The food is good and I have an Indian feeling when I entered the shop

Worst worst worst, I bought Special golden halwa during Diwali from this store. It was already out of date i.e., expired for more than 10 days still they were selling it. I noticed this when I reached home. Moreover, when opened it at home it had got molds on it. How to compromise health for the price they are taking for such items. Even I bought a diwali special cashew sweets box, the sweets were so salty and looked black after a day. Usually cashew sweets are not dark in colour. When eating it felt like instead of sugar they have added salt in it. Never going back here.

Snacks are good here but never ever buy sweets. Kaju katli and other cashew sweets are just a gimmick, a waste of money.

Very bad service. We took 6 sweet boxes just as we paid before we exited realised they were packed a month before. We asked them to exchange and were refused. Never again going to visit them.

Very poor service. Sweets we bought for Diwali were stale

We bought Kesar Kaju Katli. However, we found milk powder from the Katli Piece. Lot of sugar, overwhelmingly high amount. I believe very less Kajus being added in it. That’s non ethical business.

I have bought Jalebi from here and when I reached home and started eating it was very soar. When I called them and asked for it , instead of saying anything they have told we are very busy and disconnected the phone. They don’t care for their customers health. Very bad experience, will never try anything from here.

This is the 2nd time or 3rd time I have visited. Whenever we go to Ealing Road, we visit this shop. Their prices are inexpensive, and tons of variety in Pure vegeterian food Taste is also great.

Yesterday we took besan ladoo. But seriously they feel like hard stone. We couldn’t able to break it. And taste was also not good . We doesn’t felt like we eat besan ladoo, we felt like we eat sugar ladoo. It’s tooo much sweet .. , worst experience.. we can’t suggest anyone ..

Never eat or buy from here. Yesterday, we bought kachoris that came with green chutney, and the chutney was spoiled. Unfortunately, we couldn't inform the owner as we had taken it away.

Disappointed… We visited there after watching some instagram reel but it was a total disappointment for us. We tried their Thali, which was below average. And hara bhara kebab and sabudana vada and we liked nothing at all. Won’t recommend it.

First experience was very bad we ordered Thali, food was stale and smelling bad and staff is not co- operative we ask for refund but he denied. We never recommend to anyone.

Do not recommend, food is not fresh and overpriced. The food being overpriced means people don’t buy, people don’t buy and it becomes stale. Rather than throwing away they keep it to sell for another few days. Go to prasad on Ealing road, half the price and fresh every day. Jai jalaram.

Vada pav was decent but puri was soaking in oil. Too much oil in puri than I have ever eaten

The khandvi was sour we could not eat it . Please return the money

Food was pretty bad. We went to the shop in the morning expecting freshly prepared food. But they reheated and gave yesterdays samosa and dhokla. Oil was dripping off from samosa.

The food was delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They made sure the food is as per our taste. I would definitely recommend this place a 5*

We only had pani puri. It used to be great, but seems to be a bit off now. The depth of quality and fillings in the puri is a bit off.

Dissapointed with the online service. Through the online website jalaramsweetmart.co.uk has ordered Tiffin service for 10 Box. But when I called the Wembley and Harrow branch, they are claiming that we are not responsible for online delivery. When I called the Wembley branch, the female staff on phone was extremely rude and was very unhelpful. Unfortunately there was no Shreekhand left at the time I went to buy it. But I’m sure they would be having a good varieties of it.

Bought some Indian sweets/ desserts. Asked a member of the staff to let me have a taste before purchase as many sweet stores do. But he refused to do so and I didn’t made a fuss and purchased some kesar Kajukatli/ kaju rolls and mohanthal. I did question that when did those sweets were made and he responded on Saturday the 4th of May. After coming home I was so exited to try as kaju(cashew) items are my favorite and was so disappointed. It tasted really bad as it has been made of weeks. There was no taste of Kaju(cashew) just tasted sugar full of it. Just want to warn other customers. I would never visit this place ever again.

Great Quality food for an amazingly cheap price , an highly recommended place. Their chats were one of the best. Dahi puri and Pani puri being the outstanding dish. will surely visit again.

The chilli paneer had a great flavour being both sweet and medium spiced. It cost £3.50 which is a fair price for the portion size. The paneer and pizza samosas lacked flavour and I prefer the ones from Shayona. The green chutney was a nice complement to the samosas.

The staff are always friendly. They have the best pizza samosa’s I’ve tasted in a long time!! 😊

The quality of the service I received was perfect. The staff is very friendly, especially Shivang bhai. He behaved very friendly and nice. I’ll definitely recommend you to visit and meet the staff. Even the food was also great I tried around 6 to 7 dishes and all were delicious. Credit goes to Shivang and Hardik and Sonu(manager) they gave me the complimentary sweet as well. It was very nice meeting.

Best place for trying Indian cuisine in Wembley. Staff is very nice and they have best service and atmosphere. Punjabi samosa chat and thali are highly recommended from my side and don't forget to get yourself some farsan for home. 🫶🫶🫶

Yesterday myself and my husband first time visited this place ,usually we go different places for our quick Indian snacks but as it was raining we quickly went in this Jalaram shop and omg omg game changer now onwards we aren’t going anywhere to eat everytime we are in area shopping or browsing we have found a perfect place to eat , relaxing environment, wonderful wonderful and professional service with very reasonable prices. Cant wait for my next day off and take my kids there 😀

Excellent place to eat yummy chaats at £1!!! 5 Paanipooris for £1 Dabeli for £1 Two Punjabi samosa for £1.5! It was fresh and tasty too. Plus you can sit in and eat

Extremely rude staff and horrible hygiene . Junior staff members shouting at each other in Gujrati and one guy wasnt even able to understand and speak proper English. Police needs to check validity of staff working there.

Half of what we asked for wasn’t put in our bag. Gathiya were really thick and no flavour. Khari and chevdo all stale. Very very poor quality and £40 in the dustbin.

I found the best sweet Mart in Wembley London it’s JALARAM SWEET MART where I found many delicious dishes and one of the most favourite one is BHELL CHAAT and the main thing is that I feel totally Indian taste. If I talk about service it’s very great and fast and the staff behave is also good and very polite ,I know one of the employee who work there, his name is SHIVANG PATEL Thank you so much for everything.

Very tasty dabeli! Need to sort out quantity for tea the normal size is tiny and not worth what you pay for. The paneer wrap was ok but the yoghurt chutney gave a weird taste. Also please make sure your tables are clean, it's always dirty and sticky and staff are more interested in talking than to keep the place clean.

Purchased food from here twice, once it was okay and not worth the price, and the second time (considering the previous purchases) only bought rasmalai. When I opened it the next day, it had gone bad and sour despite keeping it in the fridge as soon as I got back home. It was a total waste and felt really disappointed. Hope they improve their quality of food. Would help if there is any date of manufacture and expiry written on it.

I went with my family to buy sweet. I ordered some of sweets like kajukatli, some savory snacks and Jalebi. The guy who was packing Kajukatli, sneezed on Kajukatli, i have seen that directly........oh god........so unhygienic and disgusting. I came back without buying. I never go there to buy anything. They should maintain the level of hygiene as per country's rule.

Certainly, here's a concise example: "I had a terrible experience at [Retail Shop]. They sold me duplicate cigarettes, and when I tried to return them, the staff was incredibly rude. Avoid this place for quality and customer service concerns."

The Chile chana was under cooked and too much olily

Awful food. Bought Samosa, Khachori, Bhajia and a few other bits. Took home and reheated in an air fryer. Everything except the samosas went in the bin! All lacked salt and any flavouring at all. The methi bhajia could be used as golf balls! How does this place survive? Come on people of Ealing, eat items cause they taste good not because the price is cheap!!!!!

It's a hit or miss. I guess that's why the prices for some of the items are lower than the competition. The Puran Poli and Samosa chat i had were very good. But the Pani Puri taste was terrible, and one of the flavours seemed to have gone bad. One customer even complained about it. But the staff is totally non-receptive to any feedback, as can be seen in many other reviews. Overall okay.

Thali place is hidden in basement, they need to promote it properly as we discovered it accidentally. Some of the dishes we ordered were ok but pani puri was not great. Photos for 4 various thalis are same which is misleading. Ms komal who served us was polite and helpful.

I have come to Jalaram Sweet Mart to eat Panipuri and the taste of Panipuri is very delicious. Will come again next time.

I have worst experience...I have ordered Dabeli and pav having fungas ...when I request refund...they said they can't refund...its not in their policy. I told them to complain then only they have refunded. Staff was very careless. I will never go or advice to avoid this place.

Worst Indian food. Paani poori worst. Specially their falooda was disaster. I did suggest them to go to Taste of Village in Hayes and learn how to make falooda. I personally will not recommend them to anyone who is looking for authentic Bhartiya food.

Some of the items that were supposed to be warm were sent cold and they were all bland with no taste. The pani puri was very soft and soggy. The kachoris were were chewy and not properly cooked. Overall very bad quality and waste of money.. will never use them again.

The panner samosa is cold. On braking it one realstes that they have gone bad. They are smelling rotten. You should cancel smiths item if you don’t have fresh stock but you should not supply the item which has gone bad to your customer.

Jalaram Thali Wembley Ealing Road London: We have visited Jalaram Thali 3 times in total. The first time was good. The second time the food was cold, we complained and the staff were very rude and unhelpful. We decided to try it for the Last Time. We went upstairs to the Jalaram sweet mart, he sent us to the Thali place in the basement, we wanted to have lunch. We used their wash rooms (we are travelling from outside London) and then asked about their thali. We were discussing that because of allergies we should eat upstairs because we choose the curry that we can actually eat, here it was fixed. The waitress accused us of just wanted to use the washroom and was very Rude! That's it you don't speak to customers like that; they lost 4 customers; you should be able to use the washrooms! The staff need to learn manners and the owner I think upstairs needs to let the customer decide where they want to eat and not send them downstairs to be insulted. We won't be visiting ever again.

This place has poor service. We ordered Aloo tikki chaats thinking they would be like the ones you get in other restaurants. The young girl who had gloves on was preparing the chaat ,chatting to others, plus handing other items to customers. She took about 20 minutes to prepare two chaats. The chaats weren’t even delivered to our table, we had to go up and get them considering the place was not busy, plus had to ask for spoons and napkins. very poor customer service. As we delved into the chaat we noticed it was very watery, secondly we couldn’t find any tikki, after looking around found a tiny bit of tikki at the bottom. Hardly any chickpea but plenty of raw onions and bits of tomatoes. The chaat was lukewarm when it should be nice and hot. You have to pay for the food before you eat it, wasn’t cheap, so even if you complain they won’t take any action. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.... avoid

It's amazing food i went with my parents who came from india, they only loves traditional indian food which i found it in jalaram sweet mart unforgateble test, my parents want to come wvery day now, Very friendly staff, and quick service, thats what you want and resonable price for everything. I must say worth for the money with tradinal food and great test.
