Terrible food - made by people who don't know food or flavours for people who don't know food or flavours 🤨 The prepacked sandwiches at Tesco are better and that should say it all. Your "food" is garbage

Poor service - says they are open until 9pm but if you go late afternoon, they have put everything away but just warm the meat filling up in a microwave at the back - very poor practice. This chain used to be really good but some poor franchising decisions have really had a negative impact on quality and service.

The website advertises it is open until 11pm on weekdays but I’ve attempted to visit on two occasions around 8pm and the doors have been locked both times. It appears staff regularly bunk off for a break. Would not recommend and will not attempt visiting again.

Paying £4.95 for a rice box which consisted 70% of lettuce, 4 very dry pieces of falafel and some plain boiled rice. I ordered the Lebanese rice box and I am extremely disappointed.

Literalmente ofrecen como 5 sabores y no me dieron la oportunidad de agregar verduras o rellenos adicionales, una de las comidas menos emocionantes que he ingerido. Realmente desconcertado por cómo esta franquicia tiene tantas ubicaciones. Fue un desafío pasar toda la comida y no gratificante.

Falafel is awful, soggy and dry, the rice box is very small and looks nothing like the pictures advertised. the rice box it two scoops of rice and a handful of salad, nothing else. for £5 this is is appalling

What was meant to be a simple lunch turned out to be a horrendous experience! My friend & I went to Wrap it Up for lunch, my friend who is a vegan asked for their squash wrap, but unfortunately for her that’s not what she got. While back at the office, we were tucking into our wraps & after taking a bite & half digesting, my friend realised that it wasn’t squash she was eating... she had been given a chicken wrap! After throwing up profusely & having to be sent home, we went into Wrap it Up to let them know what had happened & all my friend got was a “sorry about that!” SORRY ABOUT THAT!!! No you need to be more than sorry, my friend hasn’t eaten meat in over 8yrs due to personal health & that’s all she got? If her sense of taste & digestive system, wasn’t so quick to react, the severity of this could have been extremely different/fatal! The service in this establishment is poor, no one seems to care about what they are doing & how they are serving the public. After this incident I will not be returning to another Wrap it Up & I am sure that my friend won’t either, as she likes her life!

Ordered via Delivero for two people in July 2019. Wraps were cold, soggy and smaller than we expected for the price of £6.00 each. Plantain arrived in dip-sized pots, literally two small pieces each for the price of £2.00. Would not order from them again.

Picked up a burrito from here a couple of times it they are top notch. Stuffed to gunnels. Well priced as well.

I had a wrap from these guys and they don’t disappoint loaded right up smelt amazing and was so tasty only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because of how it was put together all my salad was down one side so most of the wrap on that side was salad and not a mixture other than that it was spot on.

Offering wraps from India 🇮🇳 Turkey 🇹🇷 Lebanon 🇱🇧 and some others. Simple choice for food or drinks and tasty 😋, this on is close to Borough market and London Bridge

they increase +£1 without better service, bigger wrap or anything more... one pound more by wrap. really?

... my food following a hard morning at work and what I got was a Turkish wrap which was very unpleasant to eat and quite hard to bite. I was not at all pleased and won't be visiting this branch again, I don't think!

First time in and definitely going back to check out other flavours. Friendly service with a smile good advice on product. Went for Turkish with chilli. Had a real kick. Fresh and tasty. Can't wait to try Mexican Indian Jamaican and others.

Perfect stop for a meaty lunch - lots of options and these change regularly. Staff are friendly and there is a seating area. Perfect for a quick bite.

Fuimos allí para ver si estaban bien. Todo parecía muy apetecible y rancio. Queso no tenía sabor. El lugar tenía potencial, pero carece de amor que va en la comida. La comida era insípido. Compré dos envolturas. Completamente decepcionante. Sin duda buena para paladares inexpertos.

Me encanta un Caribe roti y tengo que admitir que este lugar no era otro que he pensado en probar. Mi pareja me convenció y no me decepcionó conseguimos grandes y fue absolutamente abarrotado con carne y llena de sabor. No puedo hablar por las otras cosas en el menú, pero el roti son buenos. Me gustaría visitar más a menudo, pero creo que es un poco caro para lo que es.

Looking for something to smuggle into hotel room which didn't need cutlery. Large Mexican 'hot' (£6.95) was fine, though a tad on the tepid side ie oven temp rather than in Scoville terms. But for <£7 in an area with much competition it was fine.

Yo estaba emocionado por el concepto de "enrollarlo" y todos los "sabores" de todo el mundo parecía muy interesante. Pedí un burrito de carne mexicana. La "carne" no estaba descuidada Misa del gallo con sabor y no tuve mucho. La envoltura era sobre todo llena de arroz y de todas las salsas que anuncian i. e. queso, salsa, guacamole, apenas una cucharadita de cada una de ellas era poner y que no podía probarlas. Así que lo que básicamente tenía era una envoltura que sabía de arroz y pagué 6 libras. El servicio era muy lento.

You will get one of the best wrap here. They have variety of flavour and options. I have been there numerous times and tried all the wraps. Caribbean roti and American smokey are the best. If you are a wrap lover then you should definitely try this place. Highly recommended.

This place tricked my into thinking I was getting something like a pret wrap but hot. Then I was like is this a cheap barburrito - again, tricked. It wasn't cheap. I got a small because I wasn't actually hungry. But nothing could have prepared me as to how small it was. I could have eaten a decent meal before and then eaten the small wrap and been more hungry. I'm pretty sure the wrap was calorie neutral as I spent so much effort unwrapping it to so little sustenance.

Love the fact that they are open late and they toast your wrap, that extra touch makes all the difference.

Heard good things about this place so wanted to try it out. Service was average which went hand in hand with the food. Taste was nothing special it needed more flavour, the temperature wasn't great, and the beans and rice were undercooked and hard. Won't bother visiting again.

A basic wrap filled with basic fillings and put under a grill as a token gesture. Not even slightly warm. Plenty of much better places round Borough. I hate being conned

To say your staff need training is a massive understatement.When you,open the tin foil you'd at least expect a burrito to be wrapped.. Not to be half spilling out.Also didn't like the fact I had to put it in the microwave 5 minutes after leaving.If yoy want a burrito that actually taste good and stays in shape then I'd suggest going to McDonald's.. And they don't even serve burritos (if you get what I mean)

Just okay if you want a wrap but reheating the meat is questionable when it's given back warm not hot. Expensive for what it is.

We ate here after being stuck for a late night meal, seemed to be one of the few places open around the area. Choice on offer was good, actually quality was average, over priced for what you get. BEWARE of dripping juices! Eat at arms length :)

Great place for a cheap lunch - lots of wraps with lots of different fillings. Fresh and good value.

Good choice of tortilla and fajita wraps with plenty of choice. It is consistent what it serves but overcharges for what you get.

Wrap It Up, Borough High Street, is part of a small, London only, chain of fast food shops specialising in (as I'm sure you've guessed) wraps!The warmed, white tortilla wraps come in a choice of three serving sizes, made fresh to order with an internationally themed range of fillings including Turkish, Jamaican, Indian and Mexican. Prices range from £3.95 (small vegetarian) to £6.45 (large chicken or beef).It's a neat simple concept which has been professionally packaged with slick marketing, a snappy website (written in American English), active social media, and clean, well presented shops. Personally I find it all a bit too plastic, corporate and overtly commercial as if modelled on larger fast-food chains. The food that I sampled was service station standard and became bland after a couple of bites, it certainly didn't make me want to rush back. Health wise you can go vegetarian but no brown wholewheat wraps or free-range options are offered and I reckon some of the sauces hold a tidy amount of hidden calories.This is a business that claims it wants to 'revolutionise fast food', an ambition which will require a more adventurous approach and bigger risks to be taken before it achieves anything close.

staff didnt look too interested but the food was of good quality and plentiful. not as fancy as the likes of chipolte but this was reflected in the price

Finalmente um fast food decente, que tenta agregar em um wrap traços de diferentes culinárias! É um pouco caro, mas vale a pena pegar o grande.
