Was waiting for my food and the food come and the lady place the plate on the other side of the table from where I was sitting also they got the food order wrong also the people that work with the food they work uniform was dirty and I mean dirty would not recommend going I was think why it was so quiet

Very nice atmosphere inside. You have to set your own table. Soft drinks like in fast food chains (from a machine). Order with smartphone and QR code. Food good, was requested by a daughter who wanted to try it. In any case, take 2 side dishes, otherwise there will be little variation on the plate.

Lovely restaurant design, food was good too and consistent with other Nando’s chains. Having to go up to order and get your own cutlery, drinks and napkins seems quite poor service though.

Great service by the team at Clink St. Our server Ankur was especially helpful and attentive. A table of four, my order was the last to arrive. This was due to an issue in the kitchen; however, Ankur was very informative and kept me updated. Great food, and speedy.

A really nice Nando’s in central london. Probably the best interior I’ve seen in a Nando’s. It does get very busy though so plan ahead.

Really love this Nandos. It’s our local one and easily the best one. Great staff - especially Alia. Always a pleasure and despite how incredibly busy they are, the service is fantastic as is the food. We always look forward to visiting and we certainly shall come back again in the future!!! Yum yum. Also side point as a coeliac nandos is always a safe haven. Stick to chicken and chips and you cannot go wrong!!!!

Quite sureal to eat dinner looking straight at Windsor castle. We had to wait some time to get menus and infact I went and got them myself. However it was a Friday in half term. As always though the food was lovely and with bottomless drinks make it such a good value for money choice. It's always good to earn chilli's too and this time I was able to use a red chilli and get one meal for free.

Very friendly staff, easily accommodated 15 people. Even with such a big order the floor staff Ankur and the chefs Alia and Dhasa were very quick with our orders. Even when a plate was wrong they were able to swap our Mediterranean salad to a Caesar with no problem and without being condescending! Very lovely tea, at the Clink Street Nandos. Would recomen

I came in on 15/03 and my experience with the hostess Nevaeh was out of this world. My family and I have never been to nandos before and she explained where everything was and how to order. She checked with us that we understood and came and made sure everything was okay with our food. 10/10 service will be back.

Wow, food cold, parts but not all replaced as they forgot to bring and had to be chased several times, so gave up eating, so had half a meal. They were very nice and offered a refund voucher but this location isn’t great, lots of grime, toilets disgusting and dirt in areas that’s months old.

It's all chicken but it's very good to eat and it's not expensive. We'll be back.

The meat was very dry, and the wings were not very tasty. We ordered a chicken breast with the mild sauce, which was equally spicy. It is a restaurant with a very good atmosphere, but the experience of taking the cutlery, glasses, water, sauces, everything yourself, is not very pleasant, and the waiters do nothing, they only tell you where to get things. The food was not very good, but the prices were very reasonable for the London area.

Fantastic service from the team. We were waiting to be seated but a team member had spotted us so made sure we were seen to be a colleague. A misunderstanding by me on a child’s meal but two team members helped to get it resolved even though it was my fault and both checked in again to make sure we were ok. Thank you, Nando’s team!

I had come to Nando's after 12 years as this chain doesn't exit in country where I currently live. Food, Service and ambiance is all on point. It's quick, clean and beautifully decorated. Shout out to Sarah and rest of the staff here in this location.

While there might be a waiting queue of around 30 minutes, it’s well worth it for the quality of food and the overall experience. If you haven’t tried Nando’s yet, it’s a must-visit. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They got the orders wrong not just twice, not three times, but four times within 30 minutes. They simply couldn’t prepare two wraps as the customers ordered. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, the waitresses suggested *swapping* the wraps—an idea that wouldn’t have fixed the issue for either customer. Even worse, they put a customer at risk by not considering food allergies and spice intolerance. **Completely unreliable. Avoid if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.**

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Only had an issue with food waiting time as my friend received her food before me but when i asked about it was supported quickly to resolve the matter.

I visited this Nandos on 22/1. I ordered a chicken wrap with halloumi, and when I received it, it was tiny. Barely any chicken inside, honestly I was a bit disappointed as other location’s I have visited, I got a lot more food and considering I paid almost £10 for a wrap, it was underwhelming. Also, my friend who ordered the Sunset burger and peri chips also received a very small portion. This is very different from other locations of Nandos I have visited. I know we visited closer to closing time so maybe this is the reason, but I wasn’t very happy. The service was good though.

Had to wait 30 minutes for one slice of cake, i even went up twice during that 30 minutes to ask an employee and it still took 30 minutes

Fantastic service from Juan. Although we had a long wait for the food, Juan really looked after us and offered us some complementary treats.

The queue was very long to get in and we were cold and tired but the man at the front who was responsible for seating everyone was so good at his job and managed to entertain us, keep everyone in the queue happy and juggle multiple large groups efficiently. We came on 30/12/2024 around 9pm. Whoever this man is, I hope you’re having a good day! Food was great, standard Nando’s. Sitting in raised area with a view of the Thames was a nice surprise

The ambience is pretty cool, the food is nothing special. The hot sauces are quite good. However, the service is a complete disaster. Forgot to drink, then do the wrong thing and the french fries are flying around your ears because of the hectic pace. It was ok once but we won't come back.

Nando's never disappoints. You know what you get. The only thing I'd say about this location is the service sections where you get sauce and drinks is always under stocked. I've been a couple of times and find I have to go to the front counter to get a spare plate or glasses for water. Otherwise. Magnificent experience in the most beautiful Nando's in all of London! Very helpful, friendly and helpful staff. We were helped by the talented Sandra, a very kind and helpful girl. If you’re ever at Nando’s, don’t miss the chicken liver—it’s a standout item on the menu. For the main course, I had the chicken burger with a side of fries—or as British people amusingly call them, “chips.” The burger was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, and the fries (or chips!) were crisp and delicious. One thing to note: Nando’s is a self-service restaurant, so be prepared to order and pay in advance. You’ll also fill and refill your own drinks. The staff only bring the food to the table, which is fine because the system is efficient and straightforward. Very quiet restaurant, was dining alone yet was asked to sit on a long table (which was empty) i asked if I could sit else where- i pointed to a smaller table and they said i couldn't. So they put me upstairs in an even longer table.

We were told veggie options are on OG menu & waited for 30mins for a table for 6, only to be seated & then told they don't have any veggie burgers. Absolute joke considering lack of organisation & communication so beware

Also it's just as important to have good customer service which lacked sadly, waiting for a table said he found us a table but still had to wait and waiting for the dessert that achaully only one of the staff members seemed to have good customer service if only he'd been around.

Good fast food restaurant with self-service drinks and sauces. The food was really good, but the atmosphere doesn't necessarily invite you to linger for a long time. But very inexpensive for London standards.

English pub with a good atmosphere and if you avoid rush hours, the better. Reasonable prices and a very good location. If you don't want to eat standing in the market this is a good option.

I am in love with Nando's! Their chicken is sooo good and moist and delicious. I would recommend sticking with the medium sauce if you don't like spice. I got the hot and it was still too hot for me and I like spicy.

There was great food here, with good service. We had to wait a short time to get seated. The staff were quite friendly making sure we had what we needed. The half the chicken peices we got were burnt. We brought this to their attention and they promptly brought us a much better batch. The sides were great. We had the fries, corn and garlic bread and loved all of them.

Dinner here was 10/10 because of the food and 100000/10 because of Lex! Lex you represent the gold standard in customer service! Wishing you the brightest future

Nandos is unfriendly Burnt taste!

Nando’s Clink Street is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a reliably good meal in a unique London location. It's great for casual dining, quick meals, or even a spot to grab food before heading to nearby attractions. And I was amazed that the orange Fanta wasn’t orange.

Ordinary food, normal service but you need to order with the app yourself... not very simple

Even outside at this Nando’s isn’t dog friendly. We were a group that took up the entire outdoor area and staff came out to make a point that the one dog wasn’t allowed ‘because of how small the area is’. Anyone who has eaten here knows there’s enough space especially when you have your choice of seating. It’s a fair rule that any restaurant can choose to adopt to suit their business. Particularly one that serves many non European customers. But given our group took up the entire area and brought the food out ourselves this rule was just absurd. Sorry Nando’s. Your menu is already not particularly varied so for a large group it was already a questionable choice. Be a bit more logical. Do better.

Chicken livers were tasty and spicy. We loved the warm chocolate pudding with orange curd.

For a Nando’s, probably the best I’ve been to and why I’m rating it highly. Came with my son on a Monday lunchtime (peak) and we were welcomed and shown to our table immediately. Ordered within 5 minutes and the food came out 5 mins later. Quality of chicken served looked and tasted better than usual which was surprising. Friendly service with smile. The venue is nice a spacious too so plenty of room for families. We were in and out in 30 minutes which was great and very convenient for us.

We recently visited the Nandos at Clink street with our visiting parents from South Africa and it was a fabulous experience, from the decor to the music and the Lovely Sai who provided great and friendly service. We were happy to have a taste of home!

Me and my friend had food at nandos on the 19th of October around 14.30-15.00 and after that we had a food poisoning, my friend got hospitalized and I even contacted the customer service complaint but I haven’t heard anything by now! I hope this message will help me that the nandos customer service tries to contact me ASAP!!! As this is not ok . Not only that there was a queue before as as soon as we ordered our food it didn’t took them even 5minutes to serve the food, which normally takes up to 20 minutes.

Got served pink chicken. Waitress told me its impossible for it to be under cooked as it comes in ready cooked they just reheat it on the grill. Showed her the chicken breast the was still pink in the middle and that it's not cooked properly. She didn't know what to say. Orders were coming out wrong (ours and lots of other tables too). Honestly the worse Nando s we ve been too

The store is also large. The servers are very kind. When I asked if it was my first time here, he explained everything. After eating various things at Borough Market, I ordered half a chicken and it was very cheap. It was convenient to order and pay using QR code. It was the friendliest restaurant I've ever been to in London. thank you There was also an ice cream machine and the ice cream was really good. Good, I recommend it.
