McDonald's in Southwark

The McDonald's team at Walworth is outstanding! They are incredibly cooperative and always ensure their tasks are done efficiently and with care. The staff's professionalism and friendly attitude make it a pleasure to visit. This is by far the best McDonald's I've been to. Keep up the excellent work!

When I asked a simple question about my order, the stuff rolled their eyes and gave me an attitude instead of helping. I understand it can get busy, but there’s no excuse for treating customers poorly. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is not the level of service I expect from McDonald’s, and it’s really disheartening. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and ensure a better experience for everyone.

There is absolutely NO reason why a McDonald’s order should take 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive. We were left standing in the freezing cold and in the heavy rain waiting for our food, and when it came it was cold. This is getting ridiculous, just eat’s times are over double that of every other delivery app. It should not take that long to have food delivered, it defeats the whole purpose of ordering. It wasn’t even a busy time. In the time that I spent waiting I could have walked across the city

The delivery experience was atrocious. The driver was extremely rude, demanding the code when I was analysing the wet bags as the drinks had been leaving due to his reckless driving. He stormed off no apology.

As far as McDonalds go this is a decent one and the food has always been up to standard. The staff are friendly and I've never had any issues with them. Personally I prefer the self service kiosk and this McDonalds does not have these so that would be my only issue.

This is very poor as I expected my food to be here on time considering the distance between the store and the house. Also the driver stayed still for quite some time at the resturant. This may have resulted in the food being also very cold and very hard to enjoy.

My order was never delivered to my address. But it was marked as delivered. I will be happy if you can investigate this.

The food is up to the standard, but the place is dirty and has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, delivery personnel seem to be permanently stationed there, along with some homeless individuals. I’ve even come across someone injecting drugs in the restroom. It’s shocking that McDonald’s hasn’t taken any action to address these issues. The police should step in. I’ve decided to stop visiting altogether.

I don't really like eating at this place because it's dangerous and on several occasions rude people have come in.

Numerous of times I’ve ordered And a numerous times they failed to deliver the items that I have ordered i.e. sources big problem even when you’ve paid for it they forget to put it in and maple syrup when you order pancakes always sources

Ordered from branch because advertised delivery time was 10-25 mins. Ordered 16:10 with expected delivery 16:25 - 16:35. Food was preparing 16:11, but had no driver, didn't arrive until 17:00 (not 16:56). It took 50 mins! Driver fast; food late+cold!
