Items missing from order, quality not up to usual standard (no salt on fries, cheese missing on quarter pounder)

My order should have been delivered within 20 minutes, both restaurants and delivery times were being changed constantly and finally arrived 45 minutes late.

was in the process of ordering from macdonalds when I noticed they were charging me 99p delivery fee, but I have a free delivery subscription, please advise

Despite quick delivery fries where still luke warm. Restaurant need to provide fresh fries to arrive hot/warm.

the status says order delivered but i did not receive anything. i called Mcdonalds walworth road, they said there's nothing they can do about it. Horrible experience

I was enjoying my meal till i took a bite into the roll & a piece of egg shell was in there.

Worst McDonald's, I've seen in my life! Is this only in London or all the people in England? Are that rude?! I ordered a cheeseburger with everything, including onion. But they only gave me onions. I came to change it, but they said i have to reorder! Like what on earth?! Super rude, dirty place, bad workers!!!!!!! I would put 0 starts I I could. You can't connect to the internet either! They said the code would be sent, but it wasn't. I tried 5 times. So far, London is the worst place I have visited. Even in poorer countries people are nicer than here! The "tomatoe" in the wrap is not even a whole piece! Wow.

Big Mac was luke warm but everything else was fine. Very fast delivery and friendly delivery driver.

driver spilt the drinks all other bag, careless driver when I told him he just shrugged amd walked off.

The fries and the bic mac they were cold and old like they been in there for ages .

at night you cant seat nowhere because tables are closed but are full of homeless

It's probably the worst McDonald's restaurant I have ever been in. No ordering tablets, which means i can't use the app for points. The seats were taped around, and i got a flashback from Covid 19 lockdown times, and only drivers were allowed to sit inside. I have ordered Big Mac and got a totally different sandwich with chicken. Sadly, I saw when I was back at my hostel and I didn't want to go back. There was a weird smell in the restaurant as well. It looked dirty and unwelcoming. It's about time to get some screens for ordering like that there will be fewer mistakes with orders.

Chips taste like paper,fish fingers were salty and Fanta has a horrible weird and bitter taste so can't drink it and ordered large for a waste of money.

I order at 10:50 and it said it was a maximum Wait of 30 minutes but my delivery came at 11:49 it took so long to come and the estimated time of delivery increased

The service was horrible they only brought part of the order when I called McDonald's in Walworth Road SE171JJ to complain the lady I spoke with was rude and aggressive she didn't want to take any responsibility and put the phone down on me this was unacceptable

Got to have to admit I feel ashamed and shamed by the staff for fancying a burger. I've had so much better burgers elsewhere and I'm treated like a commodity that's just using up space until I leave. I do get an inner city fast food venue will have its issues, but not all customers want to reenact scenes from Falling Down and actually just want a quick munch and get on with their day. Sorry staff, you really ain't that special.

Driver blame me for the Coca Cola ,it was coming licking and I am pregnant and I took the Coca Cola and he was licking on top of me instead to help me

Food got here cold. Driver texted that he arrived but he hadn't rung my bell yet until 9 minutes later and I didn't know where my food was. Why would you say "I've arrived?" Just ring or knock the door. Don't text unless you're lost! I think he tried to give it to the wrong address then realised he had to quickly find MY apartment. No apology or anything!

The large chips was definitely not a large and it was cold.

The driver was extremely rude and aggressive after gving him my code which he did not understand as he could hardly speak English and shoved the food in my hands. Furthermore all my food was burnt and fries was half empty.

The McDonald's team at Walworth is outstanding! They are incredibly cooperative and always ensure their tasks are done efficiently and with care. The staff's professionalism and friendly attitude make it a pleasure to visit. This is by far the best McDonald's I've been to. Keep up the excellent work!

Worst McDonald's we've had... no ordering terminal, you have to go see the employee who isn't friendly, sit at a table surrounded by strange and homeless people, quickly eat bad burgers because they come to bother us and even take photos of us without our knowledge...

the service charge was huge which isn't a problem as I am having a problem in my bank due to a misapplied ccj to hat should never have existed as it was their in-house mistake and all I received was a 10 pound refund I have also received terrible service by a woman in their own building so I have to now walk further to try to resolve these issues the speed was awesome but the chips weren't upto the usual standard that I have to come expect which is crisp and dry thank you

The driver that just delivered my food was pointing at my sons private parts who is 14 and asking was he alone and once the door was closed his trying to talk to him threw the letter box how are out children not even safe getting a delivery at home not sure i will be ordering again

Driver turned up with 1 drink so when he handed it to me i said this is wrong should be 2 drinks and he was rude said just take it an tell them they will sort an i questioned is it even my order - he didnt let me check and practically threw it at me, which was rude - the restaurant gave him the wrong drinks but that was no excuse to be rude

B the delivery guy just messed up my drink he didn’t had no respect delivering my food the way he just open the bag I knew straight away he going to mess up my food .
