I feel like the pate here is the best in Mac in London. soft

The delivery of the food at this location was speedy enough, they provided me my Mc Chicken Speedily enough during a lunch break, ate in so I was able to take in the atmosphere not too crowded and a calming presence 🐔 😋

cold drinks in the same bag as hot food . food was warm by the time it got here . chips were nice burger was ok had worse .

made order 945 on weds evening waiting an hour then when it arrived the food was cold sorry didn't take photo so made a complaint said would get a refund checked to day and only 3pound something was paid in when my order can to over 12pounds

A completely incompetent establishment incapable of assembling an order correctly. If you are fortunate enough to be in store, be sure to double check your order because they are bound to forget something. If you have the misfortune of ordering via a a food delivery app, prepare to have items missing.

Got a complete order but the Double big Mac not worth it really dry one slice of cheese and pure lettuce but can say I've had it but prefer to get the triple cheese

So, McDonald's launch a new Breakfast deal: £2.79 for a Bacon or Sausage McMuffin and a hot drink of your choice, I went to McDonald's Walworth Rd and got it, now after two days, I just go back, order the same deal and got : "no, we start it from tomorrow", I'm sorry, I just had it yesterday, "I'm sorry, we are making upgradation" not to your Customer Service, you are not, that's for sure!!!!!!

Why does it say delivered when its not been delivered

Driver was great! He knocked the CORRECT door and was discreet unlike most drivers. Regarding the food I bought 2 large meals but got only 1 large fries, the other fries was medium, had to look down into the box to see the fries.

Stuck in a time warp. Retro if you are being generous; dated if less so. No touchscreen ordering here, you actually have to speak with someone - so may prove to be too much for some generations. There is always drama (hey it’s Walworth). Food is generally fine. Service is slow at times.

DRIVER HAS STOLEN THE FOOD. I’m waiting outside and looking at the map. The driver waited at the corner, did not call or attempt to drop it off at all and then MARKED IT AS DELIVERED!

Cold on delivery. Wrong flavour milkshake delivered which was also almost warm and half empty. With this and another famous ‘bakery’ order yesterday, I have lost faith in ordering from the big chains as they are definitely more sloppier in service than if you were there to face them! Clearly just throw in what they want to ‘rid’ another order and make it someone else’s problem. Perhaps employees in Elephant just cannot be bothered!

The pancakes had to be taken apart as one side was hard and the other side was soft

Chips were cold and soggy and looked like they were twice fried. Nuggets were dry and the coke had no flavour.

Food was fine, delivery excellent but both drinks were incorrect!! Really annoying, so have had to complain and then reorder the drinks incurring another service charge. Bit disappointed a small order had a big mistake.

Ordered Milkshakes only received half a cup full and was melted and this was no fault of the rider he was here quickly and on time, if I pay for a drink I expect it to be a full cup and not melted awful service

shocking. over hour late. the delivery ETA changed about 5 times. arrived stone cold. needed to re heat so removed lettuce and it was all moulding and disgusting. worst experience I've had with just eat since using you. I complained last night with images/evidence and heard nothing from anyone since. really annoyed me as I couldn't cancel & risk getting something else and it turning up. turns up and is absolutely revolting and cold.

Absolutely disgusting delivery time, rider took 1 hour from putting order in and rode past my house with another order which is ridiculous then when I asked why this happened he just kept saying please please rather than give me my order for 5 minutes. I don’t pay for food to have it delivered cold every time. As a disabled person I cant always get out to get it or make it myself but this is now getting ridiculous so will have to look at alternatives for ordering food

The service can't be helped at times, given the business that they get at any given time and the staff at times can be nice, but some members of staff are less than nice in service and in manners. The food is okay, although no salt on the chips ever.

My fries arrived stone cold, clearly from sitting next to the Coca-Cola in the driver's bag. The Hat Trick burger, which I was looking forward to trying finally, had no trimmings, no mustard, no onions, just the three parties in the bun with one slice of cheese instead of two, and, it appears, extra ketchup followed on yop. So disappointed.
