Rangoes Grill in Merton

First time tried and disappointed. I requested garlic sauce in chicken doner and I got just sweet chicken instead.. Never again

Took advantage of the 30% off offer but the food was below average. I had the grilled five wings and they were quite small and broken in half. The bed of chips was very sparse, had to make some more when I got home. The food is not worth coming back for. The one positive is that the customer service was pleasant.

Disappointed. I used to be a regular customer. I ordered in the phone reiterating and confirming I wanted sweet chilli sauce with my mix sizzling donner… I got HOT chilli instead. Not the first time they make the mistake… probably not returning. What a shame because it was one of my favourite places to go. Binned the rest of it because I couldn’t finish it…

Peri peri chiken wasnt nice from the moment we opened the box it looked bad as they put so much sauce au top that didnt seem like a cooking sauce but more of a dipping sauce when the box was close it went weird and nasty I tryed to swap it as I didnt touch it they said I shud order no sauce next time but they wont be

Order was late by 40 minutes from collection time. The quality of food was poor. I would have given a better rating if the staff were honest about how late they were going to be.

Really slow service. I put a order over the phone. I was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I went there after 20mins on my 30 mins lunch break and it wasn't ready. I was waiting there another 10 minutes. I ordered a spicy donner kebab and chips the guy just poured some chilli sauce on the top of the kebab and it was not nice at all. I also found a small hair on the kebab so throw the food away. I will never go there again.

Really bad service. I decided to buy something for dinner, while I was waiting my bus to work. The restaurant is next door to the bus stop. I ask for a chicken doner with chips and a soft drink. After 10 minutes gheh told me that I have to wait 15 minutes more because they have a delivery's queue. Obviously I lost my bus. When finally get my food and ask for my soft drink they said that I did ask before and they didn't charge for it. Is unbelievable that 4 persons working can't do their job properly. First and last.

Food is better when you get it in person if delivered it never taste the same. But for the prices the food is good .

It's been a long time since a local fast food place has felt me feel so welcome and ready to come back!! To compliment their extremely tasty, mouthwatering food!... The service is nothing but exceptional and I'm not afraid to say that this will be my new go to for as long as possible!

This resteraunt fly tipped on our street last night. We had to clean it up which was disgusting and then reported to the council. Photo's clearly show takeaway waste and over 50 "Rangoes grill Mitcham" order slips an receipts

The donor is really tasty and different from usual donors.

Food was a bit slow but they had alot of orders coming through on the phone so I understand why I had to wait for my food. And when me and my food got home safely I dug in and ate every last bit and enjoyed every bite food was packed full of flavour and the texture was on point and as a chef myself I found the food tasted verry nice and well worth the price and iwill definitely be coming back for round 2 verry well done guys keep it up 👍

The owner was so kind, great service and hospitality and they gave my daughter a free ice cream!! The milkshakes grand as well.

They made me wait a long time for my order. When I asked how long, they gave attitude and were being rude.

Called to order as they've got menu picture there, a huge price difference quoted and when asking for new menu (leaflet). I have been told they haven't got the new menus yet!!! Shop wisely

Ordered full chicken it was dry and they didn't even give any sauce..not worth the price I can make better chicken at home..really disappointed.

Ordered chicken burger. The chicken wasn't even cooked. I came couple minutes before they closed. And the staff told me to hurry up because they are closing up. If he didn't want to serve me he could of told me its closed. At the end of it all. I got my food and the chicken wasn't cooked. It was raw inside. And when I was leaving the staff member instead of saying bye. He told me to make sure I don't come late next time. Never going back.

Ordered my meal and we was told to check the time next visit and i take too long to order. Then i was served a burger that was inedible, due to it being raw

Good takeaway peri peri place. Recommend the quarter, half or whole peri peri chicken options on the menu. The peri peri wrap is also good, comes with lettuce and mayonnaise (would be good if they added tomato). The wings are good too, but wish they were available as wings only, they are on the menu as a meal option only. Family likes it and we will return to this place.

One of the best takeaway in my opinion, Good quality food great value for your money. If you’re looking to eat a little bit healthy this is the place to be grilled chicken so good and priced very well. Always recommend. 10/10.

Went in to the store. The workers weren’t really kind, they don’t smile that much and look miserable. They are also not even doing social distancing. I had a doner which Wasn’t the greatest was very dry and like plastic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Very friendly and polite staff, the food was a little different than expected, in a word excellent, had some chicken doner meat that was grilled with onions and peppers, had an unexpected kick to it, but enjoyed every bite. A must visit if you are in the area!

Spent over £20. Food not worth the price. "Lamb sizzling doner" I've had better kebab. The portion size is not equivalent to the price. Never order from here.

Ordered a chicken seekh wrap, but was sent a chicken doner wrap that was very spicy. Called and they said the menu was wrong and could either order again on Deliveroo, and pay agsin or come and collect a different order from them. As I ordered the food to avoid going out in light of the current situation, I wasn't happy that they asked me to do this. Had no offer of a free replacement to put things right. Will not be ordering from here again.

Best place to go in Mitcham for reall peri peri chicken at really good price. So gutted I don't live in this are anymore. So can't visit more often.

We had some donner kebabs. They weren't fresh at all. Some of the pieces were very hard. I think they probably left it on heat for too long. However the place seems very neat and clean. Their grill stuffs look very tasty. I would have given lower stars but as a first time customer, i want it to improve.

Came here for takeaway after looking at the reviews and was not disappointed. Friendly service at the front, fast and efficient. It was busy with lots deliveroo orders going out as well as people eating in. I ordered chicken burgers that were soft, moist, well flavored and simply delicious. Will come again for much more. Also the price was great!

I asked for large donna with raw onion, they served donna meat on a bed of wet soggy chips, no bread just wet soggy chips and they fried the onions, was it my fault?? I didn't actually say please serve it in pitta bread, I thought it was a given, well I guess I found out what eating from a dustbin is like without actually eating from dustbin, Awful owner didn't respond happy to steal £8 pension money

I absolutely love this place and the staff! Wonderful people, especially the owner who is there 24/7, true dedication. I work on the same road as this place, go there everyday and they're always so pleasant and food is super tasty! Definitely a 5 stars from me.

Absolutely appalling. £34 spent on poorly prepared and presented food. Mix doner kebab came with 90% doner meat and 10% chicken meat for £7 and portion was tiny. The lettuce was not freshly diced iceberg lettuce,instead 3 leaves of gem lettuce were thrown on top. Chilli sauce was extremely hot. Inedible. Chips were like rubber covered in hot peri salt also inedible. Called the shop to see what they could do to which they replied nothing. Told me to contact Deliveroo even though I ordered from Uber eats. They are selling barely adequate food for high prices. They started well but obviously management no longer care. 0 stars.
