McDonald's in Southwark

It was a nice experience the service was good but a little bit slow overall it was nice

Needs self service Needs better management Needs more cleaning No organisation in place regarding staff What a nightmare little store They have so much seating for it actually is and don’t even participate in McDonald’s points etc Should be 1/3 of a size for the service it is or add self service

disgusting , if i was to drink the 5 litre hand soap i have in my house rather than the mcdonalds i was served , i would feel better and content.

I had never been to a UK McDonald's that didn't support the loyalty program. Beware of that. I guess no self-serve kiosks was a warning. The burger was fine but the fries were close to cold and the Coke Zero tasted weird. I could not drink it.

As an FYI this is one of the best McDonald's in London the food is cooked at restaurant grade

My food came look-warm, and unpleasant. my large fries came as a medium and fries was really cold and saggy most of my drink were spilt in the bag already before getting. I am not happy with this at all. Something need to be done about this ASAP!!!

Was due between 1:10-1:30 and I waited till almost 3am for my order, just woke up and it’s saying delivered at 1:15, definitely not been delivered at all, £34 is a lot of money to lose as a single parent, I need a refund

Easily the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Total chaos, you can only order with the cashier and they are so chaotic and annoyed that they have to work here... We chosed this one because it had a place to sit but next time rather take food with you and eat in a park.

I hate ordering from here because there's always a problem. This time was great. Food came early and was piping hot. Tasted real good too, although they forgot my extra lettuce in my burger. I ordered from here last week too, food was great and arrived early.

Diabolical shambles. One person serving breakfast that was slower than a snail. Spent 30 minutes waiting in the queue.

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Walworth and had a very disappointing experience with the manager on duty, Sabrina. I accidentally placed an order through the app that was sent to the wrong location. Since this was my first time dealing with such a mistake, I approached Sabrina to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, instead of helping to resolve the issue, Sabrina was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She gave me nothing but attitude when all I was seeking was a solution. Her behavior made an already stressful situation worse, and I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and disrespected. I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe they should be handled with kindness and professionalism, especially by a manager. I hope this feedback leads to better customer service in the future.

The delivery of the food at this location was speedy enough, they provided me my Mc Chicken Speedily enough during a lunch break, ate in so I was able to take in the atmosphere not too crowded and a calming presence 🐔 😋

Had a notification to say my order had arrived at my travelodge however when went down to meet the rider was told it wasn't for me, watched him place it back in the bike box, tap a few buttons on his phone and ride off. Next thing I know had another notification to say my order had been delivered. This was on Tuesday as of yet no contact t from just eat or McDonald's reference refund or anything. However reordered 20 mins later and arrived fine with another driver but still charged twice

made order 945 on weds evening waiting an hour then when it arrived the food was cold sorry didn't take photo so made a complaint said would get a refund checked to day and only 3pound something was paid in when my order can to over 12pounds

Got a complete order but the Double big Mac not worth it really dry one slice of cheese and pure lettuce but can say I've had it but prefer to get the triple cheese

A completely incompetent establishment incapable of assembling an order correctly. If you are fortunate enough to be in store, be sure to double check your order because they are bound to forget something. If you have the misfortune of ordering via a a food delivery app, prepare to have items missing.
