The best restaurants in London

The room is very nice, but extremely noisy, so you're constantly woken up in the middle of the night. The location of the hotel is great, as it's right next to the subway.

Great night when a band is on. Serivce at the bar is family quick. Carl always brings the energy behind the bar. Sweetest kill absolutely bring the house down. Great band, great pub been going there for 10 years

very very rude staff , they talk very rudely specially the manager the guy is very rude , he fights with customer and we also saw fighting with delivery drivers too , thanks but hes rude and very worst behaviour i have ever got in chicken cottage in my life

Pizza was cold and mostly inedible

My delivery time kept changing and it took 2 hours for my food to arrive. When it did arrive it was stone cold.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I placed my order after being informed delivery would be 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes with no indication of where my order was I called the restaurant only to be told they had just put the pizza in the oven. It took over an hour for my food to arrive!!! The pizza that I did get was undercooked with chewy dough and the cheese hadn’t melted properly. The gentleman on the phone had absolutely no interest in explaining the delay and instead just shushed me and hung up. Appalling service from a large chain that I hadn’t expected to receive. Would not recommend ordering food from here unless you like undercooked pizza with a side of sass and attitude from the staff.

It's a pizza takeaway, hence the score for the atmosphere. Nice pizza, gave me a good discount for NHS. Good service. 👍

A menudo visitamos aquí. Tenía 4 adultos, 3 niños. Grandes cambios realizados en el menú del domingo, incluyendo desayuno y asado todo el día. El personal es muy amable, pero el servicio es muy lento. La cola principal para la toma de pedidos bajó rápidamente, lo que fue engañoso porque luego hubo una espera en bebidas calientes, más de 10 minutos. Hay una instalación de café para llevar accesible desde el exterior, pero no está muy bien señalizado. También esperamos 50 minutos para 1 de las comidas y tuvimos que pedir 3 - 4 veces para ello. A pesar de esto la comida era preciosa, el personal amable y hablé con el gerente que era extremadamente servicial y nos dio una ronda gratis de cafés por las molestias. No fue la mejor experiencia, pero no suele ser así, así que volveremos de nuevo.

I had an amazing experience at Chicken City & Pizza! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit enjoyable. The service was top-notch, quick, and efficient. And the food—absolutely delicious! The pizza was amazingly tasty and the spicy chicken wings were crispy and tender. It’s clear that they put a lot of care into what they serve. We were so impressed with everything that we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a friendly atmosphere!

I have tried to book a table here for two weeks now. I have emailed three times and called ten times. Not once have I received anything back. Awful customer service. I had a few questions before I booked, and I was a party of 10. They have lost out on generous tips and money. Will be looking to spend our money elsewhere. If you can't even answer the phone or email god knows how slow, you are as a business when you're in the restaurant. I dread to think.

This place does not exist I think. I followed the google map but could not find the shop.

El bar en sí está situado frente al Banco de Inglaterra, y es en sí mismo un establecimiento muy bien vestido. Actualmente anuncian el 50 por ciento de las bebidas y el 2 por 1 en cócteles, que es lo que nos trajo a mí y a mi amigo aquí en este día en particular.
