Costa Coffee in Bromley

Georgina served us today with a happy and positive attitude. Our coffee was great and staff were helpful.

I ordered the vegan bosh toastie to go. The staff were friendly, the service was quick and the toastie tasted very good.

Costa is the only café I go for my coffees and wherever it is I always have a good drink.

Ordered for a vegan and specified a COCONUT MILK coffee and they delivered with cows milk so was firstly completely wrong and secondly couldn’t be consumed as no respect for plant based dietary requirements - JUSTEAT refused to give a refund as apparently they are allowed to take money for wrong orders with no concern for peoples beliefs they offend! JOKE!!

Generally quick service, good and well maintained facilities.

Great service from most pleasant and skilled barista. Superb coffee and banana bread.

cappuccino was warm and very milky more like a Latte not happy Couldn't even Taste the coffee Because of too much milk Come back here again with my wife and son was a bit busy. Had to queue and wait to be served? There were some tables outside and inside full of cups, trays, tissues Culturally etc and a lot of mess on the Tables and on the floor 3 staff working so I was very surprised but one of the staff wasn't working. She was using the disabled toilet. For some reason I don't know why. outside. Where we wanted to sit outside. had Poo from a dog or something. Wasn't nice to see clean the table, put Tissues doesn't ask the Staff for. Put it on top of the Poo went to get a coffee, and all day breakfast wrap. My son seemed to enjoy it and the wife too The place looked Messed up specially the tables. Anyway, go there and try it for yourself That's my experience.

Need to hire more staff every time I try to get a coffee I have to wait for 20-30 minutes there's always only one person working

I'm very impressed with this Costa Coffee shop, although it's not my local one. I couldn't say anything bad about the food as I didn't buy any. Although the barista put my coffee in a takeaway cup when I was drinking in by mistake. The service was great. Can't say anymore than that.

Drinks had spilled into the bag meaning that the coffee went all over my feet and my porch floor. Asked the driver to pick up the order again, they said they would be back but the coffee never came. I will now need to buy a new door mat.

Staff are always friendly and very helpful it always a friendly atmosphere

Had good Espresso here. It was busy, the staff there said there were no vacànt tables. I did however share a table, that was ok as it was.

Very busy when we visited, staff didn't seem to be adequately trained and took a long time to serve. As a chain, I feel the drinks & food are overpriced. Never enough staff leading to mistakes and delays.

Busy and full of West Wickham residents. Kids for breakfast and yummy mummy's everywhere desperate for caffeine. Great atmosphere. Service was ok

Consistent quality. You can get a meal deal before 11am if you fancy a sausage or bacon bap or pastry with your coffee.

A larger than average Costa with good service.

Asked for a latte, barista heated the milk and poured it to the cup then added the shot of espresso on top... The company needs to train baristas on how to make proper latte, wasted £3.50.

This store needs to be completely refurbished, it is very dark and has a very narrow walkway past the serving counter. I dont think its adequate for wheelchair users.

Who doesn't like Costa coffee, prices are up but the Costa cappuchino is still the best around, gets v. busy on a Saturday...the staff were a bit dippy but they have improved of late, sorry folks to tell it as it is!

Everything that you expect from Costa Coffee, good coffee, tea in a pot. Many Covid measures are in place but table sanitiser between customers seem to be waning.

Costa is costa right? Well not if you don't know how to make it. Very poor staff always miserable and never served with a smile. Terrible at making coffee really poor parking.

West Wickham branch is spotlessly clean and staff are friendly and welcoming.

Costa isn’t exactly a bastion of attentive customer service at the best of times but this place is bad even by Costa standards.

Nice atmosphere and staff, but my flat white was decidedly weak and lacking flavour, disappointing.

I tried a vegan snack pot on this visit. Very tasty and it filled me up just enough. It was reasonably priced but being a little bit picky, I think it would have been better with brown rice not white. Saying that I will buy it again next time anyway 😊

Just went in trying to order exactly what I have in Essex and they wanted to charge me £2.95 for a small when I pay £1.75 for a medium. Rip Off!

Staff helpful,but my least favourite Costa as very dark inside and has very low ceilings except at the front of the shop,prefer Cafe Nero
