Footlong subway is missing from the meal deal, I'm so hungry and angry.

Didn’t receive this order the delivery driver asked me for the code I messaged him it however no order was left at my door.

Took nearly a hour from ordering to delivery for a sandwich!!! Sweet corn in the sandwich which I didn’t ask for and the wrong drink. Very disappointed

Driver could not locate delivery adress. Took more than 10mins on the phone. Food arrived cold, sub and pepparoni slice was hard. Footlong dipper wrap was hard and stale.

Disappointing. Very little filling and the bread was dry. Not worth the money.

Unhygienic - went there yesterday. Should of known better the turkey ham I got looked a bit off. Now I'm suffering with food poisoning, bad stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Will not be going again.

The wrong item was here. Completely unacceptable and really unfair that I have to go out of my way to pay for another order.

Driver refused to drive to my door and called me to tell me I had to come outside and walk 2 minutes to collect my order was rude in the phone and had lied and said my order has been delivered I am without my meal

got my order wrong. asked for steak. got chicken tikka. doesn’t even look the same. could smell it as soon as i opened it and gagged. never had a bad order from here before. so disappointing.

The completely wrong order was delivered and no refund was issued. Very disappointed.

Not happy, salad had cooked ham, no onions and very little lettuce The sub roll has no cheese, did someone follow the order or just put what they felt like in the order 😳

Coke Zero 500ml was missing and I've told justeat on the same day but no one contacted me yet.

Got here 8.15 as it opens at 8, stood waiting with no one serving, finally guy comes out and says its not open yet when I enquired when it open he replied 8! Subway is going downhill, this is unacceptable. I drove 15 mins to order from here. Disappointed and frustrated.

Disappointing and Unhygienic Experience at Thornton Heath Subway On the evening of November 14th Thursday, I visited the Subway store at Thornton Heath to purchase a sandwich. Unfortunately, I witnessed a highly concerning and unhygienic practice from one of the staff members. One staff member, identified as AKTER, was cleaning the toaster and oven using spray without properly closing off the food station. To make matters worse, his colleague was serving customers, which raised serious questions about food safety standards at this location. Despite my concerns and politely asking him to stop, Akter continued this unsanitary practice, potentially contaminating the food served. As a paying customer, It's astonishing to witness such disrespect for cleanliness and food safety. We are effectively being sold possibly dangerous food by employees who do not appear to be properly educated in keeping a safe, clean atmosphere. I urge the store manager, owner, and Subway UK franchise to consider this matter seriously. It's unacceptable to risk customers' health and safety in this way. I saw a five-star rating for food and hygiene in the main door, so I think I have sent an email to Croydon Council to recheck it. I will also reconsider my visits to Subway after this experience. In addition, I have a question for the Manager and Owner how do you hire people who don't know English and cannot reply? Asking one inquiry, responding to another, and even harshly. I think you guys should reconsider all these things.

The delivery came on time but the delivery driver didn't have to bang that hard on my door he could have shattered the glass on my door the way he was knocking on it.

Most stingiest subway in the whole of uk. Ordered a salad and it barely had any sauce, I also ordered a few tubs of sauce for 80p each only for them to arrive 10% full. How pathetic!. They always do this and never use the subway packaging. Anything to save a few pennies!

I normally order online but it’s just a 3 min walk from my house, so I didn’t mind to come for a walk on today’s nice sunny day to eat in. Unfortunately the service wasn’t really good, the guy that served us wasn’t very nice, didn’t put any effort to make the sandwiches and it was disappointing.

I want a refund or my money back, the box is so big and the food hardly filled the box. Nothing like the pictures, absouletly horrible. I will be taking this experience further, you guys need to get shut down

Late delivery, delivered 2 six inches when one six and one footlong were ordered. Ordered one tangy cheese crisps and one walkers ready salted. Delivered two ready salted. Arrived half an hour late. Requesting refund for footing meal deal.

Fast service. Staff were super nice and friendly. It was clean and tidy, tables were clean and free from any rubbish or left over food. Staff were quick and efficient when dealing with customers, always going the extra mile to help customers with any orders or queries.

Tried the new garlic cheese steak at Subway – it was okay, nothing particularly special. However, a downside was that the restaurant overlooked my order notes requesting extra ingredients like olives and jalapeños. Improvement needed in attention to customisation requests.

Rubbish. Don’t bother. Just go into the store. Toasted when didn’t request. No cheese when requested. No tomatoes, no sweetcorn all when requested. Don’t waste your time. They won’t send what you asked for. You’ll be disappointed and what a refund.

The taste was not bad but the chicken contity was very less and bit dry. Ordered with cheese got without cheese .I hope next time they won't do it .

Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the delivery of my order. From watching the tracker the driver did two other stops before getting to me thus my food being cold when he got here. Which isn’t cool. Maybe think of another way to get peoples orders out without disturbing others.

The amount of steak in the 2 salads I bought are laughable, I was so annoyed by felt like throwing it in the bin. Then I remembered I paid over £20 for the 2 salads. If they didn’t have enough they should’ve contacted me for an alternative. I’ve basically paid over £20 for a small piece of lettuce and not much else

Hands down the worst subway there has got to be within the area. Popped in at 10 o’clock to get a quick bite. Gentleman had moped the floor stopped a few of us from coming in. Thought I’d wait around to see what’s going on and order… continued to ignore the customers in the shop whilst doing his own thing and 0 customer care not even a simple sorry guys had to Kate you wait. Manager on shift has to be a lot more alert as to what’s going on on the shop floor it’s a bad look all in all. Stopped coming here every time I think to go back as it’s the closest one to me something bad has to happen. Sort this out guys

I'm going to give it five stars just because Arafht solved a problem I was having every time I came here. The attendants denied me sauce, the only attendant who made me happy was the one I mentioned above, the rest always denied sauce. For this attendant I am leaving 5 stars. They can promote him.
