I love this place, the managers, and all the staff are happy and friendly ready to make your time there great. Food is the best. Thank you guys for such a great day with my family.

Again another fab visit to zizzi Bromley. The food & drinks always perfect & the staff cant do enough for you! It was really busy but it didnt take away from how hard the staff work:)

I wrote a review which seems to have vanished,so submitting again . I took a friend out to lunch , and we were both SO disappointed ... My friend's main was returned as it bore no resemblance to description and she felt nauseated with first mouthful . Service was very slow , food was dreadful , staff had to be reminded to provide cutlery, and the meal was incredibly overpriced, it was dishonest considering what was provided . I am sorry to write this , but wish to save others from wasting hard earned money

A surprise find in Bromley on a quiet Sunday night, a lovely welcome from Alex, made us feel at ease. The food was great and reasonably priced. The cocktail list was also decent , unfortunately no irn bru 🙄 Definitely recommend this restaurant and when we come back down from Glasgow, we will definitely be back.

I ended up here with the family, as I didn't realise GBK had closed nearby. I nearly left early due to the time it took for our drinks order to be taken. This continued throughout our lunch sitting; it was just really slow service. The quality of the food didn't make up for this either. I wanted to leave without desserts, but they were included in the kids' meal deal. Then discovered they had run out of lollies. Kids settled for ice cream, served in small bowls without cutlery. Was given adult spoons, poor attention to detail.. won't be going back!

Sadly dint enjoy the food at all. I am really not a fussy person but it was a very poor meal. The service was also dreadful on the night we were there.

I went with my family for a dinner we all had tiger prawns and calmari to start with and all chose pizzas which to be honest where faily good

Was a casual evening out, servers were speedy, food was great and overall amazing experience, the manager was very helpful in choosing what to order as a few items were out of stock , would happily come back !

Very disappointed with the food and service. It wasn't ridiculously busy but the server was complaining about things to us which we though inappropriate. Won't be back. Wish we had chosen somewhere else as plenty of great restaurants in Bromley.

I oredered food for takeaway a few times. I've been into a few restaurants in the area an this was probably the best. The sea bass was very good.

We booked a table for two for 5.45 pm The place was busy but not packed. We were shown to a nice table and that’s when contact ended. We waited 15 mins. Tried to catch waitress eye. Anyone who was serving but no joy. No one came over to ask just if we wanted a drink. One person behind the bar who also was gathering used glasses. We knew with a start like that it would have been a frustrating and slow night so got up and left. We did tell the manager who was wiping tables but he just looked around then nodded

We eat at Zizzi because you know that you will get a decent meal in convivial surroundings. Sadly not this time. The service was OK, the atmosphere average (although there were noisy infants not being controlled by their parents). But it was the food that let this Zizzi down. I had Meatballs Cesarecole which was absolutely tasteless. My wife had Ravioli Di Capra, which she found to be short on flavour, and not very hot. Neither of us was able to eat all on the plate. All in all, we were quite disappointed. What's happening?

Normally like zizzi but today I know i will not go back. First stop toilets, 🤮🤮🤮🤮, only ordered 1 drink as i couldn't go back in there. Lovely waitress, black girl (forgot to get her name) she really tried but I was fed up by the end. Calamari tastes like nothing, not one bit of flavour. Mozzarella and garlic bomb burnt to a crisp and doughy. Serving visibly burnt food, why. Waited 40 minutes between courses. Only 1 pizza was wrong, changed easily. They did take money off the bill, total was then £80, told them I'm only paying £50 and gave waitress a £20 tip.

Had a lovely meal again in Zizzi Bromley. We both had pizzas and these were very hot with plenty of toppings Service was excellent with our waitress Georgiana making our experience today a really great and relaxed time. We will definitely return soon.

Soupy risotto, and a five cheese thing where you'd struggle to find more than one cheese. The service was the real killer, being error-prone, inattentive, chaotic, and finally dismissive. The garlic break came after the dessert. Mistakes on the drinks not quickly rectified, chips came just before it (being delivered to another table first). I had to initiate the main courses and the dessert. I even had to fetch my own salt, and the last half of our order was another waitress entirely because the first one was... well, who knows? First Waitress was entirely dismissive of complaints, just walking away while we were talking after we paid the bill. On a Thursday night in a half-full restaurant, it's surely not impossible to get these things right? Dreadful experience bad enough not only never to come here again, but also to stop ordering from them on Deliveroo.

I had the Casareccia Pollo PiccanteFood which tasted fresh and was cook perfectly. I sent my complements to the chef, who turned out to be the assistant Chef. with food cooked perfectly like this she should be made head chef!

Three of my family had lunch there I had Calamari as a starter it had no flavour whatsoever and was only edible with lashings of salt and pepper, for my main course I chose Risotto which was tasteless again the rice was under cooked and hard in the middle, peas were the same, I've given a one as the service was fairly good but for nearly £70 I won't be going back again.

First time using my taste card and wasn’t disappointed. Food was exceptional and massive thanks to our server Arianna. Helped out with what we can order for the discount to apply and provided an all round lovely service!! Apologies for not leaving a tip, a little bit broke right now...

Visited on Friday with friends. This restaurant was pretty busy when we arrived which seemed to be a good sign. And although the front of house staff were doing their best to keep up, I can only assume the kitchen staff were struggling. My friend had a very dry casareccia della casa. No visible sauce. She was only able to eat a third of it. I opted for the chicken and pancetta risotto and wished I hadn't. "Rich and creamy" it sadly wasn't. More like a bright green soup! The rice was somewhat undercooked. Had it been cooked a while longer, then the consistency and the tenderness might have been improved. I managed half, but only because I was hungry. In fairness our waitress immediately took 20% of the bill and seemed to agree that neither dish looked appetising! We all know times are tough for the service sector right now. Cutting down your tables to enable staff to focus on quality may not seem cost effective, but it will ensure returning custom. With so many other places in Bromley to choose I think I will try my luck elsewhere in future.

Normally Zizzi serves good vegetarian and vegan food. Last night I chose the rainbow lasagne which I had eaten at Zizzi in Beckenham and really loved it. The lasagne I received at Bromley was inedible. It was like an oil soup. Barely held together by disintegrating pasta. I sent it back uneaten after trying a tentative mouthful and to be fair I wasn’t charged for it. But I do not expect this poor level of food from a well respected restaurant like Zizzi.

In a 50th Birthday group of about 40 people the staff managed brilliantly. Polite, happy and smiling. On Friday 21st. Separate groups paying their bills were managed without mistakes. Our waiter Scott carried out his work with speed and enthusiasm. As did all the staff And with a smile. Many Thanks

We remember the food being okay many years ago so thought we'd pop in but the restaurant has definitely moved from a quality to quantity approach. Staff are lovely but all food is frozen reheats. Even on the cheap 3 courses for £23 you're far better off buying a ready meal lasagna and frozen cheesecake at home for £3 if frozen food is what you want. Shame

My family of 7 visited for a birthday dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it! Food was cooked to perfection, love the current menu which has something for everyone and we were waited on by Peter and Emma who were attentive and good fun! They made my daughters birthday very special. We will be back xxx

Absolutely appalling this is the 3rd time I’ve given this branch an opportunity and the last, apparently it’s policy to jet wash the kitchen at 2130hrs every night, whilst I’m still eating? The manager Victoria, seemed to think it was acceptable, and offered no apologies, her nonchalant and apathetic attitude was a disgrace. Previous experiences included toilets worse than Glastonbury on the final night and a Uber takeaway with staff vaping, in front of customers. Zizzi then decides it’s cashless, hiding behind COVID . No wonder eating out in this country is a disgrace. Your a corporate joke and should be embarrassed.

****UPDATE**** Please to say the service is still as it was almost 3yrs on. The garlic bread with mozzarella is my favourite along with a chocolate melt for dessert!! 12/08/2019 My Boyfriend and I went here on Sunday for a little dinner date and we did 2 course for £14.95. We have the loveliest evening, the restaurant wasn’t packed or noisy. The food was fairly quick but it was absolutely worth the wait!! We enjoyed both our meals and desserts!! A very disappointing experience in Zizzi Bromley. I had been to the Zizzi in Richmond the week before and had an excellent meal. The salmon was cooked to perfection as was the broccoli and tomatoes. The same meal in the Bromley Zizzi was no comparison....

We arrived, and having booked a table, were given an unfeasibly small table for four people.We then moved, and eventually ordered. The service ALWAYS lets the Bromley branch down. They are stern, never warm and always make you feel like you’re a real burden as a paying customer. Zizzi Beckenham is an entire different experience and worth travelling the extra miles for! Avoid Bromley if you can, or get take out.

Everything good, food, atmosphere made all that much better by the very efficient happy waiter Ivan-will keep returning whilst his hospitality and quality of food remains. See you soon ;)

The staff were very friendly and the only reason I didn’t complain at the time but the food is bland and only just warm the risotto I ordered was like a soup and the rice was really hard not al dente but practically raw my wife enjoyed the vegan menu however there was only one dessert to choose from that had bananas which she doesn’t like so that was disappointing the kids enjoyed the pizzas. I had the salted caramel chocolate brownie which was lovely except for the mountain of white chocolate they put on top made it a bit sickly

So pleased I decided to bring my Nan to Zizi’s for lunch. She had the chicken and potatoes and I have chicken pasta and all the food was amazing and the friendly service from Ivan. 10/10!

Horrendous service! Absolutely fuming.! It took 15 minutes to get 2 glasses of tap water and after waiting for 35 minutes we left without the food. Not recommended.

We were looked after so well by Ivan - professional, friendly and so attentive. We were made to feel very special- especially our 3 year old girl. Thank you Ivan!

Ivan was exceptional as a waiter and made the experience very enjoyable and satisfying. He was extremely professional and friendly and constantly kept a smile on our faces. The food was excellent and Ivan's great service certainly added to the overall experience.

We come to this zizzis on a regular basis, and almost always get Ivan waiting our table. He is always such a pleasure and lifts the mood of the whole group! He is probably the reason we keep coming back. No matter what you ask him it’s never too much of a problem for him, not to mention his amazing sense of humour. I hope to see him recognised for his amazing service and constant uplifting mood! Thanks Ivan!

My friend and I have been coming to zizzies for about three months.the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Ivan in particular is attentive and good humoured whenever we go. There is a good selection of food on the menu. We really like the pizzas and the salads, but all the dishes on the menu are good. We like the friendly atmosphere and will continue to eat and drink at Zizzies.

Myself and a friend decided to visit zizi for lunch . We were served by Tony and Georgiana who both friendly and informative when it came to the menu. Tony was very smiley and made our lunch service a pleasure also Georgiana was extremely kind. The food was very tasty albeit filling, the only issue we had was the crackling on our pork dishes which were slightly overdone however our cocktails made by Aga were well balanced and amazing to taste. All around I would definitely recommend this restaurant for families lunches and dinner or just casual lunches with a friend. Great atmosphere, great decor, tasty food and extremely friendly and welcoming staff.

Went for lunch with my 3 year old granddaughter and daughter in law. Had initially tried Cafe Rouge but they were so unfriendly we left without ordering. So different walking into Zizzi. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who immediately gave my granddaughter pens and pencils. She also heard my granddaughter talking about wanting to sit on a blue chair as it’s her favourite colour so she brought her drink in a blue cup. When the children are happy, the parents are and this young lady was so lovely she really made a difference to our lunch time.

We came here for my son's birthday. We had looked at other Italian restaurants but as it was a Sunday they were either closed or were closing early. For mains we had Beef and Venison Tagliatelle, Chorizo Carbonara and a Pizza and all were really good as were the starters and sweets. I would definitely eat here again

The service here was absolutely appalling, we were waiting for an hour for our starters (only 2 of us). When we asked the waiter how long our food would be, we found out our food had not even been prepared. By this point we decided to leave. Such a shame used to be regular customer but now with my most recent visits the service has just gone down hill. The waiter looked bewildered as to why we would leave when all we got in one hour was a glass of tap water-no food, I do hope the service improves, very disappointed by this experience. We came in last night for the first time with our two children, we were greeted by Fitim who had a cheery smile. He sat us on a table of our choice and brought our drinks to the table. He was quite efficient guy served us delicious food.he was realy great with our two children and made them laugh. Now my kids are his fans.

Went to this Italian restaurant with my partner yesterday evening.the food was fabulous specially the pizza was authentic Italian and the pasta was cooked to perfection,served by a decent and friendly server named Fitim. He was very polite and friendly person even the blonde manger was quite attentive and keep checking back if everything was fine. We definitely go back and will recommend our friends and family.
