I made an order online. Google said they where opened. Waited 2 hours no order and kept saying waiting for reaturant to accept. Rang them 100x no answer. And they've taken money from my account. I am not happy at all !!!!

I ordered online only for the restraint to take my money and not deliver anything I tried calling their number but no answer. The restaurant must be closed. But they are stealing

I ordered a food online a couple of hours ago from their website (around 4.30 pm) and it still didn't arrive after (9.20 pm). I used before many times this restaurant and didn't have big issues but I saw it changed a lot and something is not going well. I need to ask my bank to get back my money because of course, the money was taken.

The food is pretty tasty and it at a reasonable price. Don't get put off by the negative reviews

I'm not sure why there are bad reviews. I have been ordering for 3 years. I order online for the discount so it's priced very cheap. Always has been yummy, nearly tried most of the menu. Deliver in advance so you don't get hangry, it may take around an hour. ☺️

Order arrived over 2 hours late, by which time we already ordered from elsewhere. Wouldn't pick up the phone and couldn't cancel the order. No refunds offered.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now and they all I can say is that their service is horrible. Food takes HOURS to arrive and when it arrives it is cold. On some occasions they even get the order wrong. Please save your money and order from someone else. This is the last time I will be ordering from then.

I ordered food from here today and it was really bad. The quality of the food was too sweet and oily. I ordered. Mix vegetable with cashew nuts and rice which was dry and not even a curry. I will never be ordering from here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I am really disappointed with the food quality.

Paid £9 for 5 chilli oil sauce pots! Online it’s priced at £0.80p a pot. Told that to the lady and she said “order it online then” very unprofessional and frustrated lady. Needs a break from work, chatting on the phone whilst she left my food cold on the table after I ordered more food, instead of putting it in a heatbox.

Ordered the lamb spare ribs, 3 pieces of bite sized meat for £9. New chefs who apparently think Ho Fun is meant to be sickly sweet and made with ketchup. Avoid!

. Absolutely disgraceful service. Food arrived over 20 mins late and arrived cold. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it came with only 5 pieces of chicken and the rest was all vegetables. Definitely not worth the near £7 I payed for it. The chicken in black bean sauce was disgusting and tasted gone off. When I called the restaurant to complain they hung up on me. I will never order from here again and do not recommend it to anyone unless you want disgusting cold food and horrible service.

Chicken balls were reheated, squid was over cooked, chips were still raw, duck was charcoal, didn't even give me my fortune cookies and was half an hour late. Don't waste your money! Blamed it on it being busy....

Do not order from this place. they take the order from uber app with their own drivers. but they do not have drivers. they deliver 90min after you order. uber should ban this place

Like any other good Chinese take away tasty and good enough value for today’s prices. Regarding the bad reviews I think this is due to been overwhelmed with deliveries from sites that provide delivery services to take outs the problem is it has made this place like Piccadilly circus with delivery drivers, which can only lead to bad service. Better off collecting.

We ordered from Uber eat at exactly 11:05 pm it’s saying the delivery most arrived between 11:45 to 00:10 we called the restaurant at 11:50 they said the delivery driver just left it will take 10 min max to be with you waited till 00:45 no one came so I went and checked at google what is the opening hours it’s showing that they closed they are scamming people if you don’t want to deliver people food why did you even accept the order that’s disgusting

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! It was horrible service. Every time we order food from them we need to wait 3hours for the order to arrive. When I say 3 hours I'm telling you 3 actual hours! They are promising us the food to arrive in 30 minutes! When we call the restaurant they don't want to help you as they are prioritising other food orders and they are saying they are super busy that's why is taking longer than their promises. This is happening every time we place an order with them! It is absolutely unbelievable! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! Otherwise you will stay hungry for long. Better pay 2£ more to someone else than ordering and waiting 3 hours when you expect your food to be with you in 30minutes

The food never arrive! Tired calling them for over an hour. The few times the lien was not busy (from what I can only assume were other people calling to ask for their food as well) no one picked up with lien ringing for over a minute. Never ordering from there again. Unless you are picking up avoid

I would give -1 star if it was possible. Ordered food from them, charged me nearly £20 / £4 for delivery and never got my food. At the time it was supposed to arrive they marked it delivered with the message on just eat "enjoy your food" pure fraud. Called them twice and both times they were assuring me that the food is on the way. Will never make the mistake again to order or eat their food.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The food quality is very poor. They put monosodium glutsmate in everything..even the thai red and green curry(amd pineapple?). The chicken pad thai which is usually my favourite...was awful...sweet and sour and 3 small bits of chicken. Waste if money and my gut health!

I literally only gave them the 1 star as zero stars isn't available. The food took over 2 hours to arrive and was completely cold, I added 20 mins on the the estimated delivery time to give my son his insulin to make sure he could eat with in a certain amount of time as its dangerous otherwise, I started trying to contact the restaurant as I was getting worried for my son and they had taken it off the hook. Had to make him something quickly to be safe, when it finally arrived I had to chuck it in bin as wasn't brave enough to reheat it for the rest of family. Do not order from here.

Useless - I called Uber Eats to cancel after 2 hours

I placed an order through just eat at 18:38 and come 19:40. It still wasn't here. I tried to call them for 20 mins, the line was engaged, then I had to cancel the order, as they told me it would be another 1hr before the food would be with me and they had to close their till and hadn't even started cooking my order!! Totally ridiculous.

Ordered via just eat and it never arrived although it said it had in the app. Tried calling the restaurant and the line was busy for over half an hour. When I finally got to speak to someone they were rude and said we should wait because they're busy. Their poor excuse was that they have lots of orders and i just have to accept it. In other words they are happy to accept through just eat and take your money even if it means they can't fulfill the order on time or even at all. This is not the first time they have been late with an order but this time was absolutely ridiculous and their rudeness was enough to make me not order from here again. I suggest not ordering from this restaurant if you are hungry as you will most likely receive your food late if at all.

The food is okay but delivery times take way too long. For example in my last order the delivery took over an hour yet on Uber eats it was meant to take around 20-35 minutes. And the worse thing is that you can’t track the driver like you can when ordering from other restaurants. I don’t feel like it’s a nice customer experience not knowing whether or not your food is coming and if it would be hot or cold.

I made an order and I not received my order so I phone them about my order again and they said did not have a delivery driver at the moment but they will send one later so I try to phone again and again and when I go through they leave me on the phone. no food for me and son.

Wait long time to receive my food and arrive cold

I placed an order at 7:30pm it wasn't accepted by the restaurant till 8:09pm. The food didn't turn up until after 9:25pm i had to call 11 times to find out where the food was & finally when they answered he just picked up the phone & put it to 1 side i could hear talking in the background but its not till i shouted out constantly he said hello which was unacceptable customer service & when i asked him about the order he was fumbling & wouldn'tgive me a straight answer he then said i have your order in my had it will be with you in 5 mins & we still had to wait another 10mins. The starters was average but the chow mein was not only cold it was bland there was no flavour to it at all I definitely will NOT be ordering from here again!

Food is excellent which explains why it is so busy. However due to this have a tendency to get the order wrong many times. Usually a long wait even when ordering on the phone in advance. Get to try dishes which have not been ordered in great confusion! If they could improve the ordering process and be accurate with timing and accuracy of order would give them 5 stars .

I ordered food for a large family dinner around 6 hours in advance and spoke to them after placing the order to confirm the time. They STILL delivered the food nearly 2 hours late! They kept me placid saying the food is just 15-20 mins away and they have included extra items to make up for the delay none of which was included. It's a shame because their food was nice but to be this late even with such a large time frame to deliver on time within was very dissappointing.

Order a pad Thai and spring rolls “Deliveroo” it’s was soaked by oil and missing ingredients also we founded a wire on one of the pad Thai! AVOID this place if you love your stomach . The food is completely disgusting and tasteless

The food was 2hrs and 30mins late, the restaurant hung up the phone multiple times when ringing to locate order. Eventually showed up and when it did my kid was already in bed without his chinese dinner as a treat. The chowmein was disgusting and not worth any money, the chicken satay had 3 LONG BLACK HAIRS absolutely foul put me off the chicken, gag worthy. I ordered a chicken Vermicelli, Shredder Crispy chilli beef, egg fried rice and salt and chilli crispy chicken. They were all delicious but I was very disappointed with the portion size of the beef. It looked very shallow in the take away box and was enough for 1 helping. I was too hungry to take pictures. But otherwise, really like the fresh taste of all the items.

Worst place ever to order from. Took over an hour to get my food. I asked for egg fried rice...there was Chunks of egg. Like some one had scrambled the egg and stuck it together like like a ball of paper Mashay..the special fried rice was a disaster wouldn't give it to my dog...

Awful. Spent £57 for a family of 4, given the option I wouldn't even give 57p. Half a duck came as one small leg, chicken wings in bbq sauce were, KFC style wings with a bit of bbq sauce squirted on top, ribs were the size of my thumb, the chicken satay (assumed it was satay on sticks ) came in container with loads of veg (hardly any chicken) and in a coloured water. Definitely will not be buying from here again.

I’m surprised at the some of the negative review. I have ordered few times vie UberEats and in person. Loved their ‘Salt and Pepper’ dishes! Particularly prawns! Super tasty!

Absolutely awful service, have ordered from here a few times now and food has never been on time. I would not reccommend the food from here, unless you prefer cold Chinese. I placed my order at 19.44 and at 21.32 I received my meal, and even then my order was incorrect. I will not be ordering from here ever again, there are far better halal options in the area.

Extreme waste of money! Paid over £40 for the bare minimum. Only received one spring roll for £3! The portions are extremely small despite paying for the large. The food was also cold upon arrival. I would not recommend as there are many other places you can spend less and get so much more! They also gave us the wrong rice. The lady told me they cook they’re rice in “soy source” and that is why the egg fried rice was brown. They can’t even admit they gave us the wrong rice! Will not be ordering again.

Avoid. The food was terrble. Driver arrived 30 mins late. The BBQ lamb ribs (see photos) were inedible due to the amount of fat. Everything else was mediocre. The beef in black bean sauce had no sauce. Very disappointing.

Eaten from here a number of times and shocked by some of the negative reviews on here. All I can say is that the service has been great from the very beginning, my order tonighy was spot on, and packaged beautifully with free prawn crackers thrown in and fortune cookies too! I'd recommend going for the Beef and Green Pepper in Black Bean Sauce and Egg Fried Rice, you can't go wrong. Also to top this, try the Chicken Satay Chow Mein, incredibly flavoursome, you can tell its been cooked in a wok! Great experience overall, worth a try!

Ordered this for dinner and the King🍤🍚and Singapore🍜were delicious I also really enjoyed the crispy seaweed and free🍤crackers unfortunately I didn't like the overall taste of the🦆as it was too chewy and didn't taste good to me but the service was exceptional because the delivery man gave a bag full of free crackers and some🐔dish which I appreciated the food also arrived on time as well.

Disgusting, please do not spend your money here, it's not authentic Thai in any way. Duck was over cooked and fried until it died 100 times more, oily, greasy, sickening. Chicken had a disgusting batter on, think it was being fried for the last few weeks over cooked greasy, chewy and tasteless, Squid smelt of fish (fresh fish never smells) again overcooked, greasy and the condiments with the duck, the cucumber was chopped days ago. the pancakes were amazing though, that's probably because they were bought pre-made and all they did was to microwave them IN THEIR PLASTIC WRAPPER!!!!!! This is not in any way food or even edible enough to be called food. detest any place which calls itself a takeaway/restaurant when they can't cook basic food. Don't order and waste your money eat a sandwich instead.

Worst reaturant I've ever ordered from. The order was put through via just eat at 7.30pm. An hour later I called the place and they assured me it would be 20 mins maximum because the guys bike broke down. 2 hours pass and I contact just eat to complain. Its now 3 hours and 15 mins since I placed the order. Still no food, and worst of all, they have told just eat the order has been delivered. So not just disgusting service, but liars as well. Wish I could give them less than 1 star.

Awful food, I was excited to finally find a fully halal Chinese takeaway but was let down by the food. The food is bland and is probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had, I had chicken chow mein, a portion of chips and a pot of curry sauce. The chow mein was bland and oily, the chicken was not cooked properly with strands of fat coming off the chicken pieces, the curry sauce tasted nothing like Chinese curry sauce, you'd think the chips would at least be okay but the chips were refried chips.

Worst take away ever! Definitely not worth it. We ordered the chicken and beef Thai green curry, definitely wasn’t the Thai curry recipe for sure!!!! Didn’t even taste like curry at all. Even the supermarket can curry taste better than the one from this place. We both had 90% rice and 10% “curry” with 3 tiny pieces of meat each! Ridiculous. 👎👎👎

We are ordering food often from this restaurant, love the taste and price is acceptable for us. BUT they need to be careful what they are giving for the customers, because third time happened we got a wrong soup and not what we ordered. The last time was couple of days ago. They need to work on this issue.
