food extremely cold. shouldn't take so long to arrive. the food literally was a cube of ice. driver was just carrying de food with no bag to keep it warm. very disappointed

My complaint is really about the fact that there was no cheese in crust. The food was also Luke warm. I’m not asking for a refund for cold food but I do feel that £40 should buy a meal for two that is hot.

Its rated 2.7 stars for a reason…here’s my first time experience. I ordered 2 large plant based pizzas. I began eating the plant based margarita however after 2-3 slices the cheese didn’t look or taste like vegan cheese. I immediately called the Pizza Hut shop to explain my concerns, the manager didn’t take it seriously and was brushing it off so i visited the shop in the hope he would take it abit more serious. It was actually worse because when i expressed my concerns to him he couldn’t help himself from smirking while i explained the whole inconvenience of it all. He was so sure it was vegan cheese but when i asked what vegan cheese brand they use i assumed he didn’t know because he very defensively said “why should i tell you?”. He also asked me where i lived as a way to remind that he knows where i live as its now on the system.In the end I asked for a full refund to which him and his minion refused. I assured him this will be escalated and his higher ups will be informed of how he handles customer service - which is key to any restaurant business.

I recently ordered pizza from Pizza Hut, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The pizza I received was both cold and burnt, making it nearly inedible. Hoping to resolve the issue, I contacted the store directly, but to my shock, the staff hung up the phone on me instead of addressing my concerns. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected much better from a brand like Pizza Hut, both in terms of food quality and customer service. I hope management takes note of this and works on improving their staff training and quality control. I will think twice before ordering again unless significant improvements are made.

No matter how many times I oder over the phone in this past month the pizza is never ready when I get there and also staff seem to ignore walk in costumers and hide behind pizza box's it's a shame as pizza hut is doing good collection to improve the sales but are being let down by staff.

This must be one of the most worst Pizza Hut experiences I’ve had. I love Pizza Hut, but their pizza crust didn’t even taste like Pizza Hut crust. The pizza was also too oily, you could see how oily and wet the pizza box were. We bought one medium size pizza and sadly we didn’t finish it. We are never going back :(

This is the worst pizza I have tasted in my life. I can't believe how bad pizza hut have gone in the last 10 years. Its embarrassing to call this pizza. Absolutely tasteless. No flavours in the sauce and topping. Normally the pizza base would be tasty with their unique flavour. Even the base has degraded in flavour. Now I can understand why they offer 50% off to entice customers back in. Never again

The food was nice however I don’t not receive the 1.5 bottle of Pepsi with the deal as it wasn’t given to the driver and when I put through for missing items, it only gave me the option for the full deal. I would like so sort of refund for the Pepsi.

The vegetarian pizza and chilli fries is brilliant! Note the chilli fries is a bit on the spicy side, and not for the faint hearted.

putting vegan cheese on a meat pizza sayng the cheese is vegan in tiny writing, never ordering again wanted to throw up all my intestines the taste was that bad YUCK!!!

Cold disgusting food !!!! Took over an hour Tracker stopped 40 minutes before delivery and when it eventually arrived it was not in insulated carrier and needless to say food was cold and utterly tasteless . Never again . Going back to Papa John

Regret ordering pizza from pizza hut wembley, it was one of the worst one, no base sause, oily, no cheese, completely tasteless. Looking at other reviews there is no point of complaining to store.

Stop ordering cookie dough from pizza hut, they are advertising that it comes with the ice cream, once you place your order on the app they call back saying its not available 😡 they will not refund you at all, they are coning people into ordering so there sales don't go down. Call the brunch before placing your orders, don't get robbed. Who even eats cookie dough without the ice cream 🤔

We ordered 2 pizzas and a side, only one of the two pizzas arrived. When we called to explain the situation, the worker said “sorry nothing we can do” and hung up. We called back, no response, saying they were closed. So now, we have no refund, no pizza, and no one will talk to us.

The pizza was delicious, lovely and tasty, but the service was slow and very poor. I waited for a maximum of 30 minutes for the food to come up. And the worst thing is they do not even deliver to my address, so I have to go there with my dad to collect it.

This business have taken my monies out of my Apple Pay and have cancelled my Order. This is ridiculous and the manager informed me that it was a glitch on his system and there is nothing he can do…. A Mickey Mouse setup with no type of customer service experience. I think I will order from a alternative place next time. This is a shame that Pizza Hut have now lost a loyal customer for over 20 years.

Do not buy from Pizza Hut!!! We ordered two pizzas and two peri peri wedges, and on the order we had mentioned that it has to be pure vegetarian and must not include any mushrooms as we have a serious allergy to this. It’s difficult to believe that the wedges had chicken chunks and the pizza had traces of mushroom. We have reported this to Pizza Hut Wembley brands and they don’t want to take responsibility at all. We have suffered a serious allergy and no apology whatsoever from Pizza Hut Wembley branch (we spoke to Minahill - apparently he is the store manager). I am fed up of Pizza Hut not willing to take responsibility hence a copy of this review has been forwarded to Brent Council and the local trading standards. We have even taken a step to send the restaurant a solicitor notice only for the reason that Minahill (member of staff at Pizza Hut Wembley) thinks that allergy’s are not serious. Beware before ordering from Pizza Hut Wembley. They will not take responsibility and you will be left hungry.

I called to place an order they closed at 11 and I was trying to place an order since 8:30 they finally picked up my call at 9:45 and as I was speaking about what I wanna order the staff member goes ‘oo sorry mam we are not taking orders anymore’ as I was asking the reason for that he ended the call on my face. The staff is ever rude and don’t have the manners on how to speak to a client. I definitely won’t recommend this place at all

I have had to make two orders tonight and I still don’t have the right pizza. The first one arrived, it was not the margarita I ordered. I made a second order and it was not a margarita either. So I’ve got 2 pizzas, I can’t eat them because I don’t like what’s on them. I won’t order again at this restaurant.

Terrible experience with this branch - will not be ordering again. Ordered pizzas at 5:35pm, to be delivered at 6:30pm. Had to ring up the store at 6:45pm as pizzas had still not arrived. Tracking page said order was on time to be delivered at 6:30, so no updates were posted on delayed delivery. Rang up the store and was told the pizza was on the way. Person on the phone said it usually takes 45 minutes for orders to be delivered, despite living < 2 miles away and ordering a hour in advance. Didn't enjoy the meal when it did arrive. Changes to the menu are another issue too. No garlic bread anymore? What's with that? And why is garlic sprinkles the default? Made the mistake of ordering the default "classic crust" instead of "classic crust without garlic". I'll be sticking with Domino's from now on.

Unfortunately there are no 0 stars as even the word STAR does not deserve to be even considered for this place. I placed my order at 9:03 pm the food arrived at 10:00 pm. Calling the store and the first customer service rep, was trying to find the guy, keeping me 10 mins by my door telling me that he is on my street which the driver was clearly far away suddenly the phone hangs up. I called again and this time the store manager I am assuming (WASIM) who could speak better English trying to say they are busy with a cocky and sassy tone, and he deliberately hung up the phone on me!6 times I called and all the 6 times he heard my voice and hung up! THIS IS AN EMBARRESMENT for pizzahut for not delivering their on time promise as well as HAVING THE RUDEST and the MOST AGGRESIVE PEOPLE TO BE IN CHARGE OF THEIR PHONE REQUESTS. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. I do not like to pay to be disrespected and yelled at on the phone.

MADY :) who works in Wembley Pizza Hut has exceptional customer service and is the only reason why I still order from Pizza Hut in Wembley. On two seperate occassions she took my order and made sure my pizza was cooked and prepared to perfection. I hope that you guys give her a pay rise. THANKYOU SO MUCH <3

Aisha or Isha (Dont know how to spell the name) is VERY RUDE. I phoned to amend my order and she seemed unwilling to honour my request, which then led to me having to call back to speak to a different collegue (Mady- She is amazing) which had a professional tone. If it wasnt for me speaking to Mady I would of cancelled my order and demanded my money back. Prior to that some of the staff which works at Pizza Hut in Wembley seems to not know how to speak or understand English very well to the point they are playing parcel parcel with the phone until I spoke with someone who could clearly understand what I was saying (MADY). I dont understand why you would get someone to answer the phone who doesnt know or understand how to speak english well....

The pizzas came with hardly any cheese on them. We could see mostly tomato. We called the resturant to complain and the person who took the call shouted at me saying that they use a "cup" to measure the cheese. He said that he knew the pint that was put on, as it was him that cut the pizza. It was dry and that is not what I expect from Pizza Hut. ESPECIALLY AS THERE WAS NO APOLOGY AND TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MATCH. No offer to resolve. NEVER WILL I BRING MY CUSTOM TO THEM AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very Rude behaviour of MANAGER & staff. I ordered pizzaa with classic crust BUT It comes as thin Crust. After that i called pizaa hut and before i say anything i mentioned that i am not calling for any refund or etc. I just want to draw your attention towards that's it. After that What happened to me i asked to word with manager someone from staff made himself as manager and afterwards when he can't handle situation he passed to original manager which is even more horrible and rude he cut my phone without solving or even listening the problem. #Very Rude Behaviour # can't expect this type of poor service from big Brands

What a disaster! Is it a almost see through pizza? So thin, you can barely taste the base. Thin as air, no taste. We previously ordered a pizza and it was completly different, it was delicious. What could possibly go wrong with the company? Maby they dont have enough dough so they make two pizzas from one? If you want to lose weight, go for it as there is hardly anything to eat!
