I had an Aberdeen Angus Beef Burger with Salad and fries Excellent.

Absolutely shocking. No drinks, massive que. Food went cold waiting and overcharging for sauce. Overall piss taking shite bags with shocking service. CLEAN YOUR TABLES

Haven’t been for awhile thought id give it a go, very pleased with my bacon XL meal. Didn’t wait long and fries were still hot

Amazing.Amazing. This is the best Burger King BY FAR!! Food isn’t 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 greasy and it is very nice and warm. The workers are nice and they are quick to serve us. Visited today and it’s probably my favourite Burgerking. Tasty food, nice environment and service with a smile from a lovely young lady named Georgia.

Amazing place with fantastic customer service . Of which one person stood out in particular which was a staff member called Georgia

Wow what can i say the burger was sensational and melted between my lips, as i approached the desk to pay there was a lovely girl called Georgia she helped me order and gave me certain options of what she could recommend thank you Georgia you made my day :)

I had a lovely experience this evening at burger king. It all started with my lovely server Georgia who explained the variety of vegetarian options available to me. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal; the burger itself was sensational! The chips, unlike at other fast food establishments, were as fresh as could be, and the drink machine was truely astonishing! The fast servering time, kind staff and all round delicious food cemented my excursion here as one of my favourite fast food experiences ever (this is particularly impressive, seeing as I normally find fast food chains unpleasant and unfeeling).

ABSOLUTELY LIVID . I went there with my friend today , we sat down at the table with my meal placed down first then we went to the till to get my friends food which was one burger that took 15 MINS TO MAKE . We left for 1 minute came back and our food including half eaten chips and a WHOLE burger NOT EVEN OPENED and our two Starbucks drinks ALL GONE IN THE BIN . THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE COMMON SENSE , IT WAS UNOPENED BURGER AND TWO STILL FULL STARBUCKS DRINKS ALL GONE IN THE BIN 🤯. Didn’t even remake it and was left to starve with a burger not eaten in the bin with my chips . NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN .

The 16 year old looking guy behind the counter was useless after repeating order 3 times and then confirming it back twice more he still managed to mess it up , had to queue up again for five minutes to order the missing items. After all this I had to return as they gave the wrong burger and didn't give any milk for the tea I ordered.

They charge me extra £0.30 for mayonnaise 😮 disgusting behaviour from Burger King. Never again.

Was served by a very kind and sweet girl, brilliant member of staff. Food was brilliant and made with a touch of passion and love, the way the chips was golden bronze and crispy, heavenly dare I say. The whopper meal is to die for. Made very nearly and organised, something you rarely get with other “messy” burgers from fast food chains. Beautifully made. A great experience for anyone who’s new to Plymouth, or who’s hungry and in Town. Defintley a must try for all you newcomers

Worst experience Never go to this burger King. Ordered cheesy bites..no customer service Waited for atleast 25 minutes Then when I was waifpr my food one of the staff asked me if I had ordered Then the worst thing the bloody cheesy bites were f..n cold inside.. I will never ever go to them.and never recommend Guys don't go to this branch Full of lazy inexperienced staff with no adicates how to talk or speak with customers

I hadn't ate for a few days because I wasn't feeling well. Decided to force my self to eat and came here after work. ordered the chicken nuggets and fries. I binned the nuggets because it was literally flavourless and tough. they are selling cardboard for around £6.

I saw BK on my way through the mall and the thought of a decent burger appealed to me. It had been a while since visiting a BK as I had decided I was fed up of the one in town as it's used as a delivery hub and so always slow. I was pleased with my tasty meal. It was a £4.99 deal with a burger, chips, drink and some spicy chicken. I upgraded the fried to dirty ones for £1.50. So I got a tasty load of food for about £7.50. Was it healthy, or even hot and very fresh? Not especially. But was it decent enough I enjoyed it. Was a it a load of tasty "food" for well under £10, served quickly? Yes, it was. It was just good to see a different menu and to see a chain trying different stuff. I probably won't make a habit of it as I shouldn't imagine any of my organs would thank me for it. But what I ordered I got to sit in a nice quiet space and enjoy.

The store is soo nice and updated, staff are really polite and friendly, my food was hot and fresh too! Nice touch to be able to choose your drink from a machine with all different flavours on offer

App never seems to work when here so had to walk to bottom end of the city centre to eat at other burger king.

Ordered vegan burger and was served meat, not until i took bite did i realise. They did offer to cook but i declined as my group were finishing their meals, got refund for murger only when bought 2 meals. Second visit and both times they messed up

Food was ok but no way near as good as MacDonald's. As for the staff it was made quite clear that there was a staff shortage and the management had to work, If he doesn't like working there maybe he should find a job somewhere else. I only went in to save cooking when getting home. But I will definitely not be going back.

Extremely disappointing. Service was incredibly slow, staff were vacant and impersonal. Food was barely edible. Burgers were bland and caked in fatty imitation cheese-like substance. Buns were completely stale. Soft drinks were off-coloured and tasted... "wrong", as if the machines hadn't been cleaned properly and bleach had mixed with syrups. Even with discounts, it was overpriced. Genuinely amazed a venue like this can stay in business, profit margins on the food must somehow keep it surviving.

Staff couldn't speak English very well. Also seemed very disorganised and couldn't understand me. This branch seems very run down and the staff are terrible. The food tasted very odd like something was off. Won't be going to that branch again until I'm assured issues have been addressed. It's a shame as I would normally enjoy a Burger King but not from this branch

Very good place often quiete as people don't tend to go the very top floor but the burgers are great etc chip sizes small but ... typical fast food place.

A nice lil burger king...cam get busy and and seating can be an issue. Staff need to clean the seating areas more often and the drinks area. Ideal for a quick bite to eat when desperate.

15 mins to que for food then 10 minutes for drinks, not the definition of fast food

Visited today at 14.30 and got to say won’t be going back any time soon! Where do i start? The food was dry, ordered a bacon double cheeseburger XL at over £9 and had to add ketchup, 6 chicken nuggets should have come with a dip, no dip. Drinks, 1 drinks machine out of order the other 60% of drinks not available so it was Fanta, Sprite or Diet Coke. No lids for the cups and we were taking away so had to walk through the Mall with an open drink. Staff were poor, Manager with a beard net under his chin and extremely rude to his staff. Could clearly see the girl was working on an order filling the chip bags up but still asked her to move out the way so he could put some containers under on the shelves. She would have been finished in 5 seconds. Customer behind us waiting to order, no one cared he was stood waiting including said Manager who, once moving the girl out the way walked across the counter and didn’t even acknowledge the customer was there. Won’t be going back there in a hurry!

The plant based burgers are fantastic, I can't get enough of them! They have a choice of plant base whooper or the plant Royal (like the chicken royal). Burgers on their own were just under £6, or just under £8 for the meal (chips and drink). The staff were friendly and helpful and I got served pretty quickly, I didn't have to wait long for my order, which given its fast food it definitely felt like that here! If you're looking for a quick bite to eat on the go and fancy a burger, then I highly recommend this place. Never disappoints!

Food good limited seats and floor was filthy

BK pretty average at best of times, this time the coke was flat and warm, there was a long queue to order, and a long wait once ordered, and it wasn't even peak times (about noon). If wanting BK in Plymouth try the other one, near the market.

The people who work there just don't care. Your food looks like they made it by throwing the ingredients at the bun and 9 times out of 10 it's cold.

Over £8 for Cold floppy fries, tasteless Burger which was mostly cheap bread roll with the bare minimum of ingredients in it and a flat drink that tasted like liquid syrup.... absolutely disgusting. Burger King really sets the lowest bar for fast food.....total rip off, not the first time either for me but thought I'd give it another shot as it's been a while, silky mistake. Save you money and find a local roadside burger van!

Why do they not accept cash? Very annoying if you're out with people who don't have a bank card to use.

Sat in mcdonalds right now as for the 2nd time this place have decided work or business is not for them and closed an hour earlier yet doors still open wonder if the owner knows his or her staff are turning people away and closing early surely what's the point standing there and not serving til 10pm.

Asked for a vegan katsu royale and was served a chicken royale today 0/10 would not recommend

Very rude staff! They told us the vegan burger wasn't vegan because they (and all other stores) cook them on the same surface as meat (oil contamination etc), if you are vegan for religious reasons or strict dietary reasons like myself don't go as you will be very ill. This isn't a reflection of all Burger Kings, other stores are quite nice! But this one is definitely not. We even saw a member of staff put her hand and rummage into a customers fries and there was a hair in mine.

Recently refurbished (Jan 2022ish) so looks fresh & clean, friendly staff. The food was nice and the waiting time was reasonable. Make sure you use the BK app as you'll find lots of special offers.

Very disappointed with my large steak burger nearly cold inside only walk less than 2 minutes to the car,No more visits.Just read your reply apologising and saying thank you .That really didn't solve my problem or encourage me to return, No kind gesture of a burger to redeem yourself, would head office be interested in my experience .
