Wow, food cold, parts but not all replaced as they forgot to bring and had to be chased several times, so gave up eating, so had half a meal. They were very nice and offered a refund voucher but this location isn’t great, lots of grime, toilets disgusting and dirt in areas that’s months old.

It's all chicken but it's very good to eat and it's not expensive. We'll be back.

Great restaurant on London's south bank, love the architecture, friendly staff, not too busy before 6pm.

The meat was very dry, and the wings were not very tasty. We ordered a chicken breast with the mild sauce, which was equally spicy. It is a restaurant with a very good atmosphere, but the experience of taking the cutlery, glasses, water, sauces, everything yourself, is not very pleasant, and the waiters do nothing, they only tell you where to get things. The food was not very good, but the prices were very reasonable for the London area.

The chicken was burnt and dry. The service was spectacular, the waiter from Almería was the best.

Fantastic service from the team. We were waiting to be seated but a team member had spotted us so made sure we were seen to be a colleague. A misunderstanding by me on a child’s meal but two team members helped to get it resolved even though it was my fault and both checked in again to make sure we were ok. Thank you, Nando’s team!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They got the orders wrong not just twice, not three times, but four times within 30 minutes. They simply couldn’t prepare two wraps as the customers ordered. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, the waitresses suggested *swapping* the wraps—an idea that wouldn’t have fixed the issue for either customer. Even worse, they put a customer at risk by not considering food allergies and spice intolerance. **Completely unreliable. Avoid if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.**

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Only had an issue with food waiting time as my friend received her food before me but when i asked about it was supported quickly to resolve the matter.

I visited this Nandos on 22/1. I ordered a chicken wrap with halloumi, and when I received it, it was tiny. Barely any chicken inside, honestly I was a bit disappointed as other location’s I have visited, I got a lot more food and considering I paid almost £10 for a wrap, it was underwhelming. Also, my friend who ordered the Sunset burger and peri chips also received a very small portion. This is very different from other locations of Nandos I have visited. I know we visited closer to closing time so maybe this is the reason, but I wasn’t very happy. The service was good though.

The queue was very long to get in and we were cold and tired but the man at the front who was responsible for seating everyone was so good at his job and managed to entertain us, keep everyone in the queue happy and juggle multiple large groups efficiently. We came on 30/12/2024 around 9pm. Whoever this man is, I hope you’re having a good day! Food was great, standard Nando’s. Sitting in raised area with a view of the Thames was a nice surprise

The ambience is pretty cool, the food is nothing special. The hot sauces are quite good. However, the service is a complete disaster. Forgot to drink, then do the wrong thing and the french fries are flying around your ears because of the hectic pace. It was ok once but we won't come back.

Nando's never disappoints. You know what you get. The only thing I'd say about this location is the service sections where you get sauce and drinks is always under stocked. I've been a couple of times and find I have to go to the front counter to get a spare plate or glasses for water. Otherwise. Magnificent experience in the most beautiful Nando's in all of London! Very helpful, friendly and helpful staff. We were helped by the talented Sandra, a very kind and helpful girl. Very quiet restaurant, was dining alone yet was asked to sit on a long table (which was empty) i asked if I could sit else where- i pointed to a smaller table and they said i couldn't. So they put me upstairs in an even longer table.

We were told veggie options are on OG menu & waited for 30mins for a table for 6, only to be seated & then told they don't have any veggie burgers. Absolute joke considering lack of organisation & communication so beware

Enjoyed the food part. Also it's just as important to have good customer service which lacked sadly, waiting for a table said he found us a table but still had to wait and waiting for the dessert that achaully only one of the staff members seemed to have good customer service if only he'd been around.

I am in love with Nando's! Their chicken is sooo good and moist and delicious. I would recommend sticking with the medium sauce if you don't like spice. I got the hot and it was still too hot for me and I like spicy.

There was great food here, with good service. We had to wait a short time to get seated. The staff were quite friendly making sure we had what we needed. The half the chicken peices we got were burnt. We brought this to their attention and they promptly brought us a much better batch. The sides were great. We had the fries, corn and garlic bread and loved all of them.

Dinner here was 10/10 because of the food and 100000/10 because of Lex! Lex you represent the gold standard in customer service! Wishing you the brightest future

Nandos is unfriendly Burnt taste!

Nando’s Clink Street is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a reliably good meal in a unique London location. It's great for casual dining, quick meals, or even a spot to grab food before heading to nearby attractions. And I was amazed that the orange Fanta wasn’t orange.

Ordinary food, normal service but you need to order with the app yourself... not very simple

Chicken livers were tasty and spicy. We loved the warm chocolate pudding with orange curd.

Even outside at this Nando’s isn’t dog friendly. We were a group that took up the entire outdoor area and staff came out to make a point that the one dog wasn’t allowed ‘because of how small the area is’. Anyone who has eaten here knows there’s enough space especially when you have your choice of seating. It’s a fair rule that any restaurant can choose to adopt to suit their business. Particularly one that serves many non European customers. But given our group took up the entire area and brought the food out ourselves this rule was just absurd. Sorry Nando’s. Your menu is already not particularly varied so for a large group it was already a questionable choice. Be a bit more logical. Do better.

For a Nando’s, probably the best I’ve been to and why I’m rating it highly. Came with my son on a Monday lunchtime (peak) and we were welcomed and shown to our table immediately. Ordered within 5 minutes and the food came out 5 mins later. Quality of chicken served looked and tasted better than usual which was surprising. Friendly service with smile. The venue is nice a spacious too so plenty of room for families. We were in and out in 30 minutes which was great and very convenient for us.

We recently visited the Nandos at Clink street with our visiting parents from South Africa and it was a fabulous experience, from the decor to the music and the Lovely Sai who provided great and friendly service. We were happy to have a taste of home!

Me and my friend had food at nandos on the 19th of October around 14.30-15.00 and after that we had a food poisoning, my friend got hospitalized and I even contacted the customer service complaint but I haven’t heard anything by now! I hope this message will help me that the nandos customer service tries to contact me ASAP!!! As this is not ok . Not only that there was a queue before as as soon as we ordered our food it didn’t took them even 5minutes to serve the food, which normally takes up to 20 minutes.

Got served pink chicken. Waitress told me its impossible for it to be under cooked as it comes in ready cooked they just reheat it on the grill. Showed her the chicken breast the was still pink in the middle and that it's not cooked properly. She didn't know what to say. Orders were coming out wrong (ours and lots of other tables too). The store is also large. The servers are very kind. When I asked if it was my first time here, he explained everything. After eating various things at Borough Market, I ordered half a chicken and it was very cheap. It was convenient to order and pay using QR code. It was the friendliest restaurant I've ever been to in London. thank you There was also an ice cream machine and the ice cream was really good. Good, I recommend it.

Biggest Nando’s I’ve ever seen. Great location and decor. Food was quick (albeit it was dead when we went), staff friendly too. Only downside was food could’ve been hotter, hence the 3 stars. Otherwise all good.

First of all, when you come, you have to write your name to the person at the reception. I didn't know that since I'm not from England. I lost 15 minutes of my time waiting at the checkout. A big, cozy place, beautiful decor. I took wings x10. Out of stock of spicy rice. I made the mistake of putting the peri peri sauce on all the wings. So it ruined the taste, the wings were spicy. I took a drink on the side but I didn't know that the drink is unlimited here

The staff were EXTREMELY nice and friendly! We arrived before noon on a weekday and the restaurant (very spacious, btw) was half empty though by the time we left, it seemed pretty much full. But no worries, as long as you can pay mobile, the ordering is very smooth, everything can be done on the phone. We were two and just ordered one big sharing platter of chicken, it arrived quickly and overall I enjoyed my lunch. I highly recommend 👍

Really poor experience, won't be visiting nandos again. The venue is very nice and picturesque, that is about all there is going for this place Really rude cashier, Poppy, when I asked if they do NHS discount she rolled her eyes and wouldn't accept my blue light card. She treated me like a criminal and offensive for asking. It's funny, I love having worked for the NHS for 10 years through a pandemic just to be treated so rudely by a cashier. Also the (spanish) customer before me was clearly not from UK and didn't know how to navigate the menu. Instead of helping her, Poppy just gave her unnecessary attitude, and would repeat the same words like "allergy" louder and louder when the customer didn't understand, instead of making any effort to understand the issue or translate The chicken was cold by the time it got to me, and chips were soggy

A really nice location and very kind staff. Food is always good at nandos, this one is particularly spacious and has a lovely atmosphere.

First time: when I got to the counter to order no one came to take my order until another person called them to come and take our order. The place is clean. The rice bowel I ordered was spicy, but very tasty. I loved the portion. The box was not too big or too small. The cauliflower was delicious, the chicken looked simple but I mixed it with the hummus and it was delicious.

I waited 45 minutes for a single takeaway chicken leg, watching numerous Deliveroo drivers being prioritized over me. Can someone explain how orders 862, 865, and 866, placed by people whose drivers arrived 40 minutes after my order was placed, were served before my order, number 831, which was still not ready? This locale clearly prioritizes Deliveroo orders over real customers. Not a great experience. No one in London has the time to wait for almost an hour for a simple takeaway.

The size and the decoration of the place are outstanding!! I really loved then. Tasty food. However It was not a good experience in general. We asked for a share plate (chicken, rice and chips) for 6. It seems staff doesn't care for the customers at all. Just one woman (waiter) was so nice and smiling. The cashier spoke very fast (with an strange english) and it was really hard to understand her. This because you have to pay your lrder first. The menu was really confusing so we were not sure about what to ask. It is like a self service place. You have to take your table clutery, and sauces by yourself (so do not expect for any service on the table). Personally, I would think it twice if I have to eat again here... The way to order is too complex and they do not explain it to you as they should at the entrance, orders only by QR code, not valid for everyone. I give the service 4 stars, because I want to give a special mention to Sandra, who communicated with us in Spanish and explained how to order (although it was already late, just so she could serve us again). I should also say that the 3 meats we ate were all quite dry and not too tasty and although we asked for them with zero spice, they were quite spicy.
