The best restaurants in London

Ordered ice cream from them on Uber Eats. They just cancelled my order, took my money and dodged on the phone. Avoid these idiots.

When I called to replace order they hung up on me and took the phone off the hook. Horrific customer service. Do not eat there!!!! From reading other reviews it seems like they are in the habit of using out of date ingredients.

The food never got delivered 😱 When I called the restaurant they are telling me that they tried to call me but I didn’t received any call from any number. So they delivered the food to some random person standing outside my building without even checking his name. So the food shows delivered & even haven’t got it. Just Eat is telling me to check directly with the restaurant as they can’t do anything. Pathetic restaurant & super pathetic App. No customer service what so ever. I am billed for something which I didn’t even received.

Went to Cyprus on holiday and it was well worth the wait. Fantastic weather and hotel was excellent. Really friendly staff and was a two steps away from the beach. Beautiful place and we were about 15 minutes away from ayanapa.

They not serving flat white with the breakfast meal. All other mc Donald’s restaurants in Uk serving. Manager said- she doesn’t know anything about this, and it was always like this. 23.04 10:10am

Estimated time was from 16.40 to 1700. It was delivered at 17.45. but on the just it website it said a long time ago that it's out for delivery. at 17.10 I called verona and they said driver is not here yet and it will take ateladt 15min. it took way more than 15min. some guests had to leave as they could not wait anymore.

the food was delivered 1 hour 50 mins after being ordered. had to phone restaurant twice and fobbed off. when the food was finally delivered it was freezing cold! won't be ordering from here again!

The room is very nice, but extremely noisy, so you're constantly woken up in the middle of the night. The location of the hotel is great, as it's right next to the subway.

I asked for drumsticks but I received none. The food was bland and of poor quality- certainly not worthy of the +£20 cost KFC demands. Do better
