Very disappointed, money taken, order confirmed, food was said to have been delivered, when I called after 30 minutes waiting on hold had a rather rude man put the phone down on me twice and told me shop was closed and there was no manager when I asked to speak to one, I asked what am I meant to do with no food could I get a refund only to be told he won't help and put the phone down again. Not happy with the service or the fact the order wasn't cancelled if the ship wasn't open, will never use these again, a shame as we have been loyal customers for well over 7 years. Use them at your own risk

reasonable prices for the amount of food you get, however due to its location, it does qualify as one of my prefered takeout places after shopping or gym

Having ordered today after 40 mins I rang to ask is it on its way.To be told is it not there yet ,ok it will be another half hour absolute joke.on the last 3 previous times of ordering they have tried to add £1.50 delivery charge even though most times its over £20 they are an absolute joke never trust and never use again my wife said give them another chance 23/3 so I we did kebabs stone cold and failed to deliver the chips that was also ordered so order from there take a chance or waste your money 💰

Have used this takeaway many times in the past, until recently has been very good, but now there is virtually no salad in any of the kebabs, and for some strange reason they are using pizza bases, instead of pitta bread.

Just had our tea delivered from hear and I must say it was quick, hot and nice very good will be using again.

Completely ignored me, deliberately avoided eye contact and it wasn’t that busy. More concerned with their friends waiting for food. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere

Visited here with my two-year-old and unfortunately my card declined I was apologising and leaving when the kind man working here told me to wait and gave me a portion of chips for my daughter to have for nothing , very kind thank you so much and she loved the chips !

Delivery took 35 mins when only live 7 mins away. On Sunday evening no traffic Food was freezing cold.

Friend had a mixed meat wrap, she ate half of it, not impressed. I had cod & chips, not impressed either, only ate a few chips which were dry like the fish. Would not recommend.

My hubby got me a sliced chicken kebab and chips was worst I've ever had, I had to stop eating as could only taste grease, definitely would never return

Very fast delivery and incredible food! Great portions too. Very friendly driver too, would most definitely recommend this place for takeaway or eat in.

My other half orders their 'Orpington special 'at least once a week if not often. He thinks it's great meat and at great price. Value for money and quality. Food is always delivered within the time frame given. YES,sometimes takes longer but we understand there is traffic and lots of orders to deal with as popular in the area. Missing a portion of chips and failed to follow the instructions that are even printed on the delivery receipt very clearly. Chips were mediocre at best and the kebab meat was dry. Fast delivery, and that's what the two stars are for otherwise it'd be one! Very poor.

Food was ordered @16.33.. it arrived eventually @ 17.45 after being told it would be forty minutes.. two calls later to the shop I was told in traffic. On 1st call. 2nd call i was told the driver took furthest delivery first. Even though he was told do our order first. Food was stone cold.. chips were hard and awful to taste. Old oil used to cook these. Un happy hot food is what I ordered not stone cold rock hard food and chips

Absolutely disgusting service and food driver got lost and my meal turned up an hour late and cold. When I phoned up and complained they said they would send another well I'm still waiting. I asked for my money and guess what still waiting back

Donner kebab arrived stone cold, dry, no chilli sauce and hardly any salad. VERY disappointed! This place is "variable", at best - won't be using them again (plenty other places deliver consistently better food) Update: I just BINNED it. Major FAIL!

Regular customer (weekly) placing an order on-line but their payment portal isn't working. We call and are told that we can place the order on the phone but it will cost more than the on-line price! Needless to say we decline and are now looking for another kebab delivery shop. It's not my business to advise owners how to behave but pissing off regular customers for a few pounds is pretty short sighted as we'll do what any customer experiencing poor service does and shop elsewhere.

Friendly guys behind the counter served us basic fare, but tasty: a veggie burger, and a chicken burger for me, with a small side salad. Brother had the audacity to ask for a few more chips and got more than he bargained for, almost another whole portion! He knows them, you see..

Grubby looking place with a poor reputation locally

I use to get same order on minimum £10 delivery and I pay tip on the top to driver . Today I called and he said price will be £11.50 if delivery if you want collection than £9.50 . What a joke . I explained I am regular but answer was rude . Disappointed ordered from someone else because don’t want to pay extortion money .

Granted that we ordered late (10pm) the Kebabs were disappointing - dry and not of great taste or good portion size. The quality of the ingredients was lesser than expected and I would not order again in future.

It's a pretty expensive fish and chips. Had to wait ages too, as they cook from fresh, and seemed to prioritize deliveries over our order. Nice service and tasty food.

Really good eat in or takeaway restaurant that serves a big menu! Fish and chips, burgers, fried chicken, kebabs. They have some good meal deals and kids meals also. I had burger and chips all freshly cooked, service was friendly and fast. The burger had plenty of fresh salad with it and a nice portion of chips on the side. Very reasonable prices. If you are looking for a fast food meal nicely cooked with big portions at a great price, this place is a good recommendation!

Every time something happens My order is wrong every time or i have to waiting more from 1h.This is ridiculous

The chips are all bruised and black the food isn't cook properly and they try and short change you overall I wouldn't even give it half a start vile place and the service is slow

Food is gd and it is gd value for money but... they left bits out of my order. I rang to let them know and they apologised saying they would come back but never did! They don't have a website so I couldn't make a complaint. Disappointing as I did pay for the full order. Won't be using them again

Good Food never been a problem , Good Prices .. only downfall is there Shop Closing times are different to whats states on just eat I previously rang up for a delivery and been told they dont deliver as delivery times is gone past .. 10 min later i saw them still on just eat so i made a order .. and it did arrive to me .. sometimes some of staff who answer phone cant speak or understand English to well so now i just ask them to ask them to put someone else on the phone who speaks English and then they are helpful . NICE FOOD AND STAFF JUST NEED TO LEAVE THE PHONE ORDERS TO THE STAFF WHO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH

Nasty place. Disgusted by the way the staff talking to customers. Used to be a regular customer but will not be going there ever again. The old staffs are not to be seen . New staff just awful. Treat customers as if we go for free food!!!!!!!

We always use these guys locally because they are friendly, the food is extremely good and the service is absolutely excellent. Try the Orpington special if you really are in a meaty mood.

They sell very nice chips. Kitchen is clean too.
