Domino's Pizza - London - West Wickham in Bromley

Went to Wembley branch. Tuna was definitely rotten which was agreed by staff. I was promised a full refund and almost two months later nothing has appeared in my account. Just as i expected. Apparently refunds have to go through head office. "UPDATE"... suddenly just as I posted this review. A couple of days later magic money appeared in my bank account

Completely wrong pizza. Offered to make it right but I would have to return the other pizza, no photos accepted. Just finished work and starving hungry so just ate the wrong pizza. Man who answered asked questions but didn't listen to the answers and completely overspoke me. Awful customer service, rip off pizza. I can't understand how you get the pizza so wrong.

Do not come here worst pizza and service ever everything appalling !!!!!! - did not receive pizza I ordered - waited 30 mins - got home and the pizza was unexplainable ! - waste of money - was still starving after from the pizza I got ! - supermarket pizza was better than what they gave me !

Cold food rude staff and that’s the truth. A Perón who works there said they spat in customers food!!

George sent a vegetarian pizza out with pepperoni all over it . When we rang up said he’d send out a new one and one on the system for next time . Rang back almost 40 minutes later to him not making the pizza . Waste of time and money . Told me he’d listen to the phone convo ( no calls are recorded ) disgusting customer service. Awful George

Over 35 mins late, food arrived cold and missing 2 items. Called 3 times and told different story each time.

Always friendly, know what I usually have (gluten free) and excellent quality.

Ordered a deal with this Domino’s a couple of weeks ago which took a very long time to arrive. When it eventually showed up, it was cold and put together poorly which isn’t normally the case with this franchise as they’ve been great in the past. I called up to ask for a refund which they wasn’t able to do but said they’d put a free pizza against my account for next time I ordered. As I went to order tonight, apparently there was no details of my account or me ever ordering a pizza from my address, so I therefore couldn’t get my free pizza which was promised. Poor customer service to someone who has ordered frequently over the years.

Tasty pizzas prepared quickly. Recommended.

I prefer domino's they cook it in front of you so you can trust them unlike others I won't mention who I no longer do

Absolutely awful, the worst food ever (literally poison) avoid like the plague.

I have just witnessed the manager speak to his female staff so awfully. No need for the aggressive behaviour and now I have challenged him, his behaviour was appalling towards me as a customer. In today's world there is no need for management to speak to staff in this manner and this will be taken up with head office!

The best you can get from west wickham. Beautiful staff so attentive to detail 2020 the staff need a medal 🏅

I was a regular customer but I won’t be ordering from Dominos West Wickham again. The pizza delivered was a total rip off, barely any cheese, tomato base or topping, it was mainly just tasteless bread. I did give my feedback a couple of days later - simply to let them know that what was delivered wasn’t good on that occasion but was disappointingly fobbed off quite rudely and told that I should have called immediately. They offered a couple of pounds off the next order but I definitely won’t be ordering from these guys again, rude customer service and standards have really gone down.

Pain in the backside I live a mile away but have to order from penge. Makes no sense

Iv ordered here once before and it was nice. Ordered food today and found a hair in my pizza after eating half of it. I dont normally do reviews had to this time. I dont want do degrade the team or the pizza itself but I wasnt happy. I have brown hair and this hair was black and built into the pizza. I know this was an accident and not deliberate. But please be aware that that could put a lot of people off.

Food cold nasty sides long time coming spent 36 pounds watch out deals they can be crafty, first time ever used domino 's pizza won't be again.

Thankyou dominos no dinner tonight Spoke to girl on phone 8.47pm rang to see how pizza was going at 9.30pm Apparently i did not place an order. Not the first time this has happened. Regular customer as well they have my address and both phone numbers.

The pizzas are o.k nothing special.

They didn't delivered my pizza, although I paid by card, when I called to enquire as to where my pizza was they hung up the phone on me. I didn't get my pizza in the end even though they took £21.98 from my account. Needless to say I would not recommend ordering from this domino's branch.
