Very helpful guy taking the order seemed a little over worked but still helped us with a deal food was very hot and great flavour

People are here complaining more about the delivery and service, I’d rather wait for a late pizza or bad customer service then the awful pizza they delivered us as it lacked so much flavours and it was very dry. Just didn’t feel like an authentic Pizza Hut that I used to know off. Going back to my local papa johns who are 100 times better.

When ringing to make a order the rudeness is bad you don't need to be like that, don't do yourself any favours and lost a customer. 😄

Poor quality and was overcooked not eatable.

I specifically asked for a pizza without an apple sauce and what I got was a pizza swamped in apple sauce ....... gross. Even without this sauce on it I don't rate this new festive pizza at all. Gross ...... staff need to read more closely what customers are ordering

Absolutely appalling service. We ordered pizza for delivery at 20:10 we phoned twice and they said it's on the way. On the third call we said it was not here where is it they only then changed the online status to on it's way. It was 50 minutes late, the pizza was cold and not only that the pizza delivery man said he got pulled over by police because he didnt put his light on. That is nit the customers fault that the driver does not have enough common sense to turn his lights on when driving in the dark he could have caused and accident or killed somebody. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible food and service and the customer care team are just as bad... didn't resolve any issues.

Online collection order as Pizza Hut Morden no longer takes telephone orders. It was not apparent that covid-19 protocols were being followed. My choice of ice cream was not available so I was told to take something I didn't want. Eventually I was told to contact Customer Service to get a refund for the ice cream. Apparently this can take a week.

Food was greasy and service on collection was bad.. I entered the Pizza Hut shop to collect and waited for 10 minutes as they chatted behind the counter.. terrible would not use again.. they could clearly see I was there as the bell alarmed on the door and they have cctv pointing at the door.. very poor service

I ordered a large veggie pizza via Uber Eats using a 40% off special offer. It came sooner than the original estimate. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever tried and looked smaller than I was expecting, but it was nice enough.

Ordered 2 meal deals from Morden Pizza Hut. The order was delivered with the bottle of Pepsi half full. The bottle wasn’t leaking and the bag it was in was completely dry. The bottle had been undone and drunk from. The driver or someone in the shop had drunk half a bottle and sent it as the drink in my order. Called the shop and was palmed off. This shop needs to be close down by environmental health. With COVID measures in place how can they deliver a contaminated drink to my house.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Shocking ordered 3 pizza deals, £10 each, pizzas sides and desert. Pizzas arrived none of them correct and no sides or deserts, unapologetic and rude when we called to query! Surprised Pizza Hut haven’t shut the branch down

You really irritated me today I called a thousand times and you disconnected the line 5 times I'm not impressed you send the wrong side and didn't give me the garlic herb crust, I basically paid for someone else's food

Ordered a pizza and has taken over 2 hours to come. Called the store over 100 times and got no answer. Rang tooting store and got them to call morden store. They did and the manager hung up on them when they asked where my order was. I will be taking this further. When the driver comes to my door I will be throwing the pizza in his face and demanding a refund there and then

These guys are absolutely dreadful. Ordered at 8pm and it NEVER ARRIVED, they never pick up calls, worst customer service. If i could give a minus star i would give it minus 5. I have had to request a refund via pizza hut customer service as these guys wouldn't even pick up. TheY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED EXPEDITIOUSLY.

Absolutely awful service!!! Pizza sent was raw after waiting for it for 1 hour. Then spoken to a member of staff that assured us that new pizza will be sent in 20 min. After another 1 hour of waiting nothing has come. We then spoken to someone else who repeatedly said he will sent a new pizza as the woman didn’t send it at all !! We asked for refund which seemed to be a big problem. I had to ask over and over again and after 10 minutes of arguing eventually staff agreed to send the cash. We are still waiting for it !!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Extremely poor service! Pizza arrived 75 minutes late! I have tried to ring about 10 times, but no one was bothered to answer. Don't accept orders if you cannot manage to deliver on time! Pizza was cold and chewy. Very disappointing

Very poor service. I ordered 2 pizzas which arrived 90 minutes late. I called the store 3 times and the lady on the phone was very very very rude. In the end when it arrived I payed 3£ for the small as my daughter was starving and sent the rest back. Avoid this branch as the staff are very very rude and should give the job to someone else who is happy to work. The manager needs to seriously look at his staff.

pizza came an hour late and it was cold and dry. Tried to contact them by calling by they didn’t pick up. After I lost hope I tried ordering again and 5 minutes later the pizza came. We thought the others I ordered wouldn’t come but they actually got delivered nearly 1hour 30 minutes late. The lady on the phone finally picked up and lied about her being the manger, Just a overall poor experience

Ordered from here last night, 2 large pizzas and a garlic tear and share the dough was dry and tough! Hardly any cheese on the margherita or in the stuffed crust! Pizzas have given my husband a serious stomach ache today never ordering from here again back to dominos we go!! If i could give 0 stars i would as 1 star is too much for them

Low price and excellent quality pizza. The customers who eat only Halal, this pizza 🍕 shop offers pure halal pizza. Biggest size is 18 inch with option of 4 free toppings option. They do burgers and a BBq chicken wings also. 18 inch pizza price is only £10 pound for collection only. There are chairs also where you can sit and eat. Nearest free car parking LIDL which is free for 1.5 hours.

Do not eat from pizza hut specially SME franchise, I have worked for this company and can tell you is the worst company to work and to eat from, Pizzas are disgusting not fresh, everything comes frozen even the dough.

Tried ordering pizza, live literally 1.3 miles away but apparently it’s “out of their area” so they refused to deliver. Makes absolutely no sense, bloody idiots.

Ordered pizza, cheese triangles and because i signed up for their slices loyalty stuff I ordered my free garlic bread. They accidentally delivered the pizza and 2 garlic breads. Called them up and told them, they said I could keep the spare garlic bread, and would send the triangles out now. Triangles arrived 10 mins later, driver was very apologetic, and gave a free bottle of Pepsi. VERY good customer service... will use again!

Ordered chicken Sizzler pizza and received vegetable sizzler, called again and was told by the manager "KHAN" that he would send the chicken one again. AGAIN SENT VEGETABLE PIZZA. Appalling service Zero Star!

The ‘manager’ that’s was on shift tonight (brown haired European lady) was extremely rude and impolite. She kept walking away in the middle of the conversation, being extremely blunt and then just playing on her phone. A man came in for collection and she was being so rude to him as well and he actually got very annoyed and they got into an argument, he asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She just had the worst attitude and manners I’ve come across in a long time, I’m not sure how she became manager but I certainly won’t be going back.

Awful. Just awful. Exttemely greasy pizza and odd tasting pizza. How can £20 pizza taste worse than Asda's £1 pizza? Please do not order from this place. Delivery took more than 1:30h, called the store, there was a rude person on the other end who hang up the phone on me without reason.

TOTALLY DISMAL. I had a voucher for a free pizza. Ordered it online as per voucher instructions, it said it will be ready for collection in 20 minutes. On arrival i'm told it's not ready, and they no longer make them in advance, due to too many timewasters', and i have to wait whilst they cook it! I present the voucher to the woman "Ola", who dismisses it as out of date. I say it clearly isn't, and point out the "valid from" and "valid to" dates and details on the voucher. She wouldn't even look at the voucher and just belligerently refuses to accept it. I point out she is clearly in the wrong, it's there in black and white, she shrugs. I ask to speak to the manager, she claims she is the manager and walks off...... Totally dismal and appalling service from "Ola" and the Morden Pizza Hut. I wasted over half an hour travelling to collect it. As i pointed out the voucher was totally valid, as i rebooked it online and collected it from the North Cheam branch, who were very polite and friendly.

Today I made a collection order on my lunch break; to make sure I had enough time, I called as soon as, the guy said it’ll be ready 10-15 minutes .. which was fine we waited almost 30 minutes (my pizza was COLD and didn’t have time to get another one) got the food and who I think might have been the manager wanted to argue with me about the parmazan on my pizza (which I have NEVER had) so I asked and wanted to make sure it was mine and he said “ we always do it it’s impossible that you haven’t had it before” like I really haven’t .. I’ve been here for almost two years anyways Normally I get this really nice Polish woman, she always ensures that I get my pizza really hot or just hot enough and gives has great customer service she always try’s to interact with her customers and is always smiling.

I've always ordered my pizza from pizza hut for the past 3 years. The last time I placed an order and a different order was delivered, the staff apologised and delivered my actual order for free!!! Thanks Pizza Hut. Great customer service.

I used to use Dominos a few doors down when ordering in bulk for our workplace but the just didn't seem to want the business. the brothers at Pizza Hut are flexible, welcoming and prepared to make adjustments to satisfy a customer. Guess what - the pizza tastes great as well - our 50 staff MUCH prefer it. Win, win, win.

Most of the time cold and waiting time is 2 hours. Few times completely different pizza delivered than ordered

Absolute disaster!!! First I got completely wrong order and then after receiving my one, I was still missing one item and after calling them AGAIN, they delivered it after an hour! Never going to order from there again!!!

I am so disappointed with a the quality of food which I've ordered. pizza was cold and half raw, cheese bites was having hard and cold cheese in it. bbq wings raw inside. disaster! I will never ever order food from this branch again. i'd rather walk myself to pizza hut restaurant which is near me. someone from the company should check that branch and sort them out.
