The worst flat white I've tried The food is delicious, but the coffee is something you don't even think about

This Pret shop has poor service. The guy in stripes filled my reusable cup half including the foam. When foam subsides guess what will be left of the half. My cup is 330ml reusable. If the staff aren't happy with their work. Don't make customers especially subscribers unhappy. Comparing the Pret shop in shards. They have excellent services especially the early morning staff.

I was the only customer at the counter, and yet I got totally ignored by 2 staff members chatting with each other, and when they saw me, they both walked and disappeared behind the counter.

Ordered an iced americano - black in app, but printed receipt on paper bag says ‘Iced black amo decaf’, so I think there might be an error with the system, as I didn’t order a decaf

Why aren't you heading up the pastries anymore? It makes all the difference. And the coffees were not hot

Missing items 2 veggie rolls without any communication

Drinks were spilt, did not put a straw in the bag for the iced drink, cookie was missing the bottom half & delivery was late

I had bad experience today in here, but i don't want to mention specific. I want you to be more polite. Please do not ruin other people's day. I visited 24/2 after 2pm.

2-3 weeks back I bought a banana. It was completely raw, and when I complained they said that’s the only bananas we have. Everything was the same. If the bananas are not ready to eat why do they even show case there..? Anyway I put the banana in the bin.

Great snacks food and baguettes, buy breakfast there and occasionally snacks in the evening. Only complaint is prices are sky high

I bought a crayfish single sandwich which was rancid, the smell as I opened the packet was absolutely horrendous. I was on the train unfortunately otherwise I’d have gone straight back in. I have just called to inform them and to advise they may want to remove them from the shelves. Absolutely charmless!

Both coffees had spilled! The bag dripped coffee all over my rug and table linen. There was very little coffee left!

Always great food, always!! The service Spanish girl, brown shoulder length straight hair… moody / rude / found everything funny which I didn’t .. My meal came to 9.48 I wanted to pay with cash for her to start speaking in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand well sorry but I did… she then tells me they don’t have 52p change all because she didn’t wanna take a note… ridiculous I would like a refund and an answer to why do you have people like her working for you

I demand a refund of the coffees which were not only cold, but the americano white was not white and I had no milk! And the cappuccino was half a cup almost and without foam at all. Definitely NOT a cappuccino. Plus I waited sooo long. The driver was there at 10.20 approx, which was first delivery time and it arrived at 10.47!ridiculous

Pret has lost its way - coffee is now poor, tastes really bitter compared to other cafes (chain and independent). The price of everything seems to go up 5-10p every month and if you don’t have club pret all the food without the 20% discount feels significantly overpriced - bordering on a rip off. You feel short changed and unless you are desperate there is no incentive for a discretionary purchase. The Club Pret business model is a bad idea and if it continues then I won’t be visiting anymore!

Amazing food perfect packaging Very impressed.

Korean style chicken wrap should be renamed Korean style cucumber , lettuce and slaw wrap with large dollop of plain mayonnaise - but I suppose that’s a bit of a mouthful . And it’s a shame that there was just 1 mouthful of chicken in the wrap - a bite in each half. Total rip off !

Gave me the wrong popcorn. Wanted salty but they gave me sweet. Super annoying

Lovely fresh bread and cucumbers with tuna was nice

Slow (15 min just to grab a mocha) and then wrong order. Rather than trying to upsell customers should really be getting on with the people queuing and then not put the wrong order on till. Guy on till was clearly bit dense and doesn’t know how to prioritise with CS.

I received a wrong item. I ordered Bacon & Egg Roll and I received cheaper bacon & egg mayo breakfast baguette. I’m allergic to mayonnaise.

Hi, our sunshine bowls were half empty. We don’t understand why we pay this price for half of the food we get to be honest.

Love Pret for their expansive vegetarian and vegan options. ADIAM that works at this branch is fantastic - shes sunny and enthusiastic and it makes all the difference.

Pret at it again. This time using gone off milk that overpowered the coffee. Surprised the staff didn’t notice. Although, they just weren’t interested in serving customers in the morning.

The WORST PRET. They took so long to make my smoothie and they keep making hot drink and left my smoothie in the end, and when the guy finally finished making my smoothie, he started cleaning the machine. So I told the lady ( I think she is a manager or something, wearing normal cloths and blond hair) to pass my drink because I am in rush. She just said " he just made it, so just wait , he will pass it to you " kinda in a rude way instead of just passing me the drink. When she just spent time on saying that to me rudely, she could have just passed it to me nicely. Totally terrible service. I won't recommend. The WORST pret ever. I hope management team read this review and just recture her what " customer service is".

Exceptionally slow service. Waited 45 minutes for my order to be packed and then rang to say they didn't have it and cancelled the order. Expected nothing less of Pret tbh.

Food was great, delivery took well over an hour for two salads.

Wouldn’t even give this pret a star but have to give one to write this review but i was waiting in a queue to be served and when it was my turn the man supposed to be serving walked away randomly and didn’t even come back and started to complain about one of his colleagues and cased an argument without EVEN SERVING ME. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt uncomfortable at the fact that having an argument with a colleague is more important than customer service, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will not be returning here again.

Sehr cooler Laden den man an jeder Ecke in London findet. Der Kaffee ist okay, aber wenn man sich für einen Monat das Abo holt fast umsonst wenn man viel davon trinkt. Leider haben wir hier, aber die Erfahrung gemacht das TooGoodToGo nicht angeboten wird obwohl wir es in der App vorher reserviert und bezahlt haben.

Hope this is reviewed by the manager and NOTED the constant lack of cold drinks. You come in the morning- NO smioties no cold drinks, you come in the evening-same! Sometimes question myself if worths having subscription anymore 👎 you defo can do better on the stocking PRET!

Fantastic Pret! You have a lovely lady who makes the best iced chocolate and coffee during weekends! I wish I knew her name as she deserves an appreciation. Fast and friendly staff!

The worst Pret I have ever been too, staff is so moody and had to wait 20 minutes to get my coffee... No one bothered to check to see why I was waiting just all standing there serving other customers... Never use this branch again.

Barista is absolutely rude and can’t even make the drinks properly. Her attitude serving others is unacceptable. This is pret at tooley street!

Opening hours say until 7pm but they usually lock the doors at 6.45pm. Staff are quite rude. They usually only have about 50% of hot drinks in stock and rarely make iced drinks.

Awkward service from staff. My iced mocha had undissolved sugar and globs of syrup. A disappointing morning coffee.

This is the WORST prêt I’ve been to. Staff are really rude terrible at their jobs. They don’t have the menu items in stock and they don’t care. Starbucks is across the road, go there instead.

I really like this pret, however recently I’ve been disappointed on more than one occasion. Hot days, no cold drinks, no ice... :(

Other pret other shop that do not do ice milk shake at 16:30... I don't know why but every time that I ask for a shake on the afternoon they don't have

Good pret. Opposed to the pret at London bridge station, this one carries most of their frozen drinks section like frappes, smoothies and iced coffes. Can get busy around lunchtime, but it has some bar style seating next to the window, no tables though. Has decent Covid protections on pair with other prets. The staff is nice , and service was quick.

I just bought 2x coffee there for full price. Stuff gave me filtred coffee not even bothered to ask me if I am ok with that. After long day we choosed you coffee shop and hooed for nice coffee and got what we got for that money...I like all pret but this very dissapointed ne and now I will be asking for proper beans coffee every single visit.

Food was missing from order and delivery was late.

2 items were substituted as not available after order was placed, but was called by Pret to check if I was okay with this and they also apologised. Very much appreciated and great customer service!

Food always tastes scrumptious with pleasant surprises for your taste buds when trying out different selections. Love it, it's like a party in your mouth... My Christmas baguette was missing it's crispy onions but I'd still order it again......

My family and I received some of the sweetest service today from one of the team today after we accidentally dropped a yoghurt causing a spill. Thank you so much for putting us at ease - you know who you are. 🍀

the driver turned up saying my coffee had dropped, when I opened the bag it was completely soaked in coffee and so were the pastries I had also ordered. The coffee is half way full probably from all the spilling. I'd like to request a full refund.

Flat White was not a Flat White, it was a white coffee. Sandwich bread was very soft/underbaked.

Appalling service. Three times as long to deliver as estimated so an hour late and the order was wrong. Should have been two lobster rolls but was a lobster roll and a salmon salad. Hi

This has been terrible service was rudely spoken to on the phone by restaurant and not refund my money, waiting over an hour for my food not to arrive but for it to tell me for over an hour the driver is picking up my order, when the store eventually closes. Do not order or use just eat

catena che offre panini e sandwiches vari, oltre che dolci, frutta Il tutto esposto in vetrine refrigerate. Pochi i posti a sedere. Qualità abbastanza buona, per Londra, WIFI gratis. i sembra pero' un po' peggiorato

Has a ' Best BLT ever' and it wasn't - more like the worst - poor quality bacon and sparsely filled - a con at £3.29. Disappointed as they used to make a fantastic BLT.

Their cookies and pastries are often ROCK SOLID!! It's clear they re-bake unsold goods, so they are far from fresh. Never visiting this branch again.

What a great place. Fresh sandwiches and coffee. Free WiFi. Great and efficient staff. A great all round experience.
