We used to visit a South Indian storr here.. It is now replaced by Raj Darbaar. Awesome North Indian dishes.. The South Indian dosa varieties were also close to the real deal.. But all the Punjabi Gujrathi dishes were amazing..Paneer is melt in the mouth.. Cliched.. But literally melts.. The garlic chutney with chats is the best I have ever had in UK. Staff are lovely.. This is not a five star resaturant.. For the place and money food is faultless..

the delivery was late by 5 min,that's tolerable but food was spilled all over on each of every item inside the bag,was feeling like that I am eating South Indian and North Indian khichdi fusion

THE FOOD IS SO SPICY IT MADE MY MOUTH GO NUMB!!! The upper palette of my mouth was burning!!!! My stomach is hurting!! My nose is so clogged that I spent 5 minutes just blowing it!! If you want to test your spice levels please go here! If not, I recommend that you stay away from here! The hygiene is good, however, my health is not now 😢

Hey the food was good as always but looks like you forgot to include buying get one items. Or delivery guy didn't deliver it. Either ways good food but need to look at your promos closely.

I went there with my partner on Tuesday and we were served by Romit and Pratik, they were friendly, helpful and did a good job in serving us. It was a very awesome experience, the food was great ( reminds me of my beloved country ). The taste was authentic and amazing. It is the best place for family gatherings. The environment was good. Overall, I had the best experience with food and the restaurant. Must visit!!

We were visited this place today but i am very disappointed with the staff service. They don’t care about tour order and they serve first main course and they they serve starters😄 and we finish our dosa and then they serve drinks 😂

Great food at a very reasonable price. Quick service. Better than many places with great atmosphere with not so good or overpriced food. No nonsense authentic Indian food. Dosas in this place are just amazing. Thalis are great too.

It was not good experience as food was not up to taste found hair in one of our dish , order was cancelled but they charged for it also and it’s was very uncomfortable as they have not provided any ac oh did not even bother to keep door open it was quite hot inside the restaurant

Food with great taste, service was bit poor. Quantity is small. One of the rare south indian restaurant where sambhar is chargeable and takes 30 minutes to get while your dosa become cold. 🙄

I am writing to state about this restruant that my family & friends used to like to visit because the food was really delicious and was even cheaper in cost at that time but now as the cost of living is really the highlight of people's serious concern, we are finding many Restruants hiking their prices and especially when at this time, they should be giving their customers more quality satisfaction for the value of their money. But we are finding that this restruant has gone down in food wise as well as service wise. It is because of change of management that is having a bad impact on the overall situation of this restruant. We decided not to visit anymore.

One of the staff is worst staff ever i seen in my whole life. We ordered 04 mysore masala dosa and wrongly due to miscommunication of waitress & kitchen staff they bring masala dosa. We have told them we ordered mysore masala dosa not masala dosa so should you please bring dosa which we have ordered ; then one of the staff came with mysore chutney in small bowl and told us to apply that chutney in masala dosa so it will become mysore masala dosa😀😀how ridiculous it was. That means you give us potato masala in seperate bowl and tell us to put in plain dosa so it will become masala dosa😀😀😀. First think what you are saying to customer and also in which manner. Mistake can happen by anyone but how you behave after that need to learn. If owner is reading reviews please make sure you can teach that perticular person how to talk with customer and also look she shouldnt serve potato bhaji separately and teach customer to make masala dosa by themselves. Thanks

This place has no proper service, we went here and it took almost an hour. It is displayed with good quality but when we ordered it was cold, no flavour. The staff even spilled chutney on the table like it was nothing, he didn't clean it either. I recommend going to Sarvana Bhavan. Why do they need to be so lazy?

Very bad service food was horrible. Comparing to Early days food and standard of this restaurant went poor quality. I don’t recommend anyone to try this restaurant. One of the stuff was poking her nice infront of the customers and very disappointed. I took my husband and recommended him about this place but I felt really bad afterwards.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came back after a long day at work, ordered as soon as I sat on the table, it was a simple order of Hakka Noodles, waited almost half an hour but still was not served. Had to eventually leave without eating anything. People who came after me got served one after the other. Staff is not interested, using their phones, having a group chat on the counter. When I asked one girl how much time will it take and why are people getting their orders who ordered after me, her response was 'because it is dosa, so it comes faster.' Please tell me, were your "chefs with their fine-tuned culinary skills prepare the most delicious dishes using the finest of ingredients" making the noodles from scratch that it took so long? Or did I need to put a bigger order for it to come faster? Really disappointed with this sad looking place. If you dare to copy big restaurant's name, dare to give the same service as well.

Disappointed with the quality of the Sambar, which comes with the dosa. Taste and texture are the same as rasaam. The place was also filfy, dirty floor and tables.

Very tasty foods. The masaladosa ,the chole bhature , idli and vada is super delicious. The staff are very friendly and service was good. I had been there at evening. It was little bit busy.

I spoke to owner that he needs to work on service although the food is great as I also work in hospitality. He replied in how we are serving in less money? I said even though you work on less money don't sell it. The restaurant was merely shut for 2 years and price decrease is just a strategy to pull the customers but what is about the brand? He said we are working for 22 years , so he should keep up with that brand and at the same time I was talking he was talking to another customer is that the way you treat your customer who is explaining how you can improve on service? I had very bad experience on 25/01/23 at 7:45 PM Very Unfair Behavior from Staff I'm Waiting & Waiting for My Take-away they are not giving me any kind of Reply and they are not busy as much on that time I noticed that some customers were entering in the restaurant and one of their staff named "Palak" she not permit customers to enter inside because their jackets are wet due to rain and denied them because she has problem to clean the floor this is very bad hospitality for customers, I never suggest any of my friends and family members to visit this place after seeing this.

The food was excellent. The service too. Took my 86yr old mum there.. She was well chuffed. 🙏

When the customer arrives on the table after they start clearing the table. I asked them baby chair but the waiter's told me she will bring but she's not they bring the baby chair after my baby fellow down from the big chair.

Tasteless food. No wonder people were waiting outside in a queue for Dosa Express which is adjacent to this restaurant while this restaurant looked deserted. However we were with kids and buggy so want to dine in and looking at the only empty place we chose to take the risk. Even us being only customer, we end up eating soggy dosa with no taste at all. I won’t recommend this restaurant at all.

I used to frequent the place for its consistency in taste. However the place is thoroughly understaffed. Had to wait longer for the order which is understandable. Wrong items packed cannot be tolerated. No good this time… such a shame…

Good food but extremely poor service !!! Always seems to be shortage of staff even on peak times. The manager seems to be in his own world and absolutely careless about keeping track of orders. Constant delay in food service, which is such a shame considering the food quality seems to be above average. My last visit was an absolute nightmare and i would advice on keeping a few extra minutes in your pocket if you intend to dine here. :(

Me and My family dine here time to time and it is an absolutely amazing experience every time.The staff are friendly,the food is delicious and very good value for money.The restaurant is clean and they have a variety of different options especially in terms of different dosa's you can choose from.The Kesari is a must try! I have never had any halwa like this before.Smashing 5 stars!!!

This restaurant deserves 5 stars but here I can give only 2 stars. One of them is for tasty food & the second one is for the cheaper price for the food but only 3 stars are missing only & only because of their staff. When I asked staff to give me salt & pepper they said help your self that’s not good service. They are kind of lazy even one customer took paper napkins to clean the table. Staff can use their mobile but can’t clean the tables. Are they doing job for free??

Ordered a dosa and asked for the chutney which i didnt mind paying extra for have been ordering them from long time for take aways but the on table service is really bad the management is really busy with there own lifes that they dont know what the customer needs... i celebrated a birthday party for my husband. we had hired live catering stations. i was expecting the medhu vadas to be cooked on the premises to be served hot. the vadas were precooked and very cold. the idlis were so cold and heavy rather than light and spongy. the idlis and the dosas were very sour. very dissapointing

Very poor service. Order something and something else came up. Told the waiter and waitress before ordering that I’m allergic of something, but still serve that specific food. Then during the receipt time, additional of many foods were changed that we never even order.

This has to be the best vegetarian restaurant in Wembley. It is a quiet place with comfy seating and most importantly very quiet. Very less probability that you will face a queue. I loved the masala Dosa. I felt as if I am back to Madras. The various flavours of chutney just made the dosa more tasty. The portion was apt and sambar was good. This is a must try. Coffee, samosa, butter milk, melon juice - they all tastes perfect. I will definitely visit this place again .

We went on Saturday evening. The place was not packed, still had to wait for 40 mins for food. It's definitely not a place to go with kids. Even after the wait the food was not that great. Gobi Manchurian was the only good dish.

First time we been with family shop was empty my wife said let’s go other shop I said to her “ let’s try here” we ate was delicious.we was thinking why no people here ?? The food was really tasty,especially the mini idlis and sambar,it was really flavourful! Also the special pink rose lassi was really tasty and refreshing as well as the poori which was really airy!The service was really great overall!

It was my first time in this restaurant and the food and service was amazing the staff members were really polite.

We hired Sarashwathy for catering for an event and the food was delicious. We had about 100 guests and they all enjoyed it. Anil is very good to communicate with and help deliver what you are looking for. They do a very large variety of foods not just dosa to cater for any event.

The best And the most Crispy Masala dosa we have ever had in London. Food was Fabulous and the team was great too. But i guess the furniture needs a little more attention and there is room for improvement and can make the place really more attractive. Will definitely visit again.

Didn't have 2 of the drinks I wanted ( lassi or passion fruit juice), food was fine, good value & decent sized portions. Toilet is horrendous, just about ok for washing hands most certainly NOT for a call of nature!

Food has greatly improved since I last went there and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant was surprisingly empty on a Saturday night as lots of cheap food places around it. It would benefit from a bit more ambience like music.

I am a regular customer of this restaurant for past 10 years at least. Over the years there were many changes including the management but nothing compared to the lowest standard of food that we got in this restaurant last week. I am sorry to put this negative review for this restaurant that I adored once. The quality of food has gone down so much, completely tasteless - we ordered Idli and Dosa and thought to order more later. I sincerely thank my judgement of not ordering more food as I could barely finish what I ordered. Every single thing was tasteless, chutney were so runny, idli were not fresh and dosa were bit burnt. Clearly new chef (s) and no quality checks. I wouldn't go there again until things are back to normal in there!

I’ve never been so wanted to try the food. Had to wait 20minutes outside then once we were in the tables were not cleaned properly after that the food took more than 45 minutes to come. The food was not worth the wait. It’s took loud and noisy inside, not even any soft music.
