don't waste your time or money. stood outside waiting for delivery for 30mins what never turned up. guy in the restaurant put the phone down on me twice. delivery driver mouthing me off but delivered it obviously to the wrong house. waiting for ubber to get my money back. be warned ⚠️ rubbish for someone local

Ordered takeaway yesterday - was average but now the next day the food must not be prepared clean as I have chronic watery bowl movements and am in pain (this was the only thing I ate yesterday) Please avoid for the sake of your health

I'm not sure if they have new chiefs or what but the standard of the food has dropped. I use to love ordering from here. This is the second time iv done take away instead of going to the restaurant and it's ridiculous... the food taste like left overs and definitely not fresh especially the salt and pepper squid it's over cooked and hard.

Can't comment on atmosphere as take away only. Has an open kitchen for everyone to see. In my opinion a positive for any take away.

Very poor customer service and the food was not fresh especially the rice. They packed containers with veg and little meat plus the chicken tastes off.

AVOID - we ordered a takeaway almost 4 hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived. When we phoned to ask how long it would be, the owner was extremely rude and slammed the phone down. We won’t order from here again.

Overall a nice Chinese takeaway. The food is tasty and prices are reasonable. Often also open around lunchtime. The owner is friendly and helpful.

AWFUL - please AVOID AT ALL COST -manager is rude and don’t like to hear criticism over his food - Order was MISSING BITS AGAIN - Manager shouts and swears down the phone - food used to be good but has gone down hill in past 1 year . Honestly awful - save your money and go elsewhere . It’s not worth the stress or hassle - what a waste of £50 - food cold and greasy also

Took over an hour and a half to be delivered. Chips were soggy, fried rice was stale, satay chicken tasted funny. Spent the next day throwing up.

Terrible service and extremely rude manager. Waiting an hour and a half for a delivery after it left the shop and I only live 8 mins away. As stated in the uber app the take away can call the driver and find out the status on the order, which I tried to do but the manager was extremely rude and abrupt and offered no help at all. He was annoyed at me asking the question which I thought was unreasonable and unbelievable behaviour. The food arrived cold and I was so annoyed I did not want to eat it. The way the manager spoke to me was appalling, he has no respect or sympathy for paying customers. I will never be ordering from this place again, let down by such bad service and would never recommend to anyone. Sometimes the cheaper and closest option is not the best.

Started getting upset when I said that his salt and pepper squid is slightly different as it has more chilli in it. Spoke to me rudely and quite frankly needs to learn how to talk to customers. I wouldn't bring something up if there wasn't a difference! Adjust your attitude. Won't be coming back.

I have to say my daughter recommended wa yang yang … so I tried it tonight …. I have to say £54 later … I won’t be ordering again …. Duck , chicken sweet and sour meat dry …. Salt and pepper ribs …. Got the ribs shame no meat on the ribs or taste … Compared to my usual restaurant Wa Yang Yang is expensive , smaller portions and bland ….. may be a bad night for them but I won’t be ordering again !

The first and only time i will use this Chinese, the food looks nothing like the photos,sweet and sour tasted nothing like or looked anything like it, satay chicken was absolutely disgusting,i could not eat any of it.

Worst customer service ever. They delivered my order at the wrong address and when I called to let them know of their mistake they were extremely rude. As a customer, they didn’t attempt or even offer to help and offer another solution to correct their mistake. They shouted at me on the phone and when I told them the least they could do is apologise they angrily shouted sorry at me. I will never order from here again!

Worst customer service ever!! They made a mistake with our order, they delivered it to the wrong address and instead of apologising they were all rude and to top it off they locked the phone whilst I was still talking. RUDE STAFF!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Called and ordered and the food was delivered to my door within 10 minutes even though he said 45 minutes. Food not fresh, noodles tasted funny, chicken balls weren't great and the sweet and sour chicken was the worst I've ever had. No love put into this food at all. I also didn't feel great the next morning. Would not order again. Still on the search for a good chinese place in selsdon

Fantastically cooked food that tastes superior to other Chinese take outs. A little expensive but the old saying "you gets what you pay for" is true with the excellent quality of their food ingredients. Doesn't disappoint.

Great food and service! The kitchen can be seen from the waiting room and is clean with everything cooked fresh to order. I've been coming here for the past few years and no other local Chinese takeaways compares- I won't make that mistake again! Highly recommended!

Best Chinese in Croydon been going there for 8years food really nice can't complain.

Ordered Food on a Wednesday evening. Was told would be ready in 10 mins already suggesting everything would be reheated. Sure enough everything was dry and over cooked, we were surprised because the restaurant claims to serve authentic food. I can sum this meal up as a greasy, sad "dogs dinner" unfortunately we have a cat and I wouldn't give it to him.
