LEON - London Bridge in Southwark

This place is a freaking scam yard. In the middle of my meal in the afternoon , two guys walk in, pick up my phone from my table while I'm having my meal, in broad daylight, and walk out and the manager or the staff couldn't be bothered. These guys were dressed as beggers. Come to think of it, the staff is a part of this scam. Why do they allow these kind of people to come in? I'm guessing because the staff is on it with the thieves, and after that, supposedly more homesless people came in trying to pull the same scam 5 minutes later. The manager as well as the staff are f*****g useless. The manager didn't even wanna talk to me about it and said it was my problem and they couldn't do anything about it

Customer service and smiles. Coffee on the go with very good staff at least making the effort to give the customer a smile 10/10

Had the aioli chicken box. Service was quick if indifferent. It’s so sad that Leon’s got so bad. Vast amounts of brown rice, reasonable amount of flavourless chicken and bland aioli, tiny amount of veg. My meal lacked depth of flavour, crunch, spice and seasoning.

Possibly the worst burger and chips I have ever had. Clearly taking advantage of commuters that would not return the food as dashing for a train. Luke warm chicken burger, over cooked chicken, rank waffle style chips that tasted of cardboard. Utterly disgusting. Would absolutely never buy any food from Leon ever again as a result. Are they really proud of selling such crap food???

As London Marathon coffee stops go, few places can be more in the eye of the Lycra storm than Leon. Gingerly coming to and contemplating the Herculean challenge ahead, I stepped inside with my running support buddy for a caffeine kick-start. The staff were obviously slammed, but thankfully undaunted by their own stamina-testing morning. The ninja-skilled baristas managed to keep the takeaway cups flowing to the service counter. We asked for extra hot, skinny coffees - mine was a cappuccino - and both were swiftly served exactly as requested. Mine was strong but with a smooth appearance, and kept me going in the wait to get running. It's said that small mistakes lead to big ones, but the opposite is also true. As we crammed on a train to Blackheath, this was a small building block in a great day out and marathon medal.

Absolutely awful. We chose the box breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for it and it was cold, shrivelled up produce, not enough to feed a child, staff were less than helpful when I complained and cost £21 into the bargain. Will definitely not be back.

OMG we had the breakfast and it was discusting the beans were rank and cold the eggs were so dry they more powder the hash browns tasted of fish the bacon was raw and the sausage was cold, how on earth can you let that go out for public consumption, never ever again

I have to say that, this is the best place for hot chocolate, and the food is so fresh. The staff are so friendly and quick ..And Anna is so professional at her job. I recommend this place. I will not go anywhere else. Best hot chocolate ever..

Leon is located handily on the ground level concourse so can be easily reached when moviong between platforms. I had the spicy chicken burger £6.99 which was full of tender real meat in a fresh bun with lettuce and sauce. I also had a fresh orange juice £2.29. The facility offered tables and chairs both in and outside. I like the fact that they were free of debris and regularly cleaned as I watched. Would return.

The crispy chicken wrap tastes awful and just a lot of sauce. Not crispy at all………. Would have rather eaten at mc donalds.

We came here for brunch en route to see Abba at the Abba Arena having ascertained that the venue offered nothing but overpriced unhealthy rubbish with nothing whatsoever gluten free. Leon is always a good bet for the opposite of this and didn't disappoint. The breakfasts, in fact pretty much everything they offer is good value, tasty and and can be relied upon for those who like us have food intolerances. I wish there more fast food places like his.

Cold chicken which should have been hot, absolutely inedible. Please avoid. Had to run for train or would have asked for a refund.

All team seemed friendly, just the issue with the one who got my food wrong.

I've eaten at Leon for years - there are a number of gluten free options and a 15% student discount. I used to enjoy collecting stamps on my card and getting little freebies when going through the station. Don't talk to me about app. I don't app. So, I wanted to pick up a cup of tea to drink on the train. The person training the new member of staff was quite abrupt, with me and the person the new member of staff. When I went to collect my tea, the barista said I'd ordered two cups. I alerted the manager, who said: "There's no way she's ordered you two cups." I showed my receipt: I had paid for two cups. A throwaway apology and I then had to wait for her to refund me the money. I missed my train - one every half hour. When I walk past Leon now, I don't want to go in. Stopped here to get a takeaway breakfast when passing through London Bridge. I ordered the avacado and hallumi roll with hash browns. The roll was ok, the hallumi was cooked that much and the hash browns weren’t the best.
