Chicken was way too dry, also they gave me an extra leg even tho I asked for 2pc plus I asked for breast burger was ok salad was fine. Gave me the wrong drink. Can’t risk wasting my money here again sorry guys

If I could give 0 stars I would. My order never came and they were so unhelpful on the phone and hung up on me and when I tried calling back they never picked up. Horrible restaurant

the cookie dough was given to me unbaked. a cold block of cookie dough

the burger was hard to bite into. they removed the lettuce as ask but didn't give any mayo. the chips are alright but there is no excuse for a poorly made order.

in my order I asked for gravy and was given bbq beans, I asked for 1 piece chicken and was given 2 wings and I asked for a vimto but was given strawberry marina. the food also arrived cold.

On the 5th day god created Chicken Cottage, these guys opened the store after closing to serve us.

The best chicken in London, the staff are devoted and caring, they always greet us with a smile, and the food is excellent. I feel so blessed to be a regular here.

Probably the worst order I've ever received. Gave us wrong items, the chips were cold and tasted like they were barely cooked looked horrendous, was hair on one of my chips. I understand its cheap food but this was beyond filthy, felt like it came out of a grimey kitchen we didn't end up eating anything after seeing the hair on the chip. The burgers presentation was horrendous looked sloppy. Didn't taste it nor the wings. Overall, avoid like the plague I will be lucky if we don't end up getting food poisoning it seems.

Ordered 2 boneless box meals never received the chicken bites in one and the chicken strips in the other but received chicken drumsticks instead in a boneless box meal? Also chicken burger was pink threw it

I don't usually right reviews but I have to this time. As someone who works in customer service I thank you from the bottom of my heart, as it was the BEST chicken I've tasted in a long time. The perfect tinge of spice with a nice warm and soft texture makes it explode on your taste buds. You've earned these 5 stars. Sincerely, A random bloke

£7.49 for 2 pieces of chicken and chips , even kfc sell it for £5.49

Their grilled wings meal is my favourite, it comes with 6 grilled wings, fries and a drink for just under £8

I ordered food for collection from the restuarant. When i got there they said it had already been collected!!!! The app also reflected the same thing. When i showed them the app and my order they said they cant help. I left empty handed and would now like a full refund! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Aston

Missing item and rude behaviour

Did not read notes asked for no lettuce or mayo and burger is covered in it and I can’t even eat it.

I've ordered the wings but been given chicken strips. The peripheries chicken is good but just disappointed didn't get what we ordered.

I think chicken cottage is my new favourite takeaway! Very nice chicken burgers! And the food is not cold like most takeaways, thank you Guys!

Very nice surprise compared to all the takeaway places out there! I ordered a Double Mountain Burger Meal, and the burger itself was huge, no one's going to stay hungry after having one of those, the chicken was succulent, and the fries were warm, so really nothing to complain about! I will definitely order again and can only recommend them!

Chicken way dr, burger wet and unmanageable

I made a big order that supposed to come with a 1.5L bottle drink. Received a can instead.

Great customer service. The good thing is there were hardly any customers when i went which meant i could enjoy my food in peace. Also, great tasting chicken wings and chips. The downside is the chicken wings were a little too hard and dry on the outside rather than the tender and succulent range i'm used to. Bear in mind it's located on a busy high street so there's no free parking other than out of hours and weekends. Overall, a good stop over for quick bite to eat

Food and service was terrible. 4 items didn’t get delivered to us, phoned the place and they said they either didn’t sell them or had run out and told me to go through the app. To find out that Just Eat wouldn’t even refund me my money, so that’s £12 stolen from me, never using JUST EAT or Chicken Cottage again!

Bit slow on service at times despite restaurant not being very busy

Food ordered and delivered to the wrong address even though it was on the add notes that the food should be delivered where stated. I have to jump out to go and get food somewhere else. The uber delivery individual was told that the address was indicated but kept on insisting to deliver it to the wrong address.

Bad service, staff will hang up phone if called. Sells gone off smelly grilled chicken. Illness risk.

When CC has fresh wings they are the best wings out there! The burger was great fresh juicy fillet. Food was not as hot but that’s because the driver seemed to take forever to get here. When it’s all fresh it’s lovely!

Just overall a very bad experience. Overcooked chips which were hardly edible. Wings are very strange in shape and colour and are loaded with black pepper. Extremely bland. Chicken burger was decent but there are way better alternatives in the area. Very disappointing despite the high prices!
