Very unprofessional staff. Subway workers in this branch are some of the rudest people. Should not work in customer service with such bad attitude. Really don't understand what they're saying. They are also not helpful.

Usually the food is good and fresh quality but unfortunately I’ve come across spoiled Lettuce inside my wrap which has been a major put-off.

Terrible experience as they messed up our whole order nothing was toasted and they put cucumbers in the subway which we didn’t even select this is a constant issue with restaurants messing up orders.

Every time I order there is always something missing from the foot long meal. This time both packets of crisps missing. And you can't do missing items as ut comes up a whole meal.

My partner went in and ordered sub 16 inch sandwich and gave his choice of sandwich and bread the order was herendous the bread was dry and falling apart I couldn’t even bite into the sandwich as hard and dry as it was and just pressing it together all the stuff was falling out .. the sauces were all wrong and added some salads that were asked not to be … I am disappointed and upset at the waste of money and the effort that was put into making this sandwich

Sub looked like it had been made by a blind person. It was slapped together. I asked for double cheese and toasted it came with neither . I asked for mayo and I think I got one squirt. The bread was stale and hard like my nans heels . Awful!

Send the wrong food, no refund and no replacement order. A joke! Won’t use again

I don’t recommend anyone to order from this store. I order 5 sandwiches with cheese and they had no cheese. I called them multiple times, the veg was all wrong, very dry bread and we only got 4 sandwiches. I ordered a Dorito nacho salad for £4 and they gave me a small Doritos bag for £4 still. I spent £36 and the food is very poorly made.

Flavours good, but hardly any chicken in the chicken sub, cheese missing from the veggie one, and they both turned up toasted without toasting being requested for either, for some reason. Pretty expensive for what you get, honestly.

Food was fine just cold as delivery driver took ages! It was late but can't tell you how much so I put on time..it kept adding minutes on! Delivery driver stood at my door on a telephone call after I opened the door and he finished his call before passing me my food I even said hello and he ignored me. Very rude. Shouldn't be allowed to be on the phone whilst working. But there we go these people employ people who don't deserve the job!!

Missing food very disappointing

Firstly, I was ordering for delivery, which it then changed to collection after my order. I checked beforehand. When I arrived to collect, the woman serving thought I was an Uber eats person. I asked if the extra cookies were in the bag and she said yes. When I get home there are no extra cookies that I paid for. The sandwich was also cold.

Could not eat it had to order another sub as first 1 had olives in and I can't eat them I get a reaction from them

Would recommend not adding extra honey mustard sauce unless you really like mustard because wow, it's strong. All tasted good, though.

3 of the food items were fine, the nachos didn’t hardly have any melted cheese so was really dry and not enjoyable and the tuna sandwich had hardly any mayo or tuna and bit disappointed that I didnt think you had to add veg on the non customise sandwiches so that was just a dry mayo footlong sandwich next time I will just read the description but is frustrating when have to do the long customising for a sandwich when the person that wants it isnt fussy and saw the photo with all thats included and was fine with it. My sandwich was only one that was fine because I’m fussy and wanted to create it myself but just throwing it out there if you order from here any option you pick sandwich wise you’re gonna have to add veg and everything yourself. I understand if wanted to add sauce since in the shop you ask that if picking a type of sandwich that’s already got selected options of veg and meat in it. Maybe its the misunderstanding way the app is when it comes to ordering on here but despite that the quality of what of got didnt help the review either.

Order arrived on time but didn’t deliver to reception as requested, so I had to put myself on an unplanned break from my job to collect it from ground floor.

No cookie come the rolls were fine the wedges were cold as were the has brown the hash browns Diddnt even taste like hash browns they tasted like freezer and the texted was like they had just been microwaved so disappointed

Ordered footling special which comes with a sub, drink, crisps & a cookie. No cookie included with no explanation.

Service is quick, the drivers are polite and the food is still fresh when delivered for our dinner.

I ordered blue gatorade, Doritos tangy cheese and 4 double chocolate cookie however I received different things. I received Lipton Iced tea, Walkers cheese & onion and most importantly I received different cookies (1 chocolate chip and 3 chocolate chip rainbow cookie). If they’re not available it should’ve been made apparent on the app

I didn’t get the right food that I ordered! I order with just eat everyday I don’t think this is acceptable to spend 20£ on sandwiches and you can’t even get it right.

I have ordered 3 times from this place and all 3 times I have taken it back. I always order not toasted by selecting the untoasted bread option and put in the restaurant note not to toast it, they always toast it. They blame Just Eat for not sending them all the order information even though it’s on the order sheet. Very unprofessional.

Half the order wasn’t sent out and ingredients were missing from both subs that WERE actually sent. It’s like they hadn’t even read our order or just got really lazy.

I just ordered 2 subs to be delivered and there was cucumber in one and jalapeños in the other which weren't ordered, there was no cheese in one which was ordered and one of the sauces wasn't the one ordered. Please can staff pay attention to what is being ordered because it wasn't what I asked for. Clearly staff don't care and have a lack of attention to detail. Please do better.

Missing cheese in the bowl of meatballs :(

Part of my order was missing, I was given the wrong drink and the crisps was not in the bag when the order was delivered. I was greeted by the driver who said he’d been standing at my door for a while however didn’t have any intention to knock on the window or even leave it at the door. I then rang up the restaurant to try and chase up as to why part of my order was missing however the line rang and rang and then eventually the line cut out. Overall poor customer service and the food was not up to standard and was cold.

This was our third order and all 3 have been wrong. Always order not toasted but all have turned up toasted. Been to Subway and was told Just Eat don’t send that information. Options for toasted or not are on the menu.

Ordered regular Tango as my drink for meal plan - delivered Diet Mountain Dew - no explanation or contact for replacement. Waste of partial money as paid 9.99 for the deal
