The rice was stale the mac and cheese was not mac and cheese at all.

I am a regular customer of Flavours but found myself short changed by my fish order. Container was half empty with just a small piece of fish instead of the usual two. To make matters worse the price has gone up to £7.75 yet I am receiving half the amount! I also ordered salad and received coleslaw instead! I rang the restaurant to make a complaint but there was no reply. Would rather they contacted me if there was a problem with my order!

Food was way too spicy for me to eat so couldn’t eat it. Portions size was good but not for me.

Portions for large don’t seem large

It was delivered to wrong address I did not receive it

I ordered from here as my usual restaurant was unfortunately closed. My order came quickly but the pepper in the food was overbearing, couldn’t taste any other flavour except pepper. The food was not edible as a result. Also, part of my order was missing. This was my first and last order from ‘Flavours’. I would not recommend.

Food is very good, but this time the plantation was very burned. That was the last portion, but they shouldn’t serve it like this.

Simply amazing. I love good food, big portions and a good deal. You get it all here✨ my peppered steak was one of the best in a long while. Also tried my friends curry goat unbelievably soft and tender. the meat melted in my mouth, you can taste the time and love that went into it. First time coming and its definitely not the last. Fast service, friendly and easy location right next to the station.

5 star food 5star service. And the lunch time specials are a bonus

Came here because of the smoker outside… smelt mean! No regrets. Loooking forward to 9 more jerk chickens before my free jerk chicken (what a loyalty system). Rumour has it someone has made it to 13 free meals ( that 130 meals!) now that’s something to aspire to.

The food is amazing! We ordered the chicken curry and goat curry and it was full of flavour and depth and tasted home cooked. The portion sizes were absolutely massive too, I'm glad we got the small. Slightly confused at the mixed reviews on their page as we would highly recommend this restaurant. We are locals and we will now become regulars.

The stew chicken was to die for! Such a delicious meal. The only issue was I ordered plantain and was charged for it but it was missing!

This business is selling lamb curry as curry goat. This is unacceptable and deceitful. I am very upset I have been fooled and cheated.Taste is really bad for both curry goat and oxtail. Oxtail full of sugar. Never again. I don't recommend at all.

Ordered vegetarian but didn't get it.

Portion sizes are a bit small considering we ordered large. But The curry chicken was the best I had.

This was the first Caribbean restaurant that I got food from in 2012, when I first moved to Norbury and 12 years later, I’m still remembering how delicious and spicy the food from this place was

missing item . Although food was ok it was spoilt as the meal was swamped in gravy. unfortunately couldn't eat the whole meal. very disappointed as most times the service has been better. Missing part of meal already caused upset

Loved the food! Great flavour, large portion!

everything was very good and the food itself is of a very good quality and taste. the issue was the condition of the food once delivered was poor. a bag full of gravy and soup took a long while to clean up so we could eat. on a positive note the outer bag was secure so at least the mess was all contained. i doubt it left the shop like that....maybe the delivery driver had a crash 😕

Worst Caribbean food I have EVER had, Large fried fish came with just 2 pieces not even any rice and was burnt with no seasoning at all, Saltfish fritters were bun up too completely inedible, patties were sloppy and lacking flavour, dumpling was full of oil but tough. Took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive too which I wouldn't necessarily mind if the food was good but we couldn't eat it and for over £60 was not worth it at all, extremely disappointed, I would never order from here again !

Your food is the most home cooked made with heart west Indian there is . The last 2 months I've tried everywhere local to find my best place and it's definitely flavours! the meat is great quality, the seasoning is perfect and the gravy neve disappoints! Only thing I would say is change the salad and add another pasta salad to the menu alongside coleslaw. Also could u stock Pineapple KA? Thanks. 🤣

Not quite living up to its name. Food bland and salad was wilted so obviously not fresh.. only dish with no issues was the rice... All that aside it was edible just not overly enjoyable so there was wastage.

I dont usually order out but the food was really good. Maybe too good. Friendly environment. They put in the effort unlike some places I've been to. Trustworthy

Tasty food but the portion sizes literally left something to be desired. The 'large' callaloo container was half empty and I ordered 'large' mains (oxtail and jerk chicken) which arrived in regular-sized containers and had barely any meat. Pretty bad considering the price. They also wrapped the fritter in brown paper which melted into it and was very sticky to peel off (had to take off the top layer of fritter to make sure it was paper free before eating).

This took a while to come but was great, everything was cooked fresh and was so delicious.

This place is terrible !!!!. I do not have any pets but let’s just say I wouldn’t even feed this to an animal. I had curry goat with rice and peas it was tasteless. It was like I was having boiled meat!!!’. I didn’t taste and seasoning so am confused as to why the shop is called flavours it’s should be called flavourless!! . I guarantee you the people with the positive reviews on here are family or friends, do not waste your money. I am surprised I do not have the runs this morning.

The flavour was nice even if the chicken was slightly burnt and dry.

Ordered rice and peas they gave me plain rice, ordered 2 patty never came. The jerk pasta had no chicken in even though that’s what’s included, chicken wings were old and dry not even edible overall this place should be shut down not fit for human consumption, even the festival was greasy. It’s sad because I used to order from this place regularly but now it’s clear they don’t actually care about the food they’re serving it’s just a quick money grab. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I was missing an item so they couldn’t reach me because you STILL got the WRONG number for me on order I have told you before please sort this not fair on Flavours or myself… Other than that love the App👍

Ordered stew chicken with rice and peas was 10/10 chicken cooked to perfection also ordered a cheesy beef patty which was okay but considering I ate it the next day I can’t be too harsh overall very pleased will be 100% ordering again.

Worst shop in norbury. Rice is terrible all them indian shops make amazing rice in norbury these lot should try the other shops food out and they will see how bad they are. Chicken was cold and funny tasting with hard bits. Not the kind of place that keeps on top of things with keeping the food fresh. Main lady seemed very lazy and had a bad attitude. You can't be serving people food or anything if you don't like being welcoming and nice. I threw the food in the bin which is something I never do. Don't go there it's that bad. They should be ashamed of serving such poor food and they shouldn't be serving to the public. The bstrds make you smell the fresh chicken off the charcoal barrel being cooked but give you the old cold ones instead when your back is turned. Shameful

The soup, beef, red peas was terrible, peas hard, no meat and tasteless, overpriced at £6.00 for large, other restaurants 4/5 £, rum cake was like a rock so hard it bbent my spoon, all this order went in the bin, will never use this. Restaurant again

Lack of flavour and food not fresh

I enjoyed the meals, I had two portions from one container. I gave it 4 because I didn't like the pattie. As its the first time I've ordered with this outlet so far food not bad.

I ordered a few weeks ago and left 5 stars. I was keen to order again. I got the same again. Peppered steak and rice & peas. When it arrived I was given the wrong order stew chicken. I rang up she apologised but was unable to send another driver. She said to order again 1 item and they will send the food again. I spent nearly £30-£40 in total for both orders and delivery. I waited another 40 minutes. She did send a lot of extras and my food which I appreciated. However, the quality and taste of the food wasn't good . The steak was tough and the patty tasted really doughy and had an off taste. She gave 2 additional boxes. I gave them to the homeless on the street. It's a shame to have to decrease my review as I wouldn't likely order again.

Food is actually very tasty and I enjoyed it but not as much as I hoped. I was really looking forward to my chickpea curry because of the ingredients it listed 🤤 instead it’s missing the pumpkin, peas and sweet corn and they have substituted it with cauliflower and broccoli 🫠 I also spent enough money that I got a free dish (yay) - so picked stew fish from the options cause that’s going down with the rest of my order and I got fried fish (nay)! So yeah not as happy as I thought we would be.
