I came to KFC Kilburn to celebrate my 40th birthday. The staff were lovely and attentive; it really made this a birthday to remember. I had the zinger chicken burger which was moist and flavoursome - just the perfect level of spice (you guys at KFC really know what you’re doing 😮‍💨). Thank you KFC kilburn I’ll be back next year!

Sitting area was very dirty. Staff don't clean the tables. The tables are too high. Not good for young kids. And there was a push bike left in there.

Went to get dinner for 3 of us. Had to ask for my drink as i was leaving and got home to find they didnt put my beans in. Always check before you leave lesson learnt. Was only me in there aswel so wasnt busy

Paying by card? You have to order from the screens as you can't order at the tills, but there are no signs to tell you this. Only one out of the two screens was working, so I had to queue for a while and no receipts so remember your order number. They definitely prioritise the delivery orders and the customers in the shop have to wait. Food is good when you get if.

I had 10 wings meal and wings was really really small. its wings or nuggets even i was confused 😐 i was keep calling to them nobody answered

Update 2022: 2 years later and still the same issue "missing delivery items". I ordered Burger Bundle and "10 Hot Wings Meal". From the first one, bottled drink was missing and the second one was completely missing from the delivery. So disappointing! Total waste of time and money! Update 2023: still happening. Half of my order was missing when my order was delivered.

Extremely slow service and was not very fresh compared previous orders. Branch wasn’t clean enough and tables were dirty. You need to wait around 25 minutes for buckets.

They only take cash on the till, and on the self order machine some items on the menu don't exist... You are better off getting some money out for Spicy Basil next door or going to McDonald's

what a shame..... by far the most disgusting kfc i've ever visited and believe me i have been to many, absolute horror how this place is run, the floor and the tables are unhygienic and dirty, some of the staff doesn't speak english and is unfriendly, you stand at the queue with orders and is not served and sees how people are ordering at the pick-up line, staff does not keep eye contact with the customers, on top of that the quality of the food is bad,

Super fresh. Super fast. Super tasty. Food is always good, but the service setup is a little chaotic. Don't always know where to stand or where to wait for service. Staff isn't particularly polite, but that's understandable. Minor annoyance.

Shop was really dirty. Food on the tables and floor. Staff are really rude. Manger was bit more helpful.

I can't believe this "store" has been given the rights of holding the kfc name. It is a embarrassment to the franchise let me get started with my review. The portions are so small it did not fill up my toddlers stomach, you could count the amount of chips given on one hand. I could scoop out all the mash and rice they gave me in 2 spoons. KFC is brand for chicken yet I felt as if the chicken was from pfc. There is more crunch chewing sand and the chicken has more oil than saudi Arabia. I think a homeless man would turn the food down. £28 for a meal of 2 and I've also had to pay service charge for someone who was sleeping. As if the 2 star rating was generous I wish I could give half a star.

Just bought a 2 piece meal at this branch...atrocious!!! The chicken was cold, like its been sitting there forever The chips are damaged...brown in colour...always have to throw half of them, away... I called to complain...the manager said to me, "there's no way the chicken is cold" To say the least, he did not help to pacify me.... I binned the entire lot I shall never go back to another KFC One very disgusted customer

The worst kfc, service is terrible, i ordered & paid for 4 meals only gave me 3 meals even after confirming if all my order was in the bag came home & found food was missing called them no answer on their phone. This is not the first time this has happened. Will not be going to this place for food again.

Please don’t go here, the new management is very bad. I waited 20 minutes for my food and I ended up throwing it away. They use cheap oil and serve reheated food. It doesn’t taste like KFC at all.

Went to Kilburn High Rd KFC after a long time. Chicken was dry and overcooked, fries were half the amount you used to get, service was bad, waited a long time for my food and the manager looked all at sea when delivery drivers returned some deliveries because they were turned down due to lateness

This is worse one, why? Because the staff working slowly, and also the chips cooked not well done and still cold, and some piece of chicken was very very small portions!!!!

Staff were working hard but the place was absolutely filty. Rubbish/food all over the floor. Barely any space for walk in customers as so many delivery drivers stood around. Service v. Slow, understaffed probably.

Walked in Kilburn store with my mother to get some food even though there was no customers waiting we was made to wait for a good 2 minutes, before a girl named Huda come to serve us after giving us our order I asked for a can of tango as the machine one taste like water and not fizzy tango she declined telling me if it taste like water just take a water. So I asked for the manager (emphifano) who come over after talking with her and before he let me speak he said if you don’t want it we will cancel it so that’s exactly what we done cancelled an 18 pound order for the sake of a can of tango. Manager and staff training on customer service won’t go a miss. I will never go to this branch again and that’s coming from a resident of Kilburn for over 25 years. I will make sure all my family and friends don’t go here again. If I could give -0 stars I would it’s that bad.

Very poor customer management. Completely impolite staff. This my second incident in the same place. This time I was with my kids and their friends. Not recommended at all as it seems it’s a company culture as it’s not reacting to bad reviews. I agreed with my kids not to order from this brand anymore.

Placed an order for delivery through Just Eats. The food arrived cold as the drinks were all put in the same bag as the hot meals. The bag of chips were so few thst the little bags the chips are placed in seemed mega large. The fillet inside the fillet burger was less than half the side of the burger bun... disgusted with food. Please don't waste your money ordering from this branch. The Harlsden branch of KFC on the other hand always provides and delivers hot food , a good ammount of chips with any meal and the cold drinks are put in a separate bag from the meals...

I was in KFC Kilburn today and i saw a member of staff trying to publicly humiliate a customer. I was really shocked and i ended up leaving without buying anything. The customer had complained about the food and the staff threw his money at him and argued with him loudly. I wouldnt go there again, its the worst KFC in London, bad service and bad food, and it looked dirty. Its a pity because its my local one. The staff need re training for sure. I advise peole to stay away.

I ordered from Uber eats before 10 o'clock and because they were closing they didn't send the order and they canceled it 40min. later

Not even worth a star. Always out of chicken, this is not the first time I had this experience. Closes at 11pm but runs out of food at 8:30pm. Insane When they do have food, they mess your takeaway order by not sending the sides. Avoid this place where possible.

Zinger burger has very dry buns like they have expired, need to drink a lot of water when eating the burger. Not enough mayonnaise in the burger either.

Concur with the negative reviews on this KFC branch - very dirty and small bits of chicken. Also came on Tuesday and they don’t honour the eat out help out despite having signs. Avoid this KFC ! Management are awful when confronted.

Ordered through deliveroo. I gave 3 stars because the chips and corn were good and the delivery was fast. Ordered the boneless feast bucket that comes with dips, popcorn chicken and 4 sides and a big drink and a burger. We didn’t get any dips and no drink As well.the driver said that this is what they gave him.the chicken were not that Good but ok.

Takeaway a meal. Mayonnaise run out ok I open the bag No tissue, no salt, no lemon scented wipe. Try to take a sip no ice in the drink and its summer. A huge difference from the service I get from my local kfc old kent road. They don't deserve full payment for the awful service I got in return.

Bought a 14 piece bargain bucket and they had the cheek to put chicken wings inside of it with the only proper pieces being mostly bones that didn't even taste good. The reason it got a 1 star is just because it came on time and the fries where ok. I would suggest looking somewhere else if you wanted even a sub-par piece of chicken.
