooked the pizzas before calling us and sat them under a hot plate for the best part of an hour so they were dried out and revolting. This is £20 and an hour of my life I’ll never get back. Very upsetting.

What an amazing pizza I had from this newly opened pizza place which seemed I am having pizza in a restaurant from Italy and the milk shake was out of this world too.

absolute liberty. chicken strips taste like my nans backdoors. oreo milkshake. no words absolutely diabolical, in fact rancid. guy in there told us to do a review, silly man didn’t know what he was running into.

We think the Fireaway pizzas are the best in our area and there is lots of choice around where we live, however, Fireaway West Wickham get their pizzas just right. We like the Amalfi, plain and simple but cooked to perfection. Also the delivery is fast and our pizzas always arrive nice and hot !

Excellent value for a lunchtime special. A lovely pizza with a thin, crisp crust just as I like it. Highly recommended.

Really lovely workers super friendly. I am very new to Fireway so they politely explained the various options.The food is super fresh you can see them making the dough and the pizzas in front of you and the price is very good in comparison to its competitors like dominoes and Pizza Hut where their pizzas are not as fresh and tasty as the ones at fireway! If you’re looking to get some tasty pizza for a good price and get any kind of pizza you want go to Fireway. highly recommended !!

I discovered this Pizza Take Away joint recently. It is amazing. The staff service is excellent. The Pizzas are freshly made with fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to try a different Pizza. Prices are also affordable.

Where do I start…. The customer service is horrendous. I called up at 7pm and placed a very simple order, I was told this would take around 40 minutes. Over an hour later my order had still not arrived. I called them up and the lady who took my order said that the order did not go through because she got my name incorrect I then asked how could my order not go through because of the wrong name? I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and it was her 2nd day there, that’s she had made a mistake and she would make my pizza and send it out it will be 20 minutes. NOT EVEN A SORRY!!! This could not of been the manager I was speaking to. The pizza then arrived 30 minutes later after the phone call. So all in all I waited 2 hours for this pizza. The pizza itself was about a 5/10 so was not even worth the wait. Really disappointed and will not be recommending them.

Thought I would try this new local pizza business in West Wickham a few days ago. Well, one of the best pizzas I've ever had ! Lovely thin crust, great toppings too. I also had the garlic and parmesan chicken wings, superb!! Ordering again tonight. Highly recommended ! 😋

Below average pizza. Not really much flavour to them. We ordered 3 pizzas they all Turned up almost as solid as the cardboard they arrived in. I won’t be using them again.

Thought we'd try a little selection from here tonight. 20 minutes from order to collect-nice and quick Pizzas were absolutely spot on. Highly recommend them Apologies...thought I'd given 5 star review when originally posted but I hit the wrong star!

I was torn between a three and four star review however I decided to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, with a few bits of constructive feedback to leave below - 1) The paper menu and app to order have a few discrepancies. The parmesan base, while delicious, was an extra £1. The paper menu states there is no extra charge for this base. Further, the paper menu said you can add chili oil, however no mention of this within the app when ordering. 2) 2 of the pizzas ordered were supposed to come with basil, however came without, with no explanation as to why - I presumed they had ran out. This sadly reduced my aunt's 'Amalfi' style pizza to a simple margherita with olives. I know, basil isn't the end of the world, so we can let that slide I'm sure. Despite this, the pizzas were tasty and reasonably priced, and I liked the addition of a garlic and herb dip. The vegan cheese pizza was claimed to be lovely too, an accomplishment seen as rare by many pizza fans who enjoy eating vegan. I will likely try again sometime.

Best pizza I've had in a long time, knocks spots off the other establishments! Food fantastic and the staff are lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend Fireaway Thank you 😊
